Chapter 5: Mmm~Magine's Mmm~Magi-Magi Training! Here comes the Mmm~Magiranger!
Two weeks after leaving N-City, the five were inside the forest surrounded by oak trees as the starry night sky appeared alongside the bright moonlight. As the bots sat around the campfire, Kaito appeared out of the darkness while holding an armful of twigs before placing them on the fire.
Kaito: Well, I think this will do. We'll stay out here for the night; I think that we've finally made it to P-City so we'll continue tomorrow.
After Kaito sat down in between Gaon and Vroon, he began to warm himself up from the fire as Juran shook his head before sighing from annoyance.
Juran: I don't get why we couldn't have kept going to find an Inn to stay for the night...
From Juran's complaint, Gaon had a tick mark on his head before speaking up.
Gaon: Because I need to rest too jackass! Kaito, you're so kind for allowing us to stay here! I'm so grateful!
Kaito: No worries Gaon, and besides it's about that time for you guys to charge yourselves. Who knows how far civilization is.
Vroon: I agree, we have been traveling for a long time. I think we do need to rest for the night.
Kaito: Thank you Vroon, besides sleeping outside in the forest isn't so bad! You could admire and count the stars that's out tonight!
Kaito began to lean backwards before laying on his back to stare at the sky as the rest of the bots looked up to see the stars.
Magine: I-It really i-is pretty to l-look at. Mmm~...
The rest of the bots began to lay down as well before the five sighed from comfort.
Gaon: Wow, there's so many tonight!
Juran: Yeah, I do agree that it's gorgeous to look at.
Kaito: See, I told you guys. Every time I stare out to admire the stars, it just reminds me that with each Sentai Gear we unlock we're just one step closer to becoming the greatest team out there! Which I have to ask...
Kaito began to sit up to look at the bots better.
Kaito: Besides helping me get to where I am, what are your guy's dreams?
From the question, Magine's eyes widened as she held her breath before Juran spoke up.
Juran: We don't have dreams, we're robots remember?
Kaito: No, I mean what is your guy's goal in life? What is something that you want to accomplish in the future?
Everyone was silent for a moment until the four sat up as Magine proceeded to lay down.
Vroon: Huh...I don't have an answer for that...
Juran: Me neither, I guess we've never thought of that before.
Gaon: Are you sure that not helping you counts? Because I want nothing but to make sure that you're always happy Kaito!
From the question, Kaito scratched the back of his neck with an unsure look on his face.
Kaito: I mean, I guess. But, I want to see you guys achieve your own goals too.
Magine: W-We don't have dreams, we're r-robots! Now I-I'm going to sleep! G-Good night!
Magine turned to lay on her side with her arms crossed facing away from the guys as they were confused by her response.
Juran: What's her problem?
Vroon: She must be tired; we should leave her be.
As they continued to whisper to each other, she began to tear up as she softly started to whimper.
Later as the sun was rising, Gaon in his lion form was walking past the trees before stopping as they gasped loudly when they spotted the city from the distance. They saw a large clock tower surrounded by homes, businesses and buildings alongside rivers with a bridge and a steamboat carrying boxes of materials to the dock.
Kaito: Wow! Guys, we've finally made it to P-City!
Juran: Finally! Let's see what this place has to offer for us!
Later inside the city, the five were walking around a small town with Gaon back to his normal form seeing multiple different shops alongside everyone entering and exiting each store.
Kaito: Well, we found the gift shops. I think that we have enough money, so do you know what that means?
Suddenly, all five of them simultaneously yelled "SHOPPING SPREE" before they all ran in different directions leaving dust behind. Juran stopped to stare at a car oil shop before looking through the window to see different types of oil causing his eyes to widen with sparkles admiring the view. Gaon stopped to see a café filled with cats causing him to gasp loudly before whispering "cat café" to himself zooming inside. Vroon began to walk past different shops before stopping to see a shop that looks like a home with clock displays. He noticed the sign near the entrance before adjusting his glasses to read it.
Vroon: "9 5 DO"? Huh, I wonder what this shop is about.
After entering inside, a cash register was heard before Vroon exit the store holding multiple bags of different type of clocks while wearing a large clock chain around his neck and a steampunk hat as he whispered to himself "so many clocks".
Meanwhile, Magine was wondering around the area until she spotted a small building that reads "Miss Maanasik's Fortune Telling". After entering inside, Magine saw the same old fortune teller from N-City rubbing a crystal ball.
Maanasik: Welcome, welcome! Let me read your fo-!
Maanasik stopped when she saw Magine enter causing her to sigh before saying "not you again".
Magine: MMM~?! Y-You're that same fortune teller t-that told mmm~e that S-Sarp was in t-the zoo! Y-You lied!
Maanasik: Yes, I did. You didn't have any money, so I sent you where you belong; with the monkeys in the zoo.
Magin's face turned red before she stomped from frustration.
Magine: Y-Your such a mmm~ean old hag! W-Why are y-you here?! Mmm~?!
Maanasik: I foretold that N-City would be attack by an army of skeletons and robots, so I took the opportunity to move to the next city before it happened. And look what happened, the city was blown sky high by some terrorist egomaniac. Now, are you going to ask nothing but questions or are you going to sit down so that I can read your future? But if you don't have money like last time, then you can get out.
Magine puffed her cheeks as she crossed her arms before stepping closer to sit across the woman.
Magine: I-I don't like you, b-but I actually do h-have money this t-time and I-I want t-to know something i-important! Mmm~!
Maanasik: Okay, what is it that you need to know young one?
From the question, she began to fiddle her fingers as she mumbled "mmm~" before finding the courage to say it.
Magine: U-Um...W-Will I ever h-have a dream? N-Not the dreams t-that you see w-when you sleep, I-I'm talking about w-what I want to a-achieve in the f-future. Mmm~...
Maanasik quickly looked up at Magine with a confused look on her face.
Maanasik: "A dream"? Why does a bot such as yourself care if you have a dream or not?
Magine suddenly sat up straight as her face turned red before shaking her head.
Magine: Um! N-No reason! J-Just tell me, p-please! Mmm~!
Maanasik rolled her eyes before she shrugged her shoulders as she proceeded to wave her hands near the crystal ball to look closer to it. As she looked closer, she repeated "I see" causing Magine to hold her hands closer to her chest holding her breath. Suddenly, she looked up at Magine before saying "nothing" causing her eyes to widen before standing up from yelling "WHAT DO YOU MEAN "NOTHING?!"
Maanasik: I mean, I don't see anything. It's a logical answer, it's natural that a bot doesn't have a dream. You are only a man-made object that's created for one purpose that benefits humans.
From what Maanasik said, Magine stopped for a moment saying nothing before placing five hundred yen on the table as she quickly walked back towards the entrance without saying a word. After leaving the building, she stood near the entrance for a moment before tears began to build up as she started to sob. After grabbing hold of her face, she sat down to lean her back on the building before hearing Kaito's voice in a distance. As his voice was getting closer, Magine quickly wiped her tears before standing up to dust off of her skirt and legs before Kaito walked around the corner to see her.
Kaito: Oh, Magine! I finally found one of you guys!
Magine had an awkward posture leaning against the wall as she nervously laughed.
Magine: O-Oh, yeah! U-Um…H-Here I am! I-I just left from a f-fortune t-teller! Just t-to read my f-fortunes, n-nothing special at a-all! Mmm~!
From her weird response, Kaito raised a brow before quickly dismissing it.
Kaito: Um...Okay. But you've actually visited a fortune teller? Did you ask who was going to be your future boyfriend?
From the question, Magine loudly mumbled "MMM~" as her face turned bright red before Kaito began to laugh loudly patting her left shoulder.
Kaito: I'm just teasing you, come on. Let's go find the rest so that we can book a hotel for the night.
After walking ahead, Magine stayed in the same spot still thinking about what Maanasik said until she heard Kaito's voice again quickly following him. As they continued to search for the rest of the bots, Kaito noticed that Magine had a sad look on her face causing him to frown.
Kaito: Hey, Magine. Last night, I didn't mean to offend you. I'm sorry if I did and if that was a personal question to ask you guys.
From the sudden apology, Magine looked at Kaito with a surprised look mumbling "mmm~?!"
Magine: N-No! I-It's fine, y-you don't have t-to apologize for that! I-I wasn't o-offended! I-I promise! Mmm~!
Kaito was quickly relieved as he wiped the sweat from his brow.
Kaito: Oh thank goodness! I felt so bad when you seemed so visibly upset last night, I thought that I asked something that I shouldn't have asked! But you seem upset about something. What's bothering you? If you don't mind me asking of course.
Magine looked away as she started to twirl her fingers together. Before she could answer, she stopped when Kaito accidentally bumped into a middle aged woman with black neck length hair wearing a light blue top uniform with a blue jean skirt holding a large brown paper bag. From impact, she accidentally dropped her bag shattering the glass inside spilling liquid onto the concrete.
Kaito: Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! I wasn't paying attention! L-Let me help you!
Before Kaito could do anything, the woman rose her hand to stop him.
?: No, it's fine. I can fix it.
The woman reached into her pocket to grab a black and gold flip phone to flip it open revealing a red tip. She then tapped three numbers onto her phone before saying "Magiine Magiine". She pointed the phone towards the bag as it began to reverse the damages before flying back to her arms surprising both Magine and Kaito from the sight of her ability.
Magine: MMM~?! H-How did you manage t-to do that?!
Kaito: T-That was magic, right?! Are you-?!
Before she answered, she looked at the two with a motherly smile.
?: Yes, I am Ozu Urara from the Sorcerer Family. MagiBlue.

From shock, Kaito's eyes widened as he yelled from excitement before Magine placed her finger near her chin.
Magine: "B-Blue"? D-Does that mean that she's-?
Kaito: In the Sentai Culture! Magine, she's a part of the team that you're based on!
From hearing what Kaito said, Magine was taken aback as she loudly mumbled "MMM~".
Urara: I'm sorry that we had to meet in this way, I just finished shopping. I can tell that you two are fans, I have plenty of time to take some pictures.
From the misunderstanding, Kaito quickly shook his head denying the offer.
Kaito: Oh, no that's not it m'am! I-I mean I am a fan but you know my parents! My name is Goshikida Kaito, the son of Goshikida Mitsuko and Isao!
Urara gasped loudly before dropping her bag again as she speed walked closer to him to grab hold of his hands.
Urara: Oh my gosh, are you really Kaito?! You've grown up so fast! I remember you when you were just a baby!
As the two hugged each other, she noticed Magine before walking towards her.
Urara: And your Magine, right? I've heard a lot about you! You are so adorable!
From her sudden compliments, Magine's face turned red causing her to loudly mumble "MMM~" until they heard Juran's voice call out both Kaito and Magine's name. The three turned to see Juran make his way towards them alongside Gaon and Vroon holding a bunch of bags.
Urara: Oh, are they the other bots that Mitsuko and Isao created?
Kaito: They are! Guys! Come here! We found another hero from the Sentai Culture!
Gaon gasped loudly yelling "REALLY" before forcefully giving Vroon his bags to run towards Urara.
Gaon: It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Sentai human lady! I hope that you'll get along with Kaito and I!
As the two made it to the group, Magine whispered "he left us out again" before Urara began to chuckle from Gaon's demeanor.
Urara: Of course we'll get along, I want to also get along with the rest of your siblings as well! You four really turned out great! I say that the wait was really worth it!
Juran and Vroon both had a confused look before looking at each other.
Juran: You already know about us?
Kaito: Yeah, Miss Ozu is a part of the team that Magine is based off of! She's one of the teams that was friends with Mom and Dad!
From the explanation, Urara softly chuckled before bowing.
Urara: Please, just call me Urara is fine. Please come with me to my home, it isn't too far from here; I need to contact the rest to let them know that you all came all the way here to see us!
The five looked at each other in excitement before following her but quickly stopped when she did.
Urara: Oh, silly me. I forgot that I dropped my groceries again.
After walking past the group, she grabbed her phone again to reform it as a wand to point at the pile of groceries. She dialed the numbers to wave her wand as she said "Maagi Majuna" surprising the three bots when sparkles engulfed the bag before disappearing.
Urara: Okay, now we can go!
After walking past the group again, the three bots stood in the same spot clueless about what just happened until both Kaito and Magine said "magic" with their thumbs up.
Later after the group entered a home that has a sign that reads "Ozu's residence", the five quickly became amazed to see how wonderful the main room was. The floor was made of a grey wood with a dark blue carpet on the right side next to the unlit fireplace and white couch with a coffee table resting on the carpet. The walls was decorated with white wallpapers of teal vines and pink flowers with three grey wooden doors, pictures of family photos resting on the drawer near the side of the white railed stairs. As they continued to stare in awe, Urara walked past them before yelling out "everyone, I'm home! We have guests". From her announcement, the left door next to the stairs opened revealing an eight year old boy and girl shouting "Mom's home" before the two ran towards her to hug her. As she continued to hug her children, a middle aged man with brown hair with a Prince charming hairstyle wearing a golden buttoned shirt with a navy blue uniform jacket alongside navy blue pants with gold stripes entered the room from the kitchen to meet up with Urara to give her a kiss.

