Super Sailor Moon looks at the outer guardians and glances at the baby held by Sailor Neptune's hands. The outer guardians gazed upon their princess, and she reached for them, her heart swelling with an inexplicable sense of longing and curiosity.

"Uranus.., Neptune.., Pluto.., who is that baby?" Sailor Moon asked hesitantly, her voice barely above a whisper, as if afraid to disturb the delicate balance of the moment.

The inner and outer guardians gasped, their expressions shifting from surprise to concern, even Tuxedo Mask and Super Sailor Chibi Moon, who stood nearby, wide-eyed at the unfolding scene. They glanced at Sailor Moon, who looked so innocent and bewildered as if she had stumbled upon a secret she was never meant to know. It was clear that she was unaware of the profound implications of the child Neptune was holding.

Sailor Uranus, her gaze shifting between Pluto, Neptune, and their beloved princess, felt a surge of protectiveness. With a gentle smile, she decided to speak, her voice steady despite the weight of the moment. "I think it's time for us to leave," she said softly, her words resonating with an unspoken agreement among her fellow guardians. Super Sailor Chibi Moon reacted in shock, her small hands clenching into fists as she processed the news.

Sailor Uranus then looked down at the baby, feeling an inexplicable connection, as though the child held the key to their future. "We've been bestowed with a new mission…" she continued, her gaze shifting back to Super Sailor Moon, who was now on the brink of tears. "From our precious, Princess."

Super Sailor Moon's tears fell freely, glistening like stars as they streaked down her cheeks. But it was Super Sailor Chibi Moon who confidently asked. "W-where are you going?" her voice trembling with fear and uncertainty, the innocence of her question hanging heavily in the air. Pluto, sensing the urgency and pain in the atmosphere, stepped forward to answer her instead of Uranus.

"We are not quite sure, Small Lady… It could be somewhere far away, or it could be nearby," she said, her tone soothing yet tinged with the gravity of their circumstances.

"Will we meet again?" Super Sailor Chibi Moon piped up, her voice a mixture of hope and dread, looking at the three outer guardians with wide, pleading eyes. The outer guardians exchanged knowing glances, their hearts aching for the young Senshi who had grown to be like family.

"Yes, of course, we will, Super Sailor Chibi Moon," Pluto assured her, a gentle smile gracing her lips. She then moved closer to the little senshi, reaching out her hand, which was eagerly reciprocated by the tiny guardian. With great tenderness, Pluto used one of her hands to cover Chibi Moon's small hand, creating a bond that felt both eternal and comforting.

"We were friends, always and forever. We'll see each other again," she promised, her voice filled with warmth and unwavering devotion. Super Sailor Chibi Moon cried, overwhelmed by the depth of Pluto's words. They touched her heart profoundly, igniting a flicker of hope amidst her sorrow. The love they shared was palpable, a tangible force that could transcend the boundaries of time and space.

As she stood there, tears flowing endlessly, Super Sailor Chibi Moon couldn't suppress her emotions any longer. The thought of separation was crippling, yet the assurance of their reunion filled her with a bittersweet resolve. She felt the weight of their unwavering love for one another, and though her heart ached, she knew that one day, they would all be complete again. It was a promise woven into the very fabric of their destinies, and as they stood together in that moment, surrounded by echoes of laughter and memories, she found solace in the belief that love could bridge any distance.

"I know you're right, we're all friends, we're all Sailor Guardians, and we will meet again someday just as you promised." She talked while in tears, even the Inner Guardians from behind her felt teary. The weight of their mission and the uncertainty of the future hung in the air like a heavy fog, as the emotional farewell loomed over them.

Sailor Neptune smiled at the little princess, her heart swelling with affection and nostalgia, and then moved closer, cradling baby Hotaru in her arms. She reached out, her voice soft and soothing as she called for her.

"Don't cry, little princess. We love you, so we will come back. That is a promise, and as a token for you to hold onto that promise, here is my talisman—the deep aqua mirror." She handed it over, the mirror shimmering in the soft light, reflecting the image of the little guardian. "I want you to have it, so you can always remember us, no matter how far apart we may be."

