In Class 1-A's classroom...

Midoriya tried to focus on taking notes in class, but all he could think about was that spell book. He really wanted to look through it, but clearly now was not the time for it. His backpack sat by his side as he took some notes. He kept glancing at it, expecting it to float out of there and get him into trouble. For a moment, he could swear Iida knew what he did and looked in his direction.

Iida wasn't even paying attention to him. He was busy taking notes, and so was Uraraka behind him. Although she did seem to be playing around with her necklace a lot as well. She kept swinging it or carressing it as classes went on.

Midoriya took his notes, but felt like he wasn't even paying attention to what he was writing. Luckily nothing happened when he was taking notes. The spell book didn't go flying and cause a scene. He felt like he could relax as he kept writing down some notes. Mr. Aizawa wrote down some more on the chalk board, and Midoriya kept going with class.

For a moment however, he thought he saw a glow coming from his backpack. He looked down, but there was nothing there. He tried to shake it off, but for the rest of class, he kept wanting to hide his spell book. He even pushed his backpack inconspiciously under his desk just in case Mr. Aizawa noticed it. No one seemed to notice anything suspicious thankfully since they were all busy with note taking.

After classes, it was finally lunch time. Midoriya let out a sigh as he adjusted his seat and stretched. Without raising any suspicions, he slowly took out his backpack. Then his eyes widened to see a pink and green glow coming out of it. He hoped that this wouldn't happen during classes.

Then Uraraka came running up to him with a big smile, causing him to shove it back under his desk.

"Hey Izuku! Is it just me, or did classes feel longer than usual?" Uraraka asked him as she playing around with her necklace.

"Huh? U-Umm... Ye-Yeah. Maybe a little," Midoriya said back a little nervously, "I just really wish that I could help get that necklace off of you. It seems like its annoying you. You kept playing with it during classes."

Uraraka looked down to see her still playing with it. She gave it a look, but something about her seemed okay with it.

"I don't know. It's not that bad," Uraraka said to him, "Something about it feels... better. It's hard to explain."

Midoriya was shocked to hear her say this, considering what it did to her last night. He noticed something about her eyes, and they seemed more pink than usual. He could swear that something about her felt a bit off as she continued playing with the necklace.

"Ochaco. Are you okay?" Midoriya asked her, "You seem... different compared to last night. Did that necklace keep you up last night?"

Uraraka's eyes widened for a moment, but then she shook it off ever so subtly. Something about it bothered Midoriya, and he didn't know why. She stopped playing with her necklace and faced him with a look that reminded him of Uraraka.

"Yeah. I'm fine. I just had a weird dream is all. My back and shoulders kind of hurt as well. That couch must've been a bad call to sleep on all night," Uraraka said to him, "We can talk about it later, okay? Come on, let's go eat. I'm starving."

Uraraka pulled Midoriya up from his desk, causing him to quickly grab his backpack. Luckily the glowing seemed to subside as they headed to the cafeteria. Iida decided to walk with them, and he seemed to notice something off about Uraraka. Midoriya was just glad that he wasn't the only one.

"Uraraka. Something seems off about you. Did you get enough sleep last night?" Iida asked her.

Midoriya slumped his shoulders, realizing that he seemed to be the only one noticing how shimmery and pink she looked. He wondered if Iida noticed it at all. Uraraka seemed annoyed, but tried wave it off like it was no big deal.

"Don't worry about it Iida," Uraraka said back, "I just slept funny on the couch is all. That is not a couch that you want to fall asleep on."

Midoriya noticed that her necklace wasn't glowing as much as when they were outside. It was glowing subtly, but it looked more like the light was making it shine and glitter. Luckily it didn't stand out as anything more than a nice looking necklace. Soon Uraraka held hands with Midoriya, and he felt a little better. But something about it still felt a little off. After a while however, he kind of liked it. Something about her felt really light and energizing as they held hands. He couldn't help but smile at how good they felt together.

