So finally we get some real characterization for Shirley who I really imagine is kind of like Fluttershy as a Mutant Goldfish with her dorsal fin resembling Fluttershy's mane, she's not quite as painfully shy but she is a rather mild-mannered creature as we shall see the reasons why

Indeed Shirley could only give minimal fighting back in self-defense most often in ways that used the enemy's own power against them like a judo flip, being a Mutant Fish she was naturally slippery which helped with techniques liked this.
Aran Ryan hearing this and specifically hearing the word 'Geas' shuddered at this and felt great pain for the Goldfish...As an Irishman he knew full well what that word meant...In many an Irish myth a geas is a taboo the hero must observe to break the geas would result in dishonor or death but to observe the geas gives them power the most legendary example came from the story of Cu Chulainn who had the unfortunate double whammy of he had a geas against eating dog meat but also had a geas where he could not refuse any food offered to him by a woman so when a hag offered him dog meat he had no way of getting out of the situation unscathed and this led to his death.

So initially I was thinking of Shirley saying she'll call her Dad to sue Leo but then I decided no her Dad will say that himself but Shirley with her mystic abilities would be wise enough to know that wouldn't work
