As the battle in Central City commenced, January was waiting with April, an android in black, with long black hair, near the three vehicles. Few of the Maricano Sisters were shooting down a couple of minions, who were heading to the parking lot.

January said, aiming her guns at them, "At least we're on cleaning duty!"

April replied, "So, any idea why you're protecting the cars?"

January stated, "Steven Cooke's missing. He's here in Central City, but we're trying to stop the massive outbreak."

February scanned the area and said, "Most of them are retreating. Seems we were able to scare off the remaining bunch."

March added, "That figures. Here I thought we'd see more bloodshed." She held her rifle up and shot more down. She added, "That was for you, Feb."

Feb blushed, as March smirked. April yelled, "FOCUS! We're NOT doing that again!"

"Yes, April." They pouted.

January asked, "I know he's here and all, but… Why did I see flames from afar?" She held her rifle and said, "Do me a favor… Take out ANY and ALL thug!" She dashed off, as April cried, "JANUARY!"

"I'LL BE RIGHT BACK!" January called out, running off to the battle.

April was concerned, "Strange…"

January shot down each soldier, in her path, and then headed near the middle of town. "I can sense it… Him… Oscar, where are you?"

She was right. Mundy was in the middle of Town Square. Steven Cooke had been found, only he's in a battle he's losing against Cinder Fall.

Episode 1 – Chapter 3: Fist vs. Fire!
Showdown in Central City!

Farra contacted the others, "Agent Stevens to all agents, East Side of Central City secured. Asahi, what's your status?"

As did Jace, who was alone with Kim and an unconscious Cassandra, "Agent Brighton to all agents, North Side of Central City secured. Apprehending leader."

Asahi responded, "Heading to Town Square, center of town. Agent Gooden found Steven."

Farra asked, "Where are the others?"

Riho responded, "Here I am." Asahi added, "Riho?! Wait, what happened to Miki?"

Riho said, "She told me that this is her battle. And to avoid my body being destroyed, Miki ordered me to head to you. But then again, you did bring me along, after Miki–."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah!" Asahi cried, "Now hurry!"

She and Riho headed to where Steven is. She concluded, "All agents head to my location. Steven Cooke's there! Who knows what happened to him?"

Cinder continued to lambast him with punches and kicks, but he was still standing. He landed a swift kick to the skull, but Cinder ducked. He landed a knee to her chest, and she flew off, only to halt in midair. She smiled, "Forgot that I can fly?"

"No." Steven said.

BANG!
Cinder avoided a gunshot from Mundy's sniper rifle. She heads down, and Steven lands a barrage of kicks. Cinder stepped back, and only resisted from the pain.

Mundy snarled, "I ain't letting you get away."

Cinder roared, "You keep out of this! No one interferes with my life's work!" She flew towards him, but Steven landed a left to the neck. She dropped down, only to roll on the ground, and hop back up.

Mundy said, "It's like she's immortal!"

Steven said, "Mundy, leave! This is my battle!"

"No way, mate. I owe Ne–, uh, my client, and I won't let you die, while this happens."

"Oscar, you care for my safety, right? I got this. I am the strongest there is. This is between me and the bitch."

"Don't you mean Witch?"

"Same thing."

Mundy stepped back, as Cinder shot fire. They evaded it, and Mundy cried, "WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS SHE?" Steven called out, "I don't know! That's what I'm trying to figure out!"

He dashed forward, but Cinder hissed, "This is getting boring." Her left arm, all black and bony, jabbed towards Steven's chest. However, he caught her wrist, right before it impaled him. Cinder smirked, and she shot a huge fireball at him. He was caught in flames.

Cinder laughed, "You fell for it, you pig."

Steven emerged from the flames, badly hurt, "I think not. I'm still alive."

Cinder called, preparing a flaming bow and arrow, "Not for long… Because, this is where the endgame has begun. I came for ultimate power, not to be greeted by the Goon Patrol."

He glared, "You… Why did you steal Sailor Mars's Flame Sniper?"

Cinder said, "Oh, this? No, this is different. This is the power of my Semblance."

"Semblance?" Steven asked.

Mundy said, "I've heard about it. These huntsmen and huntresses… They all have auras, which are used to power their Semblances. I know a beaut with that same power."

"Is she red? As in, red hood, black hair, and a scythe?"

"Yeah."

"She's one of them."

Steven asked him, "Mundy, what are you talking about?"

Mundy stated, aiming his rifle, "Anything I know, from my past experiences, is that you learn something new in this line of work. I happen to know Little Red… Ruby Rose, ring a bell?"

Cinder seethed, and Steven said, "Ruby Rose? Was she–?"

"No. She's not the woman that hired me. But I have ways to learn about Cinder Fall." His rifle shone with gold and bronze plating, as he added, "Of course, I am not here to kill you. I'm taking you in. We have so much to talk about, including what you did in The Fall of Beacon!" His gun glowed and barked, "HIEROPHANT SNIPER!"

This is Mundy's Stand, which is an upgrade to his trusty sniper rifle. Hierophant Sniper has the ability to not miss a target, at about a 90% chance. It can also see the target from up to 200 yards away. It's Mundy's ultimate weapon. And unlike other Stands, if it's demolished, he won't die.

"And your Underboss… Roman Torchwick." He glared, aiming at Cinder. Cinder snarled, "You catch on… remembering what happened that day. As I told Neo, I'm not responsible for killing her lover."

"NO, BUT YOU FUCKING SENT THOSE GRIMM, YOU CUNT!"

"You got it all wrong, buddy!" Cinder explained, "I did not send the Grimm, nor did I attempt to kill that waste of space Roman Torchwick. No. Grimm are unleashed and go feral, whenever they emerge from one's fear. They smell it. They taste it. They even grow in packs, and many forms. Do you want to know what really happened?"

