Put them in your sweet tea.
"Winry," Pinako Rockbell called from the doorway between the kitchen and the dining room. "You didn't trade away all those lemons, did you?"
Winry swallowed her mouthful of pie and sighed before answering. "Granny, you just gave it away! Ed wouldn't tell me how he messed up his arm trying to make apple juice, so I wasn't going to tell him how I made apple pie. But, no, I didn't. There are a few left on the counter. Why do you ask?"
"I wanted a slice for my sweet tea," Pinako replied, holding up a glass of said drink.
"That makes a lot more sense than wanting to soak something in the juice to give it a fresh scent, or something," the automail-genius replied.
'That gives me an idea,' Ed thought.
"I see that look on your face, Brother," the younger of the alchemy geniuses warned.
A/N: After too long of a hiatus, I've come up with the time, ideas, and impetus to add to WLGYL. Shout-out to lilaclily00 for reminding me not to forget Oct. 3, and for beta-reading this for me. The idea for this one came from a pillow design I saw at the state fair yesterday.
Also, I've lost my list of ideas, but this snippet hints at one of the ideas I do remember.
God bless!
