The scene shows that Nezuko is running around the area, carrying the bottle of sake whilst being chased by the staff members who are attempting to take the bottle away from her as they are worried that she might attempt to take a sip, and knowing that she is only 14 years old, she might develop alcohol addiction if she took a sip, hence the staff members tried to get to her while urging Nezuko not to drink the sake.

Soon Kanao and Aoi came and saw the scene, and they too got worried as they feared that Nezuko would do something rash and attempt to take a sip of the sake and they joined the chase and urged Nezuko to surrender the bottle and not try taking a sip, as they tried to goad her in order to discourage her from getting tempted to take a taste.

"Nezuko! Give us that bottle!"

"Its poison! Very bad for you!"

"If you drink it, you'll get BAD STOMACH!"

However Nezuko defied her pursuers and ran off, prompting Kanao, Aoi and the staff members to go after Nezuko and try to pin her down and wrestle the bottle of sake away from her, dismayed that Nezuko is so stubborn despite her current state of body and mind.

"Nezuko!"

"Come back here!"

"Give us that bottle!"

"Please don't run away!"

"And don't drink that bottle!"

At this point Zenitsu happened to pass by and blinked his eyes at seeing Kanao, Aoi and the staff members chasing Nezuko, and he wondered what is going on until he caught a glimpse of Nezuko carrying the bottle of sake, and there Nezuko approached Zenitsu and went behind him, using him as a HUMAN SHIELD to keep the other girls at bay.

As Zenitsu is baffled at what is going on, the girls told him the situation, surprising the teen boy but then Nezuko pushed Zenitsu forward, sending him careening towards the girls and they all fell to the ground before Nezuko ran off, carrying the bottle of sake, and there the girls told Zenitsu to get off them as they struggled to get up and resume in going after Nezuko.