Steven glared, "What are you saying? Oscar, what the hell is this? Roman Torchwick's been dead for years. Are you avenging his murder?"

"Call me crazy, but this cunt here is lying through her nefarious teeth." Mundy said.

Cinder cried, "I'M NOT LYING! But I sensed it, when it happened. The Grimm pounced, just after the Vytal Festival, years ago. Chaos and carnage ensued. And while things didn't go as planned for me, I ended up on Red's range… burning my alive with those Silver Eyes!"

Mundy asked, "I want answers… I know what happened to Torchwick! But I think it was YOU that killed him. Now, give me answers!"

Cinder fired her fiery bow, and Mundy shot from his Stand. They clashed, and they exploded into a ball of fire. Cinder and Mundy started to brawl, exchanging punches, but Cinder slashed at his face, and punted him to the pavement.

"MUNDY!" Steven cried.

Mundy groaned, "Like… I said… She's impossible."

Steven stated, "I told you not to get involved!" he turned to her and said, "I'm the only one at your level, Cinder! I want to know who you work for… As long as you cooperate with your answer."

Asahi arrived and said, "No need, Steven! She'll just walk away and kill you, in an instant."

Cinder asked, "Oh? More of your friends?"

Asahi called out, "Cinder Fall! At last, we meet! Asahi Sakurai of World Agency! Come quietly, or else!"

Cinder smirked "Or else what?"

Riho emerged from behind and slashed her down, "THIS!" Cinder dropped down to the ground, as Asahi called, "Tend to Mundy! Steven, you and I will–." He dashed off, and she cried, "HEY!"

Mundy groaned, "He won't listen. He's gonna get himself killed…" Riho said, "You alright? It felt like something broken." He growled, "Only my pride. I wanted Cinder Fall… Badly!"

Asahi asked, "What? Why do you want her? She's a criminal! … … … Oh. But she beat your ass, did she?"

"Yeah, love…" he was sitting down, "And I wanted Steven about this, but he said this is his fight. And he knows it… but… You noticed Cinder's flames?"

Cinder blasted down at Asahi, but she avoided the flames. She cried, "We'll put a pin on that!" She yelled, "STEVEN! She won't fight on the ground! So, I'll play airborne!" She prepared, but Farra flew in and said, "Way ahead of you!"

She grew fiery wings and hovered over to Cinder. She smirked, "Hey, stupid! You're not the only one that can be airborne and aerodynamic!"

Farra Stevens' Bird Wing and Flare Cell combined with the Spirit Caller, Sunny Phoenix. Although not the strongest Spirit, she makes it up for her fire power and flight. From fireballs and burning skin to rapid-fire dives and flight. She's the One-Woman Avian-Human Hybrid.

Peter & Mizuki appeared, as Mizuki asked, "What's going on? We got your message!"

Mundy cried, "GUYS! Stay away from Cinder Fall! She's a menace!"

Peter responded, "By the looks of it, she is. This woman… She reeks of brimstone." He looked down at to her, snorting out black smoke from his nose. "Salem…"

Peter Giese's ability is darkness. He wields the Art of Despair and Chaos. Created from his despair, and fueled by his training in Transylvania, Peter's abilities include sensing corrupt and demonic entities, which his breath turns black, if he is near the villain.

Steven cried, "FARRA! This is MY fight!"

Farra barked, "Up yours, douche! You think we're gonna let you have all the fun? We were worried sick about you!" Asahi said to him, "She's right. We located you, and there was carnage going on in Central City."

Steven said, "You didn't have to go through all this… Just for me. Steven Cooke can easily wipe them all out."

Peter said, "No… Even against these faction remnants, they had underbosses."

Mundy said, "Yeah. Satsuki Kiryuin was in my area." Asahi added, "And her sister, Ryuko Matoi."

Mizuki responded, "We had… a sucky underboss. But either way, the pieces are coming together."

Farra glared at her, "So, the truth comes out! A criminal mastermind… with one eye, a gimp arm, and fiery powers. Who is she, anyways?"

Steven stated, "She's a Maiden. Mundy knew who she was, but Cinder said something about it, whatever that means."

Farra asked, "Explain, Witchie-Poo."

Cinder said, "Why explain, when I can demonstrate?" She slashed at Farra, but she dodged it. She flew towards the Maiden, and tackled her. Cinder threw her out of her grip, and Asahi flew up, using her Mech-Asahi Pop Idol Robot form. "HOLD ON!" She landed a barrage of punches to Cinder, but Cinder countered them.

"How many new challengers are trying to oust me?" She asked. "She is a freak!"

"Same as you, you ugly witch!" Asahi boomed, and then stated, "You have that scar on your face. Lost your eye?"

"Hardly… Blame it on her…" She remembered how she was lambasted and defeated by Raven Branwen, the Summer Maiden. "But I picked myself up, and finally, the Nefarious Cinder Fall just came back from the dead!"

Asahi prepared to fight, "Steven Cooke may be on your radar, but I'm running the field here." She launched a swift punch. Cinder used her fire swords to counter. They clashed, as Asahi yelled, "YOU WON'T WIN!"

Cinder stated, "Question: Are you a robot doll?"

"No, why?"

SLASH!
"AAAGH!" She fell, and landed on the ground. Cinder smirked, "Because the last time I fought someone like you, I won… but I came close to another power of the Maiden, only for that to be taken away from me…"

Asahi groaned, reverting back to normal, "She's… She's not… human…"

Farra roared, "YOU BITCH!" She landed rights and lefts at her face, but Cinder took the blows easily. She kicked her in the chest, slashed her with her swords, and landed a double fist to her neck. Farra was plummeting down, crashing near Mundy and Riho.

