Battle Won on a High Note

Yang kept on trying to blast Neon out from her skating funk, but the cat girl is moving too quick, and she comes in smacking the blonde fighter from all around and each hit are really hard.
But even so, Yang would still stand and unload some empty shells from her gauntlet while glaring at Neon who just grins as she cracks her glowstick nun-chucks turning them blue and goes in with another colorful strike while dodging under a punch that Yang almost got her with.
Yang was gonna move but then felt something off with her right leg like its heavier than usual until she looks down to see that it has been encased in ice.
"Hm-hmm! Look! Now you're bottom-heavy, too!" Neon smacked her butt for mocking Yang with the frozen leg.
Yang was feeling a bit more annoyed with this girl as she slammed her foot down to shatter the ice freeing her entire leg, but Neon comes in again and Yang quickly defend with her left arm frozen in ice.
Neon goes skating some move like grinding on a ram then limbering under a broken structure and then made a U-turn to go charging at Yang with her rainbow Semblance to go superfast to kick Yang back into a wall causing cracks behind her.
"You should cool off! Get it? Because you're angry." Neon teased.
Yang was already not liking this girl before, and she is getting angrier and smashes the ice off from her arm and smashing part of the stone wall.
(With Weiss vs Flynt)
Weiss summons four white-blue glyphs while spinning around for a couple of seconds and the fires four ice projectiles toward Flynt. He was a little worried, but then looks down and smiles seeing that he got himself a defensive way.
Flynt performs a front flip and knee-slide on the ground close to a volcanic geyser that bursts out lava and he blasted his trumpet weapon to make the lava crave forward to melt the icy projectile.
"Too bad all that money can't buy you skill." Flynt grinned.
Weiss got upset from hearing like this guy thinks she is still the same spoiled girl back in Atlas, but she has changed so much more than that and she is going to show him that as well.
Weiss turns the dial on her hilt changing to a white Dust chamber while Flynt get himself ready to unleash his musical sound attack again, then the two attack each other with Weiss using the wind Dust clashing against the soundwave and the collusion is a standstill.
But Weiss has something else up her sleeves as she forms several white Glyphs around herself and Flynt from a mere finger gesture, then she goes bouncing from one Glyph to another striking Flynt from all directions for a while.
Flynt wouldn't let her have the advantage for long as he plays his trumpet once more while Weiss is still propelling herself, but the unexpected happen when three other Flynts appeared next to him one by one and combining their soundwave attack to catch Weiss sending her flying.
"Whoa!" Jaune was both shocked and amazed at what Flynt just did.
"What's this?" Port asked, looking at Oobleck.
"It appears young Flynt has just activated his Semblance! And quite a remarkable one at that." Oobleck commented.
"Ladies and gentlemen, feast your eyes on Flynt Coal's Killer Quartet!" Oobleck introduced Flynt's Semblance.
Flynt look up at the holographic screen to see that Weiss's Aura level is the lowest one among the four combatants, and he is going to make sure the Schnee girl get a bitter and sore sound of defeat just like how he felt when her dad run his dad's shop out of business.
Neon is coming back toward the center of the fighting stage with Yang chasing her down and trying to blast her and trying her best to stay calm as possible. But that's harder than she thought as her eyes flash into the red color.
"Ooh! Flashy eyes! Y'know, you're actually kinda pretty when you're angry." Neon taunted, but also being a little bit honest about the angry cute part.
"Shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!" Yang angered and propelled herself with the shotgun boosts from her gauntlet.
Weiss groans in pain while getting back up and reaches out to grab her sword only for Flynt to step on the blade to prevent her from getting her weapon back.
"Get back here!" Yang yelled angrily.
This caught Flynt's attention to look over seeing her partner is having a little fun time that cute blonde bimbo.
"I wasn't trying to say that you should go on a diet, I was saying you really need to go on a diet!" Neon taunted some more.
"THAT'S IT?!" Yang shouted in rage.
"You're fat." Neon said simply.
"Yang is really letting that girl get to her." Glynda considered.
"I hope she'll be okay." Velvet worried that two of Team RWBY might lose.
"Don't worry, she'll find her inner calm." Kibo believed.
"If you say so, but I'm still worried for her." Hakuocho said.
Flynt smirks thinking that he could draw his attention from the Schnee girl for the time being and activate his Killer Quartet Semblance to deliver a strong musical shockwave attack, but Weiss saw what's about to happen and look down to see one of the volcano geysers is about to erupt.
Think of no other way to save her teammate, she jumps to tackle the four Flynts down to the geyser just as it erupts a pillar of magma that towers several feet high.
"What?!" Yang surprised.
"Weiss?!" Ruby and Blake worried for Weiss.
"Oh dear!" Richter worried for her Atlas friend.