Hikaru: Welcome home dear, I had a hunch that you've invited someone to our home. The groceries that teleported to the kitchen gave it away.
Urara nervously chuckled as she rubbed the back of her neck.
Urara: Sorry about that honey, but it was really urgent because our guests are the children of our old friends!
Hikaru had an intrigued look before looking behind her to see the five as Kaito stepped up to offer a handshake.
Kaito: It's great to finally meet you Mr. MagiShine! My name is-
Hikaru: Goshikida Kaito and your siblings Juran, Gaon, Magine and Vroon. I remember seeing you when you were first born, and of course the rest of you when you were just an idea in a blueprint. It's great to see you all, just call me Mr. Ichikawa.
After shaking Kaito's hand, Gaon was behind Kaito before grabbing hold of both Hikaru and Urara's hands.
Gaon: It's wonderful to meet you two! Both of you look so lovely together! I really hope that you'll get along with me and Kaito! We're really nice and friendly! I wouldn't say the same with the bots...
After whispering the last part to them, Juran suddenly pushed him away as he confronted him.
Juran: Hey! Quit feeding them lies like that!
As they began to wrestle each other, Kaito and Vroon tried to stop them as Hikaru walked away to meet with Magine to observe her before Urara stood between them.
Urara: Impressed dear? She's adorable, isn't she?
Hikaru: She is, her mannerism reminds me of you when we first met.
From his comment, both Urara and Magine simultaneously stuttered "r-really" causing the two's faces to turn red before Gaon's escaped from the pile to look on at the three as his face turned blue from Hikaru's comment.
Gaon: M-Magine? "Cute"? But I was supposed to be the cute one...
Gaon fell to his knees to place his hands on the floor with a defeated look on his face before Vroon stood beside him to pat his back.
Vroon: It's okay little brother, everything will be fine.
As Vroon continued to pat him, Gaon muttered "don't touch me" before Kaito stood up to dust himself noticing the two kids looking up at him.
Kaito: Well, who are these two?
As Kaito smiled, he crouched down to the kid's height level before Urara stood behind them.
Urara: Where are my manners, these two are our lovely children. Whitley and Mae, say hello.
Kaito chuckled before offering both of his hands to shake their hands.
Kaito: Hi there you two, my name is Kaito! It's nice to meet you guys!
Suddenly, Mae began to cry out loud before running upstairs causing Kaito to drop a sweat with a confused look on his face.
Whitley: You made my sister cry you jerk!
Whitley then pulled his leg back to kick Kaito in the groin causing him to hold his breath before grabbing hold of it to fall over. After Whitley ran away, his parents began to chase after him as the bots surrounded Kaito to check his conditions. Later, Whitley was placed in the corner with his hands up as Hikaru stared down at him with his arms crossed.
Hikaru: Now you'll stand here and think of what you've done.
After turning around, Kaito was laying on the couch with an ice pack resting near his groin as the bots surrounded the couch before Hikaru walked towards him.
Hikaru: I'm sorry about that Kaito, Whitley is very protective of his sister.
Kaito: I-It's fine...I understand...
After Urara walked downstairs, she made a deep sigh as her face turned red from embarrassment.
Urara: She's refusing to come out. I'm so sorry Kaito, Mae is very shy around new people.
Kaito: No, it's fine Mrs. Urara! Really.
Suddenly, the room began to echo from constant laughter causing the five to quickly stand up from the couch to huddle together shuddering as the laughter grew louder.
Vroon: W-Who's laughing?
Kaito: Is there a ghost in here?
Juran: G-Ghost? You mean those invisible things that we've seen in those films? Oh God, I hope not! Those things freaks me out!
Urara: There's nothing to be afraid you guys, it's just my brother-in-law being weird again...
Hikaru: Come on out Smoky and stop scaring our guests!
Smoke from Hikaru's right pocket began to appear before forming into a physical being revealing a feline humanoid creature wearing a genie attire as he continued to laugh and point at them.
Smoky: I'm sorry big brother, I didn't mean to freak these guys out! I just witnessed that whole fiasco and that whole thing completely made me LOL! Nice one nephew!
Smokey quickly gave Whitley a high five before Hikaru pushed him away yelling "don't encourage his behavior".
Magine: I-I'm sorry, b-but your brother i-is a monster?
Juran: That's so strange.
From Juran's comment, Smokey made a surprised gesture before speaking up.
Smoky: "Strange"? And bots being siblings for a human isn't?
Juran and Magine was quiet for a moment before they looked at each other to say "touché". From the sight of Smokey, Gaon's eyes lit up before running towards him to pet and scratch his head.
Gaon: Oh my gosh! He's so adorable! You're the cutest monster that I've seen so far!
Smoky: Oh come on, I'm not a pet! But this does feel nice so keep going bot!
As he continued to pet him, Hikaru cleared his throat before stepping forward.
Hikaru: It might seem strange that my younger brother is a monster, but believe it or not he used to be human. Growing up he just had a strange obsession with genies until one day he became one.
Suddenly, Smokey's body bounced causing Gaon to step away as Smokey pointed his finger up.
Smoky: That's right! And trust me when I say that I'm a real genie, I can grant you three wishes!
From shock, Kaito and the bots simultaneously yelled "really" before Urara walked towards Smoky to cover his mouth.
Urara: No not really, it's just his way to get free stuff out of people.
After Smokey swiped her hand away, he rested his hands on his hips before stomping from frustration.
Smoky: Oh come on little sis! They seem like the easiest suckers to fool...
After the entrance door began to knock, Urara rolled her eyes before walking over to open it. But from her surprise, the entrance door burst open to reveal one woman and three men wearing the same uniform as Urara but different colors entering inside. One man was a middle-aged man with long brown hair tied in a ponytail as he wore a green top uniform with black pants. A woman who's also middle-aged had long curly brown hair wearing a pink top uniform with a white skirt. Another man was in his late thirties with short brown swoop hairstyle wearing a yellow top uniform with black pants as the last man who was also in his late thirties with long dyed black and red spiky hair wearing a red top uniform with black pants.
?: Where are they? I've been waiting to see them!

From the four's surprise entrance, everyone was quickly startled as Juran yelled "woah! Where's the fire".
Urara: Guys! What did I tell you about entering our home like that!
?: Sorry about that Urara-chan! We were just so thrilled to hear that they've finally came to see us!

?: And besides, we all use to live here so it shouldn't be a big deal.

From Tsubasa's comment, Hikaru rested his arms behind his back as he walked towards him to speak.
Hikaru: Key-word, "use to". That means that you all don't live here anymore and we would like it if you respect this home as if you were visiting a stranger's home.
Tsubasa crossed his arms before rolling his eyes as the bots dropped a sweat from witnessing the sibling's behavior.
Vroon: Um, not to be rude but who exactly are these people?
Kaito: They're the rest of the Ozu siblings of Mrs. Urara! Together they're the Sorcerer Family! The Magiranger!
The brother wearing green began to walk towards them as he smiled before patting Kaito on the shoulder.
?: You are correct son! Didn't mean to scare you bots like that but for years your creators mentioned you all and we've been waiting to see ever since! My name is Ozu Makito the oldest sibling of the family! And of course theirs the second oldest Houka, the middle Urara, the second youngest Tsubasa and our little brother Kai! And you, the pink one! You're the one that's based on us, right? That means you must use magic too!

