13. Chapter 13: Putting Down a God

Hey guys and welcome back, time for Naruto to fulfill the second half of what the Shinigami wanted him to do for Soul Society as well as seeing what his reward will be for his service… and a few others things too.

Side note: Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, if you celebrate it, and hope you're all doing well.

Something I want to address: some of you have asked/complained about me giving Naruto the myriad of bloodlines and powers just for shits and giggles or just to make him super OP. I'm telling you all right now that I do have a reason that pertains to the plot of this fic and future installments. I promise I did not give Naruto all this power just because I wanted a super OP/Badass character. His powers are relevant to a VERY significant plot point that will be coming up in a later chapter that I had planned since the start. So just bear with me and enjoy the show until we reach that point, since it's something I'm sure none of you will see coming.

Also, fair WARNING this contains spoilers to things that were discussed/brought up/happened in the Manga but never made it into the anime (though with talk that they are bringing the series back, it could mean that it will be in the anime soon) so just be prepared in case there's characters, events, powers, items, etc etc. that you don't recognize or anything.

CHAPTER 13: PUTTING DOWN A GOD

SOUL SOCIETY: DAYS LATER

Naruto stood casually in the middle of a training field wearing a simple black tank top and red gi pants as he smoked a pipe. All around him were beaten and broken members of the different divisions. Off to the side were Kimimaro and Tōsen standing casually as their master stood in his relaxed position, the same one he had started in as he hadn't moved from the center of the arena the entire time. Kimimaro did take in some satisfaction at seeing the different ranked Shinigami watch on in continued surprise and shock as Naruto casually beat each person into the ground while smoking his pipe the entire time and not taking a single hit. It was even further surprising as he did it all with his fists and feet even when the others used kido and their blades. It really shouldn't have been that surprising, but knowing the outcome and actually seeing the process leading up to and seeing said outcome were different things.

Of course, he had done something similar a couple days ago in beating the Arrancar with a simple staff. It had occurred when they had come out to find Naruto training against several of his Shadow Clones while blindfolded and he dismantled them all without getting a scratch… although, it was fair to state that you'd never know if he did get a scratch thanks to his healing factor. Anyway, he had been giving them basic training to get used to their newly adjusted/modified bodies but hadn't truly trained them until that day and it just showed them how deep the gap between them ran since he didn't need to ascend at all to handle them.

Anyway, today marked the tenth day of them being in Soul Society as there was quite a bit of work he had to get done and his clones were still doing some prep work for the biggest concern that the Shinigami wanted handled, but to do so needed a lot of careful prep work since Naruto wasn't going to leave anything to chance.

Although, a constant headache was the replacements for the Central 46. Mainly because Naruto had to keep killing the replacements because they were corrupt, higher than thou, egotistical, bastards who thought they could do what they wanted because they were the judges. It was after the third cleansing that there were finally some members worth keeping, but as of yet the full list of positions wasn't filled.

Beyond that, things were moving along well and Naruto was getting to know his new warriors along with the different Soul Reapers, though Unohana still seemed a bit distant and stand offish, but he expected that, and Nel was very clingy and desiring since she'd constantly press herself against him and want to be around him, something he noted made Tier and a few others have twitching eyebrows. The reason for the animosity was because the asshole kept trying not only to get Naruto to agree to not only have himself poked and prodded to add research on his unique status, but kept pushing to lock up his Arrancar turned warriors and then dissect them to further his research. His claim was that they were still Arrancar and thus had no rights in Soul Society

Naruto's response was to send him through 5 buildings and a wall with the threat of worse pain and suffering if he dared try anything like that again.

The fact that no one, not even his artificially created daughter, came to his defense spoke volumes to how everyone else in the Gotei 13 felt about the clown asshole. Kenpachi and Yachiru made it no secret of their contempt for him and the others only tolerated him because there was no one else to fill the void of head researcher and scientist for the Gotei 13 since Kisuke Urahara was exiled/fled from Soul Society

Naruto would have to correct some of those problems on top of the persistent problem of the Central 46. However, he still had time to fix those before the major problems would begin, at least that's what Shinigami had assured him of anyway.

He paused as Rangiku stepped towards him with a wide smile, "Care to join me for a drink?" She asked with her smile turning more flirtatious.

Ichigo was interested in another world.

Orihime was interested in his adventures and his healing arts, with Isane and Unohana also being interested in the latter even if Unohana was glaring towards him the whole time.

Aizen wanted his so called combined world and Mayuri wanted to experiment. They didn't need another Aizen group out and about to cause problems.

While no where near as dangerous as Aizen and his group, a sizeable group could still cause a large amount of trouble and chaos depending on what they tried to do or get away with while on the run. Even worse if they could use the information they had from each division to harm Soul Society at large.

Each Division was privy to information in accordance with their job/specialty that the others weren't, which meant a group from different divisions had quite a bit of information that could cause problems, though anyone under a 5th seat didn't have any real threatening information, it could still be information that could cause problems.

Naruto merely nodded to them and then led his group back to the barracks to get some sleep, tomorrow was going to be a day of hunting in the expansive city and removing other filth that had been allowed to grow and ingrain themselves in the city due to lack of manpower on the Gotei 13's part.

When Arthas Menethil made him a Death Knight and affected his soul, it triggered the seal Lord Shinigami used to seal the Kyubi into the boy. Lord Shinigami unintentionally gave a small piece of his power to the boy when he made the seal, and becoming a Death Knight activated that power. As such, the boy was able to call upon his Zanpakuto and due to his circumstances, he's able to have full control over it and his powers while still being among the living without the use of a Gigai. It is my belief that his unique structure and capabilities are why the Hogyoku was able to be absorbed by him even though it had fully bonded with Aizen." Yamamoto stated to the surprise of Chōjirō.

"Sir, wouldn't that mean he could make it so our forces could exist in the Human world without a Gigai as well?" Chōjirō asked and Yamamoto nodded.

"Yes, it is possible, but those touched by his power tend to become bonded to him in some way. Normally that is not a bad thing as he tends to take in those without a home and train them to become what they were truly capable of, however, aside from the few of our forces that are no doubt looking at joining him, we cannot do such a thing. Lord Shinigami has ordered that our forces not partake in his power as a whole, there are those of us who will join him soon and in the future, but we as a whole cannot." Yamamoto stated as Chōjirō nodded.

"Should I even bother to ask why?" Chōjirō asked and Yamamoto shook his head.

"I can't say, for I do not know. Lord Shinigami has ordered it and did not give any more information, and I did not ask as it was not my place or business to." Yamamoto stated and Chōjirō nodded.

"At least he's on our side." Chōjirō stated as Yamamoto chuckled and nodded.

"Too true, old friend, too true." Yamamoto stated as they headed back for their barracks.

FOUR DAYS LATER: FOREST CLEARING

The past four days had been a bit busy for Naruto as he and his group went through different districts wiping out different contacts of Mayuri and cleaning up some of the districts too while they were at it. With Mayuri's soul scheduled for eternal torment, Aizen dead and already at Shinigami's mercy, that left the outside help they had for Kūkaku's "caring" touch.

Only then will I help train you and get you prepared for what you will need to face to get revenge and closure. Do not come out until you've succeeded." Naruto stated as Ichigo took some deep breaths before drawing his Zanpakuto and taking a meditation position before closing his eyes.