Super Sailor Chibi Moon took it delicately, her tiny fingers wrapping around the cool surface, as tears glistened in her eyes. "Look at yourself in that mirror often... and until we meet again, work hard and become an even stronger guardian, Small Lady," Neptune continued, her voice filled with unwavering confidence and pride, which only made the little guardian more emotional. "Neptune…" she whispered, her heart aching with the thought of separation.

"Also, please protect our precious princess. Keep her safe, she may be clumsy and a crybaby. But, we love her as much as you love and cherish her. " Sailor Uranus reminded her tone serious yet filled with warmth. "Princess, take care of yourself and I believe you're going to need to clarify some things." Then, with a heavy heart, she turned away, and the other Outer Guardians followed suit, each sharing a silent farewell that spoke volumes of their bond.

Super Sailor Moon walked forward, sensing the bittersweet finality of the moment, trying to call them back, her voice breaking with emotion. "Wait! Don't go! Uranus! Neptune! Pluto!" But the winds began to swirl around them, tamed by waves that crashed against the shore, carrying the Outer Guardians away with time itself. They were already disappearing, their forms blurring into the horizon, leaving behind only the echoes of their laughter and the promise of their return.

As the last traces of their silhouettes faded into the distance, Super Sailor Chibi Moon clutched the deep aqua mirror tightly to her chest, feeling the warmth of its surface seep into her heart. The tears streamed down her cheeks as she looked at the reflection, seeing not just herself, but the faces of her beloved friends—the incredible bond they shared, forged in battles fought together and memories created in moments of hardship and joy.

"I will be strong," she whispered to herself, determination blooming amidst the sorrow. "I'll protect our princess and keep our promise alive. I'll train harder, learn more, and become the guardian you all believe I can be." Her resolve strengthened, she gazed out at the vast ocean that stretched before her, a world of endless possibility.

With every wave that crashed against the shore, she felt the presence of her friends lingering, their spirits intertwined with the very fabric of her being.

"We will meet again," Venus said as she tapped her head, her voice steady and resolute, a beacon of hope amidst the shadows of doubt. Sailors Mars, Mercury, and Jupiter smile gently at her.

She nodded, she knew that this was not the end, but merely a pause in their ongoing journey—a promise waiting to be fulfilled, a new mission waiting to unfold.

Super Sailor Moon looked down. What Sailor Uranus said was right and she knows deep down there is an explanation to do in order to lessen the damage and burden she created when she sacrificed and dived herself into their enemy.

Super Sailor Moon turned around and looked at them. She called them one by one.

"Mercury.., Mars.., Jupiter.., Venus.., and Super Sailor Chibi Moon." everyone looked at her with confused reactions but then Super Sailor Moon bowed slightly and asked for forgiveness from her Senshi.

No. Friends, family, and allies would be the right description for them. Even Super Sailor Chibi Moon is there, but Tuxedo Mask ain't no longer around. Usagi knows where he could be. She wants to follow him right away but now is the chance for her beloved guardians.

"I'm sorry if I made you worry, feel burdened, and hurt. I was determined to save all of you even if it meant sacrificing myself. I may be the princess but I am also Sailor Moon. The soldier of love and justice. I have to save innocent people and for us to have a bright future ahead. I know you'll always remain by my side. You're one of the reasons why I chose to fight. Please, forgive me for my selfish decision."

Super Sailor Moon looked down, her heart heavy with the weight of her actions. What Sailor Uranus had said earlier resonated deeply within her, and she knew that there was an explanation she needed to provide—a way to lessen the damage and burden she had inadvertently created when she had sacrificed herself, diving headfirst into the fray against their relentless enemy. The echoes of battle still reverberated in her mind, and the faces of those she loved danced before her eyes, the haunting reminder of the risks they all faced.

With a deep breath, she turned around to face her beloved friends. Each of them stood there, their expressions a mix of confusion, concern, and unwavering support. They were her Senshi—her guardians—yet she realized that the bond they shared transcended titles and roles. They were friends, family, allies—her chosen family. Even Super Sailor Chibi Moon looked up at her with wide eyes, filled with innocence and trust, and it pained Usagi to know that Tuxedo Mask was no longer by her side, a void that seemed to echo louder in the silence between them. She knew where he could be, perhaps fighting his own battles in another realm, but now was not the time to dwell on that. Now was the time for her beloved guardians.