From the sudden callout, Magine began to fiddle her fingers trying to speak up but she could only stutter until Kai suddenly appeared between the two to speak up.
Kai: Come on big brother, of course she can! She's based on us, right? I'm sure that Isao and Mitsuko used their genius minds to do so!
As Magine's face turned red, she tried to correct him until he quickly made his way towards Kaito to rest his hands on his shoulders.
Kai: And Kaito, right? You really resemble your dad! You two could almost be twins!
From the compliment, Kaito chuckled before shyly rubbed the back of his neck.
Kaito: Thanks Mr. Kai, that's such a nice thing to say!
From the nickname, Kai chuckled before wrapping his arm around his shoulders.
Kai: Come on, just call me Kai! It makes me seem like an old man when you call me "mister"! Also, do you guys have those gears?
After responding "of course", he grabbed a blank gear from his pants pocket to show him before Juran stepped up with his arms crossed.
Juran: And just for the record, don't try and hold it captive from us! We already had to deal with two jerks doing that!
After chuckling, Kai reached his arm out to pat Juran in the shoulder.
Kai: Come on, I'm not like the ones that you guys met! Now let's unlock this gear!
After Kaito gave Kai the blank gear, a number 29 appeared alongside a picture of his hero suit before yelling out "wow" from amazement. Suddenly, an alarm started to go off outside before an automatic announcer spoke through the intercom.
Warning! Tiger Level threat has appeared, please evacuate to the nearest shelter! I repeat, please evacuate to the nearest shelter!
Kai: Crap, this is a terrible timing for a monster to attack!
Hikaru: It must be the Phantom again.
Magine hesitantly pointed her finger to ask who's the Phantom that Hikaru mentioned before answering.
Hikaru: A spirit who's been terrorizing this town for months. We don't know the purpose of it's doing but it's been kidnapping civilians lately.
Tsubasa began to add along before stepping up.
Tsubasa: Ghosts are usually weaken to magic, but this one is stronger than any other average spirit. Six magicians isn't enough to seal it away, so the more help we have is the better. Luckily we have another magic wielder with us now, so it might be a better chance if all seven of us could cast the sealing spell to trap it.
After adding Magine, she quickly gasped loudly before furiously shaking her head trying to explain until Houka held her arm to lead her to the door.
Houka: It's fine Magine-chan! We got this! After all, you're based on us, right? It would be ridiculous if you don't know magic!
From Houka's comment, Magine continued to sweat as she started to stutter again until Houka yelled "let's go" before leading her outside of the door. After Smokey entered back inside Hikaru's pocket, the rest began to follow them until Makito stopped to turn and look at the rest of the Zenkaigers.
Makito: The rest of you could stay here and watch Urara and Hikari's kids! This is a mission of us magicians after all!
From his command, Gaon suddenly yelled "NO" before quickly catching himself to clear his throat.
Gaon: I-I mean it's fine mister! I could come and help because Kaito and I are heroes after all!
Vroon: Right! We could be very helpful! Besides, as you all take care of that phantom thing, the rest of us could help escort the civilians to safety!
Kaito: Vroon is right, there could be some people that has been left behind that we could help!
Suddenly, a large tick mark appeared on Gaon's head trying to keep up with a smile while thinking to himself.
"Damn it Vroon! Butt out! First Magine is hogging up all of the attention and now you! You stupid tin cans are making me look bad!"
As Gaon was gripping his fists, Makito quickly caught his attention when he spoke up.
Makito: Fine, just focus on the civilians! Let's go!
After leaving, Juran sat down on the couch to kick his feet up to rest on the coffee table.
Juran: You guys can go, I'll just stay behind. Ghosts freaks me out.
From Juran's excuse, Vroon nodded as he stepped forward.
Vroon: Good idea, you can stay while the rest of us help defeat this spooky phantom! Don't worry Juran, we'll make sure to keep the ghost away from you!
As Vroon began to pat Juran's head, a large tick mark appeared on Juran's head before smacking Vroon's hand away from him to stand up from the couch to confront him.
Juran: Hey, hey! I'm the big brother here! Don't say that as if you're looking down at me! I'll go and help kick this ghost's ass!
After grabbing his Geartlinger, Kaito dropped a sweat before sighing.
Kaito: I'll just watch the kids until you guys get back, good luck with helping everyone!
After the bots ran out of the door, Kaito waved at them before closing the door to turn around to see Whitley staring at him as Mae peaked her head above the staircase to stare at him as well.
Kaito: Hey kids! It looks like the three of us could spend time together while your parents are taking care of some business! Maybe we can play some board games! Doesn't that sound fun?
The room fell silent until Whitley yelled "GET HIM" before the two charged at Kaito causing him to scream in a panic. As he tried to open the door to run away, the two quickly tackled him down to drag him in the kitchen as he clawed the wooden floor screaming for help.
Later in a large plaza, everyone was running in panic as a levitating phantom wearing a thick purplish grey cloak hiding its face as it spread its arms towards the civilians. From the sleeves, dozens of iron chains was released chasing after six random people before catching them wrapping around their necks. The Phantom began to fly away as the six people were following it pleading for help until a wave of energy slashed the chains freeing them before running away. The Phantom turned to see the bots transformed alongside the Sorcerer Family as they wore their respective colors alongside capes, black and yellow streaks with golden belts with an "M" symbol as the women wore skirts with white leggings underneath while Hikaru's suit was bulkier wearing navy blue with gold armor alongside his red cape.
Kai: We got its attention! Let's go everyone!
After Vroon, Juran and Gaon ran the other way to help anyone who's left behind, the Phantom made a low growling noise before it charged towards the seven as it prepared its chains. As the team prepared their personal weapons, Magine was shaking before hesitantly grabbing her Magine Stick. As the rest held their MagiSticks with Hikaru prepared his MagiLamp Buster, the six points their weapons at the Phantom shooting a ray of energy of their respective colors at it causing it to struggle to move but continued to resist the spell.
Kai: Come on Magine! Help us out!
Magine continued to shake from fear as she gripped her weapon before waving it in a circular motion to point it at the Phantom. But instead of shooting a ray of energy, dark thick smog began to engulf the Phantom before it began to consume it. The Phantom began to enlarge itself before releasing a burst of dark energy at the group causing them to fly backwards from damage. As dark energy continued to surround the Phantom's body, it released a dozen more iron chains from its cloak to capture six other civilians before releasing more dark energy to blind. After clearing away, the Phantom was nowhere to be seen alongside the captured civilians. From witnessing the Phantom's ability, Magine was speechless until she muttered "oh my God" under her breath until Juran, Gaon and Vroon met up with them.
Juran: What just happened?
Tsubasa: We failed thanks to Magine.
Kai: What the hell was that for? Six people were captured! What were you thinking?!
As Kai was about to confront Magine, the rest of his siblings stopped him before he stepped any closer.
Makito: Calm down Kai! There must've been a mistake! What happened Magine? What went wrong?
Magine stepped back as she used her weapon to hide her face from embarrassment. As she began to stutter her words, the rest continued to stare at her before slamming her weapon to the ground to yell at the Sorcerer Family.
Magine: IT'S BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE MAGIC! I tried to explain many times but you dumbasses didn't let me! I don't know how to do magic outside of my suit and I can't control my magic when I am in my suit! So it's your fault for entrusting and pressuring me to do this! EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO! AND WHAT I FEARED WOULD HAPPEN, HAPPENED!
As she was catching her breath by breathing in and out, everyone was silent until Smokey's head peaked out of the MagiLamp to yell out "Awkward~!" Hikaru sighed before crossing his arms to speak up.
Hikaru: She's right, this is also our fault. We've jumped the gun by assuming that a mere bot can do magic since she's based on us.
From Hikaru's comment, Magine felt saddened until both Vroon and Juran stepped up to confront him.
Juran: Hey! What is that supposed to mean asshole!
Vroon: Magine might be a bot but she knows a little bit of magic regardless! Do not look down at her because of what she is!
Gaon: She is still just a mere bot regardless…
Juran and Vroon quickly smacked Gaon in the back of the head shutting him up before Magine looked at the two with sparkles in her eyes as she silently said both of their names. Urara nodded before stepping up to face her family to speak.
Urara: Vroon is right! We did just witness Magine still use magic regardless! So there's hope that she can actually learn and develop! So that's why I think that we should teach her the sealing spell to prepare for next time!
From her suggestion, the rest yelled "huh" simultaneously as Magine quickly held her breath from the sudden suggestion.
Later after everyone entered Urara and Hikaru's home, they quickly became speechless when they all saw that the main room was engulfed with pure chaos. Photo frames were shattered, mud and food stains splattered on the floor and the couch, the wallpaper were torn, pigeons flocking everywhere, and Kaito tied up on the coffee table with duct tape on his mouth frantically struggling to set himself free as the kids were running around the house chasing each other with their wands before stopping when they heard their mother shout "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!" After Whitley yelled at his sister to run, the two quickly entered the kitchen as their mother began to chase after them while the rest helped untie Kaito and rip the tape out of his mouth.
Gaon: Kaito! Are you okay!
Kai: What the hell happened here?!
Instead of responding, Kaito quickly stood up before pushing them away from him to exaggeratedly puke out a small mouse out of his mouth to the palm of his hand. Kaito began to cry loudly as he curled onto the couch before the rest surrounded him with a worried expression.
Tsubasa: W-Where did that mouse come from?!
Kaito: T-THEY PLACED AN ALMOND IN MY MOUTH AND THEN TURNED IT INTO A MOUSE~! IT ALMOST WENT DOWN IN MY THROAT! I WAS AFRAID OF ACCIDENTALLY KILLING IT AND CHOKING ME IN THE PROCESS~!
Later as everyone heard Urara yell "AND DON'T COME OUT UNTIL YOU THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'VE DONE" from upstairs, they then heard a door slam before Urara made her way down to the main room to see the bots surrounding Kaito as his body was shaking with a blanket wrapped around him struggling to take a sip of his tea. After she sighed, walked towards the couch to sit next to Kaito to comfort him before her husband and siblings entered the room holding their phones in wand mode.
Makito: Okay, we've managed to clean everything up.
Houka: We've reversed all of the damages besides this cute little mouse!
As Houka held up the mouse, Gaon began to pet it alongside Houka as the two smiled.
Gaon: He's so adorable, we just couldn't turn it back into a nut!
Urara: It's fine, thank you everyone for helping. I'm so sorry for our kid's actions Kaito.
Hikaru: Yeah, if we knew that they would pull something like this then we wouldn't have left you to watch them.
Kaito: I-It's fine, really! I'll be fine, besides dealing with some trauma and heavily convinced that I never want kids but I'll be fine! Did you guys manage to seal that phantom?
Everyone became silent as they looked at each other before Magine spoke up in a disappointed manner.
Magine: W-We couldn't. I-I don't know how to control mmm~y magic, a-and my screw up made the Phantom gain m-more power…
As she looked down with a saddened expression, Houka quickly spoke up as she walked towards Magine to wrap her arm around her.
Houka: Bu~t the bright side is that we've agreed to teach her the sealing spell!
Kai: Which I don't agree! We don't have time to teach her when people are still missing!
Tsubasa: I agree with Kai, we're currently dealing with a big threat right now. It'll take hours or even a day to teach her.
Urara: I know, but we don't have much of a choice. We need at least seven magic wielders to help seal it.
Hikaru: Which I believe that we should split up into three.
From hearing Hikaru's suggestion, the rest repeated "split up" simultaneously as Hikaru nodded.
Hikaru: That's right. I think that Urara, Tsubasa and I will stay and help teach Magine the sealing spell as Makito, Houka, Kai and the rest of the Goshikidas search for the Phantom and the hostages.
From Hikaru's plan, everyone began to mutter to each other agreeing with his plan as Tsubasa had an annoyed look.
Tsubasa: Why do I need to help?
From his question, Urara stood up from the couch to walk towards him to answer.
Urara: It's obvious, it's because you were one of father's top students. So we need our little brother's intellectual brain to help us out.
As she giggled, she pat Tsubasa's head causing him to roll his eyes before Kaito jumped up from the couch to pump his fist.
Kaito: Awesome! I guess it's settled then!
Vroon: But how can we find this phantom?
Juran: Yeah, it could literally be anywhere!
Hikaru: Don't worry, I have something to help you all track it down. Follow me.
Meanwhile in another room, Hikaru and the rest walked through a wall to enter surprising Kaito and the bots. As they continued to observe the room, Gaon noticed a painting of a man wearing an old French soldier's uniform. Gaon walked towards it to have a better look at it before taking a step back when the photo turned its eye to smile and wink at him. As different inanimate objects were moving to rearrange themselves, Magine looked in awe as the others had an impressed look.
Magine: I-It's so magical h-here! Mmm~!
Makito: I'm glad that you guys enjoy it here!
Kai: It's pretty nostalgic, it's been years since I've been back here.
As they continued to admire the room, Vroon noticed a large potted plant of a leak twitching on the desk down the steps.
Vroon: Amazing, you guys even plant vegetables here? This one look ripe enough to cook!