He deadened himself to the world at large for the most part, which was due to when his clones were popped the backlash still made his mind come back to the outside world to process and handle the information accordingly.

While handling evacuation and support were the main jobs of his clones, they also had a second objective which was to target a specific member of Yhwach's Sternritter. Specifically, Pernida Parnkgjas aka the Left Hand of the Soul King. Of course, him being one of Yhwach's Schutzstaffel, or Royal Guard, made that hard to accomplish, but Naruto knew it could be done with the right amount of skill, tactics, planning, and luck and since he usually had the latter in spades he was optimistic.

His preparations were helping a lot since the traps and the massive sealing network he set up across the city were doing their jobs in spades. The sealing network was the main thing though, half of it was Hirashin at it's most refined form to date and as such Naruto could teleport anyone within the sealing area to wherever he so desired and thus was saving everyone before they could be killed.

The second half, however, was what would win them this fight if they could keep the enemy fighting and expending as much power as they possibly could. Hence why he wanted Pernida Parnkgjas as removing him from play in a specific manner would help immensely in the plan.

There was a third function though and that was revitalizing anyone within the courtyard until one specific piece of the seal array was disturbed, which Naruto knew it would be once Yhwach made it to the gate of the wall that divided the Barracks from the rest of the city.

A large pillar of fire caused Naruto to twitch before Yamamoto was teleported in on his knees gasping for breath as Unohana rushed over and began treating him. "That was not pleasant." Yamamoto rasped as he sat down to catch his breath from using his Bankai to wipe out an entire company of Quincy soldiers and, hopefully, a few of the Sternritter along with them.

The catch was if not for Naruto's teleportation, he would have been consumed by the flames as well.

"Not meant to be, I'd assume." Naruto quipped as he went back to his previous task easily feeling Ichigo tearing through the enemies with ease, even a few of the Sternritter weren't able to stand up to him. Then again, none of them were expecting a Hollowed Soul Reaper that had Quincy powers to be facing them in combat and would be heavily motivated and pissed off to ensure they didn't survive today.

It also had a side effect of culling many more of the lesser/less usable Quincy as Yhwach was draining them of their power and life force to fuel the more useful members in the fight, mainly to bring down Ichigo and Kenpachi since they were doing the most damage.

A twitch later, half of the Captains were back in the courtyard being healed due to one of the Sternritter, the fucker that can alter reality, altering them to have different issues. Thankfully being back in the courtyard was reversing that slowly thanks to the seal network, but even so it was getting annoying.

Ordering a clone to turn control over to him, Naruto opened his eyes to see himself in front of the man in question, from what his clone heard the man's name was Gremmy Thoumeaux and his power was fueled by his imagination. A blonde young man with a small smile on his face, "Okay asshole. Your power is impressive, but now I want to see just how far it can go." Naruto stated as his second body's right arm was suddenly engulfed in black flames even as he saw a great deal more of the Quincy coming up behind the asshole. Naruto grinned ferally as he stared into Gremmy's eyes as the flames roared to even stronger heights, "I've never tested this technique fully before, so I'm not sure what will happen, but I'm feeling good so let's find out." Naruto stated as his power washed over the area making Gremmy widen his eyes and step back slightly since he wasn't expecting this and was feeling a very cold chill go down his spine, "Magika Style: Dragon of the Darkest Flame!" Naruto intoned as his voice took a dark and cruel tint to it before he shot his arm forward and the fire blasted off and took the form of a large black dragon with blood red eyes that roared as it rushed right at Gremmy.

Said man was frozen in shock and fear as nothing he had ever imagined came close to describing how terrifying that dragon was and the fear was such that it consumed and gripped his mind making it impossible for him to try and think of anything else to stop it.

As such, the dragon roared and consumed him making him unleash an unholy scream as the dragon tore through the area behind him and in the Quincy there even as Gremmy felt his body incinerate to nothing.

Once it had consumed the enemies before it, the dragon rose to the air and roared a terrifying and deafening roar that shook the whole city before it turned back to Naruto and launched back to him. Naruto didn't move as the dragon neared before it opened it's maw and bit down on his right arm causing a blinding light to occur.

When it settled down, Naruto stood there with his clothes charred and smoking and his right arm now holding a black dragon tattoo wrapped around it from palm to just under this upper arm tattoos. The dragon was glowing and puling with power while electricity flickered around his arm.

"Well, that's interesting." Naruto stated looking at his new tattoo and feeling the presence within since apparently he created a new entity with that attack and it was bonding with him, though there were some birth pains as his arm was throbbing and had several spurts of pins and needles

He then looked and saw the primary target, Yhwach standing there staring at him with the royal guard around him and looking at him. "Well, this is an interesting development. May I know just who it is that is interfering so much in my plans?" Yhwach stated and Naruto snorted.

"Is that fear I hear in your voice? Shouldn't you already know who I am thanks to the Almighty?" Naruto stated as he smirked at the man, who twitched slightly and Naruto smirked wider, "You don't need to know other than I'm the man who's going to cause your death." Naruto stated with a smirk before he was gone from the area back to his normal body, but that wasn't the only person who left.

When Naruto returned to his body, he opened his eyes to see a white hand with chains on it and an eye on the palm on a body hanging in front of him his chakra chains.

The eye looked at him in curiosity and scrutiny, "What are you?" It asked despite not having a mouth to do so.

"Complicated, but to give you a more… tangible answer for you, I'm an Uzumaki." Naruto stated as the eye widened a bit.

"Ah, that explains a great deal, your clan was my contribution to the gene pool of that planet. You're current status of evolution is proof that you were one to truly embrace the gifts bestowed to your clan, even if there's been outside interference to a rather large degree." It stated as it looked at Naruto appraisingly.

"Thank you, though that's not the point of here and now." Naruto stated even as his blackened arm pulsed and the eye looked at the white one before them.

"No, it's not. You want my help to kill my king and break the cycles in place and my counterpart has already agreed to help you it seems. I wondered why his avatar felt so… empty when I ran into him earlier." It stated as Naruto nodded.

"Yes, Mimihagi has agreed. He, like you, knows you need stagnation as well as evolution to fully evolve and bring forth a thing's potential. Your problem, Pernida, is that you serve a king that wants only evolution and advancement, and his version of a perfect world. There's no such thing, it's a lie and false concept we create. There is no perfection, no perfect, no ultimate thing to achieve that can't be outdone by something else." Naruto stated as the now identified Pernida blinked at him.

"That is correct, but I find that Yhwach's version of a world to be better than the current Soul King's." Pernida stated and Naruto snorted.

"Yhwach's dream version, you're assuming Yhwach could achieve such a thing. Just because he is the Soul King's son doesn't mean he can handle the throne and responsibility. Nor does it mean he will be a good king or event the correct king needed to get the results that are desired. It is just as likely that he will ruin things beyond what they are and make all your work across the universe into nothing but a waste of time that he will never allow to try to be attempted again. He's a spoiled brat that has decided to lay claim to what he wants now rather waiting until a possible time is right. You, him, and the rest of your followers are so caught up in thinking about all the changed he could make, that you never stopped and considered if he should. A perfect world or race makes Evolution pointless, if they and things are perfect why would they grow, adapt, and change if there's no need to? Your king is out of his depth and just wants what he feels he is owed just for existing." Naruto stated as Pernida's eye narrowed at him a long moment.

