Fists Ready for First Mission Fieldtrip

Ironwood is seen in Ozpin's office with the headmaster himself and Glynda as the general is pacing a little back and forth feeling angry about last night.

"They were here... Ozpin, they were here!" Ironwood said raising his voice a little.

"We're very much aware of that! Thank you, James." Glynda stated as they are aware of this too.

"Fantastic! You're aware! Now are we going to do something about it, or should we just stay the course and continue to ignore what's right in front of us?!" Ironwood asked angry.

Then an alert sound went off telling them someone has arrived in the elevator.

"Come in." Ozpin called out.

Ruby and Kibo step in though the former is looking a little nervous as she tries to avert her eyes from the adults in the room.

"Sorry it took so long. Someone accidentally hit all the buttons on the elevator on the way up here… It wasn't me." Ruby chuckled.

"Did you wish to see us about last night?" Kibo asked.

"Yes, and we thank you for coming." Glynda nodded.

"How are you two feeling since then?" Ozpin asked.

"Doing great, though we hope our villain capture wasn't one getting away and two being dead." Ruby said though got silence from the adults.

"I don't regret killing those twins, if you had felt the kind of darkness and bloodlust as I have then you would understand about executing them." Kibo stated crossing his arms together.

"I have thought of that, and it would seem your action was the correct one for those criminals." Ozpin admitted even though it hurts him.

"Ruby, Kibo, I feel it's appropriate to let you know that I think what you did last night is exactly what being a Huntress is all about. You recognized a threat. You took action. And you did the very best you could as well as taking care of two great threats in Remnant." Ironwood recommend on their bravery action.

"Thank you, sir." Ruby smiled.

"Their fate was sealed when the Star of Death shined upon them." Kibo said strongly.

"Now, the general here has already informed us of the events that... transpired last night, but now that you've rested, we were wondering if you had anything to add." Ozpin explained.

"Was anyone else with her besides those twins? Did she look familiar to you at all?" Glynda asked.

"No, I sensed no other presence around the area, it was just that woman and the Crazy Twins." Kibo answered.

"A-And I don't recognize her because she was wearing a mask, and she never said anything to me. But I know she fought with glass. I don't think that was her Semblance, though. Her clothing lit up whenever she attacked." Ruby explained.

"Which is also smart to no reveal her Semblance so that the Atlas military wouldn't be able to track her down. Oh, and she blocked Ruby's bullets with her bare hands." Kibo added.

"Save for the bullet blocking and glass, that sounds like the woman I fought the night we met Ruby." Glynda recalled that night.

"Embedding Dust into clothing is an age-old technique. It could have been anyone." Ironwood stated.

"I do remember her eyes being amber, that part she couldn't hide." Kibo mentioned.

"Amber eyes, not much but we'll have to do a search on that." Ironwood said making a mental note on that.

"Wait. You think this girl is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang?" Ruby asked.

"It's possible. But we still lack the required evidence to link the two together." Ozpin said.

"I believe it might be connected, call it a gut feeling or whatever you want, but those two forces are going to cause big problems to Vale." Kibo pointed out.

"We hear and we promise to do whatever we can do stop it." Glynda promised with a soft smile.

"Actually, I... I think I remember her saying something about a hideout, or something, in the southeast. Just outside the Kingdom." Ruby said.

"Interesting." Ozpin grinned a little.

"(Odd, I don't remember that woman saying anything about that… Unless it's given the Hunters something to look into.)" Kibo thought figured what Ruby is going about.

"I thought you said the intruder never—" Then Ozpin cut Glynda off.

"Thank you for your cooperation, Ruby. Why don't you go and spend some time with your team? You have a big day ahead of you." Ozpin gestured to the elevator.

"Kibo, would you mind staying for a bit? There's something I would like to ask." Ozpin asked.

"You go on ahead without me and tell the others I'm right behind them." Kibo said to Ruby who nods and went to the elevator.

"And Miss Rose, please try and be ... discreet about this matter." Ozpin advised.

"Yes, sir." Ruby said as the elevator door closes.

"Now, I hope you don't mind sharing us a few things like you and a certain group of students tangling with the White Fang and Roman." Ozpin said with a small grin.

"I always knew you were a wise man to know things, and you just prove me that." Kibo chuckled.

"So, that was you and these students fighting on that highroad and the broken Paladin parts left at the scene." Ironwood surprised a bit.

"Yes sir, me and my friends thought to try figuring out what they're planning to put a stop to it and as the Fist of the North Star, it is my duty to stop any evil that dares to harm the peace." Kibo clutched his fist strongly.