"Mercury… Mars… Jupiter… Venus… and Super Sailor Chibi Moon," she called out, her voice trembling yet resolute. Each name hung in the air, a reminder of the unique bond they all shared. As she bowed her head slightly, her heart ached with sincerity and remorse. "I'm so sorry for all the worry, the burden, and the pain I've caused you. It was never my intention to make you feel this way."

She paused, gathering her thoughts, allowing the gravity of her words to sink in. "I was determined to save all of you, even if it meant sacrificing myself. I thought that my actions would lead to a brighter future for us all, but I see now that the path I chose was fraught with danger, not just for myself, but for each of you. I may be the princess, but I am also Super Sailor Moon—the soldier of love and justice. I have always believed in fighting for the innocent, for those who cannot fight for themselves, and for the future we all dream of."

Her gaze swept over her friends, their expressions shifting as they absorbed her heartfelt apology. "I know you will always remain by my side, and that unwavering support is one of the reasons why I choose to fight. Your strength gives me the courage to face the darkest of times. Please, forgive me for my selfish decision. I never wanted to put you through this. I promise to learn from this experience and be more mindful of our battles moving forward."

Tears welled in her eyes as she continued, "You all mean the world to me. Without you, I wouldn't be able to stand here today. We are stronger together, and I want to harness that strength to protect our world and each other. I need your support, not just as Sailor Senshi, but as my friends, and my family. Let's move forward together, united in our mission to uphold love and justice."

Everyone remained silent as they processed carefully what their Princess had spoken. Super Sailor Chibi Moon looked around, observing the somber expressions etched on the faces of her comrades. She wanted to speak up, to offer her thoughts and feelings, but the weight of the moment held her back. It was Sailor Venus, however, who broke the deafening silence, her voice steady yet tinged with emotion.

"I'm sorry and I forgive you. But, it's true that what you did hurt us. Just imagine, we were reincarnated and granted a new life just to witness again what happened in the past, and worst of all, we can't do anything to change it or help you this time…"

Her words hung in the air, each syllable carrying the burden of their shared history. The memories of their battles, the sacrifices made, and the pain endured rushed back to them, a bittersweet reminder of their past life.

"I feel the same way too, Usagi-chan. You're very important to us, not only because you are our princess and we are your guardians. Our love and care for you go beyond our duties. Without you…" Sailor Mercury continued, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. She paused, struggling to find the right words, knowing full well the depths of their connection.

Super Sailor Moon remained silent, her heart aching as she absorbed the weight of their feelings. She could see the hurt in their eyes, the lingering pain of drastic decisions. Everyone around her agreed on what they wanted to express, their love and concern for her evident in every glance.

"Usagi-chan, I wanted to protect you because I love you. You gave us hope and joy. What is the use of this strength-given gift if I can't even protect or help you?" Sailor Jupiter's voice was filled with desperate sincerity, her fists clenched at her sides as she stepped forward, urging her princess to understand the gravity of their feelings.

Super Sailor Moon looked at Sailor Mars, the last of her guardians to express herself. Mars took a deep breath, her fiery spirit shining through the sorrow. "But despite everyone's words and love, Usagi is Usagi. Our selfless princess who always puts others before herself," she said firmly, her determination resonating in the air.

Super Sailor Moon felt tears welling up in her eyes, the pain of knowing her friends were hurting because of her choices cutting deeper than any enemy blow. "Everyone… thank you, and I love you too!" she managed to say through her sobs, and at that moment, a profound silence enveloped the group, and one by one, her friends stepped forward, their eyes shining with understanding and love. They embraced her, encircling her with warmth and reassurance, reminding her that no matter the challenges ahead, they would face them together, as one indomitable force. At that moment, Usagi felt a renewed sense of hope and determination, knowing that with her friends beside her, there was no darkness they could not conquer. They cried together, a beautiful release of emotions that solidified their bond even further. Super Sailor Chibi Moon watched them with a mixture of pride and longing, understanding that this moment was sacred and should be shared amongst them.

Suddenly, breaking the moment of tenderness, Sailor Venus exclaimed, "Now hurry! Mamoru-san is waiting for you." A blush crept onto Super Sailor Moon's cheeks at the mention of her beloved. "How did you know? I mean h-how can you say that?" she stammered, embarrassment flooding her.

