Oh and last chapter... Well tbh none of us really know how to write a compelling love story so yeah.
I mean some people might have guess it was Niramu x Mitsume. The reason this ship exist was because one of my friend was actually cos as Niramu during one of our Kamen Rider Roleplay session. We also saw that his wife was actually cosplaying as Tamamo a few years ago and well Newbie got an idea to write the ship. AU obviously - Niramu was a human tortured and brainwashed into the GM, blah blah blah,

As Shirou walks around the school, he stretch his back as he looked around, whilst talking to his friend Issei.
"Hey man did you see that new game made by Genm corp?" Issei asked as Shirou stopped zoning out
"Huh? Oh yeah Mighty Creator X right?" Shirou said bored as he quite remember how that happened
"Dude! What are you talking about!? How can you talk like that!? Mighty Creator X is the first game in the Mighty Action series to feature a community based game cr-" Issei started to ramble as suddenly Shirou spotted someone down the hall
"Oh shit, Tohsaka-senpai" Shirou said as he elbows Issei in the ribs as he freaked out. Welp time to watch the monkey show
"Ryuudou, Emiya-san, do you mind explaining why you're disrupting the hallways?" Rin asked curtly as Issei retorted "It wasn't disrupting until you barged in!" "As if! You were talking so loud that I could hear it from across the school!" "flat chest!" "Otaku monk!" "you don't understand the greatness of video games!" "Why? They're just some games that dumb kids play with"
"HEY!" A voice shouts behind the 3 as Shirou, Issei and Rin turn around. (Internally Shirou prayed to Dan Kuroto - RIP btw- that it was not who he thought it was) "Video games! ARE NOT STUPID!"
Turning around the 3 saw a girl with a pale skin ('God she looks like she hasn't touched grass for a long time' Shirou snickered internally), a slender figure and long, honey-blonde hair reaches her waist. The most abnormal thing was that she was wearing an orange hamster hoodie as she stood there pointing at the trio whilst smirking
"GENIUS GAMER M!" The girl shouts as she pose dramatically for the effect "I! Genius Gamer UMR! Challenge you to a du-!" but before UMR could finish, Shirou just shouted "OK! OK! STOP!" as he tried to save his reputation "Ok... You're still in your..." he started as he just waved his hand around... "You know what"
At that moment Umaru looked at her 'outfit' and realized she was still in her 'indoor' form. She then started to freak out "WHAT!? HOW COME YOU DIDN'T POINT THAT OUT!" she shouted as Shirou countered by saying "I just did! And why are you at my school! How did you find out where I live!". He was pretty sure that he made his life private after the whole Foundation X incident to make sure he doesn't get dragged into anything excessive.
"Oh! I just use my power as Genm corp CEO to check where you lived. I mean your birthplace is on the national registry" Umaru started as she just casually admitted to accessing top secret government files to track down where he lived. "I am sorry, you can do that?" Shirou ask genuinely confused as he was pretty sure all Kamen Rider information are top secret - even the Prime Minister can't access them. "Well, I just used a the power of money to bribe t-" "Ok, just tell me what you want" Shirou mentally prepared himself
"I am sorry what is going on" Rin finally spoke as she got confused and before Issei can ask the same thing, Umaru butted in "Ah yes! I, Genius Gamer UMR! CEO of Genm corp! Tasked the R&D department to create the ULTIMATE DANCING GAME!" Umaru said before she pointed outside to the school courtyard. Outside in the middle of the street was a bunch of spectators as they watch a few security guard form a barrier as technician set up a complicated looking dance pad fused with a Tv screen.
"BEHOLD! Shirou! The greatest innovation in dancing games! Fitted with AR technology that can trace every single body muscles - sensors that can detect your body functions and monitor one's heart rate! It also boast a voice detection function that can separate 2 different sound source! This is Funky Dance X!" Umaru posed once more as she looked at Shirou unexpectedly. She knows that he knows that she knows that he loves any type of games, especially niche ones nobody play as much. His favorite thing is to take unpopular genre and elevate them to their next level, he could instantly turn a niche category of games and make them popular again with his ideas. That's the power of the #1 Genius Gamer and the person she wants to overthro-
"Boki-da" Shirou mutter as Umaru did a double take as she asked "I am sorry, what did you say again". "Oh urm... nothing... nope, nah" Shirou said as he coughed a bit "So, when do we start", and Umaru forgot it all as she excitedly said "RIGHT NOW!".