As Vroon began to walk towards the plant, Hikaru and the Ozu siblings all simultaneously began to speak up trying to stop him. Before they could reach him, Vroon grabbed hold of the plant to take it out from the pot revealing a face in the root as it began to make a loud screeching cry causing everyone but Hikaru and Urara to fall and cover their ears before Vroon accidentally dropped it to cover his ears as well. After the two sighed, Hikaru walked towards the plant to place it back in the pot stopping it from screaming as it began to softly sob.
Hikaru: Sorry about that, we should've warned you about Mandora Boy here.
After Urara and Hikaru took off their earplugs, the four bots quickly stood up as the rest continued to struggle to move.
Juran: What the hell was that?!
Magine: P-Plants shouldn't b-be screaming!
Urara: Don't worry, he's not any normal plant you see; Mandora is a creature called a Mandrake. Our father created him for our mother's birthday years ago. He hates it when someone pulls him out of his pot which causes him to cry. Which my siblings should know that when we have new guests we should wear earplugs just in case someone does pull him out.
Urara quickly darted at her siblings before the four and Kaito sat up revealing their ears spewing blood as they looked at her noticing that she said something. The five looked at each other before looking back at her as they simultaneously yelled "huh?" Later as both Urara and Hikaru were using their phones in wand mode to help the five with their ears, the bots surrounded Mandora as Vroon bowed his head.
Vroon: I'm sorry for making you cry Mr. Mandora sir! I thought that you were a normal plant, your leaves reminded me of those vegetables I've seen in those cooking shows!
Mandora: It's okay desu! You four are bots, I wouldn't have expected you all to know about a Mandrake like me desu! But I've expected to finally see you four, you all are the creation of Goshikida Isao and Mitsuko am I correct desu ne?
From Mandora mentioning their parents, Juran dropped a sweat before crossing his arms.
Juran: Huh, it seems like mom and pops even mentioned us to a plant…
Gaon: You're right Mr. Plant! You're so adorable, I've never seen a cuter plant like yourself!
Gaon began to use his finger to tickle Mandora's belly causing him to giggle until the rest met up with the bots.
Kai: Alright, what's the plan? How can we do this?
Hikaru: It's simple, to find a phantom we need another spirit for help. Mandora Boy, can you grab the Hitodama?
Mandora: Yes sir desu!
Suddenly, Mandora began to fly past Kaito and the bots surprising them to make it to a cabinet. After tossing a few items away, he gasped when he grabbed a glowing jar before flying back to give it to Hikaru. After giving his thanks, he opened it allowing a bright glowing orb float out of the jar to land on his palm as its eyes began to appear within its body. From witnessing the orb, Kaito and the bots looked at it in awe as their eyes brightened up.
Kaito: Woah, what is that thing?
Hikaru: This is a Hitodama, a spirit that tracks other spirits.
Kai: Wait, if it tracks ghosts then why didn't we use this thing before?
Hikaru: Because the Hitodama isn't used to track down a specific spirit, it's similar to a compass. Whatever spirit it senses it'll lean towards that sensor. Usually when someone dies their soul will travel to the afterlife like Heaven or Hell for example; but sometimes there are ghosts who are too emotional to move on. The feeling of hate, sorrow, afraid or even so happy with life before death blocks spirits from going to the afterlife. So, if we used the Hitodama to search for the Phantom beforehand, then we could've accidentally stumble across an innocent spirit or a more dangerous spirit than the original.
Juran: And you expect us to use this thing to find that phantom freak?
Hikaru: That is precisely. So, I recommend you seven to split up to search around the city, spirits cannot leave the cities they've originally died so the Phantom should still be hiding around here.
After his explanation, Makito began to cross his arms before speaking up.
Makito: I see, I think that we should split into two. One wizard and one none magic wielder. It's a high chance that we will accidentally come across a dangerous ghost, Kaito and his siblings could be in danger if they face these ghosts by themselves.
After the rest nodded agreeing with him, Juran quickly noticed something.
Juran: Wait, but there's four of us and there's three of them.
Vroon: So that means that one of us will be alone!
Kaito: Ah! You're right! But we have the Magiranger gear now so one of us could use that to protect ourselves from the ghosts!
Vroon: Right, but how are we going to decide who'll go alone?
Suddenly, Gaon raised his hand before speaking up.
Gaon: Ah! I have a good idea! Maybe me, Kaito, Mr. Makito, Ms. Houka and Mr. Kai will be a group while Vroon and Juran search somewhere else!
Juran: Huh?! What was that you jerk! That defeats the purpose of our protection!
As Juran confronted Gaon, Kai stood between them to push them away from each other.
Kai: Guys, there's no time arguing with each other! Let's brainstorm some ideas!
As they began to think it through, both Houka and Makito gasped before looking at each other as they simultaneously yelled "stick game" causing the bots to look at them with a confused look. Later Houka held a cup filled with popsicle sticks facing the four boys as they stood side by side.
Houka: Okay, this game is very simple! The four of you will grab a stick from this cup, and whoever is holding the smallest stick loses! If you all grab a stick that's the same size, then we'll restart and try again! But if two of you grab two small sticks then you'll decide with the game rock, paper, scissors! Any questions? If not, then let's get started!
As she began to shake the cup, the four began to look at each other before Kaito stepped up as he made a loud gulp. Later after the boys grabbed their sticks holding them behind their backs, they were all shivering from fear until Houka clapped her hands startling them.
Houka: Okay! I hope that you boys are ready! Reveal your sticks!
After the four gulped loudly, they all nervously showed their sticks as Makito and Kai began to compare the four sticks until they stopped to look at each other to nod before pointing at Gaon as they simultaneously said "Gaon's stick is smaller". From the announcement, Kaito, Juran and Vroon began to jump around celebrating as Gaon's face turned blue before falling on his knees as he whispered "what is my luck".
Hikaru: Okay, while that's settled you all should get to searching. The Hitodama can multiply, so you all will have one each to help navigate. And while you are doing so, we'll be working hard to help Magine here know the sealing spell.
Kai: Right! Come on guys, we'll use our Sky Houkies to travel!
From the name, Juran questioned "sky what" before Houka quickly spoke up catching everyone's attention.
Houka: Wait! If we're doing this then the Goshikidas here need to wear something more appropriate, am I right? And that includes you, Magine-chan!
After pointing at Magine, she was taken aback as she mumbled "Mmm~?" Later, Houka exited the fitting room to see her siblings with their arms crossed.
Urara: Is this really necessary big sis?
Houka: Don't worry Urara-chan! We need to be in style if we're chasing ghosts and teaching magic! Come on out fellas!
After the curtains opened, Hikaru and the Ozu siblings mouth dropped from witnessing Kaito and the bot's new uniform as Houka jumped up and down while clapping her hands from excitement. Kaito wore a blond wig, white sweater and blue shirt underneath with blue pants and an orange ascot around his neck. Gaon wore a purple top alongside a purple dress, pink pantyhose and purple shoes alongside a purple headband and a green scarf around his neck. Vroon wore a thick turtleneck orange sweater alongside a red skirt, knee length orange socks and black Mary Jane shoes as he adjusted his glasses. Juran wore a green V-neck shirt with brown bell-bottom pants, black platform shoes and a fake goatee attached to his bottom lip. Magine wore a grey sweater with red and yellow stripes, red and yellow patterned neck tie underneath the sweater, black pants, black shoes and a black robe with the Magiranger's logo attached to it as she wore large round glasses and a fake lightning bolt scar attached to the left side of her head.
Kaito: Hey, this uniform isn't half bad!
Magine: M-Mines is a b-bit embarrassing to w-wear! Mmm~!
Gaon: You're the one to talk? This skirt thing is really embarrassing to wear...
Vroon: I don't think so, I think that I look really good with this skirt on! Do you think that this uniform makes me look chubby?
Juran: Like yeah man, you have to go with the flow!
As they continued to check out their own outfits, Houka had a bright smile on her face showing how proud she was as the rest dropped a large sweat before Hikaru gave Makito the Hitodama wishing him luck. Later after the rest left the room, Magine met up with her three teachers before Hikaru cleared his throat.
Hikaru: Well Magine, I hope that you're ready. How are you feeling?
From the question, Magine fiddled with her fingers to nervously answer.
Magine: U-Um…W-Well, I-I'm feeling really n-nervous and a b-bit anxious.
Urara: It's okay Magine, everything will be fine! We'll get through this together!
Tsubasa: That's right. Besides, if you focus on negative thoughts it'll make the training difficult. Try and clear your mind and think of it as if you're learning how to ride a bike without training wheels. This is very important, so just remember; you're a wizard Magine. You've always been one.
Magine: T-This feels like that o-one scene from that one mmm~agic movie I've s-seen...
Suddenly, Hikaru held her by the wrist before yelling "time for work" as he pulled her towards them as she shouted from shock.
Meanwhile, Kai, Houka and Makito were wearing their respective hero uniforms riding their Sky Houkies flying side by side with Kaito, Vroon and Juran riding behind them as Gaon was in his lion form running the same direction as the three. As they were flying, Juran was behind Makito squirming a bit while holding onto him tightly.
Juran: Jeez! Maybe it would've been better if I had the shorter stick! This thing is too thin!
Makito: Hold still, we won't fall unless you keep moving around like this!
As he continued to squirm, Kai looked at both of his siblings to yell catching everyone's attention.
Kai: I think this is where we should split up! Big brother Makito, you and Juran will go east, big sis Houka and Vroon will go north, Kaito and I will go west and Gaon will go south! Sounds like a plan?
After everyone nodded, they all split into their respective directions as Gaon continued to run forward. Later outside of a large dark tunnel, Makito and Juran landed near the entrance before Makito reverted back to his original outfit as the two stepped out of the Sky Houkie. As Juran held out his palm, both boys saw the Hitodama near the edge of his hand reacting towards the tunnel.
Juran: Well, there's no doubt that there's a spirit in there.
After he made a large gulp, Makito took a deep breath before turning to look at Juran.
Makito: I-It seems a little too dark, do you have a flashlight of some sort to see?
Juran: Y-Yeah! L-LED lights!
After he activated his LED lights allowing his eyes to brighten, both of them began to carefully enter the tunnel before nervously holding each other's hands for comfort. As they continued to walk deeper inside the tunnel, the Hitodama moved back to the center of Juran's palm to move in a circular motion confusing the two.
Juran: What is it doing?
Makito: I don't know, is it near? Is the Phantom here?
Suddenly, it stopped spinning before moving to the right side near the edge of Juran's hand causing the two to look up at the same direction to see a giant hollow worm chomping its way towards them. The two quickly held each other as they screamed in terror before running away back towards the exit. As the worm was close to them, it extended its jaw preparing to eat them until they jumped towards the end of the tunnel being exposed by the sunlight. The worm began to squirm from pain as its skin began to burn before digging underground as the two laid on the ground catching their breaths before laying on their backs from being relieved.
Makito: That was our first encounter of the day! Something's telling me that finding the Phantom isn't going to be easy…
Juran suddenly groaned loudly as he held his face before yelling "I HATE GHOSTS SO MUCH!"
Meanwhile, Gaon entered a forest in his original form as he put back on his pantyhose before sighing. After putting on his shoes to walk past the trees, his face was bright red before thinking to himself.
"This is so humiliating. These clothes, this skirt thing, this head gear, I hate it! But if Ms. Houka says it looks cute on me, I'll wear it until we find this damn phantom thing…!"
Suddenly, Gaon stopped when he heard feint feminine singing in a distance. He then noticed the Hitodama near the edge of his fingers towards the direction that the singing is coming from.
"What is that? It sounds like singing. It could be a different spirit; I don't remember hearing that phantom thing singing."
After turning around, he grabbed his Geartlinger to rotate the handle but stopped when the singing began to echoed through the forest. As it grew louder, Gaon's body became limp before turning around to slowly walk towards where the singing is located. Later after walking deep inside the forest, he stopped before shaking his head clearing his mind to see an open field with clear blue water alongside a waterfall and forest animals surrounding the pond. From the sight, Gaon was amazed to see the beauty of the area until he saw what looks like topless human women with fish tails swimming in the pond and resting on the rock as they were playing with each other and singing in harmony. As he looked on with awe, he stepped closer revealing himself catching the ladies attention before swimming close to the edge of the pond.
?: Hi there handsome, what brings you here?
Gaon quickly became flustered from the compliment as he began to twirl his fingers before answering shyly.
Gaon: Umm…N-No reason at all, I-I was in the middle of trying to find this ghost-spirit thing.
As he began to chuckle nervously, the women giggled before looking at each other with a sinister look.
?: Oh really~? Does this ghost that you're looking for looks like this?
Suddenly, the women began to scream in a screeching voice as their jaws extended with their skin turning pale and hollow. Their eyes was engulfed with darkness as their hair were floating causing Gaon to scream before running back into the forest. As he was trying to catch his breath, he took notice the women's screaming before looking back to see that they were flying behind him. From panic, Gaon quickly grabbed his Geartlinger alongside the Magiranger Sentai Gear.
Gaon: K-Kaito said that this new gear will help in this situation! I hope that this will work!
He then placed the gear in the Geartlinger to seal it in before rotate the handle.