Mundy growled, "No good… Even against our strongest, we can't beat her!"

Farra was unconscious, and Peter growled, "Bitch. I'll finish her."

Steven grabbed his arm and said, "Peter, I told the others NO! This is MY battle."

Peter said, as he was concerned, "Steven… Ask yourself. Would you risk your life to battle someone who's out of your league? This woman… She's evil incarnate. But even devils have a weakness or two. You're known to fight in battles on your own, but… Even someone like you needs to know who or what she is. But if you feel like you're losing, don't let your bravado get in your way."

"Times changed, Peter! I need this!"

Peter and Cinder stared down, as he said, "You forget one thing… And you're aware." He beckoned to her, as Cinder roared, "DIE! HYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

Peter raised his arms out, "CINDER FALL! I SACRIFICE TO YOU!" She dove closer, and he smirked, "Not. NANTO! THE WORLD!"

Time stopped, as Peter smiled, "Gimme a break." He unleashed a huge black faceless devil and said, "They never learn. Darkness Devil!"

This was Peter's Spirit Caller (a version of a Stand), Darkness Devil. He has the ability to slash and swipe, and punch people, as well. He was created from the heart, and his Darkness Wave power. As the man that ended MIO the vampire android and Junko Enoshima the Queen of Despair, his powers are that strong. He can rapidly fire punches within 3 meters, and can even stop time for only 5 seconds.

He landed a swift punch to the waist. Cinder's body was mulched a bit. Peter added, "Steven Cooke can stop time, too. But learning my mistakes, including what happened with The Priest, I have to keep my eyes open for any movement. That's how I beat MIO, because I learned how to stop time."

An ability that was passed down to the late DIO Brando and Jotaro Kujo. Asahi Sakurai also stops time, but we'll cover that, later.

He walked past Cinder and said, "Okay, now she's yours. Time in!" He restarted time, and Cinder collapsed to the ground. Steven responded, looking down, "He's right. It's not about me… It's about you."

Cinder slowly got up and hollered, "I HATE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!"

She tackled down Steven and throttled him. Peter kicked her off, with a huge right boot. Steven got up and said, "Let me handle her, myself!" Peter said, "She's all yours. Just aim for the chest. I softened her up for you."

Steven sighed and said, "For once, I wanna be the one that kills someone evil, myself. But he makes a good point. Without them, I'd be dead." He looked down and said, "Farra… Asahi… Mundy…" he clutched his fists and roared, "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH-TAAAAAAAA!"

He punched at Cinder, only for Cinder to deflect each punch. She was staggering, as she griped, "That evil man! Why the hell is he that determined?"

POW!
He socked her in the chest, and she coughed out blood. Cinder dropped to one knee, and her aura suddenly shattered.

Mundy gasped, "Holy… They did it!"

Riho said, "So, this is their teamwork."

Mundy smiled, "Good." he held his gun and said, "Now for the climax." He headed to Cinder, as Riho asked, "Eh?"

Steven looked down on her and said, "Give up. You're finished."

Cinder growled, bowing her head in defeat. Mundy emerged and said, aiming his gun at her, "You're under arrest, you cunt!"

Mizuki cried, "MUNDY!" They gasped, as Mundy seethed, "Start… talking!"

Cinder asked, "Are you serious? I told you everything… If you want to do it, shoot me."

He stated, "You're not leaving my sight that easily! You have lost! But I'm making sure that you don't terrorize this New World, ever again! Not after what you did to Pyrrha!"

The Gang gasped, as Mizuki asked, "Pyrrha Nikos… She's dead. Why would he–?"

Peter said, "One of the victims in the Fall of Beacon."

Mundy was angry, as Cinder was caught in a hard place, with a gun point blank at her face. Steven asked, "What's gotten into you?"

"STAY OUT OF THIS!" Mundy yelled, "Do you know how fucking long I waited to get my hands on you, you Autumn Maiden Cunt?! Anyone from the World Government would've trapped your arse, like that! But would they get off their duffs to get you? Darn right, they wouldn't. I'm the only one who knows your story, and my boss told me about it. If anyone's going to end you, it's me! Otherwise, you can just cooperate and say that you killed Torchwick!"

Mizuki asked, "Roman… Torch–. Wait, who hired you to avenge Torchwick? You know he's a villain!"

Riho added, "Yeah! You're going too far! I thought you'd be a hero!"

Peter stated, "He was hired, wasn't he? Someone from Roman and Cinder's past. I am guessing that Cinder Fall has been a scourge in the New World. Cinder's one of the Top 10 Criminals, after the Fall of Onigiri. Lest you forget her other accomplishments."

Steven asked, "As in?"

"She destroyed a country. Atlas." They all gasped, as Mundy seethed at her, gun in hand, "YOU!"

Cinder chuckled, "Hmm… You idiots wanted to destroy me, huh? Much as those brats tried and failed? All the huntresses and huntsmen, they all tried… and failed. Even Ironwood and his robots. But I'm still standing… I didn't need anyone then, and I don't need them now."

Mundy yelled, "YOU ASSHOLE! YOU FIERY BLACK-HAIRED ASSHOLE! YOU'RE A MURDERER!"

Mizuki asked, "Mundy, calm down! What did Cinder ever do to you?"

Steven said, "It's best to leave it alone, Mizuki. He's losing it."

Peter asked, "What the hell's going on?" He was behind Cinder, as he prevented her from escaping. He called out, "Cinder's apprehended! Miz, Riho, tend to Farra & Asahi!"