"Isn't it obvious how devastated he was inside when you jumped into danger to protect us?" Venus replied, her voice a blend of encouragement and urgency. "So now hurry! Make him wait no more!" She wiped her tears, a determined smile crossing her face as she nudged Super Sailor Moon forward.

With renewed purpose, Super Sailor Moon looked back at her friends, her heart swelling with gratitude. "Everyone, thank you!" she exclaimed, her voice steadying. Before she could leap into action, Super Sailor Chibi Moon called out to her.

"Usagi… m-mama…" her future daughter called, her voice trembling with a mix of excitement and uncertainty. Sailor Moon's heart skipped a beat, a rush of emotions flooding her senses as she recalled the moment when her daughter had called her "mom" during that daring leap into the unknown. It was a memory that felt both distant and achingly close, a reminder of the bond they shared across time.

With a determined step, she walked toward her daughter, their eyes locking in a connection that transcended the barriers of the past and future. Chibiusa gazed up at Super Sailor Moon with a look filled with love and admiration, her heart swelling with pride. A radiant smile broke across her face as she exclaimed, "I'll leave Papa in your care!" The weight of her words was profound, a testament to the trust she placed in her mother's hands.

Super Sailor Moon's smile grew even brighter as she lowered herself, bringing their heights closer together and bridging the gap that time had created. Gently, she placed her hands on her future daughter's head, her fingers brushing through the pink locks as she tapped it lightly, a gesture filled with warmth and affection.

Chibiusa felt a rush of déjà vu wash over her as the familiar motion sent waves of nostalgia through her. It was a simple act, yet it carried the weight of countless memories shared, of the countless times they had faced challenges together.

"You've become a stronger Sailor Senshi," Super Sailor Moon said, her voice thick with pride as she looked deep into Chibiusa's eyes. The compliment brought tears to her daughter's eyes, a mixture of happiness and the bittersweet realization of all they had both endured to reach this moment. But she quickly wiped them away, reminding herself that there would be time for hugs and heartfelt conversations later.

"See you later!" Chibiusa waved enthusiastically, her spirit buoyed by her mother's words. She turned and dashed toward the Inner Guardians, her heart racing with determination. The camaraderie they shared filled her with strength, as did the thought of her mother's unwavering support. With each step, she felt the weight of her responsibilities as a Sailor Senshi, but also the joy of fighting alongside her friends, united in their mission to protect what they cherished most.

As Sailor Moon watched her daughter run off, a swell of pride filled her heart. She knew that Chibiusa was destined for greatness, not only because of her lineage but because of the courage she had cultivated within herself. With a final glance at her daughter, Super Sailor Moon stood tall, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, knowing they were all in this together.

With her heart full of hope and determination, Super Sailor Moon prepared to take flight. She knew the path ahead would not be easy, but with her friends beside her and the love of her life waiting for her, she felt an unwavering strength within her. As she leaped from the rooftop, propelled by both the weight of her responsibilities and the lightness of her love, she whispered a silent promise to herself and her guardians: no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, united as one.

She jumped from building to building, determination and love were visible to Sailor Moon. She reached his apartment in a few minutes, standing at the balcony, the sliding door was already open, as if the person inside the apartment had sensed her arrival. She looked into the room, her heart racing as her gaze landed on the man she loved, sprawled on the bed. His feet were planted firmly on the floor in a seated position, half of his body still buried within the covers, while his right hand shielded his eyes from the world.

"Mamo-chan," Sailor Moon called softly, her voice trembling with a mixture of hope and fear. Yet, he didn't answer her, and the silence that followed felt heavy and oppressive. She stood rooted at the threshold, hesitant to step forward, afraid that once she crossed that line, she might break down completely.

"I-I'm sorry about e-earlier," she began, her voice cracking as tears threatened to spill. "I heard you. I felt your uneasiness when I smiled at you. I felt your anger towards yourself when you couldn't save me. I felt your desperation and begging when you screamed my name. I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to put a b-burden on y-you…" Her resolve crumbled, and tears streamed down her cheeks as she struggled to compose herself, her heart aching with every word.

"I-I know that was a s-selfish thing to do. But I want to save everyone! I want all of you to have a future ahead even if I'm not part of it—I—" Sailor Moon's voice broke, her plea hanging in the air when, suddenly, Mamoru snapped.