"You… are not wrong. Looking at it all now, I can see the mistakes and problems with all of the plans and attempts. All my work would be undone and destroyed." Pernida stated as Naruto held his left hand out.

"Then give me what I need." Naruto stated as Pernida blinked, once, twice, thrice, and then stared a long while before it glowed and turned into a putty before it launched onto Naruto's left arm and engulfed it making his arm go pure white with some chains dangling off of it and an eye on the back of the hand.

Naruto merely hummed a moment before gripping his blade again and renewed his job and focus.

So far the plan was working as it was supposed to, their forces were slowing the Quincy advance and costing them numbers and power repeatedly. He had to pull everyone back at one point or another, even Ichigo and Kimimaro due to taking some hits from the powers of the Sternritter, but still no casualties beyond a few civilians his clones couldn't get to in time.

However, the growing animosity he could feel told him Yhwach was getting pissed off and the resulting spiritual pressure as more and more of his Quincy fell was only further showing that. It wouldn't be long before the powder keg that was Yhwach's patience blew, which was why once both were recovered Naruto sent Ichigo and Kenpachi along with a large detachment of clones right at the fucker. He kept the others back and had them line the walls to prepare for providing support via long range bombardment.

Ichigo and Kenpachi wouldn't stop Yhwach, but they'd sure slow him down and piss him off even more.

Sure enough, within five minutes of the two engaging him with clones supporting them, Yhwach took the bait and used his draining trick that he used earlier, a clone heard it called Auswählen, and the subsequent beam of light showed it was indeed successful as all the Quincy signatures except for Uryu and Ichigo vanished from Soul Society and Yhwach's power skyrocketed up from what it was.

Naruto immediately recalled Kenpachi and Ichigo from the area and sent all of his clones there to stall as long as possible. "Everyone get ready, once he's in sight fire everything you got. Once he reaches the wall or you're exhausted fall back behind me." Naruto ordered making everyone sound off as the pressure of Yhwach was slowly encroaching on them.

While the fear was still prevalent in almost all of them, Naruto's plan had worked so far and they were all having faith that it would continue to work.

As soon as Yhwach was visible, everyone launched Kido spells, Balas, sword attacks, and anything else they had in their arsenal. None of it hit, of course, but then it wasn't expected to. It was merely meant to slow and drain more of his power.

One by one, those on the wall fell back behind Naruto, who stood in the center still, and just as the last of them got clear, the gate of said wall was blasted apart with Naruto sending the debris clear of the people behind him.

Yhwach glared at the man who apparently was the catalyst of his plans falling apart, but at seeing his arms he gave a rather contempt sneer. "So, that explains how you've been able to escape my sight for so long." He stated as Naruto moved around his sword and stood in front of Yhwach, "I suppose I should be surprised Pernida turned his back on me but I can't find myself to be. The fact that he willingly is being used alongside Mimihagi is a bit surprising." Yhwach stated as he kept walking.

"Yes well, anything to give a further edge against someone who can jut reset time any time he would normally lose." Naruto stated as he clenched his hands tightly.

"True, only those two and Shinigami himself are blind spots to my sight. Something I intend to rectify right now." Yhwach stated before he was in front of Naruto in an instant causing Naruto to widen his eyes.

He didn't have time to react as Yhwach grabbed both his arms and began tearing off the black and white essences even as Naruto fought to hold them making Yhwach snarl in anger and exert more power onto the pull. The tug of war continued for another 20 seconds, before Yhwach roared and tore both essences from Naruto and absorbed them into himself. He then kicked Naruto back causing him to gasp and spit up blood before he was sent flying back and crashed in front for the forces he was leading.

"Naruto-kun/sama/san!" Multiple people shouted as Naruto rolled over onto his hands and knees and was gasping and panting as he spat blood onto the ground while Yhwach chuckled.

"Did you really think you could take on a god with power you hardly understand?" Yhwach asked as he walked forward a few feet before pausing and frowning.

Why?

Well, Naruto wasn't gasping anymore.

No, in fact, he was laughing.

"You're not a god, you're just… an asshole." Naruto stated as he got up and smirked as he wiped blood from his lip. "And you're going to die here." Naruto stated with his smirk staying in place as he looked at the asshole before him while this behind him were nervous, save for Kimimaro.

"Did I knock your brain loose when I hit you a moment ago? Never mind, it's inconsequential, allow me to put you out of your misery." Yhwach stated as he raised a hand and Naruto just spread his arms wide.

"Give it your best shot." Naruto stated as he grinned at Yhwach, who hesitated for a second. Not much but that one second was more than he had ever hesitated in his entire life.

In that one second he felt a very human chill of fear creep into his head and lay claim to his very soul.

In that one second he felt like a mouse before a starving dragon.

In that one second, he felt that he had truly and utterly made a mistake.

In that one second, he felt every one of his instincts tell him to turn around and leave or to just nuke the entire city and be done with it.

But that one second couldn't stand up to his arrogance and pride.

It couldn't stand up to the man who thought himself the rightful king of all souls and the one who could tear down the Shinigami one day in order to create the perfect world.

It couldn't stand up to the mentality Yhwach had crafted for himself over the millennia of existence and cheating death time and again.

And as such, he launched forward intent on smashing the face of the man who seemed to grate on every nerve he had.

And in that moment, he truly and utterly lost.

Naruto stood there with his grin still in place as Yhwach neared not even paying attention to the others telling him to move.

He had nothing to worry about after all.

Just as Yhwach's fist was about to make contact with his face, he froze. You could tell he wasn't expecting it as he grit his teeth and seemed to be struggling to move, but he was stuck in place as Naruto's grin widened.

"What's the matter? Feeling a little sluggish?" Naruto asked as he stepped to the side and as Yhwach tried to redirect his punch, chains shot out of the ground and began binding him tightly as different sections impaled him all over.

"W-w-what I-I-I-is th-thi-thi-this?!" Yhwach demanded as he was struggling to even speak let alone move and it was more infuriating that he couldn't seem to break free even with his powers..

"This? Oh this is just a masterpiece of seal work that took me the entirety of the time I was in Soul Society to set up and get in place. You see, the entire time your forces were fighting us, they were actually fighting you. Every drop of Spirit Energy they used was absorbed by this seal and directed to two functions, and that includes all that spirit power you used to bolster your forces, attack, and even to bolster yourself, though your absorption was only halved so you still felt the power boost and didn't get suspicious. The first function was making a maze that slowly herded your forces where I wanted them and ensured none of your forces could ever try to flank our position or just rush straight here until I wanted them too. It was both physically and mentally nudging your senses and decisions subtlety and ensuring you never thought about it or tried to resist and the more power you fed it the easier it was." Naruto stated with his grin in place as Yhwach grit his teeth. "The second half was the important part as it actually took all that energy, funneled it through me infecting it with my different energies, and then fueling back into a seal designed to contain you via matching you in power. That part was trickier, for one I couldn't just leave the seal open or it could trigger on anyone, so I made myself the target since so long as I didn't try to leave the seal it wouldn't forcibly restrain me. For two, it was too much power to handle, though admittedly less than you could have had if I hadn't had some agents go to Hueco Mundo and slaughter many of the higher level Hollows so you couldn't drain any power from them. You see, I couldn't handle that much power no matter how many foci I used so I needed at least one godlike being to help direct and guide the flow before beginning to absorb it and wouldn't you know it, I got two." Naruto stated as Yhwach widened his eyes and Naruto widened his grin.

