Uncover Secret of a Special-Unique Girl
Kibo and team RWBY are seen sitting on class listening to Professor Port's class about how to deal with Grimm, or in this case listening to one of his long stories about when he was a young Huntsman, and he saw Jaune leaning closer trying to ask her out but fail again and class ended.
"Jaune, I believe this is the time to let it go." Kibo placed a hand on Jaune's shoulder.
"I guess you're right, I don't know why I keep trying to go after her when deep down I know it's not going to happen." Jaune sighed.]
"Don't worry, you still another girl you can give a try." Kibo said.
"Really, who?" Jaune asked.
"Try Pyrrha." Kibo said simply before leaving with team RWBY.
"Pyrrha, but why… would she really be interested in me?" Jaune asked.
(Team RWBY's Room)
"I thought that class would never end." Blake relived to be out of that class.
Everyone has change into new outfits to go along with the investigation they're about to do.
Ruby is now wearing a long-sleeve, light gray shirt with black belted cuffs near the ends of the sleeves. Over top of the gray shirt is a black pinafore with two vertical lines of red stitching that resemble the lacing on a corset. She wears a red skirt with a large black print of her emblem on the side and matching black tulle underneath. Her stockings and shoes remain the same as her original outfit, though the boots lack the red trim that decorated the top. A few pieces of metal arranged in the shape of a rose are attached to the shoulder of her left sleeve, and her cloak's hood has been wrapped around her neck in a scarf-like fashion, while the rest hangs down like normal. She codenamed this Slayer.
Weiss is wearing a white, double-breasted pea coat with black piping, cuffs, and buttons over a white, pleated full skirt with black lace trim. She also wears a pair of white, thigh-high boots with black heels and lace-topped black stockings. This outfit's name is Snowpea.
Blake has a white, v-neck, zip-up crop shirt with a black hem and three-quarter sleeves. Her emblem is printed in off-white on the left side of the shirt. She wears black pants that have a vertical gray stripe on the outer side of each leg and a black belt. Attached to the rear of the belt is a black piece of fabric that covers her from hip to hip. Underneath this is a longer, translucent, purple piece of fabric. She also wears black high-heel boots with two straps and buckles and purple underoles, reaching to mid-calf. She retains the black ribbons on her forearms and her black bow.
Yang's outfit is a deep-collared cream vest worn over a low cut black shirt; both are covered by a dark gray shrug with a raised collar, three-quarter sleeves adorned with a single black stripe down the outside of each sleeve, and gold cuffs. A black mini skirt is worn under the cream vest. A pair of crooked black belts with gold accents are slung around her hip, with a purple piece of fabric attached to the left-rear section of the lower belt. She wears thigh high stockings attached to her miniskirt by garter-belts on the front and back of each thigh, decorated with four golden studs above her knee and her emblem on the outside of each thigh in gold. She also wears black ankle boots with multiple buckles and white ribbons on the back tied in a bow. Around her neck is a purple pendant set in silver.
Kibo is now wearing a simple jet-black suit with a white shirt underneath and black shoes, the black tie has seven shiny blue buds on the shape of the Seven Hokuto stars.
"Oh, looking serious, Kibo." Yang purred at Kibo.
"Thank you, you look wonderful too." Kibo complimented making Yang blush with a smile.
"(Hope Glynda won't mind if I have him in bed with me)" Yang thought a little erotically.
"Alright, guys, today's the day! The investigation begins!" Ruby announced as she jumps off her top bunk bed and almost landed on Weiss.
"I'm glad to see we're taking this so seriously." Weiss said sarcastically as she sits on her bottom bunk bed.
"Hey, we've got a plan! That's... moderately serious." Yang said.
"It's the best we can do on short notice." Kibo stated.
"Okay, everyone remembers their roles?" Ruby asked making sure they get remember.
"You, Kibo, and I will head to the CCT and check the Schnee records for any other Dust robberies or inconsistencies. Seeing as I'm in the family, it shouldn't be a problem." Weiss explained her part.
"The White Fang has regular faction meetings to hand out orders and recruit new members. If I can get in, I can hopefully find out what they're planning." Blake mentioned.
"I have an old friend on the shady side of town that typically knows everything going on in Vale. Getting information out of him shouldn't be too hard" Yang smirked, feeling a little excited.
"(Although, I wish you could come with me, Kibo.)" Yang thought.
"Great! We'll meet up tonight near Yang to go over what we found. Let's do this!" Ruby cheered.
"Yeah!" Sun's voice cheered too.
This made team RWBY jump and look toward the window seeing Sun himself is smiling while hanging upside-down from his tail, Kibo is the only one not surprise because he had already sense Sun being here.
"Sun!" Blake surprised.
"How did you get up here?" Yang asked.
"Ah, it's easy; I do it all the time." Sun answered.
