Tales as Old as Time.
Christmas in Monster Island.
One day every year, the King of Monsters sees the red streak zooming through the nocturnal sky, towards the island. The first couple of decades, he would try and torch the incoming, annoying fly off the air with his atomic breath, only to have it- them, actually, as it invariably is a combination of ridiculous looking small creatures pulling on a human's primitive vehicle- fly directly through it, completely unscathed.
Nowadays, Gojira does not bother. He sees them coming and grumbles lowly, stepping into the jungle as they land. By this point, Minilla and Mothra already have eagerly gathered on the usual small clearing, and with a jolly belly laugh, the human hops down from the vehicle, sets down wrapped boxes that are too small for them and too huge for him, and gently pats on their massive heads as they lower them.
"Oh ho ho, keep on being good children, it is much appreciated..."
Gojira waits, then absently punts a large boulder away as the vehicle disappears back into the starry sky, until next year.
He cannot bring himself to care at all, of course, in his bestial, raging flux of ever renewing anger and contempt for the human world.
And yet...
Berserker.

Biography:
In 1954 A.D., an atomic explosion brought by a test bombing in the Pacific Ocean revived a gigantic reptilian creature from prehistoric times. The creature wsa dubbed 'Gojira', a combination of the Japanese words for 'gorilla' and 'whale'.
Gojira rose from the ocean and headed into Japan, destroying Tokyo until Professor Serizawa Daisuke sacrificed his life to slay him with his scientific creation, the Oxygen Destroyer. However, years later, another Gojira, probably a child of the original, swam out of the Pacific to attack Japan and the rest of the world time and time again. This Gojira, eventually, calmed down somewhat after battles with the Avengers and other kaiju such as Mothra, Rodan and Mecha Godzilla, and became an accidental protector of mankind from alien threats and his nemesis, Ghidorah the eight headed snake.
Gojira only defends what he perceives as his territory and usually shows zero interest on humans themselves.
Class Skills:
Mad Enhancement: A
The Class Skill that characterizes a Berserker, raising basic parameters and strengthening one's physical abilities in exchange of hindering mental capacities and/or in exchange for their sense of reason. In some cases, it also affects and/or seals away some techniques, Personal Skills and Noble Phantasms.
Since Gojira was a wild animal to begin with, little is lost in the way of cunning and intelligence, but he acts more brutal and savage than usual. While normally Gojira would just want to be left alone unless provoked, activating Mad Enhancement will have him go out of his way to attack others.
Personal Skills:
Battle Continuation: A++
A Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds. It will also reduce mortality rate from injury. This Skill represents the ability to survive and/or the mentality of one who doesn't know when to give up, consisting of one's strength of vitality in predicaments. It is also one of the powers of a vampire. The best result is achieved when a resilient body is combined with this Skill.
Powered by nuclear fire, the Servant is a wonder of the new era and a resiliant relic of the past at the same time. He will keep on fighting even when literally reduced to a walking skeleton. The fighting capacities remain the same until he is downright pulverized.
Instinct: A
Despite being just a beast, Gojira has keen fighting instincts that allow him to locate weak spots in the defense of his enemies. He is a relentless pursuer, tracker and hunter. He also seems to be able of telling when someone doesn't mean him harm and then ignore them rather than attacking.
That is, assuming Gojira has been paying attention to that person in the first place, so attention must be drawn to them first.
Child of the Atom: A+
Gojira can use radiation and electricity present in his surroundings, using them to replete his mana and empower himself. The consumption of human souls and taking mana from a puny human Master are not necessary, but the Master is still needed as an anchor to the World.
Atomic Breath: A+
Gojira's signature attack. He expulses wide beam of burning atomic energy from his open maws.
The ray has a long reach and it is recharged quickly with moderate mana consumption. It does not travel very quickly.
Noble Phantasms:
Life and Nature Find a Way: A
Gojira, despite being thought to be biologically male, will lay an egg which will be left behind as he goes on to fight. Gojira will never bother to protect the egg unless he is ordered to do so through usage of a Command Seal.
Once Gojira is killed in battle, he won't just disappear completely from the War; while his prior body is destroyed, the egg will hatch a new Gojira. The son of the original Gojira starts the size of a Velociraptor and grows up to the size of his parent in a span of two or three days depending on mana.
Meltdown: A++/EX
Anti-World.
Gojira overloads himself with atomic energy, starting to break down. The spines all down his back and tail shine, and his eyes glow scarlet.
He begins to emit intense heat and his skin peels off, scattering scales and starting to show his skeleton peeking through his hide. At the completion of the Noble Phantasm, he burrows into the ground and explodes once he has reached enough depth; depending on how much mana he had, he may destroy just an island sized area, a continent, or even a planet. If he has left a son behind as detailed by the Noble Phantasm above, he may revive and keep on fighting in the future.