"Y-yo-yo-you t-t-t-tri-tric-tric-tricked m-m-m-me." Yhwach stated and Naruto nodded.

"Yes, I knew you'd be too pissed off and arrogant to think about any possibility of a trap and would just absorb the hands of the Soul King the first chance you got. That 20 seconds of struggle against you may not seem like much, but that was 20 seconds of you flexing your power near maximum right at the heart of the absorption seal. Then once you pulled them off, their connection to me and the seal drew the seal's connection to you. Now even if you stop struggling you'll remained restrained and continue to grow weaker because your power fueled the seal and it's not going to let go of you until your dead." Naruto stated as he rolled his shoulders a bit as Yhwach glared hatefully, "Of course, the seal also needed a key to activate all the different levels and mechanisms I placed in it, thankfully you provided that. When you sent me flying back with that kick, I grabbed this." Naruto stated as everyone saw Death's Embrace materialize in his hand. "Removing this from the center of the seal unlocked it in full and now you're doomed."

Yhwach growled before smirking. "Do you think this will work forever? When I die I can just use the Almighty to redo all of this." Yhwach stated though his stuttering was still there.

Naruto just smirked, "Maybe, but you provided the key to that in your arrogance. All of your Quincy warriors had pieces of your soul within them and the seal absorbed those as well and then transferred them while using them to fuel the seal. Not to me of course, but to Mimihagi and Pernida." Naruto stated as Yhwach widened his eyes. "Yes, having so many pieces of your soul gave them access to the Almighty through your connection, but you gave them even greater access by absorbing them into your body making them part of you and the Almighty and now they are doing their part of the plan in your death." Naruto stated making Yhwach widen his eyes further before he was suddenly forced to his knees and he spat up blood.

Naruto then walked forward and squatted down to his level, "You see, I know that little tidbit about the Almighty that you didn't want anyone else to know. That it isn't unique to one Universe, it's in fact a constant spread across all universes. And since you absorbed them like you did this version of the Almighty, they're infecting it with themselves and my attack seal. Now, in every single universe, they are part of the Almighty and can control aspects of it. In every universe that you exist, you will be blind to at least one aspect that will bring you down and every time you use the Almighty, your power will weaken. You don't just lose in this universe, but now you lose in every universe and will never be victorious no matter how close you get. You. Lose. Asshole." Naruto stated as he stood up with Yhwach glaring hatefully at him even as his face gained wrinkles and his hair began to grey.

"Ichigo." Naruto called making the young man walk up with both his blades out. "I told you that I'd give you the opportunity to kill the last person involved in the death of your mother, and now I intend to keep it. This man kept her from surviving against Grand Fisher by absorbing her Quincy powers as she was dying, incidentally he also caused Uryu's mother to die that day as well." Naruto stated making the rest of the Kurosaki family and Uryu widen their eyes while Ichigo put both of his blades to Yhwach's neck. "Hold a moment, I need to do one last thing, then his life is yours." Naruto stated making Ichigo pause before Naruto began flashing through seals, "Ninja Art: Reaper Death Seal." Naruto called making many widen their eyes while Yhwach paled rapidly as the Shinigami himself appeared behind Naruto.

Immediately, the Soul Reapers and Kimimaro dropped to their knees and bowed before the Arrancar followed suit after seeing Kimimaro do so, and the humans followed that knowing that they really didn't need to offend or piss off a god, let alone one that was the god of death. Kimimaro usually didn't kneel or bow to anyone but his lord, but considering this was a god that his lord worshipped and served, it would have looked bad on his lord if he didn't show proper respect.

The Shinigami hovered there a long moment before nodding, "You've done well, Naruto." He intoned, his voice sending shivers down the spines of nearly everyone there.

"I aim to please." Naruto stated before he looked to Ichigo and nodded his head.

Ichigo didn't need to be told twice and turned to glare at Yhwach one last time, "Rot in hell, you bastard." Ichigo growled before he took his head clean off. The Shinigami then opened his mouth and lashed forward with his right hand and grabbed what was the remains of Yhwach's soul before Mimihagi and Pernida were then consumed bringing with them the rest of Yhwach's soul as well ensuring no one would be able to try to resurrect Yhwach again.

Naruto also pulled Mayuri's soul from his blade and tossed it into the Shinigami's mouth as well. As for the Almighty, the two hands of the Soul King used the seal and their own influence to ensure no one would be able to acquire it again. It would be sealed away for all time unless the most dire of circumstances came to pass.

The Shinigami consumed it all before spitting Mimihagi and Pernida out and the two vanished, Mimihagi back to his shrine and Pernida to wherever he wanted to go.

Naruto bowed his head to the deity, who nodded in turn, "Your reward will be granted soon, Naruto. Just know there may be other tasks in the future, whether from me or from associates of mine." Shinigami stated and Naruto nodded.

"I'll be ready." Naruto stated as the Shinigami seemed to grin down at him before vanishing from Soul Society.

Naruto then dropped to his knees and gasped for air as he started panting with Kimimaro being next to him in an instant, "Master." Kimimaro asked in concern and Naruto waved him off.

"I'm all right, just tired. I had to keep mixing all of the Quincy's power with my own to properly channel and funnel it, that drained me quite a bit." Naruto stated as he sat down and began to slow his breathing. He then turned to the corpse of Yhwach and his eyes shifted to his Rinne-Sharingan, "Amaterasu." Naruto intoned as the holy black flames swept across the body and began to consume it.

Naruto was NOT risking someone that was like Mayuri getting their hands on the corpse let alone if a Quincy or two were not in this attack and they wanted to try something in the future.

Naruto then stood and motioned Kimimaro and Ichigo to back up to the others, "And now for my final trick." Naruto stated as Death's Embrace began humming with power, both his own and a lingering amount of Yhwach's since he needed to it gets grasp on some things, making everyone look on in confusion and surprise before he slammed the blade down and the power flared as a ritual circle formed. The onlookers watched as different souls suddenly joined the circle and the ground rose up and formed around the souls creating humanoid shapes. The power then crawled up the shapes until they were completely covered and it held there a few minutes before, like glass that hadn't been tempered right, cracks began to form throughout the shapes.

Naruto then pulled his blade free and the power shattered in an array of sparks leaving the figures bare for all to see.

The sight of them shocked many, none more than the Shiba Family members, Byakuya Kuchiki, Uryu, Tōsen, Rangiku, Orihime, and the Kurosaki family.

Why?

Because Naruto had just resurrected several fallen members of those families.

Masaki Kurosaki, mother of Ichigo, Karin, and Yuzu and wife of Isshin.

Kaien Shiba; older brother of Kūkaku Shiba; and his wife Miyako Shiba.

Kakyō, Tōsen's best friend and the woman he loved.

Shiro and Manami Matsumoto (#1), Rangiku's parents.

Sora Inoue, the older brother of Orihime.

Hisana Kuchiki, wife of Byakuya and (secret) older sister of Rukia Kuchiki.

Kanae Katagiri, mother of Uryu, and Sōken Ishida, Uryu's grandfather.

Naruto sighed as he sealed his blade before facing the other figures that he had brought back and that were quickly surrounded by Kimimaro and the Arrancar with the Soul Reapers quickly forming a circle around that group to just to be safe while Yoruichi moved the other resurrected people away from getting caught in the crossfire.