Mizuki nodded, "On it, babe!" Riho nodded, "Right." They headed to the fallen, as Peter said, "Now, shall we continue?" Steven said, "Don't let her escape."

Cinder snarled, thinking to herself, "This is bad… Ruby Rose actually hired that loser to get me? And he sent his guard dogs to beat me up? These guys are insane! Damn her! She and Team RWBY!"

Cinder believed that Ruby Rose hired The Gang, but she was wrong. It was Neo Politan that hired only Oscar Gooden. No one else knew the truth.

Ryuko and Miki were fighting, and they were in a stalemate, scissor blade to shovel. Miki was losing the battle, as she was slashed, with her clothes tattered. She moaned, "She's… She's not even human."

Ryuko responded, "Time to die, little bitch." Her scissor blade extended, as she prepared to finish off Miki. Undead Knight even helped her, only it was of no help. Ryuko never saw her Stand.

Ryuko dashed forward, but was stopped by a stray bullet. She stopped, "What the hell?"

January said, "You try. But no one dies on my watch, escape goat." She fired, and Ryuko deflected the bullets. Ryuko cried, "YOU wanna piece of me, robo-maid?"

January huffed, "That's hurtful…" Miki said, "We'll fight her, together." They prepared, as Ryuko avoided the bullets and shovel strikes. Ryuko flipped back, and January slide down, under Ryuko. She fired her pistols at Ryuko. Ryuko spun her blade, and deflected all the bullets.

WHANG!
Miki swung hard, sending Matoi down. She jabbed down, but she rolled out of the way. Undead Knight emerged and slammed its shovel towards her. Matoi growled, holding herself, "You freaks! How are you even fighting–?"

BANG!
January shot her in the back, but her gun wound recovered slowly, in red threads. January gasped, "What? No way…"

Miki yelled, "LOOK OUT!"

Ryuko yelled, "DAMN YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!" Miki ran to her, as January was shocked. But January ducked the slice. She snarled, "Missed. I'm still skillful in battle."

Ryuko kicked her down, kneeing her face, and hit her face with the scissors blade. January's face was lightly cut, showing metal skin. Ryuko smirked, "She's a robot? Good."

She slammed hard, but Miki deflected her attack, "LEAVE HER ALONE!" She shoved her down. She went to January and said, "You alright?"

January growled, "I'm fine… Dammit. This bitch is making me mad."

April contacted her, "January, it's April. The army has subsided and withdrawn. Where are The Gang?"

January contacted back, "I am busy, Sister… I was about to enter the main area, but Naoki was attacked by Ryuko Matoi. Send reinforcements."

April said, "On the way. Stay safe."

Ryuko knocked Miki down, and January was stepping back. Matoi said, "I'm going to dismantle you, you bitch." She dashed forward, and January was taken down by blade strikes. January was hurt, as Ryuko held her blade up high, "This is your ending. Now, die, you bitch!"

She slashed forward, but July appeared, armed with her katana. She giggled, as Matoi gasped, "What?" July swung hard, and started to clash with each other. April, Feb, & March appeared, as Miki said, "Thank goodness. You guys can stop this freak."

January moaned, "It's horrible… She's… She's not–."

April said, "It's fine. Go to them. We'll hold them off." She was alerted, "Kim Cheonsa gave us a distress signal. One down in Central Area of city." She gasped, "CASSIE!"

Jace & Kim were with Cassandra, who was unconscious, after defeating Satsuki Kiryuin. Kim sniffled, "This is horrible… I think Cassandra's dead."

Jace replied, "I don't know. Her pulse is weak. But how did she use a fiery shot from her body, and use up her energy? Jace Be delirious over Cassandra, but I cannot…"

Kim said, "Yeah. That's a scary moment."

May, June, & August arrived. May said, "Hey! You found Cassie?"

Kim nodded, "Yeah… Do you know her?"

August said, "We're her friends. Let us bring her back."

May stated, "And you…" pointing at Jace, "You're awfully cute."

Kim pulled him back, after May flirted with him. She hissed, "Mine."

The three sisters head off, while Satsuki is handcuffed and lying on the ground. She grumbled, "I guess they are busy. I'd ask them anything, if they'd pay attention to me." She also had a note that said "Delivery to Prison Island" taped on her forehead.

Kim was worried, as May picked up Satsuki, while June grabbed Cassandra. June nodded to May and May said, "She's not breathing. And she thinks she's an android."

Kim asked, "Android? Cassandra's an android?"

May said, "That's not us to answer to you, small fry. Ask our mother."

Jace asked, "Who's your Mom? And is she hot?"

May stated, "Farra Stevens is our Mom. And yes, she's hot, in your perverted eyes."

They left, as Jace was crushed. Kim glared, "Is she hot? Jerk!" She batted him, and then stated, "While Cassandra's under treatment, we should go find the others." Jace said, "Yeah, and soon, before I ask any more dumb questions."

Kim replied, "So far, you only made 3. But I still love you."

Jace barked, "But I can't believe that Cassandra Martinez is an android."

Kim added, "I can't believe that Farra Stevens is a mother."

Jace concluded, "And I can't believe it's NOT butter!" He giggled, "Always wanted to say that–."

WHAP!
She swatted him with a mallet, and barked, "Let's go! The others are at the town square! MOVE IT!" They raced off, as Jace held his lump on his head, "Jesus Christ… What would your special powers do, as a way to keep my mouth shut?"

As they raced on to the others, a figure watched on from the shadows, dressed in black, with long black hair. She whispered, "The Gang, eh?"

The boys were surrounding Cinder. Riho tended to the injured. Mizuki said, "Let me assist. I want to know more about Cinder."

Steven stated, "No! I want to handle her, personally."

