That afternoon in Daurst Trish sat cross legged before a large open neon yellow cabinet, inside her ground floor apartment bedroom: Trish since arriving in Kinioto had decided not to live in anywhere too fancy, so she had rented a two room ground floor apartment that wasn't fancy but functional, not that she was penny pinching, but her lifestyle did not require the luxury she could afford.

Within the cabinet hung Luce and Ombra, two sais, and two daggers with deadly sharp curved edges. And Trish being in her underthings wasn't concerned about her work tool in the cabinet, but rather the two phones ringing on the floor in front of her, one to the right on the caller ID read Bounty Hunting- it was her job- the other read Mr Regal. When Trish had woken up that morning in Vom Nato's bedroom, the Viking enigma was already gone, but Trish found a note on the man's bedroom desk on which was a small framed picture of three children, and an adult;

one was stoic but almost brooding with dark hair and dark eyes, to the middle a pink haired girl beaming with a smile that made Trish smile, the third was openly brooding and looked oddly familiar but Trish could not place the face, and the adult behind the three a silver haired young man whom had half his face covered, but made it obvious he too was smiling: the picture appeared well preserved, but Trish could not shake off feeling like it was from a long time ago. She of course shrugged off the feeling and read the note.

[ Hey gorgeous did you sleep well? Hope you did, and I apologise for not being at your side to watch you wake up from your breathtaking slumber. Which really is a euphoric sight. But I had made an appointment with a friend, this is my number if you wish to call: 00270915. Even if you decide not to call I will, now have yourself a wonderful day. Miss Gloria.] NATO.

Trish had found herself blushing as she read the note, she'd thought then "what a strange human" though nothing in his stamina was humane. The man had been a beast, albeit a very tender and pleasing one, whom seemed to know all the sweet spots in the woman body. Trish had never given Nato her personal number, but since he had said he would call, Trish had waited and now with three missed calls and still an incoming transmission Trish no longer was sure she wanted to continue what they'd started the previous night.

She certainly would not admit it to anyone, but she was getting scared by how deep Nato had begun to get in her devil heart. As Trish stared at the phone Nato was calling into, she wondered, not for the first time. "What's up with this human, he's so strange." Not desiring to think upon it anymore, Trish switched off her personal phone and answered her service phone...

' Certainly... Consider it done. '

Trish began to pack up her things that afternoon, ' no need to prolong this. I'll be gone before nightfall. ' she'd said to herself, never having watched the news.

Later that evening on the 5th of September; Trish stood on the house top of the secretary of state- her bounty-: whom she had just delivered into a truck, with his mouth, hands and feet taped together. The SOS was not of course unguarded, Trish however had put them all to sleep, Trish did not like killing humans unnecessarily, except if they were hostile and thought they deserved it. Trish to the degree of her own self-composed nature was happy, she had like a excellent bounty Hunter done her job, a minute or so ago had received an alert of her payment. And also would soon be well on her way to Kono airways;

But then she heard that astoundingly familiar voice speak. ' Wonderful weather the gods are serving us this evening, don't you think miss Gloria. ' Trish had turned almost immediately, pulled out Luce from it's holster strapped to the right thigh area of her plain black jumpsuit and loosed a ordinary slug from it's chamber at Nato. As soon as the boom had filled the air, Trish had regretted her unrestrained urge to ease the irritation caused by Nato's presence which she once again had not sensed...

To the devil Trish's surprise, her innate supernatural eyesight saw as Nato's left hand moved to get in the way of the fast approaching bullet which to both of them had gotten considerably slow due to the shock of the moment, and the locomotive force which they themselves had committed to this bewildering moment. For neither Nato, nor Trish had anticipated this unwarranted irrational action which Trish had taken.

The seasoned former veteran devil Hunter was quite certain Nato's attention had been on stopping the unleashed slug (and would have) when she noticed or thought she noticed Nato's gaze shift towards her and then ceased the rising motion of his arm and allowed the slug approaching the center of his forehead hit it's intended target. His forehead. Immediately to Trish's bedazzled shock, the fired bullet flattened against Nato's forehead, and dropped to the roof:

The SOS mansion was located in a quiet and remote place inside Kinioto, beyond a thick forest, and thus not a single soul heard the shot fired, not even the truck which was now Well out of sight and hearing range. Trish and Nato were completely alone, without regard to the very unconscious disarmed guards out on the lawn and inside the mansion... Nato since arriving undetected had settled himself atop Thee chimney, not predicting or expecting such a reaction or outcome as this. He had not been planning on revealing himself as superhuman. Nato also had no idea that Trish was a devil.

' Really miss Gloria, was that really necessary? ' asked Nato feigning indifference.

He by no means wanted to show that he was shaken by the sudden bloodlust, he had felt seconds ago. A bloodlust which was now completely gone, which Nato wondered to if it was done away with or it was just on the spot reaction to some unease Gloria had felt from his presence. "Did I wear an horrid cologne this evening?" He thought.

"What the hell possessed me to do that?" Thought Trish finally recovering her mind which had been feeling in nigh incomprehension of that which has just occured. To the question she had asked herself, Trish didn't want to know the answer, so she repurposed herself and focused her mind on facts and reality.

Nato's eyes on her was steady. "What is he thinking?"

