What happens when prophecy is broken? Percy takes the sky from Artemis during the fight with Atlas, but things don't go according to plan. When Artemis flees, she leaves Percy behind. Atlas marches on Olympus, threatening to destroy the gods and the entire moral world. Kronos, believing himself victorious, leaves Percy to suffer. He should have died. He didn't.

33. A Quick Update

Hello all!

I realize that this has been happening more as of late, but unfortunately the next chapter is going to be delayed once again. Chapter 33 is one that I really want to take my time to get right - not only is it the long-awaited first date between Percy and Aphrodite, but it also is going to have quite the surprise at the end. As such, it's turning into quite the beast of a chapter that is going to require a bit more thought than usual.

As such, expect the next update to occur on September 29 (That is a SUNDAY, you will note, since I will be away from home the day before). You all know the drill by now, I would suspect. This update chapter will be deleted that same day, which I have been informed deletes any comments left on it. Leave those at your own risk, though I do try to read them all if I can.