"You do what?" Weiss gasped angry.
"I climb trees all the time!" Sun said and flip himself into the room.
"I see you're here to join the investigation team as you somehow heard about it." Kibo stated why Sun is here.
"Yep, so are we finally getting back at that Torchwick guy?" Sun asked Blake.
"We are going to investigate the situation... as a team." Blake wanted to keep others outside her team and Kibo safe from this.
"Sorry, Sun. We don't want to get friends involved if we don't have to." Ruby added.
"I think it's already too late for that since he fought some White Fang soldiers back at the warehouse incident." Kibo pointed out.
"He's right, and we should always get friends involved! That's why I brought Neptune!" Sun gestured to the window.
True to his words, Neptune is standing on the very thin ledge of the building right next to the window as the others look outside seeing him.
"Sup." Neptune greeted.
"How did you even get up here?" Ruby asked.
"I have my ways. Seriously, though, can I come in? We're like, really high up right now." Neptune asked getting a little scared with this.
Neptune came inside and Ruby pace around to see who should Neptune and Sun go with for this mission.
"Alright, I'll go with Weiss and Kibo; Sun, you can go with Blake. And Neptune, you can go with Yang since she doesn't have a partner. Everyone good?" Ruby appointed as she pushes Neptune past Weiss who slips her a wink making her mildly shock.
"Actually Ruby, why don't you go with Yang? After all, she is your sister." Weiss said.
"But, Weiss, who would go with you, then?" Ruby asked after she is done pushing Neptune to Yang as he becomes nervous.
"Well... I guess Neptune could come with me." Weiss said.
Neptune smiles and points at Weiss though Ruby didn't took that seriously and just crack up a laugh.
"She really wants be Weiss's friend, does she?" Kibo whispered to Yang.
"Oh, yeah." Yang chuckled.
"Hey Kibo, good luck out there." Sun said extending his hand.
"Thanks, you too." Kibo shook the hand then he felt Sun's hand giving off a strong grip from Sun as he notices a small smirk on his face.
(At the CCT)
Ruby, Kibo and Weiss are seen walking toward the communication tower while trying to act causal as there are other people around.
"Woooow! I forget how big the Transmit tower looks up close!" Ruby amazed.
"You should see the one in Atlas!" Weiss bragged.
"That was the first one, right?" Ruby asked she remembers that right.
"Correct. Atlas developed the Cross Continental Transmit System to allow the four kingdoms to communicate with one another. It was their gift to the world after the Great War." Weiss explained.
Kibo look at the tower remembering the stories his Master Kenshiro told him that Atlas is a very strict place with the military forces and said that if he were to ever go there for any reason: be careful and watch out for those within.
Then he saw Ruby doing a little teasing mimicking of Weiss.
"Don't be a pest! Besides, the only reason we're here is because you like the tower so much! We could have just as easily made a call from the library!" Weiss pointed out.
"I know, but it's so coool! Ooh, I'm going to take a picture!" Ruby pulled out her Scroll to get a selfie, but her excitement causes her Scroll to slip out of hands and bounces away on the ground.
The Scroll stops bouncing right in front of the foot of the familiar, curious girl named Penny as she picks it up and held it up to Ruby.
"You dropped this?" Penny said.
"Penny!" Ruby cheered as she rose dash to the orange-haired girl who is surprise to see her.
"Where have you been? We haven't seen you since that night at the docks!" Ruby asked worry.
"S-Sorry. I think you're confused." Penny suddenly hiccup and handed the Scroll back to Ruby.
"I got to go." Penny walked away leaving a confuse Ruby.
"What was that about?" Weiss asked.
"I don't know, but I'm going to find out. You go make your call! I'll meet up with you later!" Ruby said as she goes after Penny.
"Wait!" Weiss shouted.
"I'll follow them." Kibo ran after Ruby leaving an angry Weiss.
"Penny, wait! It's been weeks since I last saw you!" Ruby said to Penny.
"There seems to be a... misunderstanding." Penny said as she walks away from Ruby again only to bump into Kibo who is right in front of her.
"Penny, I can tell you have been told not to talk to others after what happened, but you can't really grow if you don't at least trust your friends." Kibo said.
Penny looks at Ruby and Kibo realizing that he is right.
"It isn't safe to talk here." Penny whispered and gesture them to follow her where there aren't any Atlas soldiers around.
Once they're in the clear, Penny felt free to talk to them.
"I wish I could help you guys, but I don't know anything about those men." Penny said.
"Well, what happened to you that night? We were all together, and then you just disappeared! Were you kidnapped?" Ruby asked.
"Oh no, nothing like that!" Penny assured.
"I take it you never been outside your kingdom before." Kibo guessed.
"Yes, my father asked me not to venture out too far, but... You have to understand, my father loves me very much; he just worries a lot." Penny explained.
