Jaune hurt everywhere.
When he'd awoken, it had been to a sea of confusion. Mouth parched, dehydrated beyond measure, it had taken him a minute or two to regain some semblance of thought, blinking blearily at the ceiling. Turning his head, he spied a bottle of water resting on the desk beside his bed along with a short note.
This is for you. We've taken Li to get something to eat. The shower is yours.
- Pyrrha
Jaune stared at it stupidly, his brain struggling to comprehend the words scribbled out on the piece of paper. Once he finally did, a whole host of other thoughts flooded his mind. Li's naked, sublime body. Her lustful, dark eyes. Her sweet whimpers as she rode him furiously. The sound of their clapping flesh coming together again and again. The pleasure that ignited his senses, setting his nerves alight. The heavy, musky scent of sex hanging in the air, clogging his lungs. The feeling of cumming inside his beautiful girlfriend not once, not twice, not even three times – more.
It was too much.
Jaune covered his face with a groan, and then hissed as a stinging pain alerted him to a vicious bite mark on his right shoulder. Jaune twisted to get a better look at it and then spotted another, and another, down his arm, and then on his chest. He was half covered in a sodden sheet and he tossed it aside, revealing his body. There was another mark on his abs, then by his hip, and even on his thigh. Beyond these bite marks that were bruising beautifully, a series of five raking scratches appeared. His back felt tight and when he sat up and reached back, he could feel his skin raised in welts.
Li had certainly done a number on him.
He never would have believed that she had it in her. Usually so calm and composed, so in control – seeing Li in the midst of her heat was an eye opening experience. Of course he knew logically that it drove female faunus to reproduce and he'd learned about things like increased aggression and becoming more amorous with their affections, but learning about it and witnessing it first hand, experiencing it was two completely different things.
It had been overwhelming. Jaune's only regret was that he hadn't been able to savor his first time. He'd been swept up in the whirlwind of lust, turning half feral himself as he'd forced her down and rut against her like a beast.
From all accounts, she'd enjoyed it thoroughly but Jaune was a bit of a romantic. He wished they'd been able to take their time.
Another thought then occurred to him, looking at the bottle of water his partner had left for him.
Pyrrha said seen them. As had Nora. Or rather, they'd seen the aftermath.
They knew they'd fucked.
That was a little awkward.
Though with how faunus went into heat, perhaps this was normal for them. Maybe it didn't need to be weird. Maybe he was the only one that felt a little embarrassed about the whole thing. Pyrrha was very considerate, though, wasn't she?
Grabbing the bottle, Jaune unscrewed the top and proceeded to inhale its entire contents. His parched mouth and dry throat cried out in relief as he quenched his thirst. Then his stomach chose that moment to rumble loudly, cramping so hard that he flinched.
He was starving.
Rolling out of bed, he grimaced as his butt peeled off the damp under sheet. Looking at his bed, it looked like a disaster site. Large wet patches soaked the mattress and his blanket was encrusted with old fluids, a combination of sweat, saliva, Li's gushing arousal and his own cum. Leaning in, he gave a sniff and recoiled. It also reeked.
His bed needed a complete refit.
Searching for his scroll, he found it in the pocket of his trousers pooled on the floor. Checking the time, he saw that it was late afternoon encroaching on evening. Grimm Studies had been their second class of the day so that meant they'd been gone for several hours, fucking and sleeping the entire day away.
He felt dirty and so first things first, he hit the shower. Jaune hissed as the hot spray touched his skin, quickly evening out into warmth rather than scalding. His skin felt sensitive all over, his muscles aching but in a different way. It wasn't the same as a hard workout but a softer ache, somehow more satisfying.
And then there was his cock.
It was red raw and stung as he wiped it clean. More than any part of his body, his dick had received the most punishment, though calling it punishment was not exactly the right word. Jaune could still feel phantom sparks of pleasure as he washed himself, her all encompassing heat, her tight, clenching folds and the firm nub of her cervix as she grinded him deep.
If he hadn't already been so spent, just the thought of pistoning inside her lovely body would have him bricked up in seconds. As it was, his memories couldn't even elicit a twitch from his member. Li had well and truly ridden him into the ground and vice versa. A little lower down, his balls were tender, feeling as if he'd been kicked between the legs. She'd drained them utterly and now they ached whenever he moved, almost like a sick feeling low in his belly. If he felt like this...
He hoped she was feeling okay. If his dick and balls felt this way, then she must be pretty sore herself.
