Levy would consider herself a good girl. She was the type to be top of her class with the best grades and perfect attendance. Honor roll. Clubs. SGA. She did it all and more. She was a perfectionist with a plan in line for her future and Levy would be damned if she didn't get her white picket fence and animals one day.

She didn't really care to think far out into a spouse because, well, she didn't give a shit. People lived longer and far happier without a nagging spouse in their life and Levy didn't plan for a husband or wife with children.

She planned a life for herself that included a fuckton of books, a bunch of traveling, animals of all sorts, and a nice adorable cottage where she could have a wrap-around porch and a nice backyard for her animals.

She would spend her days prancing around in her home in just her underwear and read till she could not physically see anymore. She would cook herself nice meals and enjoy the silence that comes with her cottage home. She would buy whatever, do whatever, and just be that old senile woman who lived out in the woods. People would make rumors about her and claim she was some haunted old hag. She would even encourage it and probably spread rumors all on her own so she could be the wicked witch up in the cottage with her million and one books and all her roaming strays.

Sure, she would like to settle down one day. Everyone wants to. Nobody wants to die alone. But Levy didn't know if she would consider this 'dying alone' since she would have her books and animals with her. Lucy would, too, and she didn't doubt others like Erza or even Juvia wouldn't be with her then.

Then this fucking asshole of a man named Gajeel came around and she started to see a future with him. Weird.

Because Gajeel isn't the type of man to plan futures or do all that shit so it was weird that she was thinking about this.

Love did all sorts of odd things to people.

And that also included driving her up the goddamn fucking wall and keeping her from committing mass murder.

She blamed it on her hormones. She's not a violent person, she swears. But lately… Natsu could probably vouch for her on this because she has been a bit… crabby.

But can anyone blame her? She was literally a semester away from graduating and then going into her masters program for her to find out she got knocked up by her boyfriend of all fucking people. Now she was going to have to be a fucking baby momma and she had no idea if she should even consider keeping the child. She had yet to talk to Gajeel about it and the way Natsu tip-toed around the topic and refused to literate their exact conversion, she was one second away from throwing herself in front of a school bus.

It was hard enough to get Gajeel to admit to his goddamn fucking feelings and nonetheless ask her out to be his girlfriend and now she's pregnant with his child so what the fuck will that make them? Would Gajeel even commit or would he run away like the pussy he was?

Levy ended up staying home for Thanksgiving this year. One, because her parents were out of town and on some kind of business trip so there was no point. Two, they weren't really big holiday people anyways and she got to do Friendsgiving so the important holiday passed. And three, she really couldn't leave the house without having to gag and throw up because she was fucking pregnant!

Thank fuck Natsu was gone for the rest of the weekend and she didn't have to deal with his ass for the next couple days but she was pratically alone in the sorority house and she had yet to see Gajeel.

He asked her to come to his place so they could have dinner but that particular day she was feeling incredibly nauseous and couldn't bear to have him witness her sad pathetic state. And she obviously did not know how to break the news to him so she avoided him.

It didn't help that Gajeel was constantly trying to set up things and blow her phone up and the one fucking time he wanted to be clingy, she wanted nothing to do with him.

Why couldn't men just take the fucking hint? She was clearly not in the mood and she was busy going through a life crisis at the moment. She's about to be a fucking teen mom (not really) and she had no idea how to go about this. She was too young! She doesn't even have a goddamn ring on her finger nor does she even have a diploma to back up her claims.

Why did she have to have such high standards for herself? Not only is she letting herself down, but this baby as well! What would her own child think of her once they were old enough to start knowing what was what?

Knocked up by her boyfriend while she was still in college and no prospect of marriage in her near future.

Her fingers itched to snatch the wine bottle on her desk and Levy glared at it instead, wishing she could just drown her sorrows in some alcohol like most of her friends did. Like she used to do.

Until she had to be fucking stupid and get pregnant.

Levy let out a low groan as she dragged her hands down her face for the hundredth time that day.

She had mapped out so many scenarios and she had yet to go through with any of them. Why? Maybe it was the fact that she was fucking scared. Yeah, she admitted it. She was fucking terrified on what was going to happen and how Gajeel would react because being a single mom was not on her goddamn bingo card. And thinking about how her petite body was going to have to push out something the size of a fucking watermelon (look at fucking Gajeel, he's literally a fucking gorilla compared to her!) she did not think she would survive the birth alone.

But then of course she still had the five percent where things went smoothly and Gajeel was happy about the babies and they would live the perfect life together.

If this shit was a goddamn fairy tail movie!

This was real life and there was no way in hell any fucking sane twenty two year old would be happy about his girlfriend of less than a year being pregnant.

Truth be told, they could lowkey manage. Levy has already spent her time slaving away at the expenses and time and everything in between to see if having a child was manageable. Of course there would be times they would have to struggle and sacrifice small things in order to keep the baby happy and alive but that was all manageable in her eyes.

Realtically, she graduates next semester and she could find a job and help Gajeel figure shit out. He already had his own place and his own business and ignorant to his own savings, they could really push forward and make things work.

If he was willing to.

And she was seventy seven percent sure he might not be so willing. Especially in the beginning if she just goes and flat out tells him "hey, you're going to be a daddy!"

He would one hundred percent think she was fucking with him and then probably run for the goddamn hills once he figures out she wasn't joking.

This was the only time Levy wished for a boyfriend like Natsu. Someone who was one hundred percent so in love and so incredibly dedicated to be a husband and father. If this was Lucy, Natsu would have cried tears of joy and ran around town screaming how he was going to be a father.

She didn't doubt Gajeel didn't love her nor would he be a dedicated husband and father when the time came. But he was more level-headed and had a plan for himself just like she did. His business was a priority along with all the other small stuff in between and she respected that. He loves her and adores her all in the right ways and she would one hundred percent pick Gajeel over and over again.

She just wonders if Gajeel would do the same for her.

Levy was excited for her friends to return. She had been cooped up in the sorority house on her own for nearly a week and she was growing bored and antsy. She was also dying to talk to someone about her unfortunate circumstances and knowing Lucy knew about it helped a lot of her anxiety.

