Chapter 1

(The Dragon Continent)

On the Dragon Continent, there is a huge manor. Where an exiled man was training, but not as a huntsman, why would he want to be those glory hogs? He ran a security business that takes out bandits, Grim, and other evil people. He would prove that he didn't need any huntsmen academy, family, or friends. He was relaxing and getting info about which bandit tribes were attacking villages, where the biggest Grim packs were, and what Salem was doing.

(Jaune's office)

Jaune was behind his desk relaxing and reading reports. He read how Beacon was being destroyed, because of a student with an arrest record. Ozpin was dead, Pyrrha was in a coma, Yang lost an arm, Weiss was drugged back to Atlas and Blake ran away. ' Well, good thing I was gone huh?' He thought sarcastically. 'I wonder if they hadn't been so hard on trying to get me out, would Beacon still be standing?' He closed the report, 'meh, not my problem.' Just then, someone came in the office.

"Hey, boss?" She said.

"Yeah?"

"You'll never guess who's here." He looked at her.

(Living room)

Glynda Goodwitch was sitting in the living room with Jaune's mother, Rachel. They were drinking tea and sighed. "I wouldn't be surprised if Jaune came in, laughed in our faces, and said 'I told you so." Said Rachel, "We told you that his father was chasing after him and we made a deal with Ozpin but, no! 'Beacon has to be pure'. Your words Glynda, right?"

"I didn't know this was going to happen!"

"So you're going to pass on the blame as usual, right Glynda? Who's getting it this time, because I know Jaune isn't." Glynda didn't have anyone to blame this time. Then Jaune came in and saw them.

He chuckled, "Oh how the mighty have fallen." He said, "So gonna demand I give up my group because I don't know how to run it?" He chuckled again, "Yeah, I don't think I'm going to do that."

"Jaune," said Rachel. "I'm sorry, I am so, so sorry."

"What do you want?" He said.

"You were right, we should've never singled you out over papers when there were others with crimes more illegal than yours." Said Glynda.

"You guys were fooled, weren't you?" She didn't say anything, "How many died because of your arrogance?"

"Twenty, including…" she started.

"Including Who?"

"Ozpin," Glynda said softly.

"SPEAK UP, GLYNDA!" Yelled Rachel.

"Ozpin!" She said louder.

"Well, how does that failure taste?" Glynda lowered her head. "Summer Rose on a freaking bike eating Cheesecake! You don't have an answer, do you? You wanted me gone, because I tarnished your precious academy! You had tunnel vision, get rid of me, fuck everything else. And now, you want me to forgive you?"

"Jaune, I know what I did was wrong," she started.

"But, you trusted, Winchester, you trusted Schnee, you trusted Belladonna? DON'T GET ME STARTED ON XIAO LONG!" Jaune had a point and that was worse. "So, what now? Cause I am not going back to that trash heap you call a school! Also, I'm not helping you, you can tell Ironwood that too Tell him where I am as well, I want to send a message to Atlas."

"Jaune," said Rachel. "I know you are upset."

"Upset? UP SET? No, I am not 'upset'. I'm brokenhearted because you were supposed to be on my side. I tried to tell you what happened, and I don't know what happened but, you still disowned me."

"I didn't mean for it to happen."

"All I wanted to do was follow in Grandpa's footsteps. That's all, I never got anything: no training, no weights, no exercise regime, nothing. Now, I heard about Uncle Bobby," Rachel gasped, "how he had a bad heart. He still saved hundreds upon thousands of villages, communities, towns, and kingdoms even with that. Did he die, after saving Vale? Yes. Were there plans for a statue in the kingdom? Yes. Am I proud to have been an Arc because of him or Grandpa? Hell Yeah! But, I was seen as an outcast, people were telling me to kill myself and I was no Arc. All Over Some Fucking Papers!"

Rachel and Glynda looked down, Rachel had tears in her eyes, she knew she hurt him but she didn't know just how bad. "Now you, Glynda want me back? Mom, I can forgive, she's showing remorse. But you AND Beacon? Okay, yeah I'll go back on ONE condition, every last student, and faculty leave the academy, AFTER, they apologize to me AND show remorse but, I know that's not happening."

So did Glynda, she knew not one of the students wouldn't apologize nor show remorse. "Look at it this way, they had worked their asses off." Just then Jaune had pulled out a handbook, the Beacon Academy Handbook. He handed it to her and a page was bookmarked.

"Read the highlighted part please." He asked, she looked at the part he was talking about and paled. Because she knew he had every right not to help them. "Out loud, Glynda."

"Students that wish to go to Beacon…" Rachel and Jaune waited for her to continue.

"Well?" Said Rachel.

"Do not need transcripts to enter the academy."

"Now do you see why I don't think I'm getting that apology?" Glynda knew he was right.

"But, if we can force…"

"How? How are you going to force them?" She had no answer. "Look, I am not expecting much, not from them. But if they come here asking or in Weiss's case, demanding, my help, they will be disappointed."

Later, Jaune was walking around his city. It was futuristic about ten to fifteen years ahead. His tech was amazing and the Grimm were going down easily. People from everywhere were trying to find Jaune and force him to help them. He was talking to his assistant about what they were going to do after Vale was destroyed. He was willing to make a deal with Salem not knowing she was his ancestor.

Just then some of his soldiers had gone over to them. "Sir, I think you better look at this." He said, he showed them his tablet and they had seen a Bullhead.

"Where is it coming from?" Asked the assistant.

"Vale said that they are friends of yours sir." Jaune just looked at the tablet.

"I don't have any friends in Vale," he said.

"That's what we told them, but they are insistent." Jaune sighed.

"Fine, let's meet them at the docks. Cause they ain't setting one foot on my land." So they head to the docks.

(Docks)

They came upon who was there, it was teams RWBY, Lie Ren, and Nora Valkyrie. Jaune rolled his eyes. "Oh look, it's you." He said, "why are you here?"

"We demand you help us!" Said Weiss as she stomped over to him. But, Jaune nodded to his assistant and she lifted her up by her throat. She struggled and was tossed to the Bullhead the come in on. "UGH!" Blood came out of her mouth then she was slammed in to the pavement then into crates and then over a cliff.

"STOP! PLEASE DON'T" Screamed Ruby.

"I say the word and you lose a team member!" Said Jaune, "you want my help? Yeah, no." Everyone else were in shock, Jaune wasn't going to help them. Yang was fed up and rushed to force Jaune to help him but he hit her in the stomach with an uppercut, forcing blood from her mouth. Then hit her to the ground back put his foot on her, "Next Person Who Attacks Me, I Say The 'Word' And Weiss Plummetts! Karen, Get Ready!"

"WAIT! DON'T!" Said Ruby, "Let's just calm down."

"We're beyond 'Calm' Ruby. Calm left town a long time ago. You have my answer, now leave. My. Country!"

"But 'Fearless Leader'..." started Nora.

"Don't Call Me That!" So they had agreed and Weiss was brought back to her team. "Now Leave!" So they do sadly. Knowing that Jaune would not help them, why should he? They didn't need him, they got all those people with transcripts.
