"Do you really think he knows how to swing? Or is that just special effects?" Ladybug asked Cat, as they watched Spider-Man. Cat grinned, reaching for a mouthful of popcorn. "Is my Lady jealous?"
"Sure, like I want webbing coming out of my hands. And I prefer my yo-yo," she looked at fondly before turning back to the movie. She had to admit she was impressed as Spider-Man hung upside down, giving a kiss to his love interest.
"Oh, I could so totally do that," Ladybug reached into the bowl, brushing her hand against Cat's and blushing. "ladybugs may be small, but we're mighty." "You want to test it out? We could go up to the roof?" Cat suggested. "Do you think its a good idea, though? It looks like its going to rain any moment."
"A little water never hurt anyone," Cat paused the movie, standing up to give Ladybug a hand. "Bold words coming from the guy who doesn't like water," she teased.
It was cool and cloudy on the roof, and Ladybug launched her yo-yo. "If I don't make it back alive, I give the flowered chest to Adrien Agreste," Ladybug told Cat, then launched herself over the side.
The feeling of being upside was slightly nauseating at first, but it sure was a different perspective on the world. Just then, the sky rumbled and rain begin tumbling down.
"Cat?" Ladybug called, over the water. "Cat?" She squeaked as her partner appeared, upside down but still handsome. "Why aren't you up top?" Ladybug asked.
"I'm re-creating the scene," Cat said, placing his warm hands on her cold, soaked cheeks. Ladybug was about to protest, but as Cat's lips met his, the world faded away.
The rain fell around the heroes, but to them, it hardly existed. "Much better then the movie," Ladybug blushed as Cat helped her down. "You got the knack of the superhero pose," Cat told her, "and I couldn't be more proud."