"It appears we have a double knockout on our hands!" Port announced in shock.
"In fact, it looks as though Miss Schnee's Aura has been completely depleted! She sacrificed herself to take out Flynt!" Oobleck pointed out, hoping those two are okay.
"Unfortunately, Weiss's plan did not go as she hoped." Kibo sensed that Flynt is still in this fight.
"Wait a minute. What's this!?" Oobleck shocked as he and Port look at the stage again.
It turns out the fight for one flunky boy isn't over as Flynt is shown to still be standing though a little stun from the crazy stunt that Weiss did as the smoke dissipate.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Flynt Coal remains standing!" Port announced surprise.
"Oh, you totally called it." Coco said to Kibo, surprise to see that boy with the cool shades still standing.
The hologram screen shows of the four fighters' Aura level with Weiss being down to zero because of the sacrifice she made, and Flynt is just about 3% above the red zone showing he is still in this fight.
"You did it, Flynt! Don't worry about her, she's easy! But kind of annoying." Neon informed and whispered that last part.
"Ooh, looks like Yang's angry! And you wouldn't like her when she's... upset." Port warned.
Yang was about to reach her breaking point and unleash her Semblance, but then a phantom of Kibo appears in front of her and spoke like the real deal is right in front of her.
"When there is no calm outside of you, you must find the calm inside of you. Find your inner peace, your balance, and the outer chaos will go away."
Yang took a deep breath calming herself down a little though she can still feel her anger rising and she'll need to let it out.
"Come on, show me what you got!" Yang gestured her hand for "Bring it on" at her opponents.
"Looks like someone's being bold." Flynt commented.
Yang fires three rounds of the energy blast having both of them dodge.
"Yo, Neon, go!" Flynt said before sending his musical soundwave at Yang.
Yang gets push back though blasted herself forward to prevent herself from getting sent back and tries to attack the cat girl but couldn't land a hit on her meaning she will have to try another approach. She leaps out of the soundwave and fires at the ground trying to hit Neon as she avoids them.
Seeing that she is barely able to get a hit, Yang decides to launch herself back with a blast that almost hit Flynt forcing him to turn his soundwave away from Neon that confuses her and ended up flying off a ram that was created by Yang's blast.
This little detour gave Yang the opening to charge at Flynt as she launches herself into the air and dives straight for Flynt.
Flynt saw her coming and unleashes his Semblance to attack her fourfold, but Yang wouldn't easly give as she launches herself forward some with her gauntlets and finally getting close enough to clap her hands together onto the trumpet and less than a second later, the musical soundwave backfire on Flynt forcing himself to become one again and knock down with his Aura into the red zone.
"Oh, sour note for Flynt!" Oobleck exclaimed.
Yang turns around to see Neon shaking around the rocky geyser area though appears to be struggling a bit.
"Never miss a beat! Never miss a beat! Never miss a..." Neon's front wheel of the shake got caught in the crack of the ground causing her to lose balance. "…beat!" She exclaimed.
Then she starts tumbling and rolling down until she got caught in an erupting geyser that sent her flying into the air.
Yang saw this and fires one last blast at Neon that hit her dead on into a big explosion with the buzzer going off meaning that she won.
(Music End)
Yang pants a little, feeling glad that she has won the match for her team, and speaking of her team.
"Weiss! Weiss! Are you okay?" Yang ran over to her ash-covered teammate and gently holds her up.
"I may not be singing for a while." Weiss coughed up smoke.
Yang looked a little worried but feel relief to see that Weiss is going to be okay from that little fire show she had up close.
"You know, I'm not sure that was proper form." Yang teased a little.
"Oh, ha ha." Weiss laughed sarcastically before suffering another coughing fit.
"WHAT?!" Neon shouted which got WY's attention.
"We lost? We lost? Team FNKI lost? That was... that was..." Neon looked sad and shock, but her expression immediately changed to excitement and amazement. "Amazing! Oh my gosh, you guys were super crazy awesome! We should definitely party together sometime, right Flynt?" She looked over to her teammate.
"That was a gutsy move, Schnee. I dig it." Flynt commented, he really saw how this little Schnee is different than the one he heard back in Atlas and seems better than her father too.
Ruby and Blake came up to them, to give them each a congratulation for doing a great job in that fight and working together, kind of.
"By the way, Yang. Kibo said that you didn't activate you Semblance during that whole fight and it was crazy!" Ruby mentioned.
"For real?" Yang shocked, and quickly realizes that she really didn't use her Semblance during that fight.
"Well, guess I'll have to save up that energy for the next round." Yang smirked as she flexes her arms.
Kibo smiles proudly for Yang, giving her a nod that she is slowly starting to see the better advantage for her to use her Semblance at the right moment and not at every single battle which could give smarter opponents the advantage.