But that also meant her annoying boyfriend was coming back with her and she promised her and herself that she would not be punching him (unless provoked) any longer. And she really promised herself she would try because if she did have her baby, she would basically have to deal with Natsu for a very long time. Someone who whines and cries and just won't shut the fuck up.

She has yet to see Gajeel but of course she continues to use the excuse that she is busy or out of town. He didn't question it but he did continue to text and call her, claiming he misses her and he would come see her soon.

The holidays were a busy time for Gajeel but he always made time for her.

She just didn't want to ruin the holidays by exposing her secret too fast. She hasn't even gone to the doctors just yet but she figured she would wait till Lucy returned to go with her.

She's going to be needing all the fucking support she could take.

"Lu!" Levy squealed excited as she heard the front door open. The pitter patter of their feet downstairs echoed in the large home.

"Levy!" She shouted right back, their voices bouncing off the walls.

Levy rushed to get out of bed, throwing her blanket off her as she heard the excited stomps of Lucy's feet coming up the stairs. By the time she untangled herself out of bed, Lucy was bursting into her room and running in to throw herself against the blue haired sister.

They were both giggling and squealing as they held onto each other, rocking back and forth in their spot for a moment.

"I missed you!" Lucy said while smacking a big wet kiss on her cheek.

"I missed you most!" Levy reciprocated the excitement. "How was your break!"

"It was great! I brought you some leftovers from Natsu's dad's house," she leaned in, cupping her hand over her mouth. "You have no idea how hard it was for me to steal it. I had to sneak them out. You would not believe how much those two can eat. Everything was gone by the next day and there were two of each."

Levy gasped, bringing her hands to her mouth as she looked up at her best friend. She felt the hot tears prick at the corner of her eyes and Lucy looked dumbfounded as she blinked right back at her.

Not a second later did Levy begin to wail and Lucy had to take a step back, her own eyes widening at the sight of Levy crying.

Levy didn't even fucking know why she was crying. Maybe it was because she had missed Lucy and to think she was thinking of her and bringing her some leftovers from a house full of gluttons made her all emotional. Or maybe she missed Gajeel a bit too. Or the baby. But regardless, it made her heart swell at the thought of Lucy doing something as small as packing her leftovers and coming straight to her room to tell her.

"Great. I just walked in the door and you've already made her cry." Natsu's voice came from the doorway and Levy didn't even mind it. It actually made her cry even harder.

"I didn't even do anything!"

"I am not being used as a punching bag, Luce, those days of mine are retired so you better be the one taking the hits from now on—" Natsu squealed as Levy came right towards him, the frat boy slamming himself against the wall in the hallway as she tried coming for him. "Levy! Hold on—I, we—I didn't do it! I'm sorry!"

"I just wanted a hug!" Levy huffed and it was now Natsu's turn to stare at her dumbfounded, his jaw going slack.

"You… wanted a hug? From me?" He asked, pointing a limp finger at himself as the petite one blinked back her tears. "Why?"

"Maybe I missed you."

"Luce, I'm scared." He eyed her suspiciously and when Levy glared at him again he squealed. "I'm really scared!"

"I'm trying to be nicer to you, Natsu, but you make it really hard."

"I'm not even doing anything—!"

"Alright, Lev, come on," Lucy sighed, grabbing at her friend's hand who continued to glare at her boyfriend. She dragged her over to her bed, sitting her down on the edge as she sat down right beside her. "Did you talk to Gajeel?"

The mention of her boyfriend, Levy merely sighed deeply and slumped in her spot. She decided to get right back into bed, shifting her little body into her twin where she laid herself down. "No." She sighed heavily and she watched how Lucy exchanged worried glances with the DT frat. "I've been avoiding him."

"Why?"

"I just… don't know how he's really going to react and it's been eating away at me for the last week."

"Don't you think it'd be best to tell him before you're too far along?" Natsu now asked from the safety of the doorframe, ensuring he had enough space in between him and this violent sorority sister.

"I know," she groaned, pushing her face into the pillow. "I just don't know how to break the news to him without him… freaking out."

"He's going to freak out."

"Thanks, Natsu." Levy blew raspberries and she missed the way Lucy glared at him.

"Listen, Levy, I think it's best to just air it all out instead of waiting and digging yourself in a deeper hole." Lucy placed her hand on her back, rubbing gentle circles. "And that way, we know which direction we need to take."

"What if he doesn't want to?" Levy voiced out her biggest concern, her voice barely a hush.

A small silence filled the room and Levy kept her eyes down, fiddling with her bed sheets in a nervous manner.

"I'll make sure he does."

The voice didn't come from her best friend, surprisingly, but instead, from her boyfriend who sounded way too confident in his answer.

Levy lifted her head to see Natsu giving her a stern look right back. The same boyish playful expression and tone missing from his voice but something more manly and determined overpowered his usual charm. He didn't give her any room for any doubt but the strong support she desperately needed.

"Gajeel isn't the type of man to run from his problems. Especially problems he created on his own." Natsu continued, seeing how he had both their attention. "And he sure as hell won't just let you and his child go through something just because he felt like he didn't want to. Regardless if he wants to be a part of it or not, I'll make sure he's present for at least the important things. Luce and I will be here, no doubt about it, and Gray and Juvi—" he paused when he noticed the wide eyed look Levy was giving him and the sharp glare Lucy was throwing his way.

He clamped his mouth shut at his mistake and he quickly tried to make it better but Levy had sat up in bed like some fucking vampire.

"Gray and Juvia know?" Levy asked and Natsu swallowed thickly at the way Lucy was continuing to throw murderous glares his way.

"Sorry, Lev, Natsu and his fat mouth," she hissed at him which made him shrink further into his spot. "But don't worry, I made sure they won't say a word to anyone else."

"Oh, God," Levy pushed her face into her palms, digging the heel of them into her eyes. "Now I'm going to be known as the slut on the block who got knocked up."

"Levy," Lucy chastised, scowling at her friend. "You are not the slut—"

"I got pregnant, Lu!"