After pulling the trigger, a hologram of MagiYellow appeared before transforming into Tsubasa's Sky Houkie allowing Gaon to hop on to accelerate the vehicle away from the ghostly mermaids.

After escaping, he looked back to see the women was left behind as they continued to screech at him before sighing from relief.
Gaon: That was a close one! Please try not to lure us to another scary ghost like that...
Gaon looked down at the Hitodama resting on his palm as it looked up at him with an unsure look.
Meanwhile, Houka and Vroon was still in the air as they were looking both ways searching for any signs of the Phantom. Suddenly, the Hitodama resting on Vroon's palm began to move towards the edge of his hand causing him to gasp.
Vroon: Ms. Houka! It's picking something up!
Houka: Finally! Where to?
Vroon pointed at the left side before she steered the vehicle towards the same direction. Later after they landed near a haunted house with dark clouds and lighting surrounding it, they stepped out of the Sky Houkie as Houka reverted back to her original uniform. After the two walked towards the entrance, they nodded to each other before opening the door to enter. After stepping inside, the door suddenly slammed shut startling the two until they noticed that the color was suddenly fading away. From confusion, Houka was about to speak up until she quickly realized that her voice wasn't coming out. She looked at Vroon before becoming startled when he looked more animated and rubbery like a cartoon character. She pointed at him from shock as he did the same with her before she looked down to see that she changed into an old fashioned cartoon character as well.

Suddenly, thunder was heard alongside old chilling ominous jazz music playing out of nowhere startling the two before ghostly howls was heard. The two grabbed hold of each other shivering before bouncing their bodies up and down matching the melody of the music. After she signaled Vroon for them to move forward, they began to tiptoe with the melody before quickly being startled when an old light brown skinned hollow man with white slick hair and thin white mustache wearing a white tuxedo popped out of nowhere to scare the two. As they began to shiver staring up at the old man, the ghostly man enlarged himself before leaning close to them as his left eye enlarged revealing Houka and Vroon's reflection before the ghostly man began to sing.

After the two began to run the opposite way towards the next room, they were stopped when the old man enlarged his hand to cover the entrance showing his palm before mini ghosts flew through his hand flying around the room as Houka and Vroon's eyes widened.

After grabbing hold of each other, Vroon noticed a mouse hole before pointing at it causing Houka to lead him towards it run inside. After struggling to fit in, both of them made it to the other side of the room as they were quickly relieved leaning near the wall until Smokey Joe's face appeared in between them.

After trying to scream with no prevail, they ran up the stairs but quickly ran back down as another group ghosts were chasing after them. After making it back to the main room, they stopped when a large Smokey Joe was standing in front of them before looking at the ghosts.
Smokey Joe: Tell me, do you remember Minnie?
Ghosts: Yeah, we remember Minnie!
That frail I never found. You never recognize your Minnie. You mean to say that Minnie quit kickin' the gong around?
The two ran the opposite side from each other escaping from the ghost's presence. Vroon grabbed hold of the entrance door handle pulling it as hard as he could with no prevail as Houka tried to lift the window open with no success.

To the ghost of Smokey Joe
After Smokey Joe clapped his hands together, a puff of smoke appeared before disappearing turning everything back to normal alongside the colors. Houka and Vroon looked at each other without saying a word until they quickly ran through the door leaving the house.
Meanwhile after Kai and Kaito landed near a luxurious hotel, Kai reverted back to his original uniform as the two looked up at the building before looking at each other.
Kai: Are you sure that something's in there? It looks lively.
Kaito: That's what the Hito thing is saying, it's probably a different ghost.
As Kaito crossed his arms, Kai thought about it for a moment before looking back at him.
Kai: It could be, but we can't take any chances. That phantom could be hiding inside amongst the living so that it could blend in!
After nodding with a determined look, Kaito nodded back as a smile spread across his face.
Kaito: Yeah, you're right! Let's go Full Speed Non-Stop!
Kai smiled back while giving him a thumbs up before the two entered the building. After entering, Kaito was quickly amazed to see how bright and sparkly the hallway was until Kai pat his shoulder catching his attention as the two proceeded to walk towards the front desk. Kai then clicked the bell before suddenly a brown skinned young woman with a bob cut wearing the hotel's uniform with diamonds stitched to her collar jumped up from the counter with a bright smile startling the two as she began to speak in a cheerful tone.
Receptionist: Hello gentlemen, welcome to P-City's Glamorous Hotel! How many nights would you love birds like to stay?
From receptionist comment, both Kai and Kaito yelled "LOVE BIRDS" simultaneously before Kai grabbed his hero's license to speak up.
Kai: I'm sorry ma'am, but we're not a couple! Both of us are registered heroes and we came to investigate some type of spirit that's inside this hotel as we speak.
Receptionist: Oh, I apologize for assuming sir; usually couples and families stays in this hotel. That's why our alternate name is P-City's Glamorous Love Hotel!
Both Kai and Kaito's faces turned blue as the two looked at each other before dropping a large sweat.
Receptionist: But a spirit sounds pretty dangerous, I should announce everyone to evacuate as you two shoo it away from our gorgeous hotel!
As she was reaching towards the phone, Kaito's eyes widened before quickly covering it as he awkwardly chuckled.
Kaito: I-I don't think that's necessary! Thank you!
From Kai's visible confusion, he yelled out "huh" before Kaito led him away from the receptionist to whisper to him.
Kaito: We don't want to cause a panic, if the Phantom is here then it would probably know that we're here for it and it could potentially harm someone or even take them as hostage.
After Kai nodded understanding Kaito's worries, both of them walked back towards the receptionist.
Kai: There's no need to warn the guests ma'am, we got it under control! Just leave it to us!
Receptionist: Oka~y! Us staff trust that our local heroes could get rid of that icky spirit for us! You may proceed~!
After the two bowed, they began to search where the spirit might be. Both boys split up to search the first floor with no prevail before meeting up with each other.
Kai: Find anything?
Kaito: Not at all, this Hito thing keeps spinning in circles!
Kai: It could be in the next floor, let's go!
After Kaito nodded, the two ran inside the elevator before Kai quickly became frustrated when he saw dozens of buttons.
Kai: Damn it, this is going to take us forever! There are too many floors here!
Kaito: Hah! Don't worry Mr. Kai, I have an idea!
Suddenly, Kaito began to click all of the buttons causing them to light up before closing the door as Kai had a disbelief look on his face.
Kai: W-What are you doing?! Why did you do that?!
Kaito: I have an idea! Since the Hito thing would point where a spirit is, we'll just go to each floor until it points to one of them! It's a quicker way to go to each floor!
Kai: B-But that's going to take us ages! Do you see how many floors there are?!
Kaito: It's fine, this is the best way to search for the spirit!
As the door kept opening and closing, Kai rested his back on the wall before groaning as he thought to himself.
"I didn't think that Isao's son would be similar to big sis Houka..."
Later as they continued to hear a dinging noise from the door, Kaito had a confident look on his face as one hand was resting on his hip as the other reached towards the doorway while Kai had an annoyed look on his face resting near the wall with his arms crossed. As the door was about to close, Kaito quickly reached his arm out to stop it before grabbing Kai's arm to lead him to the hallway.
Kaito: This is our stop! Told you that we would find that spirit!
Kai: Yeah, after an hour and thirty minutes! Let's just go!
Later as they were walking where the Hitodama was pointing, the two turned to the left corner to see two young twin girls wearing the same black French maid outfits standing in the middle of the hallway holding each other's hands confusing the two boys.
Kaito: What are these kids doing here alone?
Before Kai could respond, both girls began to talk simultaneously causing Kai and Kaito to take a step back.
Twins: Come and play with us Ozu Kai. Come and play with us Goshikida Kaito.
From saying their names, both of them had a horrified look on their faces before they saw flashes of the same two girls laying on the floor lifeless with their blood covering the hallway before flashing back to them standing in the same spot staring at the two.
Twins: Come and play with us forever, and ever, and ever.
As the two started to breathe heavily, the twins giggled before leaning closer to each other until their faces touched fusing them into a singular adult woman with a curvy body, face of a bat, large black ears with white hair in between, revealing see-through dark clothing with leather pants, leather spiked cutout crop jacket and high heels with her wings attached to her lower back. After flipping her ears as if it was her hair, the two gasped loudly before she hissed at them extending her wings to fly towards them causing both boys to scream before running away. After turning the corner, Kaito and Kai made it to the elevator as Kaito frantically click the button trying to open the door.
Kai: HURRY UP! OPEN THE DOOR!
Kaito: I'M TRYING!
After the door finally opened, Kai and Kaito quickly ran inside as they tried to click the button again trying to close it but the bat ghost was closer to them causing both boys to grab hold of each other as they screamed in terror. Later after the elevator door opened in the main hallway, Kaito and Kai's clothing were torn and ripped as they both had bruises, scratches and blood on their faces with Kai's hair look messy as Kaito's blond wig was close to falling off as his normal hair was messy as well. From exhaustion, both boys tried to step out of the elevator but instead they fell face first on the ground as they revealed the Hitodama and a cube with miniature chains wrapped around it resting on their hands before the receptionist stood above them as she looked down at them with a cheerful smile.
Receptionist: So~! I'm assuming that terrible spirit is long gone, am I right?
Kai made a muffling noise from his face still resting on the floor before lifting his head up alongside Kaito.
Kai: We did, I trapped it in this prison...
Kaito: But it wasn't the spirit that we were looking for...
From disappointment, both boys rested their faces onto the floor again as they began to groan from frustration.
Earlier inside the magic room, Tsubasa placed an apple on a desk as Magine stood in front of it while shivering.
Tsubasa: Okay Magine, the first step in learning the sealing spell is learning the levitation spell. To imprison a dangerous spirit, you'll have to learn three different spells, levitation, light and ritual. Once you combine those three spells into one, it creates a sealing spell to trap anything. Now, since the three spells are beginner level, we'll be using this to teach you.
Tsubasa held a small paperback book as Magine muttered "a mmm~agic book?"
Hikaru: That's right, magic for beginners. It's a book for young children who's learning to become wizards.
Urara: But don't feel bad, we all see you as an adult; it's just the best way to help a beginner!
After Magine nodded, Smokey exited out of his lamp before sitting down to the nearest chair next to Mandora.
Mandora: O~h! I'm so nervous for her desu~!
Smokey: I'm not, I just know that this will be exciting!
Smokey then snapped his fingers before a bag of popcorn appeared resting on his lap as he began to grab a handful to start chewing obnoxiously.
Tsubasa: Now, here's how you perform the levitation spell. All you have to do is point your wand and say "Jiruma" and the apple will float. Sounds easy, right?
Magine: R-Right, b-but I-I'm not sure i-if-...
Before she could finish, Urara walked closer to her to rest her hand on her shoulder to calm her.
Urara: It's okay Magine, we know that you can do it. Just relax and take a deep breath. You believe in magic, right?
Magine: O-Of course I-I do! Mmm~!
Urara: That's good, now here's a big tip. This is something that helped me when I first learned magic. Close your eyes, focus on your breathing and remember the time that first convinced you that magic is real.
Magine hesitantly did so slowly closing her eyes as she began to take deep breaths before a memory began to appear.
In Kaito's apartment, Magine was alone in the living room as she was watching the television. In the television was an old fortune teller rubbing her crystal ball before looking up at the camera as she smiled sweetly.
?: Why hello my beauties. My name is Mother Jīngshén, I'm so happy that you all could join me today and good timing because I am just now picking up a reading!
Jīngshén began to take a closer look at her crystal ball as she began to rub humming a melody before looking back at the camera.
Jīngshén: Aren't you so tired of the weather cast from the news? They trust a machine like the "weather balloon" to pick up what the weather will be but will get their predictions wrong every time! But lucky for you, I have a weather report for the people in J, H, V and M-Cities.
As Jīngshén began to give her predictions to the cities, Magine loudly mumbled "MMM~" from shock before leaning forward to focus on the television.
Jīngshén: And last but not least M-City. I would bring your umbrellas and rain coats if I were you, it will rain in the east area and snow in the northern-west area. But another prediction came again for M-City. I've been picking up a lot of the color black, which unfortunately is an unlucky color. The color black and monsters, ferocious monsters. I am so sorry citizens of M-City, I would warn your local mayor about an upcoming threat and hide to the nearest local bunker to protect yourself from the danger that will come.
Magine gasped loudly before running towards the entrance to stand near the balcony to frantically look around the area. She began to see people walk their dogs whose furs were black, a kid riding his bike which is black, decorators painting a nearby building black. Magine gasped again before hearing a meowing. She turned to her right side to see a black cat resting on the top bar staring at her before screaming out loud from terror quickly running back inside slamming the door behind her. Later she kicked the door open revealing her wearing a thick rain jacket as she held her microphone and Geartlinger before running down the building stairs to confront everyone to speak through the microphone.
Magine: L-LISTEN UP EVERYBODY! P-PLEASE EVACUATE TO THE NEAREST SHELTER! A MONSTER WILL APPEAR! I-I REPEAT! EVACUATE TO THE N-NEAREST SHELTER! A MONSTER WILL APPEAR! A-AND BRING YOUR RAIN J-JACKET! I-IT WILL ALSO RAIN! MMM~!
As she was speaking through the microphone; everyone was confused before two C-Class heroes stopped to stare at her. On the left was a tall and scrawny man with buck teeth wearing a purple mask, cape, gloves and shoes with neon green spiked mow hawk, shirt and pants with underwear over it.

