The people in the hidden leaf village mourned for the death of the third hokage as they held a funeral for their hero who risked their life to defeat orochimaru after the events of the chunin exams. Naruto who had been apart of Hiruzens life felt depressed over the loss of a father figure who had been there for him when he was alone. Naruto knew he would have to be stronger and continue his training so he can definitely protect those he cared about so something like this wouldn't happen.

Danzo and the council had held a meeting as they were to discuss on their plans for the reconstruction of the hidden leaf village. However danzo had other plans. He wanted to have the power of the nine tails at his disposal as he never got the chance since Hiruzen always intervened. During the attack of the invasion when the sand village attacked during the chuunin exams. The nine tailed Jinchuuriki had caused chaos against the one tailed jinchuuriki Gaara. Naruto unleashed the one tails power from the ninetails as he destroyed a lot in the village. Because he had awakened such destructive power danzo knew he can use this to his advantage. Many people wanted this boy gone so what better way to do it then to act now as he felt the council would agree with his ways.

"So who will become the next hokage, surely now is the time a new leader should rise to show the people of the hidden leaf a strong leader" said danzo with a serious tone as he observed the members of the council

"You are right danzo but why not jiraiya" asked one of the members

"That man is always running around with his spy network of course he wouldn't be up to it" said danzo as he saw other members started to give him looks

"Okay but what about tsunade, surely she could fit the role" said a lady who turned out to be sakuras mother.

"That lady has been of no help but running around collecting debts and drinking all day, she is not a reliable leader to lead especially she's still dealing with her loss" said danzo

"Those are the only ones I can think who are capable to leading" said Sakuras mother

"Shouldn't we be worrying about the damage caused in the leaf, and besides jiraiya is planning to bring back tsunade to fill up the position of hokage" said shikaku

"Very well and now I hope you are all aware of the the boy who possesses the nine tails, after his destruction, I don't think it is safe for him to stay any longer" said danzo as he knew if he couldn't fill in the role of hokage, he could at least try to banish the boy and kill him outside the village and gain his powers before the new hokage gets appointed.

"Your quite right danzo, that boy is too dangerous, he is too destructive and almost destroyed half of the village" said one of the members of the council

"Are you serious, that Naruto kid just saved us. He was able to defeat the one tailed Jinchuuriki and was able to stop the small forces of the invasion, this doesn't feel fair at all" said shikaku as he couldn't believe this plan was going to happen

"You said it yourself shikaku, that boy just destroys and I for one like to say that for the safety of this village I vote for the boy to be banished" said sakuras mother

"Me too" said another member

"I as well"

"My vote goes to banish the boy as well"

"Well that concluded our decision, the boy is too leave the village tonight" said danzo with a smirk as he knew he would happily take advantage of the nine tails power and harness it as a weapon as it should have been used from the beginning.

Naruto had returned to the village early as jiraiya had teleported tsunade to get taken care of at the hospital as she fell in a coma after their battle with orochimaru. Naruto was about to head home when he saw anbu appear in front of him blocking his path.

"Uzumaki Naruto, you are summoned at the hokages office" said one of the anbu

"What! What for?" Asked Naruto as he was confused who would needed to speak with him.

"Danzo and the council have demanded for you to appear now!" Said the anbu again more aggressively

Naruto just nodded and ran to the hokages office. As he entered the members of the council and danzo all looked at him with serious expressions of their faces. The same faces he didn't like to see when he was younger. It was the same feeling all over again.

"Why have I been called?" Asked Naruto as he didn't see anybody in charge of this meeting

"Naruto uzumaki, after your destructive behavior against the sand ninja during the invasion it has been decided to banish you from konoha" said danzo as he stood infront of him

"What?! But why! What did I do?" Yelled Naruto. This announcement hurt him as a ton of bricks just hit him for he didn't know how to deal with this situation

"Your destructive power is harmful to the village and it is our best interests to banish you. I will also be taking this" said danzo as he removed the hidden leaf ninja headband as he had his eyes on him like a hawk.

Where am I supposed to go?! I don't know what to do! was what Naruto was thinking in his mind as he couldn't believe this would be happening. Tears started to form in his eyes and he didn't want to look weak but all those sinister looks he's receiving from all the council members made him turn around quickly and run out the doors.

Naruto quickly ran as he packed his stuff. He didn't believe this was actually happening. He saved this village from harm and this is how he was being repaid. No other genin his age would've been able to stop gaara as he should've been chuunin and been thanked by the council but no, at the end of the day he is only viewed as a monster. Naruto walked out his apartment as he saw anbu were already waiting for him as they escorted him to the front gates.

As he reached the front gates, danzo and his guards were waiting for him ready to banish him. However as he saw closely, all the Jonin senseis and the rest of the shinobi forces were there as well as they couldn't believe this announcement had been confirmed.

"We are here today to announce that Naruto uzumaki will be banished and he is to not return to the hidden leaf for unleashing the demons power and causing destruction during the invasion" said danzo

Everyone else couldn't believe this order was being made without the approval of an official kage. Naruto already standing at the front gates as he turned around and saw their faces one last time.

"You know what I'm glad you guys are kicking me out. This place has been nothing but torture to me, you all treated me like shit since I was a kid and you all wished me dead" yelled Naruto as he was starting to form tears in his eyes. "If I die I hope you'll all be happy that I'm gone" said Naruto as most of the jonin sensei gave a worried look at him that they couldn't do anything for him but just pray for his safety

Naruto left the village as he ran letting the tears flow and flow as he didn't want to look back again anymore. He ran and ran until he was far enough away. He hated the villagers. He hated the way they all gave him looks. He hated how he never had what other kids had. He couldn't believe it anymore. This was his destiny. To die alone as a monster. No friends no love no future. Just pure loneliness.