"So what! He's your boyfriend first of all so that doesn't make you a slut and we're all in the same position of whether we get knocked up or not! It's not your fault you happened to be the first." Lucy placed a gentle hand on her shoulder, trying to comfort the teary eyed one. "Like Natsu said, we're here with you all the way. Doesn't matter who, what, when, where, or why. We're here."

"We can be with you if you think it'd help." Natsu tried again and Levy had to will herself from not crying or screaming. "Or—or whatever you think is best." He quickly added as he heard the small whimper come from her. He looked panicked as he looked at his wife for help but Lucy just shook her head.

"I'm here, Lev," Lucy whispered, wrapping her arms around her small trembling figure. "Regardless if that means we're at the hospital to abort or to hold your hand while you push an entire watermelon out of you."

"Wait, I thought she was laying an egg, not a watermelon."

"Natsu, just get the fuck out!"

"You told me you're going to be nicer to me!"

"That's before you keep mentioning the goddamn fucking egg! I'm not laying an egg! I'm going to be laying a fat fucking watermelon!"

"What's the difference in what you're laying anyways?! You're—" Natsu didn't even get to finish as Levy hauled herself out of bed and tried to chase him down, the rosy-haired frat squealing in the process. He was quick to whirl and run down the hall, slamming the bedroom door shut as Levy shrieked from the safety of her own room.

Whipping her head around to look at her best friend who was still sitting on her bed, Levy huffed angrily. "One day, I am going to murder him."

"Okay but just make sure his life insurance is signed properly and I'll help."

Levy knew Lucy was her best friend for a reason.

The three weeks in between Thanksgiving and Christmas was always the craziest. Simply because everyone was scrambling with their finals, graduation, or even moving out. This year, it was a bit crazier since a whole lot of them were graduating and Natsu was a tad bit grateful Lucy was around to keep his ass in line because he probably wouldn't have been graduating this semester if Lucy wasn't around to wake his ass up every single time.

He's missed so much shit his freshman year since he partied so much and would oversleep. Or skip. And he almost got kicked out but was luckily put on probation his second semester.

Erza was a big factor in that as she was literally in his room at eight am every single day to get his ass up. Even on those days he didn't have any class. Claims it was to set a pattern for him but it only made him crabby and drunk.

But now all that was laughable as he was now here with his questionable best friend coming back from picking up their cap and gown. Pride was not something he lacked but he felt quite fucking proud of himself for making it this far and graduating college. This shit was not for the weak and honestly, he doesn't even know how he got this far.

While Gray went right to their frat house, Natsu went right across the street. The urge to see his wife was always consuming in the way he had to see her or might die from a heart attack or a stroke. He took the stairs two at a time and by the time he bursted into her room, she was already waiting for him with her laptop laid out in front of her in bed and her legs kicking back and forth.

She beamed as soon as she saw him and scrambled to get out of bed while he dumped his backpack on the ground and handed over the cap and gown.

"I can't believe we're only two weeks out from your graduation! Come on, let's try it on." She excitedly opened the bag, taking out the wrinkled gown and giving him the empty cap. "Did you bring along your cords with you?"

"No, they're at the house."

"Oh, boo, fine, we'll get the whole thing later. I want to send it to Igneel!"

"Don't tell me you're texting my dad." Natsu's eyes narrowed at the giggling blonde who was unzipping the gown and trying to throw it on him.

"Maybe." She replied with a wink and he was already fuming.

Truthfully, he loved the fact that his dad and her got along so well. Sometimes, he even questioned if Igneel loved him more than he did Lucy but he understood that part. He loved Lucy more than he loved himself and there was a very fine line between the love he had for his dad and his wife.

His wife always won.

"Just look at you!" Lucy squealed lovingly as she fixed up his shirt and smoothed down the very wrinkled gown. "So handsome." She cooed and Natsu couldn't help but grin wide at her compliment, wrapping his arms around her small figure to bring closer. "I'm going to miss you."

"What are you talkin' about? You think it's gonna be that easy to get away from me?" He grabbed a handful of her ass making her squeal and giggle. "You're never going to get rid of me, Mrs. Dragneel." He said as he peppered kissed all over her as she squirmed and laughed.

Nipping at her neck and giving her round behind a firm squeeze, Natsu was one second away from ripping her clothes off and giving her a nice introduction to junior but his dirty fantasy of fucking her in his gown was washed away pretty fast when her door got thrown open.

He scowled and turned to look over his shoulder, ready to curse out whoever it was to tell them to come back later but as soon as he saw the blue-haired sister that he was most definitely afraid of, his face paled.

Especially since she was looking right at him and had such a cute innocent smile to her face, he knew she was up to no good.

Maybe if he didn't know Levy the way he does now he would think nothing of it but this little bitch was nothing but trouble.

"Lu? Can I borrow Natsu for a couple hours?"

"Sure!"

"No fucking way." Natsu immediately answered as soon as Lucy agreed. The way Levy's smile dropped had him thinking otherwise but with the way he had Lucy in his arms tightly pressed against his body, he hoped she thought otherwise or (sorry Lucy!) she may be resulting in some kind of injury to Lucy.

"And why not?" She asked, arms crossed over her chest.

"Because who knows what you'll do with me."

"I'm not going to hurt you if that's what you're implying."

"Questionable." His eyes narrowed at her and she narrowed her eyes right back at him, the two of them having some kind of staring contest that Lucy had to break apart.

When she untangled herself from her husband, Natsu whined and was starting to feel the panic of being so out in the open with nobod—nothing to stop this little spitfire from attacking him. With that said, he spun around so his back wasn't to her anymore and he took a large step back, ensuring there was enough space between them that he could book it if he had to.

"Stop acting like some kind of scared mouse, Natsu. I'm not going to hurt you."

"What do you want from me?"

"I just want you to come down to Gajeel's shop with me so we can have a chat."

"Why me and not Lucy?" His eyes darted over to the blonde who was being quiet and listening to their entire conversation. "Wouldn't you rather take your best friend?"

"Well, I'm changing courses and taking Gajeel's best friend for once."