The individuals in question? 6 of the Sternritter that the Shinigami indicated could be useful if they were willing to submit, though one was indicated to be a problem child if Naruto did try to recruit them. Their names were Bambietta Basterbine, Berenice Gabrielli, Giselle Gewelle, Meninas McAllon, Candice Catnipp, and Liltotto Lamperd.

The women were trying to get a feel for what was going on as they clearly remembered dying and this didn't feel like Giselle's Zombie power being used on them.

"What? What is going on? Where's Lord Yhwach?!" Bambietta asked as she saw she and the other females of the Sternritter were surrounded.

"He's right there." Naruto stated as he walked up and pointed to the still burning black flames that were now consuming the bones and ashes left behind.

"Wh-no, no, no, no, no! That's impossible!" Liltotto cried out yet there was not as much sorrow in her voice as there was of shock.

"Not really, but even if it was, it doesn't change reality. He's dead, his corpse is soon to be not even ashes on the wind and his soul will forever remain in the Shinigami's stomach. The same can be done to you too if not for me deciding to offer you a chance rather than letting you face oblivion or the other torments that awaited you for what you had done and would do in Yhwach's name." Naruto stated making the six pale rapidly.

"Who and what are you? You smell of death, and your power… it feels like mine, but very different." Giselle asked since being around corpses and zombies so much kind of gave her a feel for it and the power and spells behind it.

"Complicated, that's what I am, as for who, I'm Ammon Menethil, though I also go by Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto stated making them widen their eyes in shock and pale rapidly in fear. "You know of me?" Naruto asked with an eyebrow cocked up in interest.

"Y-yes. Lord Yhwach was very interested in you as your exploits became known, but Pernida warned against doing anything because you were a gifted creation and marked by Shinigami himself and doing such a thing would bring his wrath down on us before Lord Yhwach was strong enough to handle him." Meninas answered knowing any person marked by Shinigami was dangerous, and if Pernida was cautioning against possibly antagonizing the man then it was definitely NOT a good idea.

Naruto merely hummed a moment before shrugging, "Regardless, now you have a choice before you." Naruto stated as they looked around worriedly.

"W-what choice is that?" Candice asked and Naruto merely motioned to the flames.

"Join him" Naruto stated before motioning to himself, "Or join me." Naruto stated as he stared down at them and they couldn't help but feel a very wrathful and vengeful god was staring down at them.

"You expect us to betray lord Yhwach?!" Bambietta shouted before a bone blade was put at her throat.

"Watch your tone woman, you'll find it very hard to speak without a tongue." Kimimaro stated with venom clear in his voice.

"Easy Kimimaro, you would express the same devotion if roles were reversed." Naruto stated Kimimaro bowed his head and pulled his blade back slightly. "As for you lot, is it truly a betrayal when he gladly tossed you aside like you were so much trash? Three of you even got to experience the agony of him using that Auswählen technique to drain all of your power by taking back said power and his soul fragment. I can honestly tell you he had no interest or intention of reviving you once he achieved his goal, you were expendable bodies and corpses to throw at the enemy and possibly steal Bankai to further your power and thus his by extension. It also doesn't help that his soul piece within you was influencing you to be loyal and obedient to him above all else. Where does loyalty lie with that kind of king?" Naruto asked looked looking at them as Giselle, Meninas, and Liltotto flinched having been the three to experience THAT feeling.

"And how do we know you're not just gonna use us and toss us away like he did?" Meninas asked sulkingly.

"I've never abandoned anyone who has shown true loyalty to me. I have used people in the past, yes, but that was because they were not truly loyal to me and planned to betray me once they got enough from me and my own. I have warriors, citizens, and workers of all types of beings under my command and I do not treat them differently than I treat those that are my kin. If you give me your loyalty, you will have it in return. I can promise you no more than that because I can offer you no more than that." Naruto stated as Kimimaro and those that he had recruited from Aizen all nodded as Naruto had been honest with them completely and Tōsen was especially true among the new recruits since Naruto had delivered all he promised him in full.

The six women were silent as they all looked at each other as well as the flames that remained and the man before them.

"Make your choice, I promise a swift death if you choose to not follow me." Naruto stated as the women looked at each other one last time and nodded before they shifted to kneeling positions before him.

"We swear ourselves to you, Naruto-sama." They stated as one as Naruto looked at them a moment ensuring the truth was in those words completely.

"Very well, then there's just a small matter of fixing you lot." Naruto stated as his chains came out one went to each of them before gently pressing into their chests. "Calm down, and relax, this is just to fix your powers and bodies since you no longer have a piece of Yhwach's soul to act as the catalyst, so I'm giving you something new to do so." Naruto stated as the women widened their eyes a bit, both at the fact that they didn't have their powers and at the fact if any of them were stupid enough to lash out it would have failed miserably due to not having any power to actually use against him or the people around them.

Naruto knew he was pushing his luck with how much power he was using without ascending to help handle the stress, but he also knew that pushing his limits was the only way to grow past them and continue to grow and evolve.

Luckily, the Hogyoku was willing to pick up some of the slack for him in some areas so it wasn't as bad as it could be.

Once he finished his work, he retracted the chains and sealed Death's Embrace away before he sighed. Turning to look at Yamamoto, he nodded, "I'll leave clean up, reconstruction, and restructuring to you. I need to rest and maybe soak in a hot spring for a while." Naruto stated as Yamamoto nodded.

"I understand, I do not believe words can describe my thanks to you, Naruto-san, but I will find my own way to repay you in the future, be sure of that." Yamamoto stated knowing that Naruto's interference saved untold amounts of lives both in the Aizen encounter and this one.

The young man had kept Soul Society from potentially being crippled in the long run. Such a thing would be repaid in some way, and Yamamoto believed he knew a way to start.

Naruto then turned to Tōsen and nodded, "Go on, we won't be heading out for a few days still and she's more than welcome to come with us if she so wishes." Naruto instructed and Tōsen bowed.

"Thank you, Naruto-sama." He stated before he turned only to pause as Naruto grabbed his shoulder.

"One moment." Naruto stated before he lifted his eye cover and pulsed his power over Tōsen's eyes restoring them.

"Sir, I-" Tōsen started before waved him off.

"Just pull your cover back down when you fight, I won't have you being denied the chance to truly see her or lose your edge as a swordsman. Now go on." Naruto stated as Tōsen bowed again and went to Kakyō, who had her own smile as tears went down her face.

An action that was being done by the other people that had been brought back and those connected to them.

Naruto merely smiled at the sight and continued on to his room to sleep. His reserves were near empty and he didn't feel like passing out before it was appropriate, meaning on a bed not in the middle of the courtyard.

THREE DAYS LATER

Today was the day for Naruto and his group to leave and all of their new comrades and friends were there to see them off. Naturally, the six revived Quincy and Kakyō were going with Naruto though a few members of Soul Society wanted to go as well. However, being seated members of the divisions meant that Rangiku, Retsu, and Isane couldn't just up and leave and Orihime had things to still do in her world that she couldn't just up and move away to an entirely new one, plus leaving her brother wasn't in the cards either.

Nemu was free to go normally, but without a Gigai that could house her permanently, it wasn't ideal for her to go but she was determined to go at some point to serve and be with her master.

