At a dig site in Egypt, the O'connells were going over the map of the area they had made.
"We should be close to the antechamber," said Evelyn.
"How much do you bet that another mummy shows up?" asked Alex while sitting on a crate and playing with a puzzle box.
"Please don't say that," said Rick.
"The last thing we need is a jinx like that to hit us," he said.
"Never took you for the superstitious type, Rick," came a voice from behind them along with the sound of the tent flaps moving.
"Indiana Jones, what are you doing here?" asked Rick as he turned to find the other archaeologist standing before him.
"I was in the area and heard about your dig and thought I would stop by to check in on all of you," said Indi while the men shared a quick hug.
"Well it's great to see you, Indi," said Evevlyn.
"Wow, I can't believe I'm meeting the Indiana Jones," said Alex.
"Please, my adventures are nothing like your family's where you fought with mummies; now, what is this about a jinx?" asked Indi.
"Basically you just said it, we don't want another mummy showing up," said Rick. A commotion from outside then got everyone's attention.
"What's going on?" asked Alex as a worker rushed inside.
"We have discovered a large door," said the worker.
"Let's check it out," said Indi. Down in a large hole, the four found themselves standing before two large iron doors.
"I don't recognize those markings," said Evelyn while pointing at the strange symbols on the doors.
"Something about thi… agh!" screamed Alex while suddenly collapsing into the sand and grabbing his head.