"And we appreciate that, but we're also worry that you might get into trouble as you are a student of this academy meaning you may not get to do much as you hope." Glynda pointed out.

"That maybe true, but my Master Kenshiro always told me to follow where the battle is and to keep moving forward until I can't fight anymore for my fate is within the fight. That is the eternal fate of Hokuto Shinken." Kibo said.

"Yes, Kenshiro was such a wise man with strength beyond his years and never stop eating the good fight." Ozpin smiled.

"Well, then it would be safe to assume that you would be going to the southeast location as well." Ozpin grinned.

"That's right, I'll go there alone if I have to." Kibo nodded, answering without hesitation.

"Thank you for speaking with us, you may go now." Ozpin nodded.

Kibo walk away to the elevator though he did get an interesting idea and turn around facing the adults then unleashing a strong shockwave, shocking Ozpin and the other adults feeling the intense pressure from the boy.

"(That boy. Trying to prove his point just like Kenshiro.)" Ozpin thought chuckled.

"Well, there we have it. We send as many troops as we can to the southeast, find out exactly what's going on, and eradicate any forces that stand in our way." Ironwood suggested a military action.

"Why must your answer to everything involve a triumphant display of military bravado!? You treat every situation like it's a contest of measuring di—!" Glynda was about to start an argument with Ironwood, but Ozpin steps in.

"Glynda!"

"Well, he does." Glynda pointed out.

"She's right. As much as I too would love to end this situation once and for all, we must remember that this may go beyond Vale. Beyond Beacon. And if this truly is part of some master plan for which we know not the final move, we mustn't be so bold. Nor can we risk the spread of panic." Ozpin pointed out.

"I have served you faithfully for years... but if you mean to tell me that your plan is to really hold the defenses and wait—!"

"It is not!" Ozpin said standing up and pointed his finger at Ironwood.

"You're a general, James. So, tell me, when you prepare to go to war, which do you send in first? The flag bearers, or the scouts?" Ozpin asked.

"Well, before I answer that. Let me ask you something, are you really going to leave something so dangerous such as going after "Her" even though he doesn't know yet?" Ironwood asked.

"He seems very determined and has already proven himself to be stronger than any first-year students, he could be stronger than the second and third-years." Ozpin believed.

"And we all know how powerful Hokuto Shinken is in fights, he definitely got the potential and so much more. I believe we just found ourselves a new member." Ozpin said shocking the two.

"Ozpin, you can't honestly mean to bring him into the Brotherhood?!" Glynda gasped.

"He's still a young boy in the first-year, we're not even sure if he would be ready to face the Dark Queen." Ironwood concerned for the boy.

"Don't worry, I'm not thinking about immediately bringing him into our ranks… yet. I was thinking when he's a third year, wait and see his strength grown to prove himself more. Honest." Ozpin said.

"Now general, about that question I asked." Ozpin grinned.

(Team RWBY's Room)

"I can't believe you just told Ozpin that you were involved with the fight against Roman and the mech, do you have any idea of how much in trouble if he decided not to let you go?" Weiss scolded Kibo after hearing what happened at the headmaster's office.

"It would already seem that Ozpin knew more than he's letting on." Kibo shrugged.

"But you could have pretended that you don't know." Weiss facepalmed.

"Hey, hey, lay off, Ice Queen." Yang walked up to Kibo and took his hand into hers.

"The important thing is that Kibo is not in trouble, and we can still continue on as we've always done." Yang pointed out.

"Still, it makes you wonder if Ozpin even knew about us being involved too." Blake said.

"Now that makes me very worry, like he's a mind reader even though that's not really his Semblance!" Ruby gasped.

"I'm sure everything will be alright, Ruby. Oh, I know what will cheer you up!" Yang said and held a cylindrical package in her hand.

"What's that?" Ruby asked.

"I don't know yet. Dad sent it to us. I thought we could open it together!" Yang answered.

"Ooooh! Something from home!" Ruby excited and zoomed into Yang to reach for the package.

"Must be nice getting packages from home." Kibo commented.

"I have no one to go home to since my master passed away and my family died when I was just a baby when he found me." Kibo explained.

"Wow, sounds like you had a rough time." Yang said feeling sad for her boyfriend.

"It is, but I will always carry the strong love and strength they have given me in my heart, so it'll always feel like they're with me right now." Kibo stated with a kind smile.

"(I… I wonder if mom and dad are still thinking about me?)" Blake thought asked herself.

Then the package open letting out some black and furry that is the same shape as the package though it suddenly pops into the shape of a small dog, RWBY and Kibo look down seeing the dog as he looks back at them.

The dog barks causing Weiss and Blake to gasp while Yang and Ruby are excited.