Jaune had been… rough with her. As a Huntress, Jaune knew that Li was strong. Even with her slight frame, aura meant that she was stronger physically than most men without it. But the strength she had displayed when she'd manhandled him had been more than that. Fueled by her heat, Jaune had felt like he was wrestling with Nora instead, a true powerhouse due to the passive strength enhancement of her semblance. To gain the upperhand, he'd had to use more strength than he would have liked.
Jaune washed his body carefully before lathering his hair with shampoo before rinsing clean. Stepping out of the shower, he began toweling off in front of the mirror. The bruises and welts looked even worse now, and turning his back, he saw the red trails her nails had left in their wake.
He'd been marked, well and truly.
Focusing on his aura, a bright golden-white light seeped from his skin, filling him with warmth. Before his eyes, he watched as his skin mended itself, bruises fading to nothingness, welts sinking away until nothing more than smooth, warm skin remained. The ache in his muscles remained but it was dulled, and his exhaustion receded but not entirely.
He wasn't quite good as new but it was close.
Aura really was the best.
Next he stripped his entire bed, removing the sheets, blanket cover and even the pillow cases. Rolling them all up, he shoved them in the hamper before rummaging around the wardrobe for replacements. A few minutes later and his bed looked good as new, though the room still smelt a little musty.
Nothing that opening the window wouldn't fix. A cool breeze rushed in as he opened the window by his bed, shivering as his skin erupted in goosebumps.
Dressing into a pair of sweatpants and a loose shirt, Jaune pulled on his sneakers before he grabbed his scroll. Pyrrha's note said they'd gone to get Li something to eat so they were probably in the dining hall. Stepping out into the hallway, Jaune had barely closed their door when a voice cleared their throat behind him, making him jump.
He spun around and came face to face with Weiss Schnee.
"So, you're awake, then."
Ice blue eyes roamed across his body from head to toe, as if she was searching for something. Jaune froze, mouth falling open slightly as his surprise momentarily stalled his brain. Her long, bushy white tail swished back and forth, her cute fox ears perked up atop her head. With some shock, he saw that her hair wasn't up in its usual sidetail. It was hanging free, a curtain of spun moonlight falling down her back, almost reaching the floor. Jaune blinked stupidly.
"Hm? Jaune? Are you well?"
He found his voice.
"Oh, uh – hey Weiss," he swallowed. "I – yeah, I'm awake. I was just about to go have dinner."
Weiss hummed, her eyes meeting his. There was something strange there, something he couldn't quite place. Her sharp features somehow felt sharper, her ethereal beauty more overwhelming than usual. Tilting her head, her ears flicked.
"Would you like some company? I was just heading to the dining hall myself."
"Oh – yeah, I'd love it."
Her lips quirked. "Excellent."
He wasn't sure if it was just his mind playing tricks on him or not, but it felt like there was a subtle tension in the air. Though it was likely just him as Weiss fell into step next to him and without thought, his eyes fell, taking her in. She'd changed from her uniform into a simple white sundress, the material thin, loose and flowing around her knees with every step she took. So thin that in places, it almost looked see through, Jaune catching a glimpse of her narrow waist and trim belly. The straps about her shoulders were narrow, her delicate collarbone and slender shoulders bare to his eyes. Whenever her tail would lift up, her dress would rise, showing off the long, creamy planes of her thighs, supple and toned.
Jaune quickly looked away.
With her hair down and dressed like that, she looked like a snow fairy, a mythical being stepped straight out of a children's book.
"Mm," Weiss raised her nose and sniffed the air, her small nose twitching. "You're very distracting this evening, Jaune."
"Uh, what?"
Weiss giggled, a sound like tinkling bells. "I suppose as a human, you probably don't realize it. I often forget that about you."
She leaned in and he had to stop himself from flinching away, her eyes fluttering shut as she sniffed the air again, her hands clasped behind her back.
"I can smell Li all over you."
Jaune felt like he'd been punched in the stomach. "W-What?"
Hadn't he showered? Jaune lifted his arm and sniffed, but all he could smell was the faint floral scent of the body wash he'd used, as well as the scent of freshly laundered clothes; a combination of fabric softener and grapefruit washing powder. There was none of the reek of sex that had covered him earlier, that had saturated their room and his skin.
He knew that faunus had stronger senses but were they really this strong? That Weiss could smell it even after he'd showered and changed?