"You silly woman! How can you say that!" Mamoru's voice, thick with emotion, pierced through her despair. Usagi turned to him, her heart sinking as she saw the tears cascading down his face. She wanted to rush into his arms, to comfort him, but the sight of his anguish was devastating, shattering her resolve even further.

"Aren't you my girlfriend? Didn't you promise to be with me? I am your protector! I was born to assist you. We already saw the future. We have a daughter, Usagi! I don't want a future without you!" His words resonated deeply within her, igniting a flicker of hope amidst her turmoil. That was the cue she needed—without a second thought, Usagi dashed towards him. Her henshin faded, transforming her back into her civilian form, the familiar sensation of warmth and safety flooding her senses.

Mamoru opened his arms wide, and as she collided with him. Their hearts beat in sync as they clung to each other tightly, each sob echoing the depth of their emotions. The room was filled with their tiny, heartfelt cries, a symphony of love and regret.

"I'm sorry," Usagi said sincerely, her voice muffled against his shoulder. Mamoru didn't respond; instead, he tightened his embrace, holding her as though she were the very air he breathed as if letting go would mean losing everything.

After a few moments, the frantic rhythm of his heartbeat began to slow, calming under the weight of their shared love. "I love you, Mamo-chan!" Usagi declared, pulling back slightly to gaze into his eyes. They were still restless from crying, yet a calmness began to settle within.

She took a moment to analyze every detail of him as if attempting to memorize his essence. Slowly, she traced her fingers along his jawline, her heart swelling with affection. His jet-black hair framed his face perfectly, and his deep blue eyes, so full of warmth and understanding, held her captive. With gentle resolve, she leaned in, capturing his lips with her own.

Their kiss was soft, sweet, and full of unspoken promises, a moment that felt like a beautiful daydream. Time slipped away as they lost themselves in each other, the world outside forgotten as they embraced the emotions that had been so long suppressed.

Hours passed without either of them noticing, until the harsh sound of the alarm shattered their peaceful cocoon, causing Mamoru to stir awake. He blinked groggily, the remnants of sleep still clinging to him, and turned to see Usagi sleeping peacefully beside him. A warm smile crept across his face as he admired her serene expression, the way her golden hair tumbled over the pillow like sunlight spilling across the room. He gently poked her cheek, reluctant to disturb her slumber but unable to resist the urge to see her awake.

"I love you too," he whispered, his voice filled with tenderness. "I don't know what my life would be without you. I can't even bear to imagine it. I want you for a lifetime." The words lingered in the air, a vow meant for only her, encapsulating the depth of his feelings.

As Usagi stirred, her eyes fluttering open to meet his gaze, a smile broke across her face, illuminating the room with joy. In that moment, every worry and fear seemed to fade away, and all that mattered was the love they shared—a love that was destined to withstand the test of time.

"Is it morning already?" Usagi asked sleepily while clutching her eyes. Mamoru answered. " It's 10 am, we fell asleep earlier…"

"Is that so," says Usagi.

Usagi watched Mamoru go to the bathroom until he finally emerged, and as he stepped out, she felt her heart flutter with a mixture of affection and a lingering sense of unease. She stood on the bedroom balcony, the cool morning air wrapping around her like a comforting blanket, while the soft rustle of leaves and the distant sound of cars echoed through the quiet streets below. The sky was a tapestry of white clouds and birds, dancing smoothly against the deep blue canvas, reminding her of the beauty that still existed amidst the chaos of their lives.

The memories of their recent battle against the enemy weighed heavily on her mind, a haunting reminder of how quickly everything could change. The fight had been intense, a twisted game of nightmares where every decision carried the weight of sacrifice. Even in the darkest moments, however, a flicker of hope had persisted, urging them forward. It was that hope that had united them, fueling the overwhelming power of Super Sailor Moon, a force born from the combined hearts of the nine Sailor Guardians. Usagi could still vividly recall the anguish she felt when Sailor Uranus had forced her to make a heart-wrenching choice—who to save between Hotaru and Chibiusa. The memory sent shivers down her spine, a reminder of the thin line they walked between love and loss.