SuperBoy: What do you think she's talking about Klank-Klank?
Klank-Klank: I don't know SuperBoy, we should go and investigate.
As the two boys began to walk towards Magine, she continued to speak through the microphone until Klank-Klank caught her attention by clearing his throat.
Klank-Klank: Excuse me Miss Bot Lady, what is all of this commotion all about?
Magine quickly gasped before feeling relieved from their presence.
Magine: O-Oh thank g-goodness! Two heroes a-are here! W-We need to evacuate e-everyone to the n-nearest shelter! D-Danger is going to happen s-soon! Mmm~!
From hearing her warning, the two heroes looked at each other as they simultaneously repeated "danger" in confusion.
Klank-Klank: You must be mistaken ma'am, heroes like us has been patrolling all day; we haven't seen any sign of any danger.
Magine: P-Please! You have to listen to mmm~e! I-I'm a licensed hero too! A-A monster is going to a-attack this city! Y-You didn't see the s-signs because y-you didn't pay close attention! B-Black is the s-sign of danger a-and there's black e-everywhere!
From hearing her yell, a dark-skinned man stopped as he was walking past them to turn and look at Magine causing her to quickly turn red in the face.
Magine: I-I didn't mmm~ean that k-kind of b-black. I-I'm sorry...
As the man continued to walk away, SuperBoy and Klank-Klank looked at each other again but with a skeptical look.
SuperBoy: Is that so? And where's your proof? How do you know that this'll happen?
From his sudden question, Magine stopped for a moment before looking away to answer.
Magine: I-I...Um...I heard i-it from a f-fortune teller on t-the television...
Klank-Klank: Yup, I figured as much. Here's a little tip, don't believe in everything you see in TV.
As SuperBoy and Klank-Klank began to confirm a false alarm, Magine tried to speak up but stopped herself before hanging her head low from defeat. After entering back inside Kaito's apartment, she took off her rain coat before laying on the couch to cover her face with the pillow to think to herself.
"How embarrassing! I thought that I was trying to do the right thing. I thought Mother Jīngshén's fortunes are always right. Maybe I was just overthinking it. Maybe it was ridiculous to listen to a television..."
As she sighed deeply, she quickly lifted her head back up when she heard an alarm alongside an announcement.
Warning! Wolf Level threat has appeared, please evacuate to the nearest shelter! I repeat, please evacuate to the nearest shelter!
Magine gasped before running towards the entrance but stopped when she noticed that it was starting to rain. Her eyes began to sparkle before starting to giggle from excitement as she grabbed her rain jacket and Geartlinger.
As Magine continued to giggle, her want began to sparkle causing everyone but Urara to have a surprise look on their faces.
Urara: I knew that you could do it, now say the magic words Magine.
As she was about to speak, she suddenly clenched her wand as her eyes squinted. She began to see Maanasik repeating what she told her over again causing Magine to lose focus before yelling "J-J-Jiruma" shooting a beam at the apple exploding it. The room fell silent as Tsubasa and Hikaru's eyes widened while Magine and Urara held their mouths from shock. Suddenly, Smokey began to chuckle before nudging at Mandora as he had a surprised look as well.
Smoky: See? Told you that this would be exciting!
Later near an abandoned house being covered by the trees, Gaon exited his Sky Houkie as it disappeared before he started to wipe the dust off of his dress and take the twigs out of his hair.
Gaon: Gosh, I really hope that this isn't another dupe! I can't take any more ghosts scaring me half to death! But if it is then please can it be a friendly ghost!
After he entered the house, Gaon looked around for a bit before looking down at the Hitodama as it began to move in a circular motion. He took a deep breath before building up the courage to walk further inside. After walking up to the second floor, the hallway was pitch black until he turned on his LED light to make his eyes turn brighter before jumping back from being frightened when he saw a wooden puppet dangling in the ceiling. After sighing from relief, he scanned the room to see that wooden puppets were dangling everywhere. But what he found strange was that instead of string, the puppets were being held by iron chains.
"That phantom thing used chains, right? But it only used it to grab those humans! Is this a coincidence?"
Gaon quickly jumped from being startled when he heard a piano starting to play from another room. He quickly ran to where the keys were being played until he saw a black cat walking past the piano keys relieving him from the stress. But the stress quickly came back when his eyes widened when he noticed that iron chains were dangling from the ceiling causing him to fall onto his bottom after being startled.
Gaon: T-There's no way that this isn't a coincidence! I need to call the others!
Gaon then grabbed his Geartlinger to speak through it.
Gaon: Secchan! I need you to leave a message to everyone!
Meanwhile inside another abandoned building, Juran and Makito opened a door to see a pigtailed blonde girl sitting on a stool staring at the wall as she played the violin. As both Juran and Makito was listening to her play, both of them were adored from her talent until the girl turned her head to scream loudly at the two with a horrific face scaring them before slamming the door.
In another location, a house was moving frantically as if it was trying to chew and swallow something. Inside the house. Vroon was trapped by the carpet lifting him up as Houka was dangling from the chandelier trying not to fall inside a dark hole underneath her.
The last location was underground in a bunker where Kaito and Kai was tied up in a wooden plank being near a pot full of lava as a sack ghost was gleefully near the lever. As the sack ghost was about to pull the lever, it stopped when a beeping noise was heard. Kaito managed to grab hold of his Geartlinger alongside Juran and Vroons before the three unknowingly clicked the button to hear Secchan's voice from the other side.
Secchan: Everyone! Gaon told me the situation you all are in! He said that he might've found the Phantom's hideout! It's located in the south-west area of P-City! It's in an abandoned building, your Hitodamas will help you find it!
Juran and Makito nodded at each other before running towards the exit. Vroon began to use his strength to push the carpet away from him before dropping down to run near Houka gesturing her to fall. After nodding, she fell onto his arms before he used the opportunity to run towards the entrance door to escape. Kai and Kaito nodded at each other before Kaito pointed his Geartlinger at the lever to shoot it causing it to switch to the opposite side allowing them to move further from the pot. As the sack ghost began to growl at them, it was about to pull the lever again until the two boys escaped from the plank before Kai pointed his phone at the ghost as he yelled "Jiruma Magiiro" transforming the ghost into a pillow before they took the opportunity to escape.
Earlier in the magic room, Magine was pointing her wand at the apple as it was starting to sparkle, but not float. As the sparkles began to grow stronger, the apple began to lift up an inch away from the table. After everyone gasped from it slowly working, Magine suddenly gripped her wand again as she squinted her eyes causing the apple to peel until it hit the core before falling causing everyone to sigh from disappointment.
Hikaru: Another failed attempt.
From embarrassment, Magine's face turned red before apologizing profusely until Urara held her hands together.
Urara: It's fine, there's no need to apologize! You're trying your best and that's what we like to see! Let's try again!
After Magine nodded her head, Tsubasa and Hikaru looked at each other before speaking up.
Tsubasa: But before we do, we need to address the elephant in the room.
Hikaru: That's right, the main reason that you keep is because you're not clearing your mind. There's some kind of negative thinking that's clouding your mind, isn't it Magine?
From the sudden callout, Magine began to stutter her words before Tsubasa spoke over her.
Tsubasa: If you want to proceed with our training then it's for the best to tell us what's bothering. If not, then there's no point in continuing since you'll do nothing but fail.
After Hikaru nodded agreeing with Tsubasa, Magine held her breath before Urara called out Tsubasa's name in a disbelief tone. Magine began to breathe heavier trying to answer, but she kept stuttering her words making it harder to answer. As they continued to stare at her, a panicking sensation began to overwhelm her as the thought of Maanasik reappeared in her mind repeating what she told her echoing across the room. As she was breathing faster, she felt as if the room was spinning trying to hold herself together but failed when she held the top of her head to scream out loud before throwing the wand at the ground to run away towards the exit. Urara looked on with a concerned look before turning back at her husband and little brother with an annoyed look as she marched towards them.
Urara: You two couldn't have gone easier with her?! Look what you've done!
Tsubasa: Uraraneki, did you forget why we're teaching her in the first place? We don't have time for distractions, we need her to learn these spells as fast as possible so that we could seal the Phantom.
Hikaru nodded before adding "this is an important mission we're dealing with" causing Urara to stomp her foot from frustration.
Urara: I know! And I get it! But, putting pressure into her like that will only make things more difficult! Did you two forget that father learned from this mistake as well?! Did you forget the constant pressure he kept putting on us when we were making mistakes?! You're doing the same thing he did!
After groaning loudly, she walked towards the wall to leave the room leaving both Hikaru and Tsubasa behind as they looked at each other once more. After entering back to the main room, she stopped when she saw Magine slouching on the couch with Whitley and Mae trying to comfort her as she was sobbing.
Whitley: It's okay pink robot lady.
Mae: Yeah, there's no need to cry. Why are you sad?
After Magine wiped her tears, she looked up at the two children as she was collecting her thoughts trying to find the right words to express her emotions.
Magine: W-Well...I-I kind of e-envy humans. H-Humans have dreams a-and goals they want t-to accomplish. B-But it's impossible for b-bots like me t-to have one. I-I want to have a d-dream so that I could relate t-to human girls. D-During my whole life I was with nothing but bots u-until I had an opportunity to go out t-to the outside world. I-I remember when I first heard about the word "girl". H-Human girls to b-be in fact. T-The opposite sex of a h-human boy, the ones who s-shares secrets, play s-sleepovers, b-braid each o-other's hair, talk a-about cute boys! I-It sounds so fun t-that I just want to befriend one! B-But I can't because I-I have nothing i-in common with one. A-And without a dream, t-then there's no point to b-befriend one since humans h-have dreams but b-bots don't. W-We're only a mmm~an-made object t-that's created for o-one purpose that b-benefits humans...
Suddenly, the three heard someone yell "that's not true" causing them to turn around to see Urara walk towards them to sit next to Magine to comfort her.
Urara: Is that what's been bothering you, Magine? I don't know who told you that, but I as a human woman is telling you now that they're wrong. It's wrong for you to be treated differently just because you're a robot. Bots who's sentient like you and your brothers deserves to live your own dreams, and besides you already do have a dream.