"Zwei!" Ruby cheered.

"He sent a dog?!" Blake shocked.

"In the mail?!" Weiss added, equally shock.

Ruby picks up Zwei in her arms and he starts licking her face that is making her giggle while Yang watch this feeling happy.

"Oh, he does stuff like this all the time!" Yang chuckled.

"Your father or the dog?" Blake asked as she disappeared from the floor and hopped onto Ruby's bunkbed.

"Okay, even I never seen and was trained to be prepare for something like this." Kibo admitted as Zwei look toward him and bark happily.

"Aw, I think he likes you." Yang said as she took Zwei from Ruby and handed him into Kibo's arms.

Zwei sniffs the Hokuto fighter for a moment before barking happily and start licking his face much to Kibo's surprise and laugh a little.

"Are you telling me that this mangy... drooling… mutt…" Weiss looked firmly at Zwei who looks back with his cute little eyes.

Weiss tries to fight the cuteness of the dog, but she was overpowered and instantly changed her personality.

"Is going to wiv wif us foweva? Oh, yes he is, yes he is! Oh, isn't he adorable!" Weiss smiled and giggle Zwei under the chin.

"Please keep it away from my belongings." Blake said narrowing her eyes at Zwei.

"I feel like we're forgetting something." Kibo said trying to remember what that is.

"Would all first-year students please report to the amphitheater?" Glynda announced over the speaker boxes.

"Oh right, we have our first mission to get to." Kibo said now remembering that.

"Well, we can't exactly leave him here while we're gone for the week." Weiss pointed out that Zwei will be alone with no company and food for the most part.

"Your father wouldn't by any chance have his food ready as well?" Kibo asked as he set Zwei down and the dog walks over to Blake trying to reach her.

"Let see… look, there's a letter." Yang pulled out a paper that is the letter from her and Ruby's father.

"Dear girls, I've got to leave the island for a few days, so I'm sending Zwei to you to take care of. Enclosed is all the food you should need. Love you both, Taiyang." Yang read the letter.

Before Kibo could even ask the "enclosed" part, dozens of can dogfood fell out of the package piling onto Zwei which shocked him very and wonder if there is a special technique to do it.

"What is he supposed to do with that?" Weiss asked gesturing at all the closed dogfood can.

Then a can opener came out bouncing off from Zwei's head though he doesn't appear to be hurt from it at all.

"Well, that settles it! Come on girls, Zwei will be here when we get back!" Yang smiled waling out of the room.

"Guess this must be one of the unknown and amazing things of our world." Kibo said following Yang out.

"Oh, I'll miss you so much, we're going to be best friends, I can't wait to see you." Weiss said cutely to Zwei while Blake jumps from the bed to the counter and out the room quickly.

Ruby stares down at Zwei feeling worried about leaving him all alone in this room when he just got here to be with her and Yang, then she got an idea that is so crazy it might just work and hopefully doesn't come back to bite her in the butt.

(Auditorium)

Ruby is seen carrying a black backpack with her red rose emblem entering the auditorium with the other students, she sat it down next to the other bags and luggage that were put here by the other students and soon join her team and Kibo as some are chatting among each other.

"Quiet! Quiet please. Professor Ozpin would like to share a few words before we begin." Glynda said as the students went silence and Ozpin took the stage.

Ozpin at Kibo among the crowd giving the young man a smile before speaking into the microphone.

"Today we stand together, united. Mistral. Atlas. Vacuo. Vale. The four Kingdoms of Remnant. On this day, nearly eighty years ago, the largest war in recorded history came to an end. It was a war of ignorance, of greed, and of oppression. A war that was about much more than where borders fell or who traded with whom, but about the very idea of individualism itself. We fought for countless reasons, one of which being the destruction of all forms of art and self-expression. And as you are well aware, that was something many could not stand for. As a result, those who opposed this tyranny began naming their children after one of the core aspects of art itself: color. It was their way to demonstrate that not only would they refuse to tolerate this oppression, but neither were the generations to come. And it was a trend that is held to this very day. We encourage individuality, expressionism, and unity through diversity. As I have said, today we stand together, united. But this bond cannot exist without effort. Which is why today, while the rest of the world celebrates peace, Huntsmen and Huntresses will work to uphold it. As first year students, you will be tasked with shadowing a professional Huntsman or Huntress on a mission. Some of you may be taken out of the Kingdom for several days. Others may work within the walls for the rest of the week. But no matter which path you choose, remember to be safe, remember your training, and remember to do your very best." Ozpin stated.

"(Amazing, it was almost like he is beyond his years and yet his aura feels completely different than everyone else.)" Kibo thought curious.
