I would like to apologize for this long hiatus. I'm going to try and bring this back. Enjoy.

Students filed out of the great hall and walked through the halls towards their common rooms when Harry stopped and looked around in confusion, "Harry?" Harry looked back to see Hermione, Daphne, Tracey, Susan and Hannah approach him, concerning looks crossing their faces, "Are you alright, Harry? You're looking around as if you lost something important,"

"No...I'm fine, Daphne, but...follow me, all of you," without explaining, Harry pushed past the five witches and walked down the hall in the opposite directions and the girls looked at each other before turning and following Harry.

The group of six stood in front of a large portrait of four individuals with stern expressions crossing their faces. Susan walked up to Harry and whispered in his ear, "H-Harry?" Harry hummed and looked back in confusion, "What's going on? Do you know these four?"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Harry turned and faced the five with a small smile, "Allow me to introduce Godric Gryffindor," he gestured to the portrait of a man with long red hair and a long beard, a sword by his side, "Rowena Ravenclaw," pointing towards the portrait of a woman with flowing black hair, holding a book, "Helga Hufflepuff," gesturing to the portrait of the woman with flowing brown hair, "And Salazar Slytherin," he pointed towards the portrait of the man with the peppering beard and the five witches stared with wide eyes, "The four Founder of Hogwarts,"

The five stared, stunned at the portrait before Rowena smiled, "Young Heir," Harry turned as Rowena shook her head, "We've been expecting you this evening," she looked up and continued to smile, "And it appears that you brought along some lovely companions, welcome young witches,"

Daphne gained her composure before curtsying at the portrait, "It is a pleasure to meet the Founders of Hogwarts, but may I inquire as to why Salazar is here? I thought he wanted to make the school into a p-"

"History books written by arrogant Slytherins," Salazar interrupted, "Like my friends and my lovely wife," without hesitation, he held Helga's hand and the six stared in silence, "I wanted to welcome all blood status witches and wizards, true we may have had our fair share of disagreements, but that's not to say I wanted to turn Hogwarts into a place for Purebloods only, and when I find the ones who wrote that in a history book, I will give them a piece of my mind,"

The six continued to stare before Godric let out a hearty laugh, "Anyway, I suppose you six are fixing to enter the common area,"

Daphne, Susan, Hannah, Tracey and Hermione looked at them in confusion as Harry slowly nodded, "Yes please,"

"We thought as much," Helga smiled, "Our password is Equality, but please refrain from sharing it with others in the castle," the group nodded before the portrait slowly opened and the six stepped inside.

The small group stood in the middle of a well-furnished room with a fire snapping and popping in the fireplace, "It might not be as big as the other common rooms, but this is our personal quarters," looking up, they saw the Founders in a portrait above the fireplace, "After classes ended each day, the four of us will come here to unwind," Godric explained, "Now as to why we summoned you here, young heir," Harry hummed and tilted his head to the side in confusion, "Your young companions can go enjoy themselves while we talk, and worry not, you six are more than welcomed to stay here for the evening, beds will be provided for you all,"

Hermione, Daphne, Susan, Tracey and Hannah nodded before they turned and walked away and Rowena looked at Harry with a serious expression crossing her face, "Young heir," Harry looked up and slightly frowned, "It's about your family. Your parents are determined to see to it that your brother will be resorted, but that fool of a headmaster warned them that if they go through that and none of the Houses accept him, he will be expelled,"

"But he was sorted into Slytherin, an-"

"Lawrance was hesitant on putting him, the Longbottom boy and the Weasley boy in any house, but they were more suited for my House," Salazar groaned and shook his head, "Lawrance is a good friend, but even he was disgusted by their arrogance,"

"Lawrance? The hat has a name?"

"Yes, young heir, but you are aware of the rule of a resorting, correct?" Helga questioned and Harry slowly shook his head, "It means the House he was sorted in will reject him and if all the Houses reject your brother, he will be expelled, but we fear your parents might persuade Lawrance into putting him into Gryffindor,"

"And why are you telling me this? I'm certain Dumbledore has told them this rule an-"

"We fear that if he gets expelled, they might pull you out of Hogwarts as well," Godric answered, "Which is why tomorrow morning at breakfast, we have a plan for you to expose yourself as our chosen heir," Harry tilted his head to the side in confusion, "We will conjure up a table in front of the head table for you and your friends to sit at, after which, we will make an appearance in the great hall and announce to the school that we have selected you, Harry James Potter, to be our heir and that no one is to remove you from the school against your will,"

"My parents and brother aren't going to like that...and what if Dumbledore tries to convince me to give the title to my brother?"

"It cannot be done," Rowena answered in a strict tone, "We have selected you; the title cannot be handed over willy nilly like that. If he tries to cause any type of harm to you, Hogwarts will protect you, and that protection pours out to your young friends, so you needn't worry about them,"

Harry slowly nodded before he felt a finger tap him on his shoulder and he looked back to see Tracey standing behind him, "Is everything okay, Tracey?"

"We were just wondering if we could borrow your owl so we can write to our families before going to bed," Tracey answered, "It's okay if you'd rather not loan your owl out, we can go to the owlery tomorrow, but we just that it'll be easier if-"

"Sure," Harry smiled before the snow-white owl flew towards them, "And don't worry, she'll find her way back either tonight or tomorrow," Tracey nodded before she turned and walked away, the owl following her.

"You and your friends should rest now, young heir," Salazar spoke, "Tomorrow is going to be a busy day," Harry nodded befrore he walked away in silence.

Sorry for the length and the wait, something happened the other day and I had to rush to fix it. Enjoy.