"You're smoking crack if you think Gajeel and I are best friends," he scoffed and he took another step back when Levy rolled her eyes and stepped further into the room. "And besides, Gajeel is just going to get agitated that I'm there with you first of all and I don't think he'll be too happy to know that I knew before he did and I'm not trying to fight you nor that caveman of a guy you like so much."

His face was scrunched up as he kept his guard up, eyeing her thoughtfully as she seemed to be processing his words and not trying to strangle him. His eyes trailed over to his wife who was returned back to her laptop, keeping her ears open but eyes locked on the screen.

He kind of wished she helped but knowing how Levy was, she wasn't the type to back down so easily and he knew as well as she did that he would go with her with the right amount of cursing and persuasion. Maybe even if she threatened him but he wouldn't willingly let her know that kind of information about him. Because he definitely did not want to go (especially without Lucy) and it's not his fucking baby. Why the hell should he be the one going through all the goddamn trouble?

"Okay, I want you to come because you're the only one who could hold Gajeel back and keep him from running, happy?"

"So, what? I'm your fuckin' bodyguard or somethin'?" He asked in disbelief, eyes widening slightly.

"No, you're not my bodyguard," She scoffed, rolling her eyes. "You honestly think I need protection from Gajeel? I can take him with one hand tied behind my back and blindfolded."

And Natsu one hundred percent believed her in that aspect because fuck, this five foot one bitch is scary.

"I need you to just come support me. Keep Gajeel in check and keep him from running."

"Natsu, just go with her. Levy needs the muscles and support." Lucy said without looking away from her screen which made her miss the gawk he was throwing at her.

"Lucy, they're both going to murder me and eat me alive! And who knows how Gajeel will react? He'll most definitely try to kill me! Not before this one does!" He pointed his finger at Levy whose jaw dropped in disbelief.

"Oh stop acting like you can't take Gajeel." She started to tap away on her keyboard, soft clicks echoing into the room. "Levy needs you."

"I need me. You need me."

"Not right now."

And after a moment longer of whining, arguing, and huffing, Natsu was now standing at the bus station with a pregnant giddy bitch who was so happy she was humming. Humming! Like a fucking lunatic and honestly he hated how easily persuaded he was by all this. Maybe not easily but as soon as Lucy had flashed her tits at him, he was quick to grab Levy and dart out of there.

Because the sooner he gets this bullshit done, the sooner he could come back home and suck on those mommy milkers of hers.

"So what's the plan?" Natsu asked, adjusting himself to cover up his semi that was swelling inside of his pants. "Because you do know Gajeel is going to be pissed I'm with you and he's definitely going to try and tell me to get the fuck out."

"All I need for you to do is play bodyguard."

"I thought I wasn't a bodyguard and you don't need one?"

"I lied."

Natsu was so fucking dead.

X

Normally Natsu wasn't the nervous type. He usually went into things head first and damn everything else that got in his way because, well, he was pretty confident and insecurity did not mix well with him at all. He could run into a burning building without being nervous. Hell, the only thing that did make him nervous was his future father-in-law and having to propose to Lucy.

And not because of what she might say (no way in hell is she going to get away that easily) but more so in the planning aspect because he was not a planner nor was he all that romantic.

So imagine how pussy he felt when he felt his nerves shoot at the sight of Gajeel's shop. Gajeel's shop of all fucking places. Why the fuck was he nervous? No particular reason besides the fact that the little devil beside him was going to break the news that she's pregnant with said caveman's baby and he knew before that pierced freak did. And Lucy. And Gray. And Juvia.

But the prospect of him winning this bet the two of them had about babies made him kind of eager to get this shit over with (and the idea of having Lucy's fat tits in his mouth).

And he's been kind of lacking in the gym with everything that's been going on. He used to go religiously every day and it had been cut down to four times a week when he first met Lucy and now it was when he could. He tried to go at least three times a week and try to work out at home but it wasn't the same.

But that didn't mean he still couldn't take on Gajeel. He'd never allow someone like Gajeel to overpower him. Who gives a fuck if he was taller. Natsu blamed it on his long wild hair that gave him extra two inches.

"Okay, run this by me one more time." Natsu turned to Levy who was reaching for the door handle.

Levy let out a sigh and then turned towards the nervous frat, giving him an annoyed expression. "We're going to walk inside. Lock the door. Sit Gajeel down. Talk to him about the… situation. If he tries to run, you block him. If he tries to fight, I will deal with it. But we do not leave here till we know what he wants to do next."

"Are you going to ask him to pay for the abortion if he wants one?"

"Duh." She turned back to the door, hands gripping the door handle. "Ready?"

"No." Natsu admitted but Levy opened the door anyways, waltzing right into dangerous territory that would surely fucking age him ten years. He took a minute to inhale and exhale before he followed in, ensuring the door shut before he locked it and flipped the sign to show it was closed.

As much as Natsu loved the drama that unfolded in front of him, he hated being caught in the middle. And he felt like he was some kind of secret lover Levy had brought with him and they were about to spill the beans about how Levy's baby was their love child in the making.

That made a violent shiver rush down his spine and Natsu hugged himself at the thought of having to be stuck with someone like Levy.

Like he said before, he likes the gal enough to have her around but he would much rather throw himself down a pair of stairs, rip off a ball, and swallow glass before he had to be stuck with this little devil. Lucy was bad enough but Levy? He swears that the woman is out for blood. His blood specifically. And he would be stuck in a very sad, miserable state where he would flinch at anything and everything she did, silently cry when she wasn't looking, and become the little bitch of a househusband because he knows damn well she's going to be working a job that brought home the bread.

She was a STEM major and they shared couple of glasses and boy does this woman have the fucking brains of Einstein.

Why couldn't he just be a bystander to all this and just watch everything unfold instead of having to be caught in the crossfire that required him to be used as a shield or bodyguard. He didn't have an issue fighting Gajeel and keeping him in one place but the idea of having to do this versus having his girl scream his name was weighing heavily on him. He could have been balls deep inside of her at this point. Probably made her orgasm at least twice before he stuck it in. She would be so warm and tight and so fucking wet—

"Oi, what are you doin' here?" Gajeel's voice brought him back to reality and he was bummed out about it. Nobody wants to fucking hear Gajeel's voice when they're thinking about blowing their girl's back out. He wasn't really Natsu's type anyways.