Mundy said, "Not without answers, mate." He aimed at her, "Start talking. I want the truth."

Peter asked, "What the hell is he talking about?" He stated, "Pyrrha Nikos? Fall of Beacon?! ATLAS?"

Mundy remarked, "It's a lot to understand, but you'll know soon enough! We're taking the bird in, but I want answers, first! DID YOU KILL ROMAN TORCHWICK?"

Cinder bowed her head and calmly said, "No." She responded, "Why would I even do that? A Griffon killed it… only because of fear."

Steven asked, "Fear?"

Cinder explained, "If you want to know fear, embrace it… and soon, The Grimm will appear in your New World. Your kind could not fathom my unholy abilities. And to answer my question simply, why would I send Grimm into the world, if they are beasts that feed on fear?"

Riho asked, "Grimm? As in Grimm's Fairy Tales?" Steven asked, "Oscar, what's a Grimm?"

Mundy barked, "I don't know! But I read they come in various animal species! Yet they all are the same blood… Darkness." He added, "And it's not just fear… They brood and hunt, even those with loneliness, jealousy, hatred, and grief. No one knows why and how it happened, but Cinder is the one responsible for the Grimm Attack in Beacon Academy."

Steven glared at her, "So… It's bad enough you attack a school, you'd go into country genocide."

Cinder said, "Actually, I did no such thing. All Ironwood did was destroy the kingdom… only there were no survivors… literally."

Peter said, "Evacuation procedure."

Mundy said, "Agreed… But I had heard enough." He aimed, "You don't deserve to be arrested. You deserve to die." Steven said, "Mundy, stand down, it's my beat."

Peter asked, "Yeah, why are you fighting Cinder, as a one-sided battle that you're losing in?"

Riho said, "You wanted to be stronger, right?"

Steven said, "I do. But Cinder Fall is more than a challenge. I saw what she did to an innocent city… turning it into ash."

A report showed of a city in South Dakota, set ablaze and coated in flames. Steven narrated, "It was in a small town in South Dakota. A huge wildfire broke out, and luckily the flames died down. As I saw the report on the news, she was there…"

He saw a visage of Cinder, far away from the fire, flying away.

Cinder smirked, "Yes. That was me. I knew you're a Dakota Boy, so I thought I'd summon you. Central City's perfect. It gives me the chance to bury what's left of your corpse, once it turns into dust."

Steven snarled, as she said, "Tell me, you bested me, but do you think you deserve reprise? How can you be the best, if you cannot fight by yourself? You're no savior…"

Mundy said, "Mate, don't listen to her." Steven was conflicted, as Mundy roared, "PETER! HOLD HER DOWN! We're losing her!"

Cinder kicked Peter in the gut, and shot fire into Mundy. She laughed, "How pathetic. No prison can hold Cinder Fall down. No one has." She flew off…

But was immediately slammed down. Asahi emerged, in her Mech-Asahi form, and called out, "Until now! You pathetic Maiden!"

Cinder gasped, "But–? Ungh! HOW? You were unconscious!"

Riho said, "Her life signs were stable, but she stopped moving, the minute you were apprehended."

Asahi stated, "In other words, I played possum."

Asahi Sakurai's got three abilities – her Mech-Asahi form from the Bracelet of Gigantica, her Stand, Idol Diamond (which resembles Mech-Asahi), and her time stop ability.
Asahi stopped Cinder using her Time Stop, by pressing two buttons on her bracelet. Once done, she can pause time and go on the offensive, indefinitely, with no end. However, it's worse than Peter & Steven's Time Stop. The boys' Time Stop lasts 5 seconds, and the range is 5 meters. Asahi's got infinite range and is endless, until she deactivates it, which leads to a longer cooldown than Hokuto or Nanto The World.

Cinder was stomped down, as Farra sat up and groaned, "Shit… That bitch hit me harder…" Riho responded, "You need medical attention, Miss Stevens. Cinder Fall's under control now."

Farra groaned, "Thank goodness."

Steven said, "Step aside, Asa! Steven Cooke will finish her off!"

Asahi stated, "Do it, but hurry it up!" Oscar shoved him away and barked, "Fuck you! I will finish her off! I've had all I can take from this cunt!"

Steven yelled, "MUNDY! STAND DOWN! This is MY problem!"

"NO! IT'S MY PROBLEM! YOU DIDN'T THINK I FIND HER, ON A WHIM?" He yelled, "THAT BITCH SHOULD DIE! SHE'S SCUM!"

"So? At least you are humane! Didn't you say you have NO License to Kill?"

"Yeah, but–."

Asahi yelled, "THAT'S ENOUGH! Mundy, as much as you want to kill her, I forbid you to! Neither do you, Steven! Besides, we came here to STOP the chaos in Central City, and she's responsible!"

Cinder huffed, "Really? And I'm in constant pain, knowing that you accuse me of a crime I created? Oh, no no no no no no no noooo… You have the wrong person. The only reason I came here was him." Her eye shone in flames, and she shoved Asahi off with ease. She hovered up, and Farra cried, "SHE'S GETTING AWAY!"

Mizuki yelled, "SOMEBODY STOP HER!"

Mundy aimed his rifle and shouted, "EAT LEAD, YOU CUNT!" Steven shoved him away, and yelled, "NO!"

The others gasped in horror, as Riho whimpered, "What the–?"

Mundy growled, "Nyah… What the bloody hell?"

"Stay out of this! I don't care if Cinder is in your past, stay the hell away from my mission!"

Mundy argued, "YOUR MISSION? YOU ALMOST DIED BACK THERE, BASTARD!"