"Believe me, I know the feeling." Ruby rolled her eyes remembering how worry her dad is.
"But why not let us know you were okay?" Ruby asked.
"I... was asked not to talk to you. Or Weiss. Or Blake. Or Yang. Anybody, really." Penny answered.
"Was your dad that upset?" Ruby winced a bit.
"No, it wasn't my father..." Penny paused when she, Ruby, and Kibo heard the sound of megaphones announcing to the people around a big stage with a hologram image of Ironwood and six humanoid robots.
James Ironwood: The AK-130 has been a standard security model of Remnant for several years, and they have done a fine job. Wouldn't you agree? Wouldn't you agree?But... the kingdom of Atlas is a kingdom of innovation, and 'fine'... Well, that's just not good enough, is it? Presenting... the Atlesian Knight-200!
Six new, bulker robots came out came out replacing the other six robots as the crowd cheers of seeing the cool new robots.
James Ironwood: Smarter, sleeker, and admittedly, a little less scary. These models will become active later this year, but they won't be alone! Now, the Atlesian Military has always supported the idea of removing men from the dangers of the battlefield. However, there are still many situations that will undoubtedly require... a human touch.
"Ruby, Kibo…" Penny feared that she may get spotted by the two Atlas soldiers on guard duty close to the stage.
James Ironwood: Now, we couldn't have them here for you today, but these mechanized battle suits will be seen defending the borders of our kingdom within the year!
A new hologram image show the Atlas Paladin as everyone starts to become more amazes of the large mech, and the two soldiers spotted Penny as Kibo notices their sight on Penny and quickly figure out that Penny might be in trouble.
"Ruby, take Penny and get out of here, now." Kibo said confusing Ruby.
Then Penny starts running away from the scene and Ruby quickly ran after her while Kibo stays behind pretending that he never notices the girls and walking in a different direction.
"Down here! She went this way!" Atlas soldier 1 pointed in the direction.
However, what they do not know is that Kibo has already sneak behind and tap his fingers right on their necks and disappear into the crowd before Atlas soldier 2 turns around wondering if there was someone behind him.
"Something wrong?" Atlas soldier 1 asked.
"I don't know, I thought it was something behind us." Atlas soldier 2 shrugged, probably thinking it was just his imagination.
"Focus man, we have to find Penny." Atlas soldier 1 reminded his companion.
However, either of the legs of the soldiers could not move for some reason and suddenly let go of their gun as their arms spready like they're stretching or something, and before they knew it they came towards each wrapping their arms around hugging each other in a tight embrace.
"What the heck, dude! This is not the time for hugging!" Atlas soldier 1 said trying to get out of the embrace.
"It's not me! It's like my arms have a mind of their own, besides you're hugging me too." Atlas soldier 2 pointed out.
"My arms, they won't let go!" Atlas soldier 1 panicked as they soon find out that either of them can let go.
(With Penny and Ruby)
Ruby and Penny are still running thinking the soldiers are right on their tail, Ruby uses her Semblance while carrying Penny across the street though the strain on her body starts to hurt from doing that she fell in the middle of the street. Ruby slowly gets up in a daze and saw a truck coming right her as it's about to run over her, but Penny push her out of the way and hold out her hands for the truck to collide causing the ground beneath her feet to crumble and the truck is lifted up a little by the girl's strength before its wheels are back on the street.
"Whoa, Penny…!" Ruby shocked.
"Are you okay?" Penny asked the truck driver who nods at her.
Penny notices people have come after some have seen what just happened with the truck and the girl being able to stop it with her bare hands, seeing this many people coming made Penny scare and ran away again with Ruby following her too as they ran into an alleyway.
"Penny! Please! What is going on?! Why are you running? How did you do that?!" Ruby asked freaking out a little.
"I-I can't! Everything's fine! I-I don't want to talk about it!" Penny refused to talk as she hiccups.
"Penny, if you can just tell me what's wrong, I can help you!" Ruby said in a way of her own serious.
"No! No, no! You wouldn't understand..." Penny tried to retreat, but Kibo appears behind her and place a hand on her shoulder spooking her a little.
"Let us try, as your friends, we are here to help you in any way possible, so you won't have to suffer the pain you are going through again." Kibo said calmly.
"You both promise you're my friends?" Penny asked.
"We promise." Ruby and Kibo said at the same time.
"Ruby, Kibo… I'm not a real girl." Penny revealed her hands with metal literally under the skin.
KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
The investigation action has begun with Kibo and Ruby first learning the deep secret of their friend, Penny as she was acting strange and now will tell them about herself of what exactly she really is, and hope you like how I made Kibo have the two Atlas soldiers hug each other through pressure points like that. Funny, huh?
And I also have a surprise for Sun to show in the next chapter as you all will be shock.
