Well now that the drones have the Kool-Aid Reserve time to get it back to Dreamland Castle.

J and N Superstar Saga Chapter 11

Resuming the Chase

N was riding on the barrel that had J and the Kool-Aid Reserve down the river. He looks and sees Dreamland Castle coming up.

"Nearly there J." N said and moves the barrel to near the entrance of the castle, it crashes into the wall and N and J fly out and land by the entrance.

The Waddle Dee guards see and go to check on J as she lay their her eyes indicated she was full of liquid to despence, it seemed while she was in the barrel she used her ability to intake a shot of water to contain the Kool-Aid Reserve.

"Hmmmmm! Well, look at this! A very J-espe drone and a M….uh, some other drone!" One of the Waddle Dee Guards said.

"Actually that is actually J" N said getting up "and she is filled with Kool-Aid Reserve!"

"WHAAAAAT?!" The other Waddle Dee Guard said surprised

"What is it?!" The first Waddle Dee Guard asked

"J's insides are filled to the brim with Kool-Aid Reserve? It's sloshing around her!? Gross!" The second guard said

"Yeah, it's true" N said nodding.

"Th-That's terrible! And kind of disgusting!" The first guard said "We must contact Escargoon immediately!"

"Hmmm! By the way…What's Kool-Aid Reserve?!" The second guard asked.

"Shh, I have no idea…" The first one whispers and N faceplants onto the ground, just how out of the loop were these guards.

Once the situation was cleared up we come to the Dreamland Castle throne room where the Jamba Heart corrupted King Dedede lay thankfully asleep. Also their was Escargoon with J and N.

"King Dedede has been in a deep sleep, just as you see him now." Escargoon explained to the drones "Did you truly obtain some of the legendary Kool-Aid Reserve?"

"Yeah, though might be all there is so bottoms up you're majesty!" N said and does what he does to help J fire the liquid out and J from her gun arm fires the Kool-Aid Reserve into King Dedede's mouth.

King Dedede shudders and shakes, hearts in his eyes and he then barfs out a purple heart near N and J, the former who jumps back.

"There's the Jamba Heart shard!" Escargoon said as the heart piece flies off and away. They look as King Dedede shines and transfroms into a more rounded and less muscular penguin and his royal robes no longer ripped who smiles and laughs gleefully "Ohhhhh! Success! A truly repugnant, yet truly tremendous success! King Dedede has returned!"

King Dedede goes to his throne and sits into it smiling as he said "Ahh…That's the hardest laugh I've laughed in a long, long time. Well done, Escargoon!"

"Your praise is generous sire, but it wasn't I, but rather the Drone heroes whom you must thank." Escargoon said bowing and motions to J and N.

"Yes, we're the ones who helped you King Dedede as we have a common enemy" J said stepping to be in front of the king with N. "The witch Salem stole Princess Blaze's voice from the Sol Kingdom."

"Yeah and she also stole Jirachi from your own castle, that was why she attacked and corrupted you with the Jamba Heart." N added nodding.

"Hmmm…So, Salem has stolen Princess Blaze's voice and the wish Pokemon Jirachi…" Dedede said thinking concerned.

"It was my fault…" Escargoon cried.

"Ah quit your whining you did nothing wrong." Dedede said to his advisor. "But why would that immortal witch steal Jirachi and Princess Blaze's voice in the first place?"

"What's the story of Jirachi anyway?" J asked Dedede.

"Well, I guess I can chare with you." Dedede said and holds up several picture pages and draws them before showing them to the drones, the first was of Jirachi in the sky above Dreamland castle "Jirachi is the protector of this land, and it has the power to grant any and all desires…To prevent such power from being used for evil, Jirachi was cast into a deep sleep…."

The next page showed a figure singing to Jirachi who smiles happily at it as he said "It is said a voice of great beauty is required to wake Jirachi from its slumber. It must be the voice of a pure and noble soul…" He shows the next page showing Blaze singing "…In this day and age, Princess Blaze is the only one who possesses such a voice."

Dedede shows the last page which as Salem smirking as she holds Jirachi while a crying Blaze is next to her as Dedede said "So…the reason Salem stole Princess Blaze's voice…Aha! She must be planning to awaken Jirachi and fulfil all her desires!"

"And there's no mistaking her one true desire: to reshape the world to her ideal one!" Escargoon said to everyone.

"Hahahahaha!" Dedede laughed grinning and said "Fear not! I foresaw this desire of hers long, long ago! We are prepared! Card for card, we have a better hand than she does!"

Just then a Waddle Dee enters the throne room and said "Your majesty! Metaknight has arrived!"

"Ah perfect timing" Dedede said with a nod "Miss. J! Mr. N! Head out to meet with Metaknight!" He reaches into his robe and takes two gems and hands one to both "Oh and attach these to you weapon changers, I will tell you about them after meeting up with Metaknight."

"Oh thank you." J said taking them.

"Let's go see Metaknight" N said excited as he attaches his.

The two arrive in the main foyer of the castle and see standing their waiting was Metaknight.

"Oh hey! Metaknight!" N said happily waving.

"Been a while" J said nodding.

"Nice to see you two drones as well! Again thank you for your help earlier!" Metaknight said with a nod. "Indeed, thanks to you, my secret mission is about to pay off!"

"What mission exactly?" J asked confused.

Soon Dedede and Escargoon arrive and the king said smiling "Metaknight! Excellent work on your mission! Have you learned the whereabouts of Salem?"

Metaknight nods and said "Thanks to you…ABSOLOUTLEY!" J and N were stunned "Southeast of this castle is UA Academy, this Dreamland branch of the famous school is more a research facility then a hero school. Salem and her underlings have just snuck in there: into UA Academy!"

Dedede jumps and stomps down and said "Yes of course! UA Academy is the perfect place to awaken Jirachi!"

"I intend to head into UA Academy right this instant!" Metaknight said nodding and looks to the drones "May we meet again!" He then leaves the castle.

"See you!" N said happily

"Miss. J, Mr. N! This may just be your chance to Princess Blaze's voice!" Dedede said smiling "I shall inform the locals that you are allowed passage to the road to UA Academy!"

"Okay and these gems you gave us?" J asked

"Well as I said, Salem is dangerous but also immortal but we did some research and learn the power of a god could be enough to take her out for good." Dedede said "Thanks to aid from other sources we developed those gems to be powerful enough to harm even immortals."

"Yes but Salem is immortal in both physical and spirit, damaging her body will make it be months or even years before her body returns, but using them fighting her spirit should permanently take care of her." Escargoon said nodding.

"I see." N said thinking.

"We should use them only if we end up fighting Salem." J suggested.

"Agreed." N said with a nod.

The two set out to town to get any supplies needed it was also all thankfully rebuilt and now the east side was cleared allowing them to head into the area that covered.

Next stop the Dreamland branch of UA Academy.

Well now, we have a location of Salem and also J and N have a way to break through her immortality but will they get to UA in time to stop her, one way to find out.