The crowd is cheering for the two girls who have won that fight and can't wait to see what else they can do.
(With Cinder's Group)
Cinder's team is just looking through her Scroll to find something, Emerald is just playing some games on her own device, and Mercury is simply doing some pushups.
Cinder then just smiles a little wider when she spotted something on her Scroll.
"What?" Emerald asked, noticing that Cinder looks a little happier than usual.
"Oh nothing. We're just going to be making a slight, hmm... alteration in the plan." Cinder informed, feeling a little excited for this.
This got Mercury and Emerald to look at each other with a somewhat concern on their faces then back at Cinder.
"What does that mean?" Mercury asked.
"It means that this will be even easier than we thought." Cinder believed.
Oh, the things she could do with this information.
(Beacon Headmaster Office)
Ozpin is looking out the window thinking about how the other students are doing well in the tournament, but he's still a bit concerned about Ironwood.
"You know, he's making you look like a fool." Qrow pointed out as he walks in with a cup of coffee in hand.
"His heart is in the right place. He's just... misguided." Ozpin believed.
"Sometimes, I'm not even sure he has a heart." Qrow worried that Ironwood is going about too far with his approach. He drank his cup of coffee.
"So, have you chosen your guardian yet?" Qrow asked.
"Maidens choose themselves. I simply believe I've found the right candidate. Ever since the day I met her, I had the feeling she would be the one. She's strong, intelligent, caring... but most importantly, she's ready." Ozpin stated his strong belief in this one.
"And I take it you even invited the North Star boy for this private meeting." Qrow guessed.
"I believe Kibo has the right to know given he is the 65th Successor of Hokuto Shinken and has seem to have already mastered most, if not all of the techniques of the style to protect the world from the eternal darkness that is still haunting us." Ozpin believed.
"Still crazy that the kid has what it takes." Qrow chuckled, remembering how he first met him.
"In order to built trust, we need to share this with both of them." Ozpin said.
(With Kibo and Pyrrha)
Kibo was called by Headmaster Ozpin to come over to his office for something important to talk about that he needs to hear for himself, this got him curious and wonder what's this important thing he needs to tell him.
"Pyrrha?" Kibo surprised as he just met up with Pyrrha at the elevator that leads to the headmaster office.
"Kibo? Were you summoned as well?" Pyrrha asked.
"Yeah, it looks like you came here for the same reason. Which means it must be something for both of us to hear." Kibo believed.
"Do you think it has something to do with the tournament?" Pyrrha guessed.
"Maybe, but it could also be something else. Let's get going." Kibo said as they entered the elevator together.
They went up and entered the headmaster's office where they see Ozpin sitting at his desk and Qrow just leaning his back against a wall.
"Kibo, Pyrrha, good to see that you both have come. Please, take a seat." Ozpin gestured to the two empty chairs in front of his desk.
"Thank you for having us." Kibo thanked as he sat down with Pyrrha.
"By the way, Pyrrha. I wish you luck in the final round." Kibo said.
"Well, it comes as no surprise that they've chosen you to move on to the final round of the tournament. Your performance was exemplary." Ozpin complimented.
"Thank you, Professor Ozpin, but I would never have made it this far without my teammates." Pyrrha said humbly.
"Personally, I think it's the other way around." Qrow commented.
"Now Qrow, even the strongest needs help from their friends." Kibo scolded the old man.
"You know him?" Pyrrha asked, a little surprised that Kibo knows this man.
"Qrow Branwen, he's the uncle of Yang and Ruby." Kibo revealed.
"Oh! You know, looking at you now makes me believe that their adventuring behavior makes a lot of sense now." Pyrrha realized.
"Hehe, I taught them how to have fun!" Qrow smirked.
"Qrow is also a trusted colleague of mine." Ozpin mentioned.
"Professor, if you don't mind me asking, why have you called us here? Kibo believes it's something very important." Pyrrha asked.
"It is, but first, a question for you two. What is your favorite fairy tale?" Ozpin asked.
"Mine is the legend of how Hokuto Shinken was created around 1800 years ago and how the story went." Kibo answered.
"Oh, well, for me is… there's The Tale of The Two Brothers, The Shallow Sea, The Girl in the Tower..." Pyrrha mentioned a few legends she loves to hear.
"What about The Story of the Seasons?" Ozpin asked curiously.
"My master told me about that, I too enjoy it." Kibo smiled a little.
"Then why don't Pyrrha tell the tale." Ozpin suggested.

That jazzy right was like a jazz concert in a fighting form with Yang being able to win the rest of the fight without activating her Semblance thanks to the advice Kibo gave her. And now both Kibo and Pyrrha have come to the headmaster office for an important meeting that those two will learn something of a massive secret.