As she stood there, lost in her thoughts, the world around her faded away. She didn't even notice when Mamoru approached her until his gentle voice broke through the fog in her mind. "Are you okay?" he asked, a note of concern lacing his words. Usagi turned to him, her heart swelling at the sight of his caring expression, and nodded, though her smile didn't quite reach her eyes.

"Hmm, I-I was just thinking…how peaceful we are now," she replied, her voice soft and contemplative. Mamoru studied her intently, his gaze searching for the hidden sadness that lingered in her deep cerulean eyes. It was as if he could see the storm brewing within her, and he sighed, knowing that the peace they enjoyed was fragile, like a thin glass teetering on the edge of a table.

"I too. I always felt like this kind of peacefulness won't last long…" he admitted, glancing away toward the horizon, where the last rays of sunset were fading into darkness. He hesitated, unsure if it was right to voice his concerns, especially since they revolved around her. The weight of the world seemed to press down on Usagi's shoulders, a burden he wished she would share with him. But he also knew her well enough to understand that she would never ask for help, her heart too noble to burden others with her sorrow. This knowledge gnawed at him, a constant source of anxiety that one day, the world would take her away from him, leaving only emptiness in its wake.

"But as long as I'm with you, I can face anything," he finally said, his voice steady and reassuring. He reached for her face, brushing his fingers gently against her cheek before planting a tender kiss on her lips, a promise wrapped in warmth and love. Usagi felt her cheeks heat up, the blush spreading across her face as she giggled, the sound light and melodic, breaking the tension in the air.

Clinging to him as if he were her lifeline, she placed her hands on his shoulders, locking her gaze with his. "I love you," she whispered, her voice trembling with sincerity and emotion.

Mamoru's heart soared at her words, a radiant smile breaking across his face. He was about to lean in for another kiss when they were suddenly startled by the exuberant voice of Chibiusa, who had bounded onto the balcony, her playful energy interrupting the tender moment.

"Usagi! Mamoru! You won't believe what I saw!" she exclaimed, her eyes wide with excitement, oblivious to the intimate atmosphere that had just been shared. Usagi and Mamoru exchanged amused glances, the heaviness of their earlier conversation momentarily lifted by the infectious enthusiasm of the young girl.

"Chibiusa, not so loud!" Usagi chuckled, ruffling her hair affectionately. "What did you see?"

Chibiusa bounced on her toes, her cheeks flushed with excitement as she began to recount her latest adventure, and for that moment, the worries of the world faded away. They were together, surrounded by love and laughter, and perhaps that was enough to face whatever challenges lay ahead. The morning and noontime stretched on, filled with warmth, connection, and the comforting knowledge that in each other, they had found a haven.

"Oh, I remember, Minako-chan says that we'll go to Mako-chan's place for the night and have dinner," Chibiusa says while clinging to Usagi, her bright eyes sparkling with excitement. They had been in Mamoru's apartment the whole afternoon, surrounded by the remnants of their recent battle, which had left them all feeling both exhausted and exhilarated. It's now 3 in the afternoon, and the sunlight filters gently through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the room.

This is also the first time that Usagi and Mamoru will step outside after that heavy battle, a battle that has tested their limits and forged a deeper bond between them. Usagi glances at Mamoru, who is leaning against the kitchen counter, a look of contemplation on his face as he absently fiddles with a mug. The thought of a gathering with their friends brings a smile to her face, and she can almost taste the delicious homemade curry that Mako-chan is famous for.

"Do you think Mako-chan will have her special dessert ready?" Usagi asks, her stomach growling at the mere thought of it. Chibiusa giggles and nods enthusiastically, her small hands tugging at Usagi's sleeve. "And I bet Minako-chan will try to sneak in some of that fancy chocolate too! She always does!"

Mamoru finally smiles, the weight of the day's events slowly lifting as he meets Usagi's gaze. "It sounds like just what we need. A little time to relax and be with friends will do us all good," he replies, his voice steady but warm.

Chibiusa and Mamoru exchanged amused glances, their smiles wide as they watched Usagi bounce on her feet, her energy infectious.

"Okay, okay! Just let me get dressed first," Mamoru said, chuckling at Usagi's eagerness. He was always amazed at how her spirit could shine even in the wake of their recent struggles. It was as if she wore her heart on her sleeve, and despite the heaviness of their battles, she could effortlessly lift the mood of those around her.