Following down the hall that led to Gajeel's office, Natsu made himself known with his loud stomps. He wasn't trying to catch him off guard and force him to attack.

"Who else is—Salamander? What the hell you doin' here?" His red eyes darted from Levy's face to his, an annoyed expression instantly etching his soft look.

Natsu didn't even respond, afraid if he did, he might say something he shouldn't and he just walked right into his office, closed the door, turned the lock, and leaned against it with his arms crossed.

He felt badass in a way and he kind of wished someone was here to confirm it for him. Maybe he needed the sunglasses to go with it because he felt like a fucking boss. Maybe he could invest in a leather jacket too.

"What's going on?" Gajeel's voice grew wary, his eyes darting back and forth between Levy and Natsu. "Why are you two actin' weird and why are you two coming here together? Y'all don't hang out." His eyes narrowed. "Or do you?"

"That's not important," Levy brushed it away as she was already sat at the chair on the other side of his desk. "I'm here to talk to you."

"So what the fuck is he doin' here?"

"Natsu is my witness and support." She gave him a tight lipped smile and Gajeel's expression darkened, not liking that at all.

"The fuck is that supposed to mean?"

"Can you stop focusing on Natsu and focus on me?" Levy snapped at him, making the bigger one growl. He kept his glare at Natsu for a moment longer, the rosy-haired one never breaking eye contact either, till he finally gave in and leaned back into his seat, crossing his arms across his chest.

"Fine. What is it?"

Levy took a few seconds to inhale and exhale, calming herself and looking as if she was trying to convince herself to finally say what she needed to. Natsu didn't blame her. He would freak out too if he found out he was pregnant and had to break the news to his boyfriend.

"I'm pregnant."

Natsu's jaw dropped along with Gajeel's.

Only because he didn't think she would just outright say it in the most blunt way possible. He was waiting for the whole spiel of how much she loved him, saw a future with them, and then hit the climax by coming out with the truth but of course she had to ruin this for him, too.

There was a pregnant (HA!) pause and Natsu started to feel his hairline moisten. His eyes were ping ponging from Gajeel's face to Levy's face, unsure whose reaction he wanted to see more but he figured Gajeel's face would be the funniest. Especially since right now Gajeel was gawking, cheeks flushed, and eyes wide as if he was caught raiding through his grandmother's panty drawer.

He really wished Lucy was here to witness this. He should have whipped his phone out and recorded the entire thing but it was too late now. And he also shouldn't be adding more fuel to the fire because this silence was fucking awkward.

After a very long silence, Gajeel finally swallowed and he sputtered, looking dizzy and uncharastically adorable in Natsu's eyes.

"I—is it mine?"

Oh man. He wasn't even that fucking stupid to ask something as dumb as that.

"Yes you fucking idiot." Levy half-shouted and it caused both of them to jolt. "Who else would it be?"

"I—I'm just askin!" He nearly shouted right back, face growing red. "Wha—how? I—when? But we—"

Man this was so painfully awkward. Natsu felt uncomfortable as he shifted from one foot to the other and he fished his phone out of his pocket to send his wife a quick text, eyes darting up at the couple and back to his phone. He had to make sure he was doing his job properly. Gajeel had yet to make a dash for it and Levy was still sitting there like a badass bitch.

"How? Well, you and I have a lot of sex, Gajeel." She replied calmly.

"I know how!" He was sputtering again, slamming his fist onto the desk. "I meant, how?"

"Do you need me to explain sex to you and how pregnancy works?"

"No! I—! We just—I—we—"

"Bro, please, for the sake of your wellbeing and as well as mine, just stop asking questions."

"You shut the fuck up, pinky! This is a conversation between me and my lady so get the fuck out!"

Natsu jerked both his arms at the pierced male while looking right at Levy, eyes wide as if he was shouting: "I told you so!" But Levy didn't pay any mind to it as she picked at her nails, waiting for her idiot boyfriend to calm himself down.

"Like Levy said, I'm here for support."

"Then support her outside! You have nothing to do with this conversation!"

"Levy, may I be excused." Natsu asked which had the petite one simply flicking her wrist at him, granting him permission. "Alright, peace out fuckface. I'll be outside if you need me, Lev. Holler if he's being a little bitch."

"Will do."

Truthfully, Natsu wouldn't mind listening to their conversation but the awkwardness of it all and having to be barked at was making it unbearable. Besides, this really wasn't his business and he would much rather be at home. Like he said, he had a very sexy blonde with his name on it waiting at home and he could only wait like the patient boy he was (not).

He made it to the waiting room part of his shop and found himself a nice seat, texting his wife back and forth for a moment before she started to call him.

He was instantly happier, bringing the device to his ear to hear her sweet voice.

"How's it going?"

"Gajeel's being a little bitch who just keeps stuttering. You know the first thing he asked was if it was his?"

The small gasp over the line had him grinning. "No he didn't!"

"Yes he did!"

"That idiot!"

"That's what Levy said!"

"How could he ask that? He's implying Levy hasn't been faithful to him!"

Natsu rolled his eyes, leaning back into his seat while he pinched the phone between his shoulder and cheek while he started to examine his fingernails. "I think he's just shocked. Gajeel wouldn't think that low of Lev. He was all red and sputtering. And babe!" Natsu nearly jumped out of his seat. "You won't believe how Levy told him!"

"Was it really awkward?"

"More like a slap in the face. She literally just said: "I'm pregnant" and ended it there! Point. Blank. No climax. No build up. No cushion! Just straight to it!"

"No!" Lucy gasped over the line and he was running his hand through his hair as if he was stressed.

"Yes! You don't understand how disappointed I was! I was shocked at how she came out with it. That was so not her."

"Yeah, Levy would have ripped him a new one and got him all flustered before doing it at least. You think it's all the stress?" Lucy sounded worried over the line making Natsu sigh, returning to the comfort of his seat.

