Hello. My Name is DeathlyJazzHands55, or that's my pseudonym, anyway. My real name does not exactly matter when it comes in regard to this fanfiction; all that matters is that you're here, you found this story, and now you're reading it! For any new readers, I want to go ahead and explain a few things before we get started on the actual story. This is important. If you skip past this part and go on ahead without reading this disclaimer, and something shows up that freaks you the fuck out, don't come crying to me about it or leave a review or comment saying that it "came out of nowhere" because you actively avoided the warning at the beginning.
This is the first thing that any new reader sees, and it basically acts as a catch-22 and keeps me from getting in trouble with those who would flame randomly. Not only that, but it shields me from the more sensitive types because, again, if you skip past this, then it is your own fault for walking in blind.
With that being said: I want to issue a quick warning regarding the content of this story. If you are below the age of 16, I strongly suggest you do not read this particular fanfic; I've labelled it M for Mature for a reason. The only reason why it isn't rated as E for Explicit is because it does not meet the requirement for that kind of rating. However, if you are curious as to what this story will cover, allow me to give you a brief rundown of the topics that you should expect to see when starting this passion project of mine.
In no particular order, My Hero Academia: Dynamite And A Laserbeam will cover the following:
Rape. Abuse. Sexual Abuse. Physical Abuse. Pornographic Material. Excessive Blood and Gore. References to Drugs and Alcohol. Use of Drugs and Alcohol. Child Sexual Exploitation. Mentions of and or implications of Child Rape. Child Abuse. And Mentions of and or implications of Child Sexual Abuse.
Now, so as to not let people get the wrong idea of my personal character: I do not like, endorse, condone, or enjoy any of the following, with the only thing being Blood and Gore, depending on if it is necessary. I can't believe I have to say this, but just because I wrote it, does not mean I like it, nor do I enjoy it. I fucking hate it, and that's the point. Everything I write within this story has purpose and meaning; whether it is a critique, bringing awareness to certain things, or for shock value (which I won't lie, some of it is). I don't write something without giving it a proper reason to exist.
I know that Fanfic isn't exactly the place to cover these kinds of topics, seeing as all of the times I've seen other people write it, they are met with either heavy critique or people baselessly accusing them of "enjoying what they write" or what have you; and while in some cases that is the case, for me it is not. However, just because that is the vocal consensus, and what is wildly accepted to be the "right thing to do" does not mean I am going to follow that.
This is my story, and what I write in it is for me to decide, not you or anyone else for that matter. So long as it does not go against the Terms Of Service, then I am within my right to write about whatever it is I deem necessary to forward the plot of this particular story.
Of course, this should go without saying, but I do not own the rights to My Hero Academia/Boku No Hero Academia, nor do I own the rights to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure/JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. This is a fan-based fiction, written to express my love for both IPs, nothing more, and nothing less. All credit for the original works goes to the license holders: Shueisha, Shonen Jump Magazine, Ultra Jump Magazine, VIZ Media, Kohei Horokoshi, and Hirohiko Araki.
The ONLY thing I own in terms of this Fanfic are the Original Characters that appear within this fan-based work, as well as the titular main character of the fanfic, Yoshihara Kira.