Magine's eyes suddenly widened before stuttering "I-I do" as Urara nodded with a smile.
Urara: That's right, you were so worried about wanting to relate to other girls your age, but you already can. You might not look human, but you act like a normal human girl. You fear that not having a dream will push those human girls away, but your dream is to befriend those human girls. So to start your dream journey, I'll be your friend. We can be the best friends in the whole universe.
From hearing Urara's words, Magine began to tear up before asking "promise" as Urara nodded replying "promise". She then placed up her pinky finger allowing both of their pinkies to wrap around each other keeping their promises before Magine leaned closer to hug Urara tightly as she continued to cry. After Urara patted Magine's back, she chuckled before looking up at her children seeing them put up a thumbs up before she gave them one back. Later, as the four entered the magic room, Smokey whispered "here they are" before entering back inside his lamp while Hikaru and Tsubasa cleared their throats before they awkwardly rubbed the back of their necks until Hikaru is the first to speak up.
Hikaru: Magine, we apologize for making you feel pressured.
Tsubasa: Y-Yeah, we're sorry. We thought about how we tried to approach your problem and we realized our errors.
Hikaru: Right. For now, we'll teach you properly and hold our patience. Now, if you forgive us, are you ready to continue with your lesson?
Magine gasped before turning back to see Urara, Whitley and Mae giving her a thumbs up as she nodded for approval.
Magine: I-I'm ready! Mmm~!
Later after the rest made it to the location, they landed near the entrance before exiting their Sky Hokies until the three vehicles flew away. After the group entered inside, Vroon and Juran turned on their LED lights to brighten their eyes before stopping as Kaito yelled out Gaon's name. As his voice echoed the room, there was only silence until they heard loud thumping from the floor above them. As they all prepared themselves, Gaon appeared out of the shadows before yelling "everyone" as he ran towards them as the rest sighed from relief.
Houka: Gosh~! Gaon-chan~! You scared us~!
Kai: Did you find the Phantom?
Gaon: I didn't, but I found this thing!
Gaon gave Kaito a worn-out old newspaper before seeing a black and white picture of a young man wearing a hooded cloak standing near a house holding two wooden puppets.
Kaito: It says here that a man named Charles Whitty was a famous puppeteer doing puppet plays for children's birthday parties until October, 20th 2019 he was arrested for murdering 25 people including men, women and children. They said that once the police raided Charles's home, they saw that his victims were taxidermized to look like puppets with iron chains attached to their limbs. On November, 15th Charles took his own life from suicide the night before his death sentence.
From hearing the story, everyone began to shiver from the unsettlement as Gaon's face turned blue before stuttering his words.
Gaon: W-Wait, d-does that e-explain the p-puppets hanging around…?
From his question, the rest looked at each other from confusion before Kai asked "what puppets". Later after they ran upstairs, they immediately spotted the puppets dangling from the ceiling. They were wooden puppets wearing different everyday clothing with iron chains attached to their limbs. As they all looked at the puppets in terror, Kai clenched his fist before punching a nearby wall before saying "we should've known".
Kaito: T-This can't be true, right? Can't you guys use your magic to reverse this?
Makito: We can't, it would count as necromancy. It's an illegal magic spell that we cannot cast no matter what. All we need to do is to inform the authority that we've found the missing civilians...
Suddenly, the group heard cackling echoing through the hall causing them to come closer to each other as they began to look around their surroundings. As they slowly began to back away, they stopped when they saw a hooded cloak appear from the darkness before red eyes appeared inside the void of the hood alongside bright sharp fangs as he continued to cackle echoing the area. As the group began to shiver from fear, Juran yelled "zoinks" followed by Vroon and Gaon to yell out "jinkies" and "jeepers" before they all ran back towards the stairs as the Phantom chased after them. After making it back to the first floor, the group continued to run away until Vroon accidentally tripped from an exposed floor board sticking out causing him to drop his glasses.
Vroon: Oh no, my glasses! I can't see without my glasses!
As he was feeling the floor to search for his glasses, he felt someone tap his shoulder before giving him his glasses.
Vroon: Oh, thank you so much!
After putting it back on, he screamed from horror when he saw it was the Phantom who gave him his glasses back. After running way, the Phantom continued to cackle before chasing after them. The group quickly stopped at a dead end with four different doors before they all split up into two to go into each door. After the Phantom stopped to look at each door, he opened door #1 to enter before closing behind him. Suddenly, the door swung back open as Kai and Kaito ran out to enter inside door #4 before closing behind them. After opening back up, Gaon ran to door #3 before the Phantom floated to enter door #3. Door #3 quickly opened as Gaon, Houka and Vroon ran to door #2 which caused Makito and Juran to run across to door #4 until Kai and Kaito ran up to door #1. After all of the doors swung open, the group met in the middle of the hallway before the Phantom appeared from the ceiling scaring them causing them to run the other way as the Phantom started to chase after them again. As they continued to run through the hallway, the Phantom opened his cloak to release dozens of iron chains at them catching Houka before reeling her closer to him. After everyone yelled out her name, Makito and Kai stopped alongside Kaito and the bots to flip it open to wand mode before dialing numbers to yell "Majuna" pointing their phones at the Phantom creating a ray of light to stun him releasing Houka before disappearing into the darkness. As she rubbed the top of her head, the rest ran to her to help her up.
Kai: Are you okay big sis?
Houka: Yeah I'm fine, I thought that I was a goner for a moment.
Vroon: Where did he go?
Makito: Don't know, he vanished after we shot that ray at him.
Suddenly, Kaito noticed a black fog leaving through the window catching everyone's attention as he yelled "I think that's him!"
Gaon: He's trying to escape!
Kai: No he's not!
Kai dialed numbers onto his phone before pointing it at the window to yell "Jinga Majuna" creating an invisible barrier but was quickly destroyed when the Phantom released dozens of chains from different directions. As the chains was aiming for the three siblings, Kaito and the bots used their Geartlinger to shoot the chains away until the Phantom finally managed to leave through the window.
Kai: Damn it, he escaped!
Kaito: He must be heading towards the town again!
Makito: Not if we stop him, it's been long enough so I hope that Magine learned what she needs to know about now.
Meanwhile inside the magic room, Magine had her eyes closed as she pointed her wand at the apple as it was levitating. As she continued to focus on her breathing, she started to grip her wand as she squinted her eyes when the memory of Maanasik reappeared repeating what she told her before causing the apple to shake a bit. As she continued to struggle to focus, she felt Urara's hand hold her shoulder quickly calming her as the memory of what Urara told her began to appear. As a tear began to run down her cheek, a pink ray of light began to engulf the apple before a box started to form around the apple trapping it inside as miniature chains wrapped around it sealing it in. After the box fell, Hikaru caught it with a smile on his face.
Hikaru: You did it Magine, you're officially a wizard now. You've passed.
After mumbling "MMM~", Whitley, Mae, Mandora and Urara gathered around Magine as they all began to celebrate from her success as Hikaru and Tsubasa looked on with a smile until Tsubasa's phone started to ring before picking it up to hear Kai from the other side of the line.
Tsubasa: You called just in time, Magine succeeded.
Kai: Great, we need everyone! We found the Phantom and now he's making his way towards the plaza again!
After Tsubasa said "Got it", he hung up before speaking up catching everyone's attention.
Tsubasa: They found the Phantom; it's heading towards the plaza again.
From the news, Magine mumbled "MMM~" as sweat began to appear from her head as her body began to shake.
Magine: A-Already?! Oh, I-I'm so nervous! I-I did just learn the spell a-after all! W-What if I mess up again? Mmm~?!
Urara: Don't think about that Magine, just remember what we've taught you.
Hikaru: That's right, clear your mind and think about all of the positive things that happened to you and it will be fine.
After everyone else nodded, Magine closed her eyes before taking a deep breath calming herself.
Magine: G-Got it! Mmm~!
Hikaru: Good. Now let's move out! Mandora Boy, you're stuck with babysitting until we come back.
Urara: We will be back kids!
After they ran out of the magic room, the three yelled "good luck" as they waved at them.
Later in the plaza, an alarm was heard as the civilians were running away from an army of life size wooden toy soldiers marching in a formable lineup. In the front was wielding swords signaling the soldiers behind them to open fire with their rifles and cannons. From the chaos, the Phantom was floating above the plaza using his chains to puppeteer the toy soldiers as he was cackling at the destruction of the town.
Warning! Tiger Level threat has appeared, please evacuate to the nearest shelter! I repeat, please evacuate to the nearest shelter!
As the Phantom continued to laugh loudly, he quickly stopped when he noticed that his army of toy soldiers were being shot down. As he clenched his teeth from the sight, he quickly noticed Hikaru flying towards him while riding his Skarpet before rotating his MagiLamp to yell out "Jiruma Jii Magika" pulling the trigger firing Smokey as he was engulfed with golden light. After being close to the Phantom, Smokey let out a flurry of punches damaging the Phantom before releasing dozens of chains at them until Hikaru snapped his fingers.
Hikaru: Smokey! Disable those chains!
Smokey: You got it big brother!
After clapping his hands once, the chains went limp causing the Phantom's eyes to widen before being met with Smokey's fist punching him down to his army.
Hikaru: Nice one Smokey, now the real battle will begin.
After the Phantom began to float back up while rubbing his head, he then saw the five Ozu siblings and the five Goshikida siblings come together to face his army before Hikaru landed between the two families.
Hikaru: There are too many toy soldiers in the way, we'll have to fight our way towards the Phantom. Remember what we've taught you Magine.
After Magine nodded in response, Kaito then grabbed hold of her shoulder catching her attention.
Kaito: You got this Magine, this is your moment to shine so you take the lead!
Kaito then nudged Gaon's shoulder causing him to groan before grabbing the new gear to pass it to Magine. As she looked at the gear, she clenched her fist tightly before grabbing her Geartlinger.
Magine: I-I won't let you all d-down! Ready!
Everyone replied "ready" before the Zenkaigers placed their gears in their Geartlinger to rotate the handle as they yelled "Change Zenkai" while the Magirangers began to dial numbers on their phone as Hikaru prepared his ticket.