Naruto currently was standing across from Yamamoto, who was back in his normal attire and had his cane in hand. Both glad that the last of the problems were handled since the Central 46 was finally filled with competent members and would be watched carefully from now on. "It's been a pleasure, Yamamoto-san, I thank you for the training and education you've given me." Naruto stated as he bowed his head towards the man, who returned it.

"Think nothing of it, it's only a start to how we can begin to repay you for your help, but perhaps this will help." Yamamoto stated as he held out a scroll with the seal of the Captain General upon it. "This is a formal alliance treaty between your kingdom and Soul Society, should you ever need us, call and we will come." Yamamoto stated as many widened their eyes, but Nemu, Retsu, Isane, Rangiku, and Yoruichi were in delight as well as surprise.

Naruto raised his eyebrows in surprise but smiled and nodded as he took. "And, of course, as formal allies, a gateway between our two lands would need to be made and it would be natural that our forces be allowed to travel to and from at their leisure or if there's an emergency or call for aid." Naruto stated as he knew this was Yamamoto's way of letting his female subordinates be able to visit when they wanted.

"Correct, something I'm sure will make many happy and I'm also sure you can help with the former." Yamamoto stated a small smile tugging at his lips.

Naruto nodded and made three clones, who moved away from the group to await orders. "The clones will begin the process of opening it from this side, I will start the process in my lands once I get back and ensure there's no issues going on since I've been gone for a while. If you'll lead them to a location that is secure for the gateway to be created." Naruto informed making Yamamoto nod.

"Understandable, Kisuke-san is already working on a more permanent and effective Gigai thanks to the research that Mayuri was hoarding. With luck, he'll have a Gigai to test run that can stay in the mortal realm more easily, not need constant maintenance, and not have a Soul Reaper be severely weakened." Yamamoto stated knowing that one of them could use their powers and Zanpakuto while in a Gigai, or a body in Ichigo's case, it was weaker than when in their Soul Reaper form.

Naruto nodded before he summoned a Death Gate and then motioned his new warriors through before following them.

WHIRLPOOL

Naruto stepped through the gate to see an amusing sight of many of his warriors around the new recruits in case they were a threat or prisoners and Kimimaro trying to calm them down. "Stand down." Naruto ordered and his warriors instantly did so before saluting or bowing to Naruto, "Carry on." Naruto instructed as the group dispersed. "Kimimaro, show our new recruits where they can bunk until a more permanent residence is prepared or selected, I'm going to get caught up on anything that's happened." Naruto instructed making Kimimaro bow before leading the 15 new recruits to the temporary barracks, which was just the barracks used for new recruits and arrivals until they could be placed in either the correct/needed area, meaning if they were gifted archers they'd go to the corresponding district, or get a permanent residence for themselves.

Naruto then made three clones and sent them to the transport district to add the gateway to Soul Society. Unlike the majority of his kingdom, the Transport District had the heaviest security, save for the main operations buildings of the different former capitols and ninja villages, to ensure there was no chance of any unauthorized usage. Even if he had layers of detection capabilities, Naruto knew there were some beings out there that were masters of stealth to the point they made ninja look like amateurs.

Naruto paused and looked to his right before smiling, "I see your magic is improving, Lily." Naruto stated as a giggle came before the air shimmered and revealed Lily standing there in a deep emerald gown that showed off her cleavage and hugged her curves well while a truly happy smile was on her face.

"Welcome home, Lord Naruto, I trust you were successful." Lily stated before she curtsied to him.

"Thank you, it's good to be back. And yes, not only were we successful, I gained us some new allies and comrades. For now, I wanted to get reports on everything since I've been gone." Naruto stated as Lily nodded.

"I assumed as much, though I will inform you that Lady Kira is not here right now. She and a small escort went to Demon Country at the behest of the High Priestess there. She expressed interest in an alliance if not fully annexing her country into your empire, but she required input on a matter of demons and Lady Kira was the most senior member to attend and begin discussions." Lily stated as Naruto nodded.

"Very well, Marco and the others can give me reports then." Naruto stated as he began heading for the Tower/Palace with Lily walking beside him. "How are your studies going?" Naruto asked as Lily smiled a bit.

"They are going well, I must say that seeing the foci your people use has shown me that many if not all of the magic users of my world are rather unimaginative or simply very stupid. Although, your Seal and Inscription masters state that our rune work is something of an inspiration, but when it's a subject that dozens of countries and cultures each took in certain directions and then slowly began to comingle, it's not that surprising. I'm just saddened I couldn't add more than the British, Roman, and Greek variants, even if the latter two are rather archaic to what they are no doubt capable of being now." Lily stated knowing that integrating runes with seals and glyphs could no doubt do wonders for arrays and works.

"It's fine, something tells me an opportunity to gain more information will become accessible. For now, we use and innovate where we can, especially since I recently created a new type of seal work and the more diverse energies we can put into the network the more power and functions we can program in." Naruto stated since he knew there had to be more to Lily showing up here than simply chance, he just didn't bother to ask Shinigami about it since it didn't seem important enough.

"Oh? You've added more to your impressive skill set?" Lilly asked in interest since seeing the varying masteries that Naruto and his top warriors and commanders had showed her how narrow focused she and other wizard/witchkind were.

Granted that could be chalked up to having to hide from non-magicals, but still there were several places just in the U.K. That could easily be used as a lab, training area, and/or research facility without interfering or risking attention.

She idly noted her old friend Severus would love nothing more than to research, study, and experiment with potions and Dark Arts for a living.

"Yes, being able to utilize the power of the soul, or spiritual energy as it's know in other areas, and it has its own unique properties to it in addition to chakra, magic, demonic energy, and my other energies. Although," Naruto stated before looking at his right arm and seeing the new dragon tattoo still crackling with electricity. "I need to have Tsunade and a few others take a look at this, it's the unforeseen result of a technique I created and it's not just for show." Naruto stated as Lily frowned and looked at it.

"It's definitely interesting if nothing else. Are you sure you don't want to get checked out first?" She asked with concern as Naruto smiled at her.

"No, it's not too big of a distraction that I can't get reports, or worst case I have my arm checked out while getting reports." Naruto stated flexing his arm slightly.

"Shall I get lady Tsunade and your other healers?" Lilly asked still showing concern for him.

"May as well, Kami knows if you don't my mother will freak out and try to drag me there." Naruto stated with a smile as Lily giggled and nodded.

"Then I'll be off." Lily stated as she curtsied before hurrying off.

Naruto chuckled and shook his head before continuing to the tower and found Marco there with Kushina, Minato, and Vereesa. "Ammon!" Vereesa shouted as she rushed over and hugged him making him chuckle as he picked her up and spun her around making her laugh before he set her down and kissed her, making her moan in appreciation before she returned it.

Once the two separated, Naruto hugged Minato and Kushina before taking a seat at the table, "All right, catch me up on everything that's been going on since I've been gone, though Lily has already informed me that Kira is away at Demon Country." Naruto stated as the four nodded and began giving reports, mostly just Konoha and Iwa trying to cause trouble and failing at it while Suna was still struggling to maintain its place especially since some minor villages were targeting it now thinking they were weak enough to raid.

There were no reports for R&D, mainly because they were currently trying to break through several proverbial brick walls in the research, something Naruto hoped to help with now that he had an even larger understanding of other mystics, seals, and future technology they could attempt to create.

As they were starting to get into troop training and scout reports, the door was smashed open and Tsunade, Sally, and several of the healers and magic experts all rushed in with Tsunade leading them, "What's wrong? How bad is it?" Tsunade asked frantically as she was pulling Naruto's arm this way and that to examine it while Lily came in a moment later panting.

