Story Start!

The week long internship was almost over.

"Remember, using more energy doesn't increase your speed, more control over that energy in your legs gives you a better Speed Quirk." Naruto explained as he jumped from building to building faster than a human eye could track. He had his hands in his pockets, and he watched as the 4 students and Burnin were following after him as quickly as they could.

Burnin was in the best physical condition and had the best body, but the least amount of chakra control since she JUST got it.

The other girls who had gotten basic control training on the other hand, were all now about at the same level of control. Momo still had the overall worst control, but she wasted much less chakra than before, and only practice would allow her to completely close that gap. All of them would appear to be blurs to the crowd down below them of course. A very experienced pro hero would be able to react to their current speed to some degree.

To the untrained and inexperienced masses, the speed they were all using would make them pretty much invisible to the eye.

"I've never gone so fast in my life!" Burnin laughed as she jumped from building to building. Even when she used her hair flames to fly around, she wasn't able to go as fast as she was now. She doubted that even Endeavor would be able to match the raw speed she was able to run with. She sent the Chakra 'Quirk' from her stomach and into her hair, and the flames grew much brighter. She managed to close the distance between herself and Naruto by switching from running to flying.

No wonder if could be all over Japan if THIS was how fast he was.

"Oh, you can fly... aha! You're using the Chakra Quirk to enhance your actual Quirk, that's pretty cool." Naruto upped the speed he was using in response. The fact was that he was still holding back a lot of his speed. He could cross the entire country of Japan with ease in just seconds if he really put the pedal to the medal. It would be easier than the time he crossed the entire country of the Land of Lightning, a land about the size of this world's China, in the span of a minute or two without transforming.

Well, this training wasn't about him showing off.

But he couldn't allow the Interns or his new Sidekick to upstage him either, so Naruto kicked things up a notch and doubled the speed he was using. He glanced behind him, and saw Burnin's shocked expression, though none of the interns were shocked that he could go faster.

"Okay, so you guys can control your speed a lot better now. Now, try to maintain this speed while using as little chakra as possible." Naruto explained with a grin. All of them, except for Tsuyu for some reason, were wasting a bit of chakra while maintaining a constant speed. "Also, remember, raise your hand if you've having trouble reacting to your surroundings." Naruto switched so that he was jumping between buildings backwards.

Jiro raised her hand, but she wasn't the only one, Momo and Ochako raised their hands as well. All of them were moving fast, but they were just barely reacting to each step they were taking. Burning didn't raise her hand, but it would seem that she was an experienced heroine so this wasn't a huge change to her.

"Okay then, well... drop your speed to a level that you can react to your surroundings, and THAT is the speed you should fight at. This is just the speed you should go from place to place with... maybve go slower so you can react to criminals." Naruto didn't figure they would be able to find criminals if they couldn't react properly to their surroundings. Naruto proved this, because moments later he jumped off the building and with his elbow, knocked out a criminal who was trying to set fire to a clothing store with her quirk. Naruto knocked the woman out in the blink of an eye, and he jumped back up to the top of the building.

'Even without transforming, his experience with this speed means he can...'

'I can save so much money on not taking the train to school anymore!' Ochako wasn't like Momo, who was analyzing Naruto's speed. Instead, she was just happy, because her newfound boost to her speed meant that she would never have to take a train again. They had already crossed most of Japan with how fast they were going, and it had only been a short few minutes. They actually easily outstripped the trains they passed by.

No more train for her, meant more money in her pocket for other things.

"I can do that too!" Burnin stated as she scrunched up her entire body and looked around, looking for any sign of another criminal in the area. She resumed flying with her flames when she didn't find a criminal to capture. She sighed and flew towards Naruto, who had lowered his speed so that they could catch up and hear his lesson. 'No wonder he got to Number 2 so quickly, he can just capture villains before they can react to him being there... but now that I'm this fast, I should be able to do the same thing.' Burnin continued to scan the area.

Naruto stopped so that he was standing on the side of a skyscraper.

"Okay everyone, we're going to call it here and head back after having some lunch. So follow me up to the top." Naruto stated, and Burnin flew up next to him. Tsuyu jumped and landed on the side of the building.

"Sir... we can't walk on buildings."

"Of course you can, didn't I teach you how to climb trees with this quirk?" Naruto asked them with a roll of his eyes.

"You... didn't though, you taught us how to walk on water." Jiro corrected Naruto with a deadpan tone. Naruto stared down at Momo, Ochako, and Jiro, who were all kind of stuck on top of the building they were standing on.

"Of course I did, I taught it to you before..." Naruto stopped talking and thought about it. "... oh... I forgot to teach that to you." Naruto realized it too late that he really did forget to teach them how to do that. Naruto hopped off the side of the building, and he lifted a leg to show the bottom of his feet. "... well, it's a lot like making a quirk to walk on water, but instead of like a floatie, it's like a suction cup... you guys can practice this one on your own time, since we don't have time to teach you left in the internship." Naruto laughed a little awkwardly.

Whoops, that should have been something he taught them sooner.

"I can fly, so walking on water or sticking to stuff is kind of useless."

"No, you're still going to learn how to do it. You have good reserves of energy, but pretty bad control, so you waste too much energy when you enhance yourself." Naruto corrected Burning as Tsuyu landed back down on the rooftop.

"... How am I suppose to learn this trick, when I can already stick to stuff?" Tsuyu asked him, since she could already stick to surfaces, the lesson was kind of... hard for her when it came naturally to her body. Naruto looked at her, and studied up and down her body.

"Can you do it without your hands?" Naruto asked her.

"No, I need my hands to stick to surfaces."

"Then do it without your hands." Naruto corrected her. Just because she COULD stick to surfaces already, didn't mean it wouldn't help her to learn how to do it without her quirk. "Okay, you 4 can eat lunch wherever you want, my treat." Naruto pulled his wallet out and tossed it to Ochako. "Burnin, the two of us should head back to the office now anyway." Naruto changed the plans when he got a message from Shikamaru on his phone.

Hey Naruto, come bring Burnin, you two need to do some paperwork.

"Paperwork?" Burnin asked when she looked at his phone. She groaned in general annoyance, but knew that this would need to happen if she wanted to start getting paid. Naruto nodded his head, and she groaned again. "Whatever boss, lets go get that done... race you there! Loser does the winner's paperwork!" Burnin jumped, and she flew off at full speed.

Naruto blinked, and she was out of sight.

Naruto raised an eyebrow.

"I'm going to give her a few mores seconds, just to make beating her funnier." Naruto explained when the students all looked at him, wondering why he didn't run off to beat her. Naruto made a few popping noises, before he vanished from sight. He left the 4 students alone with his wallet, and when Ochako opened it up, she gasped and dropped it.

There was so much cash in his wallet!

He was rich!