Soon they grabbed their lunch, and Midoriya noticed that Uraraka grabbed some things that she wouldn't normally eat. She grabbed a salad with some lemon sesame ginger dressing, rice with tofu and broccoli with a garlic sauce. She even grabbed a sprite instead of water like she always does. Something about it made Midoriya kind of hungry. He was going to order Katsudon like always, but something about her lunch looked really good.

"You should try this. It's much healthier for you than having Katsudon all the time," Uraraka told him, "It's good to have some different here and there anyway."

Midoriya already made up his mind and grabbed the same as her. Something about it made him really hungry. Iida watched them get something different and was surprised that Midoriya didn't get Katsudon. It always seemed like something that he was drawn towards. She was right though, eating Katsudon all the time was not very healthy for him.

Once they got their lunch, they all sat with Todoroki and Yaoyorozu who were already eating together.

"Hey guys. What's... Wait Uraraka, did you get a different meal?" Yaoyorozu asked her, "It looks good!"

"Yeah. I decided to try something different. I figured something healthier might make me feel a lot better," Uraraka told them as she drizzled some of her dressing into her salad, "Besides, Izuku is having the same thing as me."

Yaoyorozu and Todoroki were shocked to see Midoriya for once not eating Katsudon. He was eating the same meal as Uraraka. Something about it made them hungry as well. Midoriya smiled, curious about how it was going to taste.

"Wow, Midoriya. You usually pick Katsudon. I'm impressed that Uraraka got you to decide on something different," Yaoyorozu said to him.

"It's weird seeing you eat something else," Todoroki said so nonchalantly.

Midoriya looked away, feeling a little embarrassed about his food cravings and eating habits.

"Well, Ochaco's right. It's not healthy to be eating the same thing every day," Midoriya said to them, "Besides, this looks really good! I can't wait to try it."

Midoriya soon tried a bite of the salad and fell in love with the salad dressing right away. Something about the tanginess and ginger flavor was really addicting. His eyes sparkled when he tried the rice, tofu and broccoli. The garlic sauce just made it even better and ate some more.

"Wow Ochaco! This might be the best meal I've ever had!" Midoriya exclaimed with sparkling eyes, "This is so good! This dressing might be the best thing I've ever tried!"

Uraraka smiled and everyone was surprised that he liked it so much. She decided to eat some, and they both absolutely loved it. Iida, Yaoyorozu and Todoroki soon noticed that Uraraka's necklace was slightly glowing pink as she ate some of this lunch. Something about it however seemed a little more stagnant for some reason as she ate.

Iida hoped that it wasn't anything serious.

Then Bakugo and Kirishima walked by, seeing Midoriya eating something completely different. Bakugo stopped in his tracks, noticing no Katsudon in sight. He was shocked to see him enjoying it way more than anything else.

"What? No Katsudon Midoriya?" Kirishima asked him with a shocked face, "But you always get that!"

"Yeah, but Ochaco's right. It's not healthy to be eating it all the time," Midoriya said back with a mouth full of rice, "Besides, this is amazing! This might be the best thing that I've ever had here!"

Bakugo couldn't look away as Midoriya kept eating his meal. Kirishima soon pulled him over towards the table, and they soon sat down. Midoriya was surprised to see them sitting here, but was glad. Bakugo never sat with them, and Uraraka seemed to be making things much better between them. First they became friends, and now she was helping eat healthier.

Something about felt too good to be true.

"Deku. I'm surprised that you would even consider eating anything else," Bakugo said to him as he ate his mapo tofu.

"Says the guy eating mapo tofu for the fourth time in a row," Kirishima said back with a big grin.

Bakugo elbowed him, but Kirishima seemed to be having fun with it. Midoriya couldn't help but smile at Bakugo and Kirishima finally getting along. Not only that, but they were finally dating. Things were definitely started to settle down now that they were back from that weird shop. It made him feel so much more relaxed as he ate the rest of his lunch with Uraraka.

Midoriya held her hand, and Uraraka smiled back at him. They stared at each other, having a good feeling about their day together.