"Probably. Wouldn't you be stressed in her situation?" He didn't realize he said that till the words left his mouth. He froze in place, eyes widening as he stared at a random tile on the floor. Maybe he shouldn't be asking his fucking girlfriend how she would be if she was the one knocked up and not her best friend.

But it surprised him when she responded casually to his answer, showing him that it didn't bother her like he thought it did.

"Of course I would freak but we're different, Natsu. I wouldn't have to think twice about what I would do."

His heart skipped a beat and he placed his hand against his chest, unaware he's holding his breath. "And what would you do?"

"We would marry and raise our kid."

The tips of his ears burned and he felt his heart soar at her declarations. It made him feel incredibly warm and all he wanted to do was see her and hold her. He would have never thought he would ever feel this way about someone but all he knew was he was going to make sure it was this way for as long as he lived. Loving her was the easiest thing he'd ever done.

"I can't wait to be back with you. Miss you."

Her laughter over the phone sent butterflies loose and he was biting down his grin. "I miss you, too, Natsu. I'll see you soon?"

"Promise?" He sounded pathetic but only Lucy could bring out his inner baby.

"Promise."

Hearing a noise coming from the back, Natsu quickly jumped up, telling her he had to go. After hanging up, Natsu sped walked to his office, peeking down the hall first to make sure he didn't come smacking into Gajeel or even Levy at some point. Seeing how it was clear and he heard another loud screech, he quickly made it over to the door to swing it open.

But as soon as he did, he regretted it. He wished he could have just minded his fucking business like he wanted to but this fucking witch had his balls in a twist and now he was forever scarred and a tainted soul.

At some point in his eight minute conversation with his wife, Levy had somehow made it underneath Gajeel as she was now pressed down against the desk with Gajeel's mammoth size of a body swallowing her tiny frame. Their faces were flushed and hair messier than usual, wide eyes staring right back at a wide eyed frat.

"It's—"

"I'm out." Natsu immediately said before he grabbed the door handle and slammed it shut on his way out. He didn't want to hear whatever they had to say and he could care less especially since they clearly looked as if they had figured out whatever the fuck it was. Now he was pissed he had to be dragged to this bullshit and when he could have been the one getting laid, it was fucking Gajeel and Levy who did.

Walking down the streets of Magnolia to cool down from this unfortunate situation, Natsu could only scowl at everything. He had to take the bus home and that was going to be hell on its own and he was lowkey hoping Gajeel would run so he could tackle the sap.

He didn't know how the conversation went for them to be suddenly trying to mount one another in his office but he was happy for her that they somewhat figured their shit out.

Unless they're just trying to ignore the whole baby in the oven and just fuck it out but it didn't concern him one bit.

Pausing in his steps when he caught a glimpse of his reflection, Natsu was instantly zoned in on the beautiful pieces of jewelry that were displayed. The sun shined against the jewels and twinkled against the rays, nearly blinding him and forcing him to stand there and stare.

Slowly looking up to see the sign, Natsu realized he had stopped at a jewelers and he didn't hesitate to walk right in.

The place was spotless and bright, showcasing a bunch of jewelry and accessories. Bright spotlights that pointed right at the cases to give them the extra shine. The fresh smell of air freshener along with shiny tiles that squeaked with his footsteps showed how high end this place was and he began to feel a tad bit overwhelmed.

"Good afternoon and welcome to Magnolia Jewelers! Is there anything in particular you are looking for today?" A sales representative came forward, clad in her dress pants and blouse with a bright smile stretched across her lips.

Natsu stared at her for a second before his eyes darted over to the cases full of jewelry and he could only form a small smile.

"Yes. Could you actually show me what engagement rings you have to offer?"

X

By the time he returned to MU, Natsu had already spilled his entire guts out, twice, and felt like a bag of dog shit. He had to crawl out of the bus and lay out on the grass for a minute, gasping and fighting for his life. His weak body was fighting against motion sickness and if only he didn't have to ride the damn bus twice (he missed his stop the first time) he may have been able to come back home sooner.

And now as he returned back to campus, Natsu could only silently thank the heavens above for allowing him to see yet another day.

The small velvet box that was deep in his pocket remained and as Natsu's wallet became significantly smaller, he could still feel the jitters he did when he purchased it.

He didn't plan on buying Lucy an engagement ring today but with how the cards aligned, he just had to. He found a perfect gem that imitated the stars above, a beautiful golden band with a blue sandstone that had small twinkles of crystals embedded to look like a galaxy.

The dainty ring cost him nearly half his entire savings but it was worth it. He was going to use it to buy her a ring one day anyways and having to buy it this early on would only help him begin his rebuilding.

He had already called his dad to tell him the news and he was quick to hang up once Igneel started to scream over the line. The next two calls he ignored as well, not wanting to hear his father cry or scream. He just let him know he'll call him later and left it at that.

Rolling off the grass, Natsu forced himself to return back to his wife with the giddiness of having her engagement ring. He had to head back to his place first to hide the thing and then head to Lucy so she didn't see or find the ring. Knowing how she was, she would find it in a heartbeat and wrestle him for the box. And he was trying to get laid. He can't do that when he has a very obvious bulge in his pocket (not his dick this time).

Now with him having the ring in his possession, all he needed was to plan out this proposal that would surely kill him in the end.

Graduation was a bittersweet moment. There were lots of people who were excited for the fateful day as it was their final hooray before they were thrown into the real world. No more studying. No more tests. No more early eight am classes.

Natsu, Max, Gray, and Nab were the ones graduating this semester and with two of the most rambunctious boys leaving, it was going to be a pretty quiet semester. Though, DT was always a big party frat that never listened to rules and continued to be the biggest and loudest, without Natsu and Gray around, it would dull it down just a tad.

Lucy wasn't worried since there were still a fuckton of boys who would continue on the trashy traditions and with Loke sticking around till spring semester, she was sure they would keep getting in trouble. But next semester also meant she, Levy, Cana, and a few other level-headed sisters would graduate and nobody would be around to keep the Delta Tail boys in line.

She hopes for their safety and the school's sanity, they keep in line.