' What are you? ' asked Trish reigning in her perplexity by appearing impassive.

' A man miss Glo- '

' Trish... '

' Huh? '

' Gloria is a pseudo, my actual name is Trish. '

' Well Trish, I'm a man as much as you are a woman. Do I not appear as one. No? ' said Nato.

"You do and so do I. But am a demon, and you are... What are you really Vom Nato, and is that really your real name. It is, isn't it?" thought Trish.

' A man yes, but normal. No. For normal men cannot flatten a high speeding bullet with their foreheads. ' replied Trish desperately trying not to give anything away about how immensely curious she was about this Viking enigma that by some twisted fate she was starting to unlock.

' Would you have preferred the bullet go through? ' Trish pales, ' no, cause it really seems like you would enjoy the sight of my brain matter on this very expensive roof tiles, '

' I- I wouldn't, ' "wouldn't I?" Trish thought and immediately found herself appalled.

Watching Trish become pale in the presence of his accusation, took off all the guarded weight Nato had felt grind down upon his shoulders since the unanticipated shot was fired.

"Forty-five years" He mused. "Forty-five years since returning to earth to fulfill the promise I made to Mei, that I would one day serve this nation and it's people. Forty-five years. And not a single soul had bared witness to my inhumanity... Till now, and I've been exposed to a woman of mesmerizing and almost intoxicating beauty. Who or what are you, miss not Gloria, what else other than your name have you hidden so Well, that's kept me guessing since the moment I met you"

' It's alright gorgeous, lighten up now. I know you wouldn't- puzzled how I know? Well each and everyone of those thirty-six guards (whom unfortunately because of you have just lost their jobs,) are alive and breathing. I checked personally, before coming up here... Now though, I know you're curious to know how I have a forehead that can flatten bullets, so I'm going to put forward a question. '

' A question, what do you want to know? '

' Would you like to hear my explanations back in my penthouse over some delicious home cooked meal, and an awesomely chilled champagne? '

"That is not a question but an invitation to my execution... But what to decide... Accept or decline?"

As Trish mused the question over, she finally noticed what Nato had been wearing that darkening evening, whilst the man was looking off into the yonder; like an artist or an author caught up in their own imagination. Nato that evening was wearing a gray blue lined pants, over which is a open gray and blue cotton knee length coat, the man had come with his shredded chiseled torso bare and exposed to the easy breeze. His hands were as in a carefree manner inside the coat's pockets, which gray dominated the upper half and the blue the lower half... Trish was finally about to give her answer, when...

' Pardon me, please have your answer on hold. Those naughty boys are just about to drop the very alive and slumbering body of SOS Hatake into the waters below highway two bridge. And if I don't act now, a very humbled director general is going to ruin my covert operations. ' said Nato.

Trish found herself puzzled by Nato's words, and then without a warning the man had jumped so high off the chimney in the direction the truck had left through that he had disappeared beyond the forest just as fast as he had appeared... One single minute without her notice ticked on by, and in a blur Nato was back on the chimney like he never even left. Trish had decided to refuse his offer and say no, but standing there under the light of the moon finally breaking out from above clusters of clouds, seeing Nato had freely revealed another astounding mystery factor about himself:

'How much do you know about demon? '

' Not sure, but you can quiz me if you like. ' replied Nato amusded. "What are you getting at you vixen?" He thought.

' Then we had better eat light, it's going to be a long night. ' said Trish putting Luce back in it's holster.

Nato smiled broadly, dropped off the chimney, approached Trish, picked her up like a bride: ' Hold your breath. ' said He.

And as he carried her down the roof and off the private property in a whoosh, Trish didn't have to.

Coming home from the precinct after several hours of going from places to places and assessing the corpse at the morgue- the husband Mr Yamanaka had been called to see and confirm his wife, the man had cried his eyes out at the sight of what she had become and being filled with sorrow, and fury screamed that he wanted the head or whoever had done such evil to his wife- Captain Sienna Hatake of course sympathized, and would do everything in her power to bring the friend or fiends responsible to Justice for such an outrageous and unbelievable crime that had been done. But for the first time in years, Captain Hatake was exhausted beyond all words could explain, she had managed to grab one or four bites of meal during all the moving about.

Thus Sienna entered her apartment late that night, and found the whole place a mess. With the remaining of her reserves, Hatake fumed at the injustice done to her tidy, clean, and harmonious apartment. She searched the place for the men responsible, calling out their names in exclamation and often making use of very unladylike expletives.

' Vergil!... ' etc, etc, ' Dante!...' etc, etc, etc.

Sienna flung the door into her bedroom wide open, and would have barged in in her rage, but then standing at the doorway transfixed by the unforgettable sight before her, she ceased. Watching as two very adult brothers, snuggled up slept in peaceful rest, it was a disturbing and yet heartwarming sight which diffused all her rage.

In seconds, Sienna withdrew closing the door gently as not to disturb them, and went to the sitting room where she collapsed unto the sofa. All the rest of her reserves wiped out, and she thought with a sigh.

"At least I get to prolong the talk and shitty question and answer till tomorrow- a day of loads of work."

Captain Sienna Hatake couldn't have known the brothers wouldn't be waking up for the next two weeks.