Iida noticed that the necklace was still glowing. He kept glancing at it, making sure things were okay.

He at least hoped that things would be okay by the time hero training came around.

In boys' changing rooms...

It was finally time for hero training, and Iida felt a little worried about Midoriya and Uraraka. He felt like things were still a little off ever since they brought back those magical items. He still didn't know what to do about Uraraka and her necklace. She just seemed a little different, and he couldn't pinpoint what it was exactly. Something about her appearance seemed off, but he couldn't figure it out. He tried to shake it off and hoped that it was nothing important.

He soon put on his hero costume, feeling better while wearing it. All of the guys were putting on their hero costumes, and Midoriya was almost done with his. Iida looked at him and noticed that he seemed a little nervous about something. He couldn't what he was nervous about, but he figured that it had to do with Uraraka. She hadn't really used her quirk since before she got the necklace. He just hoped that this wasn't affecting her quirk in some way, especially after what happened with Midoriya's fever a while ago.

"Midoriya. Are you okay?" Kaminari asked him, "You seem a bit nervous about something."

"Is it Uraraka? That neckace is a little weird," Todoroki asked him, "Something about doesn't feel right."

Iida noticed that Midoriya stopped what he was doing for a moment. He looked more relaxed when they mentioned Uraraka. He even had something in his eyes that looked almost in awe or sparkle that Iida had never noticed before. He even seemed to be smiling while he thought about her.

"No. I'm not worried about her, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that necklace. Something about her just feels... different," Midoriya said to them.

They all shared a look that he was falling in love with her all over again. Iida was worried if the necklace was doing something to him. Something about him just seemed less urgent to get the necklace off now. Iida walked up to him, snapping him out of it. He seemed a little nervous when he stepped closer to his backpack.

"Midoriya. You need to remember that her necklace is hurting her," Iida reminded him, "You can't forget to look through that spell book."

Midoriya seemed to snap out of it as if he were dreaming or something. Iida noticed that he looked nervous all of a sudden and grabbed his backpack.

"I know Iida. Don't worry about it," Midoriya said back, "I'll take care of it."

Midoriya went over to his locker and went to put his backpack in it. Then he ended up tripping over someone's case, causing his backpack to spill open. Midoriya fell to the floor, and his eyes widened when he spotted his spell book glowing. Iida and everyone else was shocked to see it laying on the floor.

"Midoriya! Why the did you bring that thing here?!" Iida cried out, "Mr. Aizawa is not going to like this! He'll take it away from you, and then you won't be able to help Uraraka!"

Suddenly, the spell book flew up and over everyone as it glowed pink and green. Iida was confused, but also concerned as to why it was glowing both pink and green. Iida tried to grab it, but it wasn't cooperating with him. Everyone tried to grab it, and Mineta even tried to throw a sticky ball at it. It kept weaving and dodging as it flew in the air.

"I told you Midoriya that was a bad idea!" Iida cried out, "Why would you lie to me that you even left this thing behind?! Whatever you were planning on doing to help Uraraka might get taken away from you! If you had just listened to me, none of this would've happened!"

Midoriya stood up, feeling a little annoyed at Iida. He wanted to grab the spell book, but Iida was frustating so much that all he could do was clench his fists. The spell book flew around the changing room, and surprisingly no one could grab it. Bakugo was a little annoyed with the book and tried to launch after it. But with the changing room being so small, it kind of made things more difficult.

"Midoriya! You've gotta do something to take care of this thing! This book is going to mess everything up!" Iida cried out, "You're the one that bought this thing! I can't keep cleaning up your mess all the time!"

Midoriya couldn't stand this anymore as Iida kept going at him.

"Just shut up Iida..." Midoriya said under his breath, "Just... shut up."

Iida was shocked to hear him say that and almost thought that he misheard him. Everyone else seemed to notice as others tried to grab the spell book.

"Midoriya, just listen to me for once," Iida said to him.