As the #2 and #1 got on their platform they started to do some trash talking.
"Oi M! Ready to lose that #1 crown of yours?" "Ready to keep being second best?" the viewers are wild as Umaru and and Shirou started round 1.

Panting as he reached out his hand to a collapsing Umaru, who was surprisingly calm, as he helped her up. However she whispered something into his ears that make him more confused "I won't lose the next one... Especially with it so close to starting... See you next game" and with that ominous warning Umaru left as her employees dismantle the dance pad. Shirou was still pondering on her words when he sees a crowd of people from school
"Are you really Genius Gamer N!" "How do you know the head of Genm corp!" "KYA~ eMu~ Please sign my shirt!"

As Lancer dueled with Archer, Rin watch in anticipation and anxiety as she watched 2 legendary heroic spirits fighting to the death. She practically forgot what happened this morning until
Archer suddenly rolled out of the way as Lancer look to the side, a bunch of energy based projectile deflecting off of him as Rin eyes widened... Is that Umaru
"Hoh~ Oi little girl!" Lancer shouted as he internally wince at the fact he was gonna have to kill some little kid cause his master is a sadistic asshole "What are you doing here?". Umaru gave a devious smile as she shouted with a bit of mania "Well, isn't it simple... I am here to win the game". "Game? You mean the Holy Grail War?" Archer asked as this was not what was supposed to happen, where is his past self? "In your eyes this may be considered a 'war'... But to me... This is merely a half baked game" Umaru said as she pulled out a... driver?

Lancer started to charge at her to stop whatever she was doing, but by that time it was already too late. "Henshin"
As she inserted the 'Chronicle Gamer (Memorial victory ver.)' (Just imagine Kamen Rider Cronus on it) into the Driver. Lancer bounced off the Game start screen as a giant gap in space appear above Umaru, as the visage of Kamen Rider Cronus shimmers over her form. Gamedeus descended like a god, enveloping her
"Buggle Up! Ten wo tsukame Rider! (Wow!) Kizame chronicle! Ima koso toki wa kiwamareri! Tempus aeternum victoris (Wow!)" (The Rider who grab the heavens! Writing the chronicle! And now the time is to go beyond! Time eternal victory)

As Cronus stand there she merely walked toward the 2 heroic spirit. Lancer and Archer looked at each other as the 2 made a tactical agreement.

As Lancer went in to strike her, he tripped on the concrete as his foot get stuck - EMIYA also tried to provide long range attack by shooting some broken phantasm, but 2 of the sword collided due to a change in the wind - causing a chain reaction that blew the rest of the sword. Lancer got up as he snarl, Cronus merely making a mocking gesture with her hand as Lancer thrust his spear into her. However, she merely dodged and weaved in between each of them as she easily avoided each strike like it was nothing
"If you want to defeat me, train for another 20000 years!" she said as she summon the Gashacon Sword, using the ice side to freeze the ground, causing Lancer to trip back into the trash heap. Archer charged with his dual blades as Cronus merely flipped to the fire side as she summons an Energy Item Advance on herself

Shrinking down, she jumped onto Archer blade as she kick EMIYA in the face as he was sent flying.

"Well that was fun but I think it's time to end this." Cronus said as she watched Lancer get up and he jumped to the sky. 'not fooling for this again' she thought as she paused time
PAUSE
"Sah... Game over" Cronus said as she took out her driver and took aim at Lancer, shooting him out of the sky.
"Time shall continue once more"
As time begun to flow once more, Lancer fell to the ground as he struggle to get up, the Bugster virus messing with his saint graph as he tried to resist, only to find that he can't resist and is fading away. Archer preemptively knew something was going to happen so he putted up Rho Aias but that merely made Cronus laugh as she mock the servant-master pair "Do you think such a shield will block the attack of a Genius Gamer?" she stated as she took a swung of her sword as a energy slash shot out, the unparalleled Deuslasher belonging to the final victor. As it broke through Rho Aias, Archer prepared to retreat with Rin; however, at that moment Cronus threw up another Energy Item Advance

This caused Archer to drop Rin and charge full stop at the energy slash, however before the 2 could make contact

