Roxy waited in her charging station until Cassie told her she got the daycare pass and was headed that way. She exited and started walking towards the daycare quickly until she bumped into Chica. At first she smiled, but then noticed something was wrong. The usual bubbly and chatterbox chick was stiff and her head and shoulder sagged to one side, like something heavy was tied to her wrist and she was tired of lugging it around. "Chi? Are you okay?"

Chica blinked at her, one eye at a time, then turned and stumbled away, spouting out, "This area is off-limits."

She watched as Chica walked away, stunned. That wasn't her best friend. Also, how did she get out of her room? What area was off-limits? Why is her posture so different?

What was going on?

She shook it off and hurried to the daycare. She looked through the garage door first, then forced it open and came inside. Cassie wasn't there. She picked up her walkie. "Cassie? Where are you?"

There was some static, then Cassie's voice came across. "I'm down the slide. The sun thing won't let me go." Roxy walked closer to the side and looked over to see Cassie looking up at Sun who was dancing around her and chatting about a sleepover."How do I get away from this thing?"

Roxy thought, then pressed the button. "See that stack of cylinders next to you? Knock it over. He can't stand messes." Once Cassie got the message, Roxy used the springs in her legs to jump onto the netting surrounding the daycare, then clawed a hole into it and climbed through.

Cassie was running in circles, knocking over any stacks she could find. Roxy sneaked to the security desk and peeked over the side. "Cassie! This way!" Cassie turned and ran over, then ducked behind the desk.

"I think he saw me!"

"It's okay. He's programmed to stay out of the security area." Cassie stood up and looked around the desk, then- found the security head and opened it, taking the badge. Immediately, the lights went out.

Roxy was just able to feel Cassie paste herself to her side when Sun jumped up on the desk. "No! No! Why would you do that?! Lights on! Lights on! I warned you! I warned you!" He started scratching at his face and fell backwards.

"Um, what is he doing?"

"The same thing he does every time the lights go out."

"Naughty girl." Both turned slowly to the side, where Moon was just starting to emerge. "Naughty girl. It's past your bedtime. You must be punished! Nighty night." Moon jumped on the desk, then sprung towards the ceiling and out of view.

Roxy turned back to Cassie. "Cassie, you need to find the generators in the play structures. I'll distract."

"Wait! Why can't you do the generators?"

"Because I can't fit in the jungle gyms." She picked up the flashlight maintenance used for that specific purpose and gave it to Cassie. "Here. My eyes have built-in flashlights. Just try to be quick. I can't distract him for long." Cassie sighed and flicked on the light and started into the play structures while Roxy hurried to the nearest stack. "Oh, Moonie!" She knocked over the pile hearing the gravely voice of Moon and kept an eye on the beam of Cassie's light as she knocked over any she could find.

Eventually, Moon got tired of cleaning up and looked up to the light. "Lights out. Bad children must be punished." He ignored the mess and entered the play structures.

Roxy gasped and picked up her walkie. "Cassie! He's in the structures!"

"What? I only found three!"

"The other two are in the opposite gyms. Hurry, Cassie!" Cassie jumped out of the structure she was in and ran to the other, followed by Moon. Roxy grabbed his wrist. "Wait! Moon! I just noticed how...bright your eyes are! What's your secret? I mean, they're so pretty!"

Moon just stared at her with his painted smile. "Bad children must be found." He turned to continue, but then the lights and music came back on. Moon screeched. "Lights out! Lights out!"

Roxy ran to Cassie, who had just come out, and picked her up. "We have to get out of here! Before Sun calls the others!" The two ran out, Cassie holding Roxy's hand, then Roxy pulled her upstairs and pulled her into a recharge station. Both took a second to catch their breath. "Wow. That was amazing, Cassie!"

Cassie heaved in a few gulps of air. "Speak for yourself. I was terrified. That thing is not okay around little kids." Cassie looked out the window and stood on her toes to see out better. "What was that?" Roxy looked out the window also. "The fountain? It's a decorative reservoir used for discharging water. You should know that."

"No, not the fountain! The dancing rabbit lady!"

Roxy paused, confused. "There is no rabbit here, Cassie. Not one that I've seen...at least not anymore."

"But I saw it! Ugh, never mind. Let's just move on." Both left the station and looked down the hall to make sure they were alone, then started heading to the atruim. "Have you found any exit points?"

"All I found was a fire escape, which is locked at night, and the loading docks, which now requires a much higher security level after Vanessa changed the permissions."

"Why?"

"I don't know. She was always...odd. Doesn't seem qualified to be a security guard."

"This is crazy! It's like whole place is trying to get me!"

"I'm not."

"Why?"

"You ask too many questions, Cassie." The two got in the elevator and started towards the center balcony to get a map.
