Annnd were back with Chapter 2 of today and then there won't be another chapter for 2 weeks, enjoy.
Chapter 7: Dr. Heeler"PAW Patrol to the look out," Ryder shouted with a happy spirit.
"Ryder needs us," howled the exited pups.
"Good morning pups, today is your monthly health checkup with Dr. Heeler. Once your all ready then head on down to the garage, we'll take the PAW Patroller, PAW Patrol is on a roll."
Dr. Heeler is a smart blue heeler who is Adventure Bay's vet. But she is also a surgeon and the head of Adventure Bay hospital. She only joins the PAW Patrol for missions that require a skilled doctor or surgeon.
Chase was determined to go first to see Dr. Heeler.
"Hello Chase, how have you been lately," Heeler said with a friendly mood.
"I've been fine, but my tooth has been hurting me lately," Chase said while rubbing his mouth.
"Let me look, hmm, yeah, it's a baby tooth with a cavity. I'm just going to pull it out real quick."
"What, no, won't it just fall out on its own," Chase said with fear, he's afraid of the dentist.
"Chase, it will be easier to just pull it and get over with the tooth ache."
"Please, no, no, no," You can only imagine what happened after that.
Skye was waiting for her turn. Then Chase came out rubbing his cheek.
"Ow, Heeler is very strict."
"What did she do to you," Skye said with a grin.
"I had a cavity in my tooth; she said she was going to pull it. Well she did, and with no mercy."
"Skye, your turn," Heeler said
"Well, let's go see if there's anything wrong with me." Skye said with a giggle.
Later when Skye came out, Heeler said that she was in perfect health.
"Of course, Skye is just perfect; she never has anything bad happen to her. And what do I have, a dumb tooth ache, ow," Chase said.
Then finaly it was Rockies turn to go in with Heeler.
"How are you today Rocky, staying away from water I assume," Heeler said with a laugh.
"Very funny, I'm fine, except for this constant itch behind my collar."
"Let me look, oh, yeah you've got fleas, again." Heeler said with an exasperated look.
"Well that explains it," Rocky said
"Well then, you know what that means" but Heeler was cut short by Rock's trembling voice.
"Oh, no, medicine, the w-wet kind," Rocky said full of fear.
"Bingo, I'll tell Ryder," Heeler said.
After all the pups where done, Heeler called Ryder in to update him on the pups' health.
"Hi Heeler, how are my good pups doing," Ryder said.
"Well Rubble, Skye, Zuma, Marshal, and Hacker are in perfect health," Heeler said.
"Good, what about Rocky and Chase."
"Rocky has fleas, again so he'll have to have that liquid medicine applied behind his collar. And Chase had to have a tooth pulled, so pain meds if needed." Heeler said with a satisfied grin.
Just then someone called Heeler over the hospital P.A system.
"Dr. Heeler to room 47, please, Dr. Heeler to room 47," Replied the P.A system.
"Man, they just keep piling up, well I'll see you later Ryder, I've got more patients to look at." Heeler said with a tired look.
"See you later Heeler, alright pups lets head on back to the lookout," Ryder said.
Later at their meeting, Ryder asked the pups how they were feeling.
"Chase, how's that tooth."
"It hurts Ryder, I don't like it," Chase whined.
"Do you what some medicine for the pain," Ryder said sympathetically.
"Yes, please," Chase said.
"Rocky, I'm sorry but we've got to put on you meds," Ryder said
"I know, I know," Rocky complained
"The rest of you pups head on to bed."
After Chase and Rocky struggled through their meds Ryder turned off the lights.
"Good night pups," Ryder said.
"Good night Ryder," Responded the tired pups.
A new Character, Dr. Heeler, she will have some big parts to play latter in the story, I will answer questions and comments in 2 weeks for both chapters on my next post, see you in 2 weeks.