But that was asking for the impossible.

Wiping the little tears that pricked her eyes, Lucy could only sniffle as she looked at her boyfriend who was now dressed in his cap and gown. With graduation only an hour and a half away, Natsu had to head down to the auditorium to get ready and find his seat.

It made her sad to think she won't be with him the entire time and also sad she had to sit through this entire thing since last year they all booked it half through. But at least she had Igneel with her and Juvia and Levy.

And just like last year, they had reserved the bar for the Fairy Tail organization and all Lucy was excited for was to get out as quickly as possible and then get trashed.

"You look beautiful in your dress, Luce," Natsu hummed approvingly, biting down on his bottom lip as he spun her around. She giggled as she gave him a smile, pink tinting her cheeks as she gave him a wide sparkly eyed look. "You know red is my favorite."

"Why do you think I wore this?" She purred right back as she pressed herself against his chest.

Wearing a red bodycon dress that ended at her ankles, Lucy paired the look with white heels and a fluffy cropped cardigan to keep her from the nippy air that was now December. Where the time had gone, none of them know but it was finally the day of graduation for her favorite man.

"You're going to be distracting me the entire time."

"Oh, please, you won't be able to see me through the crowd." She rolled her eyes, picking off the lint that was stuck to his dress shirt.

"You think I won't be able to find you?"

"There will be over ten thousand people in that auditorium and the lights will be off. It'll be hard to find me."

"I doubt it." He scoffed as he lifted his head while Lucy fiddled with his tie. "Do I really have to wear this bullshit?" He whined as she smoothed the material down.

"Yes, it's for your graduation. You need to look good."

"But it's uncomfortable." He whined and she just ignored him as she finished up and grabbed his cap. Once handed to the male, he just gave her a pouty look. "Lucy."

"No, not today. We need you to look nice and clean. You can take it off as soon as graduation is over."

"Fine." He relented in the end and as he watched Lucy go back to her vanity to get ready, he could only stare at her in awe.

She really was the most beautiful thing in the world.

"I'll meet you there with your dad, alright?" She planted a sweet kiss on his cheek. He just tried to chase her lips with his right after making her squeal and giggle.

"How bout a quickie?" He murmured as he grabbed at her, hands keeping her pressed against his body.

"No! You're going to be late! Remember last year?" She tried to squirm out of his hold but he was much stronger.

"I don't care."

"I do!" She squealed again when Natsu grabbed a handful of her behind, giving it a squeeze. "Natsu!"

"Groping your wife before you walk across the stage, huh?"

The couple were quick to jerk apart at the sound of Igneel's voice, Lucy's entire face flaming up at the moment of being caught. She gave him a shy smile as Natsu scowled at him, glaring at the smirking red-haired male.

"You fuckin' cockblock."

"We weren't doing anything!"

"Not anymore." Natsu grumbled and Lucy slapped him against the arm making him yelp. "See what your presence does?" He growled at his father while rubbing his arm.

"Sure, sure." Igneel snickered as Lucy came over to give him a hug. "You look lovely, Lucy." He planted a kiss on her cheek while she gave him a grin. "My son has a bit of self control issues, you see."

"Dad!"

"Nothing I am not aware of," Lucy said, making the two giggle and Natsu frown deeper. "Now come on, mister, you need to get to the auditorium. Gray should be coming to get you soon."

"I don't need no damn chaperone." Natsu clucked his tongue, stuffing his phone, wallet, and keys into his pocket before tucking his cap under his arm. "I'll see you over there, okay?" He came right back to the blonde's side to place a hand on her lower back, giving her a smile.

She smiled right back, leaning in to plant a sweet kiss on his lips resulting in his own to shine with glitter.

"See you over there."

With Natsu leaving with one last warning glare tossed to his father, he left the house to head over to the auditorium. Igneel asked if there was anything he could help with since he knew about the graduation party being hosted at the bar but Lucy politely declined, dragging him through the sorority house to collect her girls as well.

Time went by incredibly fast as Lucy tried to get ready and get all the things packed into the car to drive over. While they were a mere seven minutes away walking distance, Igneel had bought balloons, a cake, flowers, and shots for his son and friends so they opted to drive over. Lucy also had a bouquet of flowers she had for her husband but had it hidden in Levy's room so he didn't see.

Even though Natsu wasn't the type to want flowers, she felt it was most appropriate. That and the new lingerie set she had bought along with the nice bottle of whiskey she was planning on sharing with him at one point.

Once Juvia had made it to the sorority house, Igneel was a ball of sunshine as he was happy to be surrounded by his future daughter-in-laws and Levy. So happy that he was quick to whip out the bucket of shots he purchased, thrusting them in their direction.

"One quick drink before a gruesome three hours of sitting, right?" Igneel grinned as he had fished out a fireball shooter while Lucy held onto her pink lemonade vodka and Juvia held onto a cranberry flavored one.

Igneel shook the bucket at Levy who flushed, waving her hands out in front of her. "O—oh, no thank you, Mr. Dragneel!"

"What? You don't drink?" He asked and Levy's eyes were finding Lucy's in a panic.

Lucy giggled and placed a hand on his arm, stopping him from peer pressuring the little one. "Levy can't drink right now. At least for another eight months."

"Eight months? What? Does she have some kind of goal?" He barked out in laughter and when the three girls exchanged looks, he stopped to furrow his brows and look at them in confusion. After a moment, it seemed to click as he turned to look at Levy once more, her entire face crimson. "You… Are you expecting?"

The small nod of her head confirmed his suspicions and Igneel's mouth rounded out into an o as he finally understood.

He turned back to Lucy and grinned. "Wow, Lucy, are you really going to let her and Gajeel beat you and Natsu to it?"

It was Lucy's turn to flush crimson and Levy and Juvia merely laughed out loud while the blonde sputtered out.

"I—it's not like that!"

"Come on, just pop out a baby or four for us." He nudged her on the arm and she gawked at his laughing expression.

Lucy was quick to take her shot then, hissing at the harsh liquor that rushed down her throat and into her belly to warm her. "I need a ring first, Igneel. Tell your son that."