After the Phantom flew higher away from the battlefield, the toy soldiers moved to the side to allow the cannons to aim at the two teams. Magine then stepped up before replacing her gear with Magiranger gear as she began to rotate the handle.

After firing the cannons, she pulled the trigger revealing a hologram of the Magiranger before disappearing transforming the Zenkaiger's Geartlingers into the Magiranger's MagiSticks. After the cannonballs made contact, a large explosion appeared before quickly dying down when Urara and Vroon used their MagiSticks to perform a water type spell as the rest ran towards the toy soldiers to attack.

As another explosion happened, Gaon, Tsubasa and Hikaru jumped past it as the three began to use their weapons to shoot at the toy soldiers as Tsubasa and Gaon yelled "MagiStick Bowgun". After landing, they began to fight off the toy soldiers as they were shooting them until a group of soldiers gathered together to point their guns at them before firing. Hikaru quickly grabbed his ticket to clip it before yelling "Jinga Majuna" creating an invisible barrier protecting them from the bullets. After the barrier broke, the three pointed their weapons at the group of toy soldiers.
Hikaru: Tsubasa, Gaon follow my lead!
Tsubasa: Got it! Gaon, repeat after me!
Gaon: Right!
Hikaru rotated his MagiLamp before yelling "Jiruma Jii Magika" as Gaon and Tsubasa yelled "Magi Magika: Yellow Thunder" rapidly firing multiple lightning bolts as Hikaru shot a golden Smokey at the group of soldiers causing them to scatter into pieces after being hit by their attacks.
As Vroon, Houka, Magine and Urara were fighting off their half of the toy soldiers, Houka quickly evaded the bullets that was aimed for her before landing on Vroon's shoulders.
Houka: Let's show them what we can do Vroon-chan!
Vroon: You got it!
As the two prepared their MagiSticks, Houka yelled "Magi Magika: Pink Storm" as Vroon yelled "Jii Magika" before the two began to spin in a fast pace creating a tornado with water engulfing it as the two yelled "Magical Hurricane" causing the toy soldiers to be pulled inside the tornado. After Urara and Magine stood side by side facing another group of soldiers, both of them prepared their MagiSticks.
Urara: Are you ready Magine?!
Magine: A-Always!
Urara then yelled "Magi Magika: Blue Splash" as Magine mumbled "MMM~" before they pointed their MagiSticks towards the group of soldiers shooting a high-pressured stream of water and a tornado as the two elements combined as they yelled "Mmm~agi Girls Vortex" causing the soldiers to scatter into pieces from the attacks.
As Makito was running towards the group of toy soldiers, he changed his MagiStick into its axe mode to clash his weapon with the toy soldier's swords before spinning slashing all of them to scatter to pieces. Suddenly, he was shot by multiple bullets hitting him from the side causing him to fall on the ground to see another wave of toy soldiers marching towards him. As they were about to fire another round, vines suddenly wrapped around their fire arms before taking them away from them. As they looked up, they saw a large tree beside them as Juran was sitting on top of a branch waving his MagiStick in axe mode as he was chuckling.
Juran: This magic stuff isn't so bad!
After standing back up, Makito gave Juran a thumbs up.
Makito: Thank for the help! Let's show them what green magic can really do!
After Juran yelled "right", Makito prepared his MagiStick before yelling "Jiruma Magika: Green Ground Bomber" slamming his axe onto the ground creating a shockwave causing the toy soldiers to fly up before Juran jumped towards them to slice them into pieces.
Both Kaito and Kai jumped past an explosion wielding their MagiStick in sword mode before landing as they began to slash at many toy soldiers before being surrounded by the soldiers pointing their weapons at them.
Kai: Don't piss me off! Follow my lead Kaito!
Kaito: Got it!
After the two prepared their swords, both of them yelled "Jii Magika: Red Fire Slash" as their blades began to engulf into flames slashing around them setting the toy soldiers on fire before causing them to explode.
As everyone continued to fight off the soldiers, the Phantom grew impatient before releasing the chains attached to the toy soldiers causing them to fall down. The Phantom began to zoom towards the two groups before releasing his chains at them. After the Zenkaiger's weapons changed back into their Geartlingers, they began to rapidly shooting away the chains as the Magirangers dialed numbers on their phones as Hikaru stamped a ticked before they yelled out "Majuna" shooting a ray of light at the Phantom stunning him causing him to fall back down. As he was trying to recover, Magine readied her Geartlinger before rotating the handle.
Hero! Super Zenkai Time!
As she began to point her weapon at the Phantom, both the Magirangers and the rest of the Zenkaigers held both of her shoulders as they all yelled "Zenkai Magi Burst" before pulling the trigger shooting a hologram of a miniature Magine's dragon form flying towards the Phantom rotating around him three times creating three different transmutation circles. As the Phantom began to struggle, Magine and the Magirangers stood side by side before they all pointed their MagiSticks and MagiLamp at the Phantom shooting energy rays of their respective colors at him causing the Phantom to float midair. As they continued, the Phantom started to shrink as a box started to form around him. But it began to become disrupted when an explosive of darkness burst out breaking the box before enlarging himself away from the hero's grasp. As the Phantom was growing, the sky suddenly turned dark before large red eyes and sharp teeth appeared as he began to cackle echoing through the city. As the Phantom began to cover the entirety of P-City, iron chains began to rain down attaching to the civilians and heroes causing them to go berserk attacking anyone and anything they see including houses and buildings. As the iron chains began to chase the Magirangers and the Zenkaigers, they were shooting and slashing down the chains that was after them.
Kai: How did this happen?! Everything was according to plan, right?!
Magine: I-It couldn't be mmm~y fault, r-right?!
Hikaru: It wasn't, you did everything perfectly Magine! The Phantom is too powerful to seal! We need to take him down with light its-!
Before Hikaru could finish, a chain attached itself to his back quickly possessing him causing Urara to yell "DEAR! NO". From being distracted by Hikaru, two more chains attached themselves to both Juran and Gaon flashing their eyes to turn into the color red before the three looked at the group. After Kaito called out both Juran and Gaon's names, they began to point their weapons at them until Urara quickly dialed numbers on her phone to point at the three before saying "Jiruma Majuna" causing the three to freeze in place as they continued to defend themselves from the chains.
Vroon: This is bad! How can we defeat him now?!
Tsubasa: Hikaru said that we need to defeat him with light, so we have no other choice but to fly up and cut him down with light itself!
Kai: Right! We'll use MagiKing to finish this once and for all!
Kaito: The three of us will help out with ZenkaiOh!
Magine: R-Right! I-I'll use the l-light spell on o-our weapon! Mmm~!
Makito: Right! Let's go everyone! Houka!
Houka: Got it!
Houka began to dial numbers onto her phone before yelling "Magi Magika: Pink Storm" as she spun in a fast motion creating a tornado to temporarily keep the chains away from them.
Houka: We're all clear!
After the five Ozu siblings dialed numbers onto their phones before pointing at the sky enlarging themselves as they transformed into their own respective mechas.
Magical Metamorphosis! Maagi Magi Magika!
Kaito, Vroon and Magine flipped their respective Sentai Gears upside down before rotating their handles to pull the trigger causing both Vroon and Magine to transform into their respective mechas before combining with each other.

After the two mechs spread their wings, both of them began to fly towards the dark sky as they were slashing the iron chains away. As the Phantom's cackles echoed through the city, Kai clenched his fist before him and his siblings placed their hands near their respective symbols causing their chess bodies to brighten up.
Kai: It's over for you Phantom! On our mark, Zenkaigers!
After the three yelled "right", Kaito began to rotate his Geartlinger causing Vroon's pickax to glow blue before Magine mumbled "mmm~" causing it to glow brighter than it should be.
Kaito: I should give this move a name too! Come on Kaito think!
As he was thinking, he then snapped his fingers thinking of an idea.
Kaito: Got it! Vroon Pickax! Accel Smash!
As they were closer, the Ozu siblings yelled "Maagi Jiruma Magi Magika" causing their sword to glow bright as well before the two mechs stabbed through the Phantom's darkness revealing a ray of light. As the Phantom began to scream from agony, the two mechs began to slash across the darkness as if they were cutting through fabric until they made it past the Phantom's face causing him to shrink brightening the sky again as the chains disappeared freeing the people from being possessed. Meanwhile on the ground, the Phantom has shrunk down enough to fit on the palm of a hand as he was trying to crawl away but stopped when Magine stepped in front of him causing the Phantom to shiver from fear as he looked up to see her. Magine looked down at the Phantom before putting up her thumb, index finger and pinky as her middle and ring finger was down before waving her hand as she mumbled "mmm~" to point at the Phantom covering him with a ray of pink energy causing him to float before being trapped inside the box as miniature chains wrapped around the box. After the box dropped, Magine picked it up before snapping her finger to say "checkmate".
Later inside the magic room, Kaito and the bots was seen wearing their original clothing circling around a table with the Ozu siblings, Hikaru, Mandora, Whitley and Mae. As they all held a glass cup, they all clanked their glasses as they yelled "cheers" as stood below a sign above them that reads "congratulations Magine".
Magine: T-Thank you a-all for this c-celebration! I-I'm so happy! Mmm~!
Mandora: No need to thank us desu! You deserve it desu!
Whitley: Yeah, we wanted to celebrate you becoming an official wizard!
Mae: You're so inspiring! I want to be like you one day Miss Magine!
As the two kids began to hug her leg, she giggled from the affection before patting their heads as Juran chuckled before taking a sip of his oil.
Juran: Man, today was a long and stressful day! We came a long way to save another city!
Gaon: I can't believe that I'm saying this, but I agree with you! I don't want to handle another ghost ever again!
As the two nodded agreeing with each other, Vroon added "you can say that again" before taking a sip of his glass of oil as he was still wearing his turtleneck sweater and skirt confusing the three boys after noticing.
Kaito: Vroon, you do know that we don't have to wear those uniforms anymore, right?
Vroon: I know, I just wanted to wear this for a little longer! It's so soft and comfortable!
After Magine chuckled from her brothers, she then turned around when Houka tapped her shoulder to catch her attention.
Houka: Magine-chan~! We have a surprise for you~!
From surprise, Magine stuttered "mmm~e" as the Ozu family gathered around. As the rest of the Goshikidas stood behind her, Urara cleared her throat as she was hiding something behind her back.
Urara: For your dedication and hard work, we all agreed to give you a gift.
She then revealed a crystal ball causing Magine to gasp loudly before grabbing hold of it.
Magine: OH MY GOSH~! Y-Y-Y-You really-!
Before she could let out what she wanted to say, Tsubasa then gave her the magic book for beginners before patting her shoulder.
Tsubasa: And we also want you to keep the book to practice your magic.
Hikaru: We want you to practice every day and also buy volume two, three, four and five to learn different spells.
Kai: And if you continue practicing your magic, you'll be able to learn the future spell to read the future for the crystal ball!
Houka: And it's the right travelling size too! It's cute, isn't it?
Makito: This is to show our appreciation, and we thank you Magine!
From their words, Magine began to tear up before giving them a hug as she constantly thanked them before letting go to meet up with her siblings. As she excitedly showed the bots her new gifts, Kaito stepped up to meet with the Ozu family with a bright smile.
Kaito: This is the nicest thing that you guys have done for her, thank you guys so much! It was awesome to finally meet you all! I just wish that Mom and Dad were here to see you guys again.
After mentioning his parents, the six looked at each other with a concern look confusing Kaito before Hikaru spoke up.
Hikaru: Kaito...I think it's about that time for you and your siblings to know the truth...
From his serious tone, the bots met up with Kaito as the five looked at each other with confusion.
Kaito: What truth are you talking about...?
Before they said anything, Kai took a deep breath before calmly saying "Isao and Mistuko...are still alive". From what Kai said, Kaito's eyes widened before accidentally dropping his glass shattering it before the five simultaneously yelled "WHAT".
