Chapter five:

Haruhi picks out what she thinks sounds the best right now and once she has her food she follows Kyouya to find a spot to sit. She can feel the gazes of other students as she walks by. She almost wants to look around for any of the other host club members though she also doesn't want to see what kind of looks some or most might be giving her. She does her best to keep her focus on Kyouya and where they are going in order to try to remain calm. She joins Kyouya as they sit at the table where Tamaki currently is.

"Hopefully you will enjoy your lunch." Tamaki mentions as the two settle in their spots to sit at the table.

"Thank you." Haruhi tries a little bit of her food only to pause as it tastes so much better than any food that she has ever had in her entire life. She has to remind herself that she cannot let herself get used to such food. So instead she will instead just enjoy this while she is able to have it. She doesn't eat it too fast trying to take her time with what she is eating. She does keep in mind that they do only have so long to be able to eat lunch so she won't take too long with eating this. She glances to the two male demons as they start to talk between each other.

"So I will have an audience within Hell after our host club activities." Tamaki mentions between bites of his own food.

"With the demon of lust I assume?" Kyouya inquires only for Tamaki to shake his head.

"Nope. He is too busy right now for that. So the deal will have to be dealt with over text. Though it doesn't look like anything too bad as it will just be a minor deal. So you don't need to worry your head over that."

"Alright then."

Tamaki gives sad eyes at Kyouya when the other doesn't show himself being super relieved.

Haruhi chuckles softly to herself before continuing to eat her own food.

Tamaki looks down sadly just eating now.

"Then why are you being called down to Hell?" Kyouya inquires causing Tamaki to perk up again as if this does prove that Kyouya is worried about him.

Haruhi wonders if Kyouya catches the glimpse of love that Tamaki has for him in his eyes. She doesn't see any reaction from Kyouya so she just guesses that he completely misses it. She decides to not interrupt them to bring it to the demon's attention. She also really isn't so sure that the cafeteria with other students would be the best place to let Kyouya know of it anyways.

"Well actually I was asked to go down to Hell to actually visit the school my family runs down there." Tamaki tells Kyouya who gives a soft hum. "There is going to be a meeting with the staff because there was a huge accident that affected one of the students down there."

"Oh right. That accident." Kyouya adjusts the glasses on his face managing to not reveal his eyes behind the glare of light on his glasses lenses. "I heard about that. From what I had heard one of the most prominent circus family's main tent went up in Hell flames destroying everything. Leaving some dead and others badly injured. One of the main stars was left in a coma in the sloth ruled section. His limbs were apparently in pretty rough shape. Meaning he may need prosthetics. At least that is what the news is reporting. The cause of the fire was still being looked into the last I checked."

Haruhi feels bad for the demon that was that badly hurt in a fire. She knows that Hell flames are different to human fire. She knows that human fire cannot harm a demon as they can walk straight through it without issue.

It is why some demons have chosen to be fire fighters though most demons do so for the fame of being heroes rather than just wanting to help people.

Hell flames are way more dangerous as they have magic in their fire so it can actually harm a demon. They are not seen outside of Hell as it is said that it turns to human fire if it leaves Hell; So Haruhi has never seen Hell flames for herself.

"Yeah. That one. The main star was a student at the school. So we are going to be going to discuss the whole situation and figure out what is the best way to move forward with this whole thing." Tamaki places a hand on his chin looking handsome while also looking to be in thought over what has happened. "My dad is sending me to be in his place. He thinks that this will be good experience for me. Since I am supposed to take over his duties one day."

"I am not surprised." Kyouya nods his head softly. "What are you thinking? You do have to keep some balance since a lot of attention will be turned to you and what you decide to do about what happened to one of your students. That circus family owned and trained almost all of those in the circus tents around Hell for years. A unique business that not many get into as anything but a performer. One market the Demon of Greed himself has been trying to get his hands on."

"Could he have started the fire?" Haruhi wonders out loud and freezes as the two turn to her indicating that they heard her. She quickly starts to try to explain herself. "Well I mean some humans destroy or sabotage a business that they want their hands on. Especially those who aren't scared to go to extreme lengths to get what they want." She hopes that they won't be upset with her to say such a thing.

"Well the Demon of Greed himself wouldn't go to such lengths. If he was going to then he would have done so a long time ago. When they first said no to him. Plus those of higher ranking in Hell do have to watch their step. The king of Hell himself can strip them of their powers and give it to someone deemed as the back up if they fall too out of line." Kyouya informs Haruhi who blinks in shock at him.

"The king can do that?!" Haruhi gaps having thought that demons keep their powers.

"Of course." Tamaki clarifies putting his hand down off of his chin. "The king of Hell is very powerful. While the current Demon lords of the seven deadly sins are the ones who have always reigned over such sins they can be replaced. Their magic can be taken by the king if he deems it necessary then transferred to another demon. Making a new demon take their place. The king holds this over all demons heads if they try to step out of line. He will even make it very public if such a thing needs to happen. He has to keep the demons afraid of him so he can keep control over all of Hell."

"I see." Haruhi would be surprised if it was human royalty. She however supposes that being feared to make others follow orders is more in line with what a demon would do. She turns back to what remains of her food to work on finish eating it.

Tamaki turns to Kyouya after that is settled. "I am keeping the balance in mind. I know that I could make the Hell school location plummet if I handle this wrong. I think that the school should support the circus family in these trying times. Like making sure that the student gets the best medical care that Hell can provide. It would be too dangerous for the student's health to try to transfer the student to a human hospital. Especially considering that humans who are alive have never dealt with Hell flame damage before."

Kyouya nods his head. "I think that is a good idea. Especially since the demons of the seven deadly sins are busy with a different case. So a lot of eyes and ears will be turned to you for this decision. I would also recommend to maybe add that you will also look at adding funds to help get the tent rebuilt. That will also help the good publicity."

"Yes yes. A very good idea." Tamaki nods his head to the idea that Kyouya poses to him.

Haruhi hopes that things do go well as she does feel sympathy for what had happened to a teen demon who must be around their age. She tries to not think about the Host club activities that she will need to participate in later today. She for now lets herself just focus on enjoying the food that was bought for her for today.