The wide grin on Igneel's face was warming in more ways than one. "Don't you worry 'bout that, Lucy. We ain't letting you get away from us that easily."

And Lucy believed him. Because for two men who were not related by blood in any sort of way, those two were like twins. And if Igneel said so (and Natsu as well) then she'll be dumb not to listen.

After chugging one more shooter in the parking lot for good measure, the four of them had arrived at the auditorium just in time for Gajeel to pull up. Igneel spent a good ten minutes poking fun at the father-to-be who blushed red and sputtered as if he was caught doing something inappropriate. Levy was also red as a tomato and it didn't help that Igneel was giving him a coy smile, eyebrows jumping up and down to indicate something not worth mentioning out loud.

And of course after Gajeel started to bark at the older Dragneel was when they began to file into the place.

Finding their seats and maneuvering around the large sea of people was the hardest. It was pretty easy to push through with someone like Gajeel on their side as the tall long haired, pierced male radiated bad energy. The crowd naturally parted for them. Once they were seated and they were getting settled in, Lucy reminded everyone to turn their ringers off.

Seeing how she had already received a text from her other half, she looked up as she tried to look for his rosy hair.

Found ya Mrs. Dragneel. Told ya I would be able to find you. You're one in a trillion.

Graduation ceremonies were the most boring and longest thing in the world. With people yapping about this and the future and how proud they were and how they wished everyone the best was where it killed the majority of the audience. It was hard enough to sit in one spot and watch a movie but hearing one person after the other talk was borderline abuse.

Just waiting for the grads to come out and find their seats took thirty minutes alone and then sitting through the opening ceremony and having the dean talk took another hour. By the time they were two hours in, Gajeel was already asleep and Levy was nose deep in a book she had brought. Juvia was too busy snapping photos of Gray in the crowd (or at least what she thinks is Gray) and Igneel had dozed off as well, scaring himself awake every few minutes.

By the time they were to announce the graduates to come walk across the stage, that was when everyone was now up and ready. More like ready to bolt out of there (they all agreed as soon as Gray and Natsu's names were called, they were to get out so the crowd didn't swallow them).

But of course since there were over a thousand students graduating and Natsu was D and Gray was F in line, they had to wait for the first couple hundred that were in front of them to go.

It resulted in Gajeel cursing and Levy swatting at them. Igneel was sneaking yet another shot to his daughter-in-laws who happily accepted, clinking the small bottles together to throw them back as discreetly as possible.

At least they didn't get hushed at or kicked out this year.

And that was only because the two idiots were down there instead of up here with them.

By the time Natsu's name was called, they were all up out of their seats screaming and cheering. The DT boys who attended roared for the fiery pink head who walked across the stage with a wide grin on his face. Lucy swore she also heard a couple of squeals and screams of his name coming from a couple of girls on the other side of the auditorium but she ignored it, seeing how Natsu was waving his hands in her direction.

She felt like a proud mother with her camera phone out and recording the whole thing, cheering for the male who nobody thought would make it. Igneel was full on sobbing as he dabbed his eyes with a handkerchief and before they knew it, Gray was walking across too and it created a loud uproar.

Especially from Juvia who nearly passed out from the screaming she was doing.

"Alright, let's get the fuck out." Gajeel stood up as soon as Gray had shook hands with the dean and posed with his diploma. "We gotta beat the crowd."

"You think Natsu and Gray would leave right after, too?"

"I don't think they can." Lucy said as they all shuffled out of their seats, politely apologizing to those who continued to stay. As they nearly tripped over the millions of feet that were all scattered, they moved as fast as they could in the darkness. Once they had made it to the other side, they all let out a sigh of relief as they were now finally out of that hellhole.

But as soon as they were out, Gray and Natsu had bursted through a set of double doors and startled them all out of their shoes.

"What the hell are you two doing here!" Lucy screeched, seeing the two grinning graduates. Natsu came flying towards the blonde, arms spread wide as he went running into her. She nearly fell over and yelped as he swallowed her in his arms, gown draped across her like a blanket.

"Fuck that. We're not staying. We have a bar to go to!"

"But it's your graduation!"

"Not anymore, baby, I've graduated." He held up his diploma, smirking at the dumbfounded look she was giving him. "Oh, hey." Natsu turned to see there were others there, as well as his own father, looking at him. "Didn't see you there."

Levy was rolling her eyes along with Gray while Igneel sighed, shaking his head back and forth. Gajeel merely sneered at the rosy-haired one, still upset about the incident that occurred two weeks prior at his workshop while Lucy just huffed.

"Well? What the fuck we waiting for? Let's go drink!" Natsu cheered, jumping up and down like a little boy wired off sugar. "Oh, but not you." He pointed right at the short blue-haired one who looked like she was also one second away from murdering him. "Knocked up and all."

"Lu, can I kill him now?"

"Can we maybe wait till tomorrow? He just graduated."

Using her pointer and middle finger to point at her eyes, she turned them in Natsu's direction to point at his own, glaring menacingly. "You better count your days, Dragneel."

The way he instantly paled and hid behind his wife only had Igneel barking out in laughter, a large hand coming behind Gajeel to slap him on the back. The long-haired one yelped, jerking forward to turn and scowl at him.

"You got a fiesty one there, Gajeel. Good luck."

"Don't have to tell me twice."

"Alright, now let's actually go." Gray had already stripped down to his clothes, his cap and gown tossed on the floor haphazardly as if he was in a rush. Juvia was trying to pick them up, seeing how her man was stripping without realizing as he was now yanking off his tie. "I need a fucking drink."

"Drinks for all!" Natsu cheered, making sure he had enough distance between him and Levy. "But Levy." He sang, taunting the red-faced one who just said fuck it and started to chase him.

Natsu's shriek echoed throughout the halls and as the rest of them watched Natsu get chased down by an angry Levy, they could all just hope he was alive to actually see the beginning to his adulthood.

"So, Gray, when are you gonna knock up Juvia?"

And Gray for that matter because he booked it out of there as soon as those words came out of Igneel's mouth, shouting at Natsu to wait up as if he had something that belonged to him.
