I want to remember us until the end- Chapter 11
McGarrett's home, 10:00 AM, Honolulu, O'ahu, Hawaii
The couple was in the kitchen when Steve heard the door slammed and he knew immediately that it was his best friend.
-"I come with the breakfast!" said Danny.
-"We are in the kitchen!» Steve answered
A few seconds later, Danny arrived in the room.
-"We? With whom are you?" he asked.
Catherine turned on her foot and looked at him.
-"With me, of course! With whom want you he was?"
Steve understood her reaction said a fear. But now, he couldn't imagine live with another girl except Catherine and the truth was here, the other girls like Brooke and Lynn were just some dressing relationships.
Danny put his bag on the table and take Cath for a hug.
-"You're finally here! Danny exclaimed. Your boyfriend waited you for two months."
-"I've waited to come back since two months too" she replied.
A smile appeared on Steve's face while the two others moved apart from each other.
-"Cath, look! Danny said. Steve has his stupid smile on his face. It happens when we are talking about you".
-"It's because he loves me. That's true, sailor?" she asked.
-"I don't know, let me reflect" Steve said.
Catherine opened her mouths, shocked while Danny laughed.
-"I joked, Cath. Of course, I love you".
-"Are you sure?" she asked.
-"Yeah, I'm sure."
-"I hope that. I love you too".
Steve's smile grew larger before put his lips on Cath's ones for a loveliness kiss.
-"Uh…We breakfast?" Danny asked.
-"Yeah man , let's eat" Steve replied while taking Danny's bag.
At the same time, Eddie entered in the kitchen and went to see Catherine without a look for his master.
-"The villain" said Steve with a laugh.
-"I think he takes his revenge on you, sailor. You haven't pass a moment with him since I'm at home" said Catherine.
Steve called his dog who went to see his master.
-"He still obey. There is still some hope."
-"Or he won't put to sleep" Danny supposed.
Catherine laughed, amused by Danny's joke, before sat down next to her boyfriend, and put a kiss on his cheek, happy to be at home.
Almost a year later.
Steve's POV
The life is going on, on his rhythm. Catherine and I were still trying to have a baby, but until now, without success.
Tani and Junior had their marriage one month ago and it was beautiful, I could confess it.
This last time, I thoughts about what Gutch had said when we were in China for Greer. About find a wife and being happy. Because now, I know that Catherine is the love of my life.
McGarrett's home, 10:00 AM, Honolulu, O'ahu, Hawaii
Catherine had on her head a pregnancy test. Negative again. This last time, she began to ask herself if the life wasn't against about she wanted to have a baby. But she continued to hope that it will works out one day.
Unprecise location, 10:15 AM, O'ahu, Hawaii
When Steve was in Danny's car, he decided to talk his best friend about his question.
-"Do you think it's a good idea and the moment to ask Catherine to marry me?" je asked and Danny gasped in surprise before looking his best friend, a smile on his face.
-"Are you serious? Because that's great! And, for answer to your question, I think it can be the moment to propose but if you need some help, I'm here" he exclaimed, happy.
-"Thank you, Danno. It means so much for me."
-"You're welcome. You deserve to be happy".
-"I am. More than ever."
Two days later, McGarrett's home, 08:00 PM, Honolulu, O'ahu, Hawaii
Catherine came back home after a new failed interview. She was tired and wanted to think about other things.
-"It's me!" she exclaimed when she entered in the house.
She had just a silence for answer. She frowned, because she knew Steve was at home, the lights of the living room were turned on and the door was opened. So, where was he?
-"Steve?" she began to worry.
A few seconds later, Steve arrived in front of her.
-"Have you called me?" he asked with a smile.
She jumped of surprise and gave a little punch on his shoulder.
-"You made me fear!" she exclaimed.
-"Sorry, he said. How was your day?"
-"Hard. And you?"
-"It was okay" he replied before kiss her.
In this kiss, Catherine let herself go in. Their lips were dancing together for their pleasure. When they moved apart, Cath's stomach began to rumble.
-"I know someone is impatient to taste I have made» Steve smiled.
-"That's true? You've made the dinner?"
-"Hey! I know cooking! Do you remember the steak on the beach?"
-"I remember they were overcooked"
-"I was, uh, not paying attention"
Catherine bursted into laugh while her boyfriend put a hand on her back and the other under her thighs to take her as a princess. She took Steve's face in her hands and kissed himagain.
Steve stopped to walk when Catherine stopped to kiss him. Steve knew a clumsy smile was on his face.
-"Turn the head, Cath" he asked his girlfriend to do and she discovered what he had take two hours to make.
Catherine stayed silent but put again her months on Steve's ones.
-"Have you done that for me?" she asked.
-"Yeah".
-"That's touch me, sailor. Thank you."
-"It's a pleasure" he replied, happy of her reaction.
He did a few steps forward before put Catherine on one of the two chairs but when Steve began to straighten up, Cath held him back by the shoulders and put a long kiss on his lips.
-"I love you, sailor" she whispered.
-"I love you too, Cath."
