Episode 22- two sides of a coin.

"Ahhh… this is nice. A little relaxation is a must. Let's hope little princesses wonky vision doesn't reach far…"
Dobromir was relaxing in a certain green zerg pool, which for zerg acted somewhat like an extra healthy spa. The terran scouting force was wiped out not so long ago, and after infecting his carriage, he didn't have anything to do, again.
He put his hand into the air and started counting down his fingers. Five, nothing happens, four, some mutalisk flies by, three, some zergling changes his resting position, two, a new hydralisk was born, one, the atmosphere is thick enough to slice with a knife, zero…
Instantly some zerg echoing voices reverberate through his skull, shortly followed by the terran transmission. "I shouldn't tempt fate, but I really need to DO something. Some enemies will suffice." It was followed by him standing up with exaggerated grunt, and then exiting the purple and green hot tub. At last his armor was cleaned by the spawning pool, so he didn't have to bother.
"This should be more interesting than the last time." Now he only needed to wrangle some zerglings.
An explosion of a rising galaxy, stars being born with a boom and dying with a flicker, two planets colliding with each other, a sun slowly transforming into supernova, a black hole slowly consuming everything in its vicinity. This and much more was shown to Mina's mind, as she laid on the ground in stupor.
After some time, to her apparent as an uncountable eternity, she returned to the land of living with the feeling of something nudging her. Opening her eyes, Mina saw Marshmallow the Hippogriff sitting next to her, still shaking her with one clawed hand.
"She's awake, you can stop now." Mina was still being shaken, despite opening her eyes and looking the mythical beast right into the eyes. "Marsh!" The shaking stopped, and the white creature walked away with a huff. "You laid unconscious for quite some while, and my feathered companion was bored out of her mind, it seems."
Mina returned to sitting position, and groaned because there was a small vortex in her head, not a pleasant sensation. After a few minutes it receded, letting her finally open her eyes.
"Now, you will feel better."
"But I see stars swirling around me." And they were really moving, some faster and some slower around her head, brighter and darker, going in all directions but still staying not far from her.
"That's a bleed off effect, you were saturated with the magic upon arriving on this planet, and I added a little more from me to teach you the basics. Additionally, your headache vanished, and not only you see the stars."
"Wha…?" She looked to the hippogriff who was following with eyes one of the brightest stars that was circling above her head. "But wait-"
"It's magic and yada, yada. People with different affinities would have other manifestations, like mist from a water lover. Anyway, everyone is different, so that's pretty much the end of my teachings."
"But, I still barely understand anything, and I don't know what direction to take!"
"You will have to do this on your own, we all have gone through this. But if you lack ideas I guess you could seek the help of… . Let me think…, Dobromir would be the best for this, but considering his absence the next bet would be…" She delved into hums and hems, sometimes giving some names only to immediately discard the idea. Her small face certainly made some cute expressions, accompanied by some brow furrowing and girly grunts. "Aha, I think Stetmann would be your best bet, others are not creative enough or are into different genres."
The small girl hopped on her white companion and with an inviting gesture of hand she said "Come one, I'll fly you to the edge of the forest".
Mina after climbing up couldn't stop herself from pressing further, "Can't you teach me something further? I don't feel like I know anything, and those stars are following me." Which was true, they ignored something like the material plane or speed they were flying, and still lazily floated in the sky.
"I know I am powerful, special and other amazing things, but don't expect a ten year old to be any kind of good teacher. My sisters and I, we are still learning. Yeah talent and gigantic affinity give us a big advantage, but we still need to learn to do something different than just blast everything into oblivion."
"Yeaaa… ym, em, eh." Those grunts were accompanying Dobromir during his stretching every witch way. Even if there was no popping of bones, because zerg, he still felt tired after the fact. Honestly the whole effort the terrans put into attacking their position was pretty much nonexistent. He didn't know who kept sending those soldiers in such small groups, but it clearly must have been someone more stupid than Duke, and the old timer in question wasn't too smart to begin with.
Dobromir just leaned forward onto his infected carriage, holding chin with two hands. The only time he did have to intervene was when two dropships arrived, instead of one, which still resulted in quick wipeout.
His boredom and tiredness was interrupted by overmind speaking in teatric tone, the explosion of the pulsing chrysalis, and the answer of Kerrigan.
"Blessed be the gods above and below, someone who speaks normally! I thought I would go completely insane, or just downright crazy!" He quickly gave his zergling pullers a direction, and zoomed over. He arrived just as Kerrigan ended her dramatic talking to Raynor on the other end of the chatter.
"Bravo! A truly high grade acting right there, princess!" It was said with the clapping of his hands, and the carriage skidding to a stop sideways.
"I have no idea what you are talking about", It was said with an even face, and an even tone, matching her status and all that.
Dobromir's face split a massive grin, and he could not stop himself. "Your little highness, all of the teenagers in existence would envy the level of edginess you expressed in such a short time! The perfect tone of voice, the feigned disinterest in everything, and the theatrics, top notch!" The last part was accented with a dreamy sigh.
"S-shut up!" It was said with head turning away, and dobromir was pretty sure that Kerrigan would be red as his planet's name if not for her being zerg. There is nothing quite like pushing your friend off their throne with embarrassment alone. "Anyway! I see you couldn't go on without a mode of transportation".
"But of course! Walking is boring, slow and tiresome and troublesome and many other things! Don't worry princess!, in this carriage there is space for one more, and for now you are the only other candidate available".
She looked at the infected hunk of metal, and the attached zerglings sitting around, "I prefer my own two feet".
"Maybe for now, but I assure you, there are no better modes of transportation across the whole zerg. Well, maybe if I salvaged something usable it would be better, but for now you only other options are Overlords and clinging to Ultralisk's back."
"We'll see in the future, for now, I have to deal with Jim."
"You know he will run to return later right? I have read many books, and let me tell you, this romance can end only in one way."