"Sorry, she heard me say you wanted her to check out your arm and dashed off before I could finish explaining." Lily stated as she caught her breath as Naruto nodded at her,

"Nothing's completely wrong, it's more that this mark was something I didn't expect to happen. I used a Magika technique and once it hit the targets, it roared before coming back and chomping on my arm leaving this behind. That was a few days ago, and since then I've had tingling, bouts of numbness, a near constant drain on my different reserves, pins and needles, electrical shocks, and some slight throbbing pain. On top of all that, I've had something knocking against my mental defenses with the grace of an Akamichi using their Human Boulder technique. It's been constant but I've been too busy to go into my mindscape and see if I can find this thing there." Naruto stated making everyone frown.

"It almost sounds like Ammon created a new form of life with his attack and it took up residence within him finding him to be a more acceptable environment than the outside world." Sally stated as a few of the other magical experts murmured and muttered agreements.

"Or it just wanted to take on more of my power. Just cause it's my creation doesn't mean it's an ally." Naruto stated as the dragon just continued to flicker with electricity on his arm.

Tsunade and the others frowned and began muttering to each other as the ran different diagnostics on his arm and on Naruto himself. Tsunade had essentially become the head of the medical corps with her advanced knowledge and this was doubly so as she found solutions and cures to things that his other medical personnel, magical or otherwise, hadn't been able to solve.

After a few minutes of diagnostics, Tsunade pulled back with a frown. "It's a bit odd, I think I have a general idea of what this could be, but I need to talk to Jiraiya to confirm and he's out speaking to some of his network on a few happenings in the much smaller countries. For now I think it best to contain the arm in seals and wraps until we can confirm fully what it is." Tsunade stated as her colleagues all nodded since until could confirm fully, it was best.

Naruto sighed but nodded, "Very well, but while I have you here." Naruto stated as he unsealed a large book and handed it to her, "Medical knowledge and arts from some new allies of ours. Some of their innovations are rather inspired and I thought you might want to catalogue things while passing some new medicines off to the herbalists and alchemists." Naruto stated as Tsunade raised her eyebrows and nodded.

"All right, back to business since it will take a while to get the supplies needed." Naruto stated knowing they had to seal his arm just right so that his arm was still useable in every way while keeping his new marking contained for the time being.

Somehow Naruto doubted it would be that simple in the long run, but he had other things to worry about as well as wondering what the Shinigami was giving him as compensation.

He groaned as he awoke not sure where he was or what had happened. The last he remembered, he had died saving his son and wanting him to know that despite dying, he was in fact saved despite his death. Based on his breathing and heartbeat, he was definitely alive again even if he was in his suit again and had all four of his metallic limbs again.

If not for the fact he clearly remembered the pain of being hit with lightning, he would have thought maybe that entire encounter with his son was just a dream.

However, right now he could feel the Force telling him to awaken and get up and thus he forced himself to, though he had to steady himself as his mind was still a bit sluggish and it was effecting his equilibrium.

Hearing a groan from nearby, he turned to see if someone else had joined him in this unknown location and widened his eyes at who he saw.

The person before him was a middle aged man with long brownish hair, a trimmed beard, white skin, and wore a cream tunic with a brown leather belt, brownish grey pants, and boots.

He knew who this man was immediately, the reason for his shock was that he had died decades before he himself died to save his son.

"What trickery is this?!" His voice came out in its usual baritone even as his breathing still filled the room.

The man looked over him and widened his eyes and took a defensive shift in his position before a frown and then more shock came. "Anakin?" The man asked as the first stiffened as even the voice of the man was familiar, but it was more than that: the man's aura of the Force, his feel within it, everything was exactly the same as that day he went to battle with Maul.

Forcing himself up and using the Force, he tried to banish the illusion only to find it still there and the Force itself telling him to calm and accept what he saw.

"I… have not gone by that name in many years, Master Qui-Gon." Anakin stated to the now name named Qui-Gon, who looked at him in both sadness and sympathy.

"I know, I saw all from within the Force. I'm truly sorry I wasn't there to help guide you and teach you better than what you received." Qui-Gon stated as Anakin flinched.

It hurt for Qui-Gon to feel it was his fault. He honestly would have preferred Qui-Gon lash out, scream and shout at him, curse him, even try to kill him, but he knew that was not the "Maverick" Jedi's way of doing things

"It isn't your fault, not truly. I was weak in many ways, but even now holding the light again, I still feel my dark half there waiting to come out again. And I must admit, there are many things I do not regret doing in my life, I can feel no remorse, no shame, and no pity over them no matter what." Anakin stated as Qui-Gon smiled sadly at him.

However, before either could continue speaking, they felt a warning through the Force telling them of danger. The next moment two men emerged from the shadows, one wearing plate armor and the other wearing simple clothes with two red dots on his forehead. The first man tossed a pair of swords to them before readying his own while the second man pulled a blade out of his body made of bone. "Defend yourselves or die." The second said as he readied his blade before launching himself at Anakin.

Anakin didn't even need to think, he quickly called upon the Force to bring the blade to his hand and began clashing against his opponent while Qui-Gon did the same though his opponent was more controlled than wild and ferocious.

The four clashed all over the room with Anakin and his opponent being much more aggressive than Qui-Gon and his opponent. Qui-Gon found himself evenly matched even with his senses and reflexes boosted by the Force. Anakin was finding that even his machine arms weren't enough to physically overpower his opponent and it didn't help his opponent was more maneuverable than he was.

Even using the Force to send their opponents back or make them lose their footing didn't keep them away very long.

The fighting continued for over ten minutes before a voice full of authority spoke, "Enough." Naruto stated stepping out of the shadows with his right arm wrapped in bandages covered in seals and runes as Marco and Kimimaro immediately backed off while Anakin and Qui-Gon still stayed defensive… or rather, they got more defensive since the Force was practically exploding from the man in front of them. "Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Jedi Master Anakin Skywalker later known as Darth Vader of the Sith. My name is Naruto, on behalf of your deity the Force, my Lord Shinigami has returned you to life here with the intent of joining me." Naruto stated as he looked to his two warriors and nodded making them sheath their weapons.

"Shinigami?" Anakin asked and Naruto nodded.

"Yes, the God of Death." Naruto stated as he could sense the surprise from the two. "If you two will come with me." Naruto stated as the room brightened a bit and a door was shown before Naruto walked to it and the two looked to each other before nodding feeling the Force flowing towards Naruto.

Ascending a flight of stairs, Naruto paused at a door and looked back at the two, "Brace yourselves, my world is very vibrant and active." Naruto stated and waited a moment before opening the door.

However, upon doing so, Anakin and Qui-Gon both stumbled as the full might of the Force's presence on the planet hit them like a Star Destroyer going through hyperspace. Anakin could only attribute it to worlds that weren't as lush as Felucia, but better than worlds like Naboo. Nowhere near to the level of Coruscant, but that planet had billions of beings living on it all at once so it wasn't quite fair to compare the two.

"I did warn you, the fact that my world has an energy called Chakra flowing all over it and I've been introducing two other forms of energy into it and slowly coating the world affects your Force's presence. After some explanation, which I hope you'll expand on into greater detail, I find that your Force is a living and destroying energy all at once and as such exists in all forms of powers and capabilities that can be attributed to that." Naruto stated as he waited for the two men to recover.