"Me too!" Chibiusa chimed in, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. "I can't wait to see what Mako-chan makes! I hope it's that delicious pasta she made last time!"

"Pasta? I want some!" Usagi exclaimed, her mouth watering at the thought of Mako's cooking. She quickly ran back inside, her mind racing with thoughts of fluffy pancakes and savory dishes that Mako could whip up.

As Mamoru watched her dash off, he felt a sense of warmth spread through his chest. Usagi had this remarkable ability to bring joy into even the darkest moments. He couldn't help but feel grateful for her presence in his life, especially after all they had faced together.

"Let's hurry then, or we'll miss out on all the food!" Chibiusa tugged at Mamoru's sleeve, her enthusiasm a stark contrast to the somber mood that had lingered just moments before.

"Right!" Mamoru replied, shaking off his thoughts and following Usagi and Chibiusa into the bedroom. As they prepared to leave, he couldn't help but steal a glance at Usagi. She was already rummaging through his closet, a determined look on her face as she searched for some outfit they brought when they slept over.

The sound of her giggles and Chibiusa's chatter filled the air, creating a symphony of joy that drowned out the remnants of their worries. It was moments like this that reminded him of the importance of cherishing the present, to holding on to the happiness that life offered amidst the chaos.

"Usa, are you ready yet?" Mamoru called out playfully, knowing she could easily lose track of time when caught up in her excitement.

"Almost!" she shouted back, her voice muffled as she pulled a shirt over her head.

Chibiusa rolled her eyes, a smile playing on her lips. "She always takes forever, doesn't she?"

Mamoru nodded, laughing softly. "But that's part of her charm."

Finally, Usagi emerged, her hair a bit tousled but her face glowing with eagerness. "Okay! Let's go!" she declared, grabbing Chibiusa's hand and pulling her toward the door, while Mamoru followed close behind, his heart full.

As they made their way down the staircase of the apartment building, Usagi took a moment to appreciate the world around her. The sun was bright and cheerful, casting a golden hue on everything it touched. Birds chirped merrily, flitting between the branches of the trees lining the street. It was a stark contrast to the darkness they had faced just days ago, and Usagi couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the peaceful moment, however fleeting it might be.

"Today is going to be amazing!" she exclaimed, her voice ringing with optimism.

"Yeah, it is!" Chibiusa agreed, her small hand still clasped in Usagi's as they walked together, their laughter echoing in the morning air.

Mamoru walked beside them, his heart swelling with love and determination. He knew that whatever challenges lay ahead, they would face them together. And for now, all that mattered was the laughter and warmth of their friendship, the simple joy of sharing a meal, and the unwavering bond that connected them all.

They planned to walk in the streets, instead of using Mamoru's car. Chibiusa requested it, for she wanted to savor the moment clinging to Usagi while walking, and Mamoru understood it. On their way to Mako's house, they encountered Naru, Usagi's friend at school.

"Usagi-chan!" Naru called and waved at her happily, her bright smile contrasting with the gentle autumn breeze that rustled the leaves around them. Usagi waved back and, filled with a sudden surge of affection, ran towards her friend. She enveloped Naru in a warm hug as if trying to capture the fleeting warmth of their friendship, which she felt had been overshadowed by the turbulence of recent events. It was halfheartedly true; deep down, Usagi feared she may not have the chance to see her friend again, grappling with the uncertainty that often accompanied their lives.

"What's wrong, Usagi? You're acting weird today," Naru observed, her brow furrowing with concern as she pulled back slightly to study Usagi's face, searching for signs of trouble. The worry in Naru's voice was palpable, a reminder of the bonds they shared, forged through laughter and tears over countless school days. But Usagi stepped back, mustering a reassuring smile, and assured her that there was no need to worry, that everything was just fine, even as her heart raced with the unspoken fears of what lay ahead.

"I'm okay! Just a bit lost in thought, I guess," Usagi added her voice light but her mind racing with the weight of her responsibilities. Naru nodded, though a hint of doubt lingered in her eyes, before she bid goodbye, promising to catch up soon.

As Naru walked away, Usagi clung to Mamoru, and he let her, understanding the comfort she found in his presence. The world around them seemed to fade, the laughter of children playing nearby and the distant honks of traffic becoming a mellow background hum. Usagi nestled closer to Mamoru, feeling safe and protected as if the troubles of their reality could not reach them at this moment.