"I DIE HARD! AND I DON'T LOSE TO A FUCKING DEMON IN FLAMES!" He turned to Cinder, as she grinned. He said, "Next time I go on a routine secret mission, you wait for me! Steven Cooke fights alone! I am grateful for your help, since we stopped the chaos, but you stay away from my grudges! Hokuto Shinken isn't for revenge, it's for justice! Cinder Fall did a helluva lot of injustice, and I'm surely pissed off! So, stay the fuck away from my business, you Australian Outback Prick!"

Mundy snarled, "I should've left you dead, long ago… when you tried to save my Scarlet! And then what would've happened? You give a shit about your own arse? I went through HELL to save your fucking hide! Who the bloody hell do you think you are, Steven Cooke? I'M NOT STRONG AS YOU, BUT I WAS A PUNCHING BAG, LIKE THAT BLACK GUY! AND THAT'S FUCKING RACIST! Clichéd, but racist to a T! BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I WANT TO SAVE YOU FROM BEING KILLED BY A REMNANT WICCAN!"

Steven yelled, "I wanna know how you knew about Cinder! AND Roman Torchwick!"

They glared at each other, as Farra huffed, "Uh, aren't we forgetting something–?"

Cinder said, "You worry about your quarrels. I'll be on my way." She flew off, as Farra yelled, "OH NO, YOU DON'T!"

Asahi ordered, "Farra! Stand down! Cinder Fall's learned her lesson. But I believe her alibi is good enough. Sure, she's wicked, but she's innocent for this one. Even so…" She hollered, "THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU TWO ASSHOLES THE RIGHT TO BICKER, BY LETTING THE CRIMINAL GET AWAY!"

Mundy griped, "Bloody hell! You're loud!"

Asahi yelled, "SHUT UP!" She went to Mundy and proclaimed, "Look, I'm sorry… But if you want to tell me about Torchwick, tell it to me first, before you go into a blind rage. We're a team now. This isn't Imperial Lobby, anymore." She turned to Steven, "And YOU! When we team up, we fight together, as friends! And a team! And YOU need to shape up! I am not Scarlet, or Percival, but I am DAMN NEAR CLOSE! You have personal grudges, I have my own! Onigiri may be gone forever, but it doesn't mean our work is finished! If you wanna go alone, fine. But next time, if you are in trouble, call us for help, and not act like a total arrogant douchebag! Quit acting self-righteous and get your head out of your ass!"

Steven was stunned, as Riho said, "Dear lord. That's the longest profound speech I've ever heard."

Mizuki said, "It's fine. Cinder's somewhere, but–."

Steven said, "No, she's right. But there are times… without you guys, I can fight alone. I believed I was stronger. But today… I don't know what I am."

Mundy turned away and walked off, "Bugger this."

"Oscar! Get back here!"

"I'm going alone… HOME! I'll meet you lads back at HQ."

Mundy walked off alone, as Farra stated, "What the hell's gotten into him?"

Asahi said, "Anyways, we better depart and find–."

Kim & Jace arrived, as she cried, "Guys! Cassandra's in trouble!"

Asahi asked, "Kim? Jace? Wait, what happened to Cassie?"

Farra got contact from January. She growled, "Shit! I think our time's not over yet. January and April chimed in. Naoki's got her hands full with Ryuko Matoi."

Asahi stated, "We got time. Let's hurry! MOVE OUT!" They headed off, as Steven was alone, feeling dejected. He was unsure of himself, since his recent battles. He said, "I walk a path of justice. I am not righteous or arrogant. Times have changed. I'm still the same Steven Cooke. But the old Steven Cooke is gone."

Farra said to him, "Maybe so… But I'll remember a time when you were such an asshole. And you still are. But… You're my asshole." She flew off, joining the others, muttering, "Ugh, that was terrible…"

He watched on, and walked off. He said, "They're right… But Cinder Fall's my biggest worry. One day, she'll be back."

Miki watched on, as Matoi battled April & March. February asked, "Is this wise? She's very psychotic!"

Miki said, "It's only a matter of time. The others should arrive."

Matoi slashed down on the two androids, and she yelled, "Is that all you got? Stay away from me!" She was about to impale April, but she fired her golden pistol. She deflected the bullets, and she sneered, "Say goodnight–!"

WHAM!
"It's still dusk!" Asahi appeared and slugged her in the face. She dropped down, and the rest of The Gang (sans Mundy & Steven) arrived. "You're going to see your last sunset, Matoi!"

Ryuko growled, "The Gang?! But why and how?"

Farra stated, "You'll see." She grabbed Matoi and flew upwards. She cried out, "HEY! LEMME GO! PUT ME DOWN! PUT ME DOWN, DAMMIT!"

Farra replied, "Sayonara, asshole." She dropped her down into the air, and Ryuko screamed, plummeting down to the ground.
SMASH!
Peter landed a huge right hook, and Mizuki caught her with a dropkick. Ryuko stumbled down, and Asahi approached her scissor blade. "I'll take that." She stated, "Consider this red blade confiscated."

Ryuko moaned, as she bowed her head in defeat.

January found Mundy, as he was sulking. "OSCAR!" She called out, "Wait!"

"What do you want?" He barked.

"What was that all about with you and Steven? You were supposed to be friends."

"I only joined, because of my Scarlet. Why would I assist that arrogant and selfish piss?"

She stated, "You know you don't mean it. Please… You seriously don't."

"I'm sorry… … … But Oscar Gooden isn't one to be trifled with."

"Then, just explain to me why. Why did you want Cinder Fall dead? Or for that matter, what's your issue?"

Mundy said nothing, as January added, "Or… … … Are you turning on The Gang?" She aimed her gun at him and said, "If you are, I am programmed to kill any traitors."

Mundy responded, "January… You know that you wouldn't dare hurt me."