Before anyone knew it, the spell book seemed to be doing something in the air. It stopped flying around and flew towards Midoriya. He grabbed it, not expecting it to land in his hands so easily. He didn't even need to go after it or anything like that. Soon enough, it flew open and flipped through the pages as it glowed green and pink. Midoriya looked at it with such fascination as everyone worried about him. His eyes couldn't look away as the pages stopped flipping and landed on a spell.

A Silent Charm.

Midoriya couldn't stop staring at the spell book, which got everyone to feel a bit intimidated by him. A lot of them backed away as Midoriya's eyes looked like they were glowing green and pink.

"Midoriya! Snap out of it!" Iida cried out.

Midoriya turned to look at his friend, which made Iida flinch on the spot. He didn't dare move as Midoriya stared at him with intense eyes. Something about him seemed like a different person. Iida didn't know what to do as he raised his hand towards him.

"Lose your voice... Turn off the volume... Become mute..." Midoriya recited out loud, making everyone stiffen up.

He kept reciting it, making Iida sick to his stomach. He felt something around his throat hurt as he kept reciting it over and over again. Some of their classmates ran over to him to check on Iida.

"Lose your voice... Turn off the volume... Become mute..."

"Midoriya! Snap out of it!" Todoroki cried out.

Midoriya's eyes never left Iida as he kept saying the charm over and over again. His eyes kept glowing pink and green as he stared at his friend. Iida felt his throat burn up as everyone tried to help him out. He tried to get up, but the burning sensation hurt a lot. Iida looked up to see Midoriya still reciting the charm. He looked like he couldn't stop saying it as he pointed his hand at him.

"Mi-Midoriya... St-Stop..." Iida tried to say to him.

Midoriya's eyes flickered from pink and green to his usual green eyes as he recited the charm. Soon enough, something stumped him. He tried to speak, but something was stopping him from saying the charm. He couldn't say anything as the glowing still got through to him.

"Lo-Lose... yo-your... voice..."

Iida noticed that Midoriya was fighting against the charm, but he couldn't get away from the spell book. He turned to the spell book, knowing full well that he had to get it away from him. Iida tried to get up, but the charm was still infect. He felt his throat burning and tried to fight through the pain.

Then he looked at Bakugo who was closest to the spell book.

"Ba-Bakugo... Th-The sp-spell book..." Iida tried to tell him.

Bakugo turned to the spell book and launched right at it with no hesitation. He tried to grab it, but the spell book flew away from him. Luckily, it didn't want to leave Midoriya's side. Bakugo quickly grabbed it with his ignited hand and tossed it away from Midoriya. Midoriya's eyes stopped glowing and soon felt himself go back to normal. He soon snapped out of it and felt like he had to catch his breath.

Midoriya didn't even understand what had just happened in that moment. He remembered Iida getting upset with him bringing the spell book here, and then...

Midoriya looked up to see Iida on the floor, holding his throat. He squinted his eyes as if he were in pain. His eyes couldn't look away from Iida as realized what he had done. A glimpse of the spell book came into his head, remembering the Charm that came up in the spell book. He backed away, feeling awful for even considering doing something like that to Iida.

"I-Iida... I-I... I'm so so-sorry..." Midoriya said to him, "I-I didn't mean to... I-I just..."

Before he could explain himself, the spell book tried to fly towards him. Bakugo grabbed it before it could, but that was enough for Midoriya. He took off running, knowing full well that it was coming after him.

"Mi-Midoriya...!" Iida cried out, but his throat hurt so much.

Bakugo tried to fight it, but it slipped out of his hand. Everyone tried to grab it, but it kept trying to get to Midoriya. The spell book was soon captured by them, and they all piled stuff on top of it. That was the only way they could stop it from leaving.

"Wow. That spell book is a tough grab," Sero said to them.

"But what about Midoriya?" Mineta asked them.

Iida was worried about him. He remembered seeing his eyes and how scared he looked when he saw him gripping his throat. He knew that it wasn't necessarily his fault. This spell book was somehow drawn to him in more ways than one.

All Iida could do was watch Midoriya run away from them.
