Chapter 68 Dragon Master
I don't own Kamen Rider Ryuki or Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.
After the battle and Fei confesing her love to Jin it's been nice, they had a few more days to stay before going back to Paris and the group didn't mind since when are they going to go see China again, Jin was walking around the city going to meet someone again.
"I hope he can give me the answers I need."Jin said.
He arrives back at the temple and sees Chin sitting in front of the dragon statue, Chin had his eyes closed before he opened them."So you have returned."
"Yes."Jin walks towards him.
"You have done well, you have shown the ways of a true Golden Dragon."Chin said and Jin sits in front of him.
"Can you tell me more about my ancestor?"Jin asked.
Chin chuckles and said:"I expected that."He then took out painting that showed Gen, the first one was just him as a Ninja."Gen arrived in the lands and found a woman that he calle his true love."
Jin then remembers the scroll he had and the next image Chin showed him was of the same woman.
"Her name was Kasumi Tsurugi."
"Tsurugi!"Jin was shocked."As in Kagami's ancestor?!"
"I don't know who this Kagami is but if she is her descendant then you are fated to meet together since Kasumi's heart was never the same after Gen vanished making her sad that she had to marry another man just to continue her family blood."Chin said.
Jin puts a hand on his cheek to accept what he just heard, both he and Kagami fell in love similar to they're ancestors.
"But this is not the end of your ancestor."Chin then shows a image of Gen wearing a red and black outfit."He gained a special charm that allowed him to gain great power, he used that to protect the things that he loved, even Kasumi when they were still together."He then shows him fighting against a army of barbarians."He fought many warriors alone and always won, through his own will and determination."He then shows Gen kneeling to a monk who granted him the sword and power band."Then he was gifted with the chance to become a dragon master and guardian of the band."He shows a image that looked like Gen stronger."He used this form to fight many evils and conquer everything but."He then showed a image of Gen giving the items back."He decided to quit to start a family, he wanted to marry Kasumi but something terrible happened."He then shows him on a boat fighting against a storm."A storm appeared and it dragged Gen making him vanish."
Jin now realised this is what happened.
"Many have thought his bloodline ended with him but it brings me joy to see that he did have a child and his family went on with you."Chin said.
Jin looks down and thinks about it, many are expecting him to be a great hero like his ancestor.
"But what about the Power Bands, the dragon master title, what do they have to do with the Miraculous?"Jin asked.
"The power bands can be considered a sister item to the Miraculous but they came first, they were powerful items made to create powerful guardians of the zodiacs where a mighty warrior for each may be born, the Miraculous were created by a different group but they used the same powers as the Power Bands, but they many sought them out since the bands could only be revealed through the true chosen wielder, so the Dragon master became a protector of the Miraculous, should anyone try to take them by force from the master he can push them away with his power, the true purpose of the dragon master is to protect the Miraculous, since the creators gave them magical powers that should not have been tampered."Chin said.
"So I'm supposed to keep them away from like Hawk Moth, what about the Fei's miraculous?"Jin asked.
"That was a prototype of the miraculous that is dangerous to the wrong wielder but Fei is the true one."Chin said.
"So that's why."Jin said and he lifts his sleeve up revealing the band."But what about the powers of my band?"
"It gives you the powers and skills of many warriors, like those of the past, which includes even Gen."Chin said."But you must master it."
Jin looks at the band and said:"So I just need to train, you said there were more, what happened to the other bands?"
Chin gets up and looks to the statue."They are hidden away, waiting for the dragon master to come back and retrieve them."
Jin got up and said:"Wait I have to look for them now?"
"Yes, because it's the only way to protect it from the evil, you might refuse this but be warned that without a Dragon master good may fail."Chin said.
Jin thinks about it, he already had the rider decks to protect now he has to find these bands before guys like Hawk Moth do.
"Well okay, when do I start?"He asked.
"Right now."Chin said."You must continue what your ancestor did, where they are the Band will tell you."
Jin looks at it and lifts the band up making his drago mark glow, then his sees a vision, he sees a dark forest and it was night time, he then saw a man in red running foward, it was Gen and he was wearing a outfit that was like Ryu Hayabusa's from the recent games but with Red on the chest and arms with a dragon going around from his left leg to his right arm, the chest also has a symbol that represents wind, water and lightning with a choker on his neck, he also has a sword on his back that was red along with wielding the dragon master sword, he then arrives at a cave and goes inside it, he ealks foward until he finds a wall, he puts his hand on it making it glow with red kanji and then it opens, he saw a shrine of stone and wood there before he used his powers making the Power Bands to to the shrine where they were all put on, he then closes the entrance making sure that they would be safe, he walks outside but then he senses something dangerous and he looks up.
Jin notices where he was looking and he looks up to see a evil shogun looking warrior that was purple with moth like wings coming out from his back, he has a helmet that was like a monster mixed with a moth and he has the Butterfly Miraculous on his neck.
"Dark Moth!"Gen said.
"Ryu Senshi, where are the miraculous?!"He demanded.
"I will not tell you, you monster."Gen said.
"Fool, I am the true ruler of this land, soon I will conquer this entire world with that power."He then summons a army of dark warriors that he controls making Gen get ready to battle, Gen charges foward with his swords and they met in the middle before it stopped.
Jin's eyes widen and he was breathing hard making Chin look at him."Did you found them?"
"I know where they're hidden but the exact place will be hard."Jin said.
"Of course, Gen hid them away to the point not even the masters know, he wanted them to be safe until his family would have a worthy warrior to find them once more."Chin said.
"I know understand."Jin said."I even saw that he protected the Miraculous."
"Yes, at one time before he defeated Dark Moth, he defended them with the Ladybug of his time."Chin said.
Jin got surprised and said:"Really, any reason why?"
"Because they guardian died so in his dying breath he gave it Gen, but a miracle happened since instead of Gen losing his memories when he renounced it he kept them, many of the guardians were in shocked with some even demanding his death to keep them a secret but one stepped in, he said that Gen has proven to be a great warrior and someone that deserved to keep his memories, some even say it was his Dragon Marking that made it possible, but that's a story for another time, you must go on your journey."Chin said and Jin nodded.
Later Jin was on the city thinking about the power bands and where Gen hid them, he could ask for Iris and Hitoshi but he needs them to look after Marinette so what happened last time doesn't happen.
"Jin."He looks back to see Fei smiling.
"Oh Fei."He smiled but she then kissed him making him blush when she broke it."Uh, thanks."
"It seems your troubled."She said.
"Yeah, remember what Chin gave me?"he asked.
Since she knows his secret, she is a person he can trust since unlike the miraculous users he can at least his powers.
"Yes."She nodded.
He then whispers to her."He gave me a quest to find the power bands."She got surprised."I was going to ask some friends but I need them to stay."
She then smiles and said:"Then I'll go with you and find them."
He smiled and said:"Thanks."
"Well when do we start?"She asked.
"Let me just make a quick call."he then goes off and tells Marinette he'll be going out with Fei for a bit, she understood."And I'm done."he smiles at Fei.
They then walk together to find the power bands of old, the same bands that have the power to surpass even the miraculous, will they be able to succeed, find out next time.
Note:Yes, I'm adding more to Shanghai with Jin knowing more of his Ancestor's past and looking for the power bands, Dark Moth like it was shown is a past Hawk Moth of course no relation to him it's just the same miraculous being used for evil, now to answer the reviews:"Guest I wanted to make something different maybe a few but that's it, Guest-zx never seen it."