"Then tell me. Who hired you to find Cinder?" A long pause, and January yelled, "ANSWER ME!"

He paused and said, "If I told you… … … You'd tell them."

"Miss Asahi said to come to her, if you are hiding something. Now… Talk!"

He responded, walking off, "Stupid robot." She was stunned, as she was shaken, "S-S-Stupid? Oscar… You're hiding something from us. Aren't you?"

He said to her, leaving the city, "I'll find myself a ride. I'll see you tomorrow. Hopefully, without him."

January thought, "Oscar and Steven… Their friendship is severing." She was sad, as she bowed her head, "Please… Just… Tell only me… Oscar…"

She was crying. She wiped her tears, and then let out a glare, "I have to know…"

April called to her, "January, we're done here. Report to the others, near the Town Square."

January contacted, "Yes, on the way, Sister." She headed off, as January whispered, "It's tough, but… I hope we can learn what is wrong with you."

The Gang returned to the parking lot, as Matoi, Satsuki, and Fem Prussia were taken away by the police. Asahi said, "So, Mundy chose to leave by himself."

Mizuki said, "At least he didn't take one of the vehicles."

She and Riho were examining Cassandra, who's still out. She said, "I'm worried about Cassie. She lost a lot of battery life."

Farra asked, "She's part-human, after all. But I'm sad to know what will be her fate."

Kim shivered, "Miss Mizuki, will she be dismantled?"

Mizuki said, "She needed a cooldown and a recharge. No tearing her apart. She's half-human like me."

"You're a robot, too?" Kim gasped. Peter and Farra slapped her head and roared, "MORON!"

Mizuki replied, "Thank you. Kim, I am like this, because of what happened to me, years ago. Don't overthink things, okay?"

Kim agreed, "Yes, ma'am."

Miki said, "We'll, everyone's safe and sound, looks like we're done."

Riho asked, "So… What's next?"

Asahi said, "Well, I am going to have a talk with Mundy, alone. April and the others are handling the criminals. So, we're done here."

They returned home, finishing up their mission. Steven was left behind, as he still needed time to think. As does Mundy, who's still conflicted over what he did.

The next day, The Gang was in Asahi's office, as Mundy walked in, just as everyone was seated.

"You're late." Asahi glared.

Mundy said, "Sorry. I had to walk."

Asahi replied, "It's alright. Yesterday's mission was a bust, but we did protect Central City. It's still a win. But now, we have bigger things to address." She showed them a huge table with chairs and said, "I expanded the office to include a meeting table, for the missions… rather than standing like a bunch of idiots."

They all sat down, except for Cassandra, who's a no-show. Jace asked, "Where's Cassie-bot?"

Peter said, "Cassandra's resting. She hasn't recovered from yesterday. We'll tell her, once the meeting is over."

Miki said, "Thank goodness. I was worried about that."

Asahi said, "Anyways… The reason we saved Steven Cooke is because we wanted to maintain an important mission."

Farra asked, "What's the mission about?"

Asahi said, "Remember Wade Barrett?" She held up the dossier he gave her and continued, "He gave me an important mission, and The Gang will do what it takes to bring her in. Ladies, gentlemen, it's time we launch Operation: Ice Queen."

Peter agreed, as Mizuki read the name, "Weiss Schnee?"

Asahi stated, "Intel has her background. Born and raised in Atlas, a kingdom now extinct, one of the survivors in The Fall of Beacon. Huntress of Remnant, ex-heiress to the Schnee Dust Company (before it went out of business). SDC is located in Atlas. And since the company was destroyed, all assets to SDC were dropped to 0. She is the daughter of Jacques and Willow Schnee, the former deceased. Weiss is known as one ¼ of the Huntress Squad – Team RWBY."

"RWBY?!" Farra huffed, "The hell is that?"

"Asahi looked it up." Mundy said, "Ruby Rose leads the team, alongside Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long."

Riho added, "R. W. B. Y. They form RWBY."

January stated, "Weird concept."

Kim asked, "Is there a reason why we want to take Weiss?" She stated, "As a former Daddy's Girl, being the daughter of a former National Diet, I believe we want to go easy on her."

Asahi nodded, "Astute observation, Kim. But it's not going to be easy. Schnee is an expert in battle. But she's perfect for the job."

Jace smirked, "I'll say. Jace Be ready for the Ice Queen. Uh… Why is she called Ice Queen?"

Asahi remarked, "Well, she mostly uses Ice powers. And she lived in Atlas, which is like Arctic World or Nordic Regions. In other words, a snowy place."

Mizuki said, "And the weapon she uses… Myrtenaster, a fencing sword with 10 rounds of dust, like a revolver." She gasped, "It's also a gun? Weird."

Asahi stated, "That's why we must be cautious over Weiss Schnee. This is our mission together."

Miki asked, "Hold on! Are you saying we have to go and arrest Weiss?"

Asahi responded, "No. We're protecting Weiss." She stated, "World Agency, Operation: Ice Queen is go. Our mission objective: Make Weiss Schnee the NEW President of Earth."

Jace cheered, "YES!" Mizuki cried, "WAIT A MINUTE!" Mundy barked, "GAH!"

Riho asked, "President of Earth? Wait… We already have a President."

Asahi stated, "Yeah… about that…"

Peter said, "Kazuto Iizuka has announced he's not running for reelection. Mr. Barrett hired us to recruit Weiss Schnee, since she's perfect for the job."

Farra stated, "And yes, elections are not until next year, but we have to act fast. Weiss will be convinced by our awesomeness, and our heroics." Mizuki huffed, "Or lack thereof."

Mundy said, "It won't work. Convincing one person… isn't going to cut it." January added, "Yeah, we might scare her away."