"That has a great deal of merit, for all of our thousand years of study, the Jedi do not truly know a great deal about the Force. Even when I became part of the Force, I didn't truly understand it all that much more." Qui-Gon stated knowing that being part of the Force did not give him great insight into it, merely some of the way it worked across the universe… or universes in some cases he supposed.

"Nor the Sith, the closest one would be Darth Plagueis, he supposedly found a way to put a stop to death of anyone he cared about or desired." Anakin stated and Naruto snorted along with Marco and Kimimaro.

"That's not that impressive, I've found and created numerous ways to stave off death if not grant a near true form of immortality to my followers and subjects." Naruto stated as he ignored their shocked and incredulous expressions as he led them through the city, it was too large and expanded to be a village any longer.

"What is it you want from us exactly, Lord Naruto?" Qui-Gon asked as they walked and he took in the different sights, sounds, and feelings of the area.

"I'm not sure myself, I'd assume for you to train me in using the Force. You two being revived here was part of a reward for a service I committed for Lord Shinigami. From my understanding, both of you are combat experts, and Anakin or Vader or whatever he wishes to be addressed as is an expert machinist and pilot so he could help further our tech to new heights." Naruto stated as he kept walking and nodded to each of his people that he passed.

"So we get sent here and we are just expected to serve you?" Anakin asked incredulously and Naruto shrugged.

"Not from my point of view at least. I can offer you both things you'd like to have and even if you don't want to fight anymore, I'd settle for your help in other matters and loyalty that's all." Naruto stated as the two frowned, "Also, in case you've not noticed it truly, this isn't your universe, so any plans to help until you can get off world won't help you since there may not be anything you know out there in the universe. Hell, right now could be several thousand years before or after the timeline you both knew." Naruto explained as they kept walking.

"And what is it you are offering us?" Qui-Gon asked as he already assumed they were in a different universe.

"For Anakin, there's the obvious of restoring his body to his prime, and likely even able to keep his durability and strength from his mechanical parts." Naruto stated as the two paused before continuing to follow, "For both of you, I can bring your loved ones back." Naruto stated before pausing as an oppressive force suddenly exploded out from Anakin and Naruto waved off his forces.

"Choose your next words carefully." Anakin stated in a deathly whisper as Naruto merely looked at him before flaring his own power that quickly snuffed out Anakin's and caused Qui-Gon and Anakin to stumble back and struggle to stay standing.

The thing that shocked both of them was that it was equal parts Light, Dark, and something in the middle and flowed perfectly together.

Such a thing was seen as truly blasphemous by both orders, but experiencing it now, they could see some wisdom in harnessing both sides of the spectrum.

Then in an instant, it was gone like it was never there.

"Do you see all these people walking around with red hair?" Naruto asked as he motioned to his various clansmen. "They are part of my clan, all of whom were killed a couple decades ago. I brought all 897 members of my clan back from the dead in one instant, with Lord Shinigami's help I can do the same for your members. Specifically, Anakin's wife and mother and Qui-Gon's lover and daughter. Anakin's children and apprentice and Qui-Gon's closest confidants are another matter that I have no control over due to circumstances I am not privy to. I could do so later on perhaps, but can't right now." Naruto stated as the two got back to steady feet.

Waving them on, Naruto led them to the medical district where Tsunade was waiting with several apprentices there with clipboards. Naruto snorted at the two men staring at Tsunade for a minute, though not surprising since she DID have one pair of the largest breasts in the Elemental Countries and wasn't shy about showing them off. "Now, step on to these seals on the ground, my grandmother Tsunade will activate them to perform a full body scan, both to map out the damage done to Anakin and to ensure there's nothing wrong with Qui-Gon. We've not had any issues with resurrection other than fatigue and needing to train to get back skill, muscle, and some power, but we don't take chances. Once she's done checking you over, we'll show you to where you'll be staying until a permanent home can be made for you if you so desire." Naruto instructed as the two nodded and stepped on the seals.

The seals glowed and began scanning the two with a 3D model and readout of their bodies coming to Tsunade via a seal matrix and readout. "Qui-Gon-san seems perfectly fine, if a bit of muscle deterioration and some old injuries that could have been fixed better. Anakin-san however, I'm honestly amazed he's not screaming in agony let alone able to move and fight like he was. He's burned over 99% of what's left of his body, the mechanical parts are wired into his nervous system in such a way that the nerve endings that weren't burned shut are being attacked, his internal organs are scarred, burned, and have blood and ash within them, and what bones weren't destroyed or cut off are splintered and cracked apart, with the pieces having stabbed and pierced his muscles, tendons, and ligaments with many of those being shredded or burned. His eyes are all but destroyed as well and I can only assume that mask of his has something to let him be able to see while also belong keeping his mind functioning as that too is damaged." Tsunade listed off as Naruto hummed.

"Seems he's got an Uzumaki's will to live. Good, he'll fit right in once he's improved before being healed. The healing process is going to take time to refine, so we'll have to focus on fixing and improving his current status slowly but surely. I'll be present for every treatment to help stabilize him plus work out the next steps as we progress." Naruto instructed as Tsunade nodded knowing this was quite literally going to be her greatest challenge as a medic to repair Anakin back to his full status.

Honestly, it was likely going to test them all, they needed to ensure the mechanics and biological parts were taken care of in equal measure. Ideally they'd just remove the mechanical and heal Anakin, but the fact was with how damaged his body was, they'd have to slowly remove or adapt the mechanical before healing him since removing all mechanical would kill him before they could full heal him so he could breathe and process correctly. The flip side was just as bad since he needed to heal while improving mechanically.

It was a balancing act between improving his chances of survival and making him more comfortable and capable until they could get him back to peak performance and capability. Naruto also knew that Anakin didn't want to be fully fixed until after he saw his wife again, he wanted her to see what he had become in full before fixing himself. At the mention of his wife, Anakin's emotions and energy fluctuated in such a way that Naruto knew the man was truly and utterly in love and devoted to her, the kind of man that would slaughter planets to keep her safe.

The man really was an Uzumaki at heart.

Regardless, the man couldn't and wouldn't lie to his beloved and as such he wanted her to see and know everything he had done and let her decide what she would do from there. If she turned her back on him, he would accept it even his heart would be nearly destroyed, but Naruto sensed the lingering pain that he had already gone through something like that once before and would take solace in that she was alive and could become happy.

Naruto doubted the woman would do such a thing, but couldn't guarantee it.

Qui-Gon was a quick heal and could train to get into shape fully if he so desired.

Right now though, they would rest and adjust to their new lives while Naruto continued his plans and efforts to unite the Elemental Countries under his banner.

Though he'd also be prepared for Shinigami to come calling for another service, if his reward was like it was this time then Naruto wasn't going to have any issues in helping the god.

No telling when he would come knocking, Naruto just hoped it wasn't while he was in the middle of a campaign since there were a few countries Naruto personally felt he should be in and wouldn't leave it to just his warriors.

Why? He had no idea, but he trusted his instincts.

Unknown to Naruto, deep within both Fang Country and Claw Country something old and powerful was stirring deep within the countries. They had been stirring since he brought his clan back and were closer to fully awakening.

They felt a challenger appear and they were going to see what that challenger was worth, regardless of if the countries would be destroyed in the process.
