Dear readers, I'm trying to find an old story about Severus Snape adopting a four year old boy named Matty (Matthew) after the war and Hermione adopted a little girl named Tammy (Tamara). Can someone help me find this old story?

It's a story about Severus Snape adopting a four year old boy named Matty (short for Matthew) after the war. Hermione adopted a little girl named Tammy (short for Tamara). Hermione worked at Hogwarts. Severus and Hermione were friends, not lovers. The Ministry For Magic did not like that a former Death Eather was going to adopt a child, so they took Matty away from Severus. Harry testified on behalf of Severus and in the end all ends well.