Jace asked, "OH? And what do YOU propose, Mundy?"

Mundy stated, "If we want to recruit Weiss… We have to make sure her friends agree. And maybe recruit them, like campaign managers… or something. Listen, I know I said much, and I know what I've done, but listen to me… … …" Steven interrupted him and said, "Steven Cooke believes that we need Team RWBY to help." Mundy barked, "I was gonna say that!"

Farra agreed, "One huntress is enough… but four to make it a guarantee?"

Kim stated, "It just might work."

Riho smiled, "That's a wonderful idea! I wanted to see Team RWBY in person."

Peter said, "Only one problem… … … Where the hell exactly are they?"

They all pondered, as Asahi was stumped, "Now that you mention it… I didn't get any intel on her last known whereabouts. We're stuck."

Mundy said, "No need. I know where Ruby Rose is. Just a hunch." January added, "Same! I can ask Strike Force and April to locate the rest of the team."

Miki asked, "Eh? Remnant folk in our world? Wait, you're actually going to convince Team RWBY to run for President? Think hard about this! These four are dangerous! Huntresses are armed and deadly!"

Asahi said, "That makes two of us. That's why we have to prepare ourselves, in case we run into problems. So, we'll split the teams into four separate missions."

She made a diagram and said, "Since Mundy knows where Ruby Rose is, he, Miki, and Steven will find her there.
As for the rest, Weiss Schnee will be under Farra's watch, alongside Jace & Kim.
Peter, January, Riho, & Cassandra will find Blake Belladonna.
And Mizuki & I will locate Yang Xiao Long."

Riho asked, "Me? I'm a part of the mission?"

Peter asked, "Why after Blake? And who?"

Asahi said, "Blake's a special case." She showed the files of Blake Belladonna, "Blake Belladonna. Team RWBY member. Born and raised in a world where animals live, and daughter of a king."

Kim asked, "Why does she have cat ears?" Jace added, "She's a furry, Kim. We're going that route."

Asahi stated, "Nope. Says here that she's a creature called… Faunus."

Jace griped, "Damn."

Farra complained, "What the hell's a Faunus?"

Asahi explained, "January will track down their location. It's your job to make sure that we convince them to join our side, and bring Weiss to her seat of power. The clock is ticking, everyone. We meet back in one week. By then, I will discuss your positions."

They were dismissed, as Steven and Farra were in her office. Steven asked, "So, I was gone, and you tell us this mission?"

Asahi said, "It was an emergency."

Farra smirked, "So… An Atlesean President. How stupidly Remnant. This world is bugging me."

Farra walked off, as Steven said, "Asa… I…"

Asahi barked, "Save it!" She was angry, as she said, "I'm disappointed at you. You may be leader of The Gang, but here, I am the leader. You and Mundy let Cinder Fall get away."

"My apologies… Steven Cooke was obsessed at the battl–."

"That's no excuse to quarrel with Mundy! Stop putting words in my mouth. You need to understand. We're in this together… and sure, Mundy knows something we don't, but he'll come around. Though, I question why he knows Ruby Rose."

He said, "Maybe he has friends in Interpol."

"Could be." Asahi added. "But I was thinking he knew someone from those who knew Team RWBY… other than Cinder & Torchwick."

Mundy was at his apartment, and he walked in, "I'm home."

Emerald was waiting for him. She was a woman in dark skin, wearing a white outfit and with green hair. "You're back. How did the mission go?"

"I don't wanna talk about it."

A woman in a servant's outfit in black hair and green eyes bowed to him, and took his hat and gun. He said, "Hey there, Neo."

She winked, as Neo walked off. Emerald said, "While you were gone, I heard about my partner. He wants in."

"Swell. Is he here now?"

A man in a gray outfit and dark gray spiky hair appeared. He said, "I'm already here, gangsta."

Mundy glared, "Dude. Don't be so racist."

"Sorry, sorry. I mean, you're urban enough to be the Aussie Bang Bang Gang."

"Mercury!" Emerald scolded.

"I'm kidding." Mercury introduced himself, "Mercury Black, by the way. You're Sniper Mundy, eh?"

Mundy said, "Right. Heard good things about you, mate… especially with Cinder and Torchwick. Though, I wouldn't dare say good, being you're bad."

Mercury smirked, "Yeah, but I moved on. Screw those two."

Mundy said, "Well, you'd be surprised to know–." Neo appeared, as she waved to him, "Oh. Gotta go."

He went into the room, as Emerald asked, "So… You probably wonder why Neo and Mundy are together."

Mercury said, "They're having sex, I bet. Isn't Gunslinger there engaged?"

"Not to Neo…" Emerald stated.

Neo stripped down, and she transformed into her normal self, with long pink and brown hair, same with her eyes (her heterochromia), and wearing a white shirt, pants, and a black derby. She walked to Mundy, who was sitting in bedside. Neo sat next to him and said… … … nothing. She was leaning to him, and smiled a bit.

NOTE: Neo Politan from "RWBY" is a mute. Never talked ever. (Not counting Volume 9)

Mundy said, "Neo… … … Promise you won't tell Mercury & Emerald?" Neo agreed, and he said, "We had a run-in with Cinder. But she fled. God knows where she is now…"

Neo was forlorn, as she held him. She knew that he failed, but he'll try again.

However, things are about to take a turn for the worse, as Operation: Ice Queen was about to begin.

World Agency - Episode 1: END

So, good news is that The Gang's back together. The bad news is that there is dissension within the ranks.
Leaving Cinder Fall alone for now, World Agency has the plan to bring Team RWBY back together… and to make Weiss Schnee the next Earth President. Will they succeed in Operation: Ice Queen?
