What if the rowdyruff boys grew tired of being evil?
Boomer was walking down the street. he had his hair tied back in a ponytail instead of pigtails. he was looking down at the $90 he had gotten for the apples he and his brothers had grown.
he bumped into someone and hid the money behind his back by instinct.
"you okay?" the girl asked. she wore a strawberry red long-sleeved dress, a loose black belt and white sneakers while her long, bright orange hair was in a high ponytail that curled slightly as it came closer to the ground tied with a red ribbon.
"I'm fine, thanks for asking" Boomer mumbled, bringing the money into her view as he spoke.
"well, have a good day" the girl replied while Boomer looked at her large, bubblegum pink eyes.
that was when the two seemed to realize who each other were.
"Boomer!?" "Blossom!?"
the next thing Boomer knew, he was zooming down the street, trying to get to the house as fast as he possibly could. he quickly stopped when he started leaving clear marks in the concrete.
"sorry!" he yelled behind him before he began cautiously walking the rest of the way. that was the first time he used super speed in weeks.
when he got home he tossed his jacket on the coat rack and put the money on the table.
"how'd it go?" Brick asked from the table where he was reading a book on farming he had borrowed from the library the day before.
"pretty good, but I bumped into Blossom on the way home" Boomer admitted.
"what!? did she say something?" Brick panicked, standing up and dropping his book onto the table at the same time.
"no, I ran almost immediately after realizing it was her" Boomer explained.
"good reaction" Brick calmed down, sitting back down and going to grab the book.