I should have never gave you that clue, but I suppose that was a slip up on my part" she started looking at the 2. "Umaru-san, this isn't a game, real lives are at stake here. This is exactly like Kamen Rider Chroni-" "SHUT IT! This is nothing like Kamen Rider Chronicle, no one is unwilling participate and this i- was all a huge secret until the FUYUKI FIRE!" at that moment Shirou eyes widened as Cronus continued

Your desserts are so delicious" as Umaru continued her confession, Shirou looked at his Bugster Parado and asked "I am sorry what was that?" as Parado merely shrugged and said "Well I don't know, I mean she was kinda annoying me and I didn't want a repeat of Genm (RIP Dan Kuroto)." "Ok... That explains a lot actually" it's unknown whether he was referring to him or Umaru.
"I want to see if our children will inherit both of our Genius Gaming capabilities!" Umaru said before she snaps out of the effect and screamed in embarrassment "PARADO! You will pay for this"

Cronus eyes widen as Para-DX summon the Gurongi symbol for fist on his hand as the Agito emblem was projected on his fist, jumping to the sky at Clock up speed. Cronus tried to dodge but was held in place by Ex-Aid, as she tried to stop time - she was surprised that Parado could still move. She was then kicked back as she muttered "H-How"
"Simple, I now possess the power of all main Heisei Kamen Rider, many of them capable of manipulating time" As Parado explained to Cronus, her eyes widen in recognition as she hurridly raised her arm to block an attack from Ex-Aid, being launched back. She inserted 2 Energy item into herself

Moving at speeds faster than light, Cronus danced around the dual as Parado quickly used his power to gain some Energy Item

Whilst Ex-Aid merely use his Invincibility and short range teleportation to keep up. The 3 begun to clash in speed so fast, time itself bent to their every moves. Yet in but an instant, the winner was made clear.
"AH! DAMN YOU 2!" Umaru shouted like a cliché cartoon villain as she fell to the ground, undoing her transformation. Before being forced to revert into her 'Bugster form' a Chibi Umaru known as UMR.
Seeing UMR silent for a bit, Shirou de-henshin as he tried to approach her and ask "Umaru-san... Are you ok?" Before Shirou could finish UMR started to cry as she crawled all over Shirou and started her greatest strategy: the C3 - Cry, Complain, Cry even more.
"Uwa! M! I lost to you again! And you heard that extremely embarrassing speech Parado made me do!" in the background Parado merely asked WTF. "SHIROU! You need to take responsibility for my poor heart! It's broken and beaten by you!" As UMR complained Shirou can't help but look at her like something pitiful. "Hey! What's with those expression! What's on your face! Why are you looking at me like that!?" She complained as Shirou merely coughed and held her at arms length, to make sure she doesn't crawl over his body again. "Ok, listen UMR, there are gonna be some ground rules. First off, we're going to end what ever this war is with no casualties. I am a doctor and I won't allow anyone to die, no matter if they aren't human ok?". It took all but a second for UMR to agree.
"I am sorry but what is going on here!" Turning around the trio remembered Rin and the Gyaru looking guy

It might also be the embodiment of Gamedeus

A variant of Robust health that comes from being a carrier of the Bugster virus. In fact she carries the Gamedeus bugster, making her one of the most powerful variant as she managed to become immune to it. At this level, no form of disease can infect her and she will be supernaturally healthy, to the point that she can quickly regenerate from wounds, gain superhuman amount of strength and can even move whilst time is paused.
Golden Rule (Ex)
As the CEO of Genm Corp, the biggest Game company in possibly the world and one of the biggest tech company in the multiverse. The revenue that Umaru earns from stocks alone is already tremendous as she has a controlling 80% stock number she bought from when Genm corp was under fire for starting a world wide pandemic. Genm corp is now a proud suppliers of video game and numerous Paranormal technology to not just Earth but the Multiverse.

This Noble Phantasm is the reward for the one who defeated the Final boss known as Gamedeus and will replace it as the true ending. The warrior wears the carcass of the final boss as a reminder of their feat to all who witness

From all the fancy Gashat and upgrades. None of those count as Noble Phantasm, especially compared to his true NP. The knowledge of the fact he is within a narrative/fictional construct. Not only that but he can also access the 'real world', this means that he is effectively the 'protagonist' of the story.