"Everything will be alright in time, Usa," Mamoru whispered, his voice a calming anchor amidst the swirling emotions. He tightened his grip around her shoulders, and they continued their stroll, the gentle warmth of the late afternoon sun casting long shadows on the pavement. Chibiusa walked ahead, occasionally glancing back with a mischievous grin, her youthful spirit a reminder of the innocence they all fought to protect.

Arriving at Mako's apartment, they were greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of fried vegetables and simmering sauce. Mako-chan was already busy in the kitchen with Ami-chan, her hair tied back in a casual signature ponytail, a flour-dusted apron wrapped around their waist.

"Here comes the royal family," Chibiusa heard Minako. Artemis, Luna, and Diana are there also which is fed by Rei. She looked up with a warm smile as the trio entered, her eyes lighting up at the sight of her friends.

"H-hey, Mamoru-senpai!" the three were startled by Asanuma behind them. "Hello, Mamoru-senpaii! And Usagi-san!" he greeted enthusiastically.

"Hey!" Mamoru called him, "I'm surprised to see you here."

"Mako-senpai invited me so that you won't feel out of place when they take away Usagi-san," Asanuma said and chuckled. Mamoru looked at the girls who laughed, even Usagi chuckled at their reasoning. "Why you!" he exclaimed at Asanuma, but before he went to catch up with him. He whispered at Usagi.

"Go, and have time with them. I can always have you later." which made Usagi blush. He then went with Asanuma to the backyard. Usagi glanced at the girls, Mako stole their attention.

"Hey, you guys! I hope you're hungry because I made enough food to feed an army!" Mako called out, her voice brimming with enthusiasm. Usagi's stomach growled at the mention of food, a reminder of how long it had been since they had all gathered together like this, free from the worries of battles and enemies.

"Are you kidding? I could eat an entire army!" Usagi laughed, her eyes gleaming with anticipation. Ami, Rei, and Chibiusa shared a knowing smile, used to Usagi's insatiable appetite, while Mako chuckled, shaking her head in mock disapproval.

"Just remember to leave some for the rest of us!" Minako teased, walking over to the kitchen counter to help Mako and Ami with the finishing touches. She admired the way she moved with grace and confidence, her culinary skills unmatched among their group.

As they settled at the table, the warmth of friendship filled the room. They shared stories, laughter, and, of course, Mako's delicious cooking. Each bite was a reminder of the joy that could still be found in everyday life, even amidst the shadows of their responsibilities. Usagi savored every morsel, her laughter ringing out like music, momentarily drowning out the echoes of their past struggles.

After enjoying the feast, Mako cleared the table, and Asanuma volunteered to clean up. Chibiusa helped by stacking plates while Minako chatted animatedly about her latest ideas for their next outing, dreaming of soft, sunny picnics in the park. Ami and Rei laughed at them while Mamoru caught Usagi in the backyard staring at the sky. He went near beside her.

"You know, Usa," he said thoughtfully, "no matter what challenges we face, as long as we have each other, we can overcome anything." His voice was sincere, and Usagi felt a rush of warmth at his words.

"I know," she replied, her tone softening. "But sometimes it's hard to shake off the fear of what's to come."

Rei and Ami overhearing their conversation, chimed in with a reassuring smile. "We'll always support you, Usagi. We're a team, and together we can face anything. Plus, we have each other's backs, right?"

Chibiusa nodded enthusiastically, her small fist raised in agreement. "Yeah! We're stronger together, and I believe in all of us!"

Usagi looked at her friends, her heart swelling with emotion. "Thank you, you guys. It means the world to me."

They shared a moment of silence, a quiet understanding passing between them as they realized the strength of their bond. No matter what lay ahead, the love and friendship they shared would always light the way through the darkest of times. With renewed determination, Usagi smiled brightly, ready to embrace whatever challenges awaited them, as long as she had Mamoru, Chibiusa, and her friends by her side. The memories of their battle fade into the background, replaced by the anticipation of laughter, shared stories, and the comforting presence of their closest friends. Usagi takes Mamoru's hand, feeling a renewed sense of purpose; they are not just warriors, but a family, and together they will face whatever comes next.