Weiss grinned at him, a hint of fang plumping her lip. Almost like she was reading his mind, she nodded. "Her scent clings to you even now. No amount of showering can remove it. She finally marked you. Lucky girl."
Jaune felt heat rise up his neck, stifling.
"Uh, sorry," he muttered.
She blinked at him. "You've nothing to be sorry for, Jaune. This is just the way of things."
If Weiss could smell it, did that mean everyone else would be able to smell it as well? Like some sort of beacon, every person he met would just know he'd had sex with his girlfriend?
"Your scent will shroud her, as well," Weiss continued, straightening up. Her silky hair fell down her front, shimmering. "Everyone will know that she is yours, and you are hers."
"Oh…"
He hadn't learned about this. Jaune thought this was a pretty important detail to leave out of the text books! But maybe it was left out because it didn't need to be taught. It was just obvious that they'd smell of each other and others would know.
"Did you mate well?"
Jaune opened his mouth to reply before his brain caught what she'd just asked him.
"What?"
"I assume you performed your duties satisfactorily," Weiss nodded to herself. "Yes. You strike me as a fine lover. Our instincts are rarely wrong about such things. Tell me, was it good?"
...Weiss was acting a little strangely, wasn't she?
In many ways, Weiss was very similar to Li. A calm, composed individual, prim and proper from her upbringing – at least on the surface. As Jaune got to know Weiss better, he had learned that she was quite the passionate individual and was prone to bouts of emotion, be they anger or joy. She often found happiness in the most simple of tasks, while also becoming irritated by things that were normal for others.
Yang would call her moody but Jaune just thought she felt things a lot more strongly than other people, though she tended to keep those feelings bottled up until they came out, more potent than they otherwise would be.
There was an innocence about her that reminded Jaune of Ruby in many ways, though also a loneliness that held shades of Pyrrha. He always thought the pair of them would be great friends and yet they clashed on almost everything, meshing about as well as oil and water. Jaune was certain that they didn't hate one another but something kept them apart, an instinctual, primal behavior that drove their interactions that he didn't understand.
She was also curious. A cat-like curiosity, you could say. A vibrant drive to learn things.
But this was taking it a little far, wasn't it? Of all their friends, Weiss was at the bottom of people he'd ever thought he'd be talking about sex with.
"Jaune?" she pressed. "Was the sex good?"
"Er – yes?"
Weiss almost skipped, bouncing with her next step. "Yes, I suppose that was a silly question, wasn't it? Of course it was. You are both young and fit, handsome, beautiful people. It must have been mind blowing."
Yeah, she was acting very strangely. During Grimm Studies, she'd been disgruntled, almost appalled by Li's actions concerning him but now? It was like night and day.
...though it was nice to know that she thought he was handsome. Coming from someone as beautiful as Weiss, that was a compliment of the highest order. If he walked with a little more pep in his step, could anyone blame him?
"I must confess, I was becoming cross with you when it appeared you were not going to fulfill your duties as Li's boyfriend," Weiss shook her head. "Refusing a girl you've pledged yourself to in the midst of her heat is a very cruel thing, Jaune. You mustn't ever do that, do you understand?"
Wait, that is why she was annoyed in class? Because he hadn't taken Li away to fuck sooner?
"I wasn't trying to refuse her," Jaune said slowly. "It's just… we were in the middle of class."
"Education is important," Weiss nodded. "I'm pleased you consider it so highly, that is very mature of you – but Jaune, it is no excuse to ignore her heat. Our impulses only grow stronger the longer it isn't dealt with until one loses control of themselves completely."
Was that why Li had been so aggressive with him? So maybe that wasn't the norm with her, it was just that his delay had caused her to be pent up beyond her limit to contain herself. So if he'd taken action earlier, she would have been more like herself.
That was good to know. Jaune was starting to understand that as thorough as his schooling had been on the subject, there was still a lot they'd left out. It was understandable. A lot of this was just things his classmates would know because they experience them and didn't need to be taught.
"She could – uh, take care of herself in those situations, though, right?"
Jaune felt that heat around his neck climb a little higher.
"She can," Weiss confirmed, though a quick look at her face showed she didn't think highly of this route. "But it only delays those feelings and instincts. When you find a mate you wish to be with in every way, things only become so much more potent."
"Right."
Weiss then smiled at him, a pretty thing, her eyes crinkling happily as her white teeth blinded him. "I'm glad you're the man we thought you were."
What did that mean?
But Weiss didn't elaborate further, walking beside him with a happy little bounce every handful of steps. She even began humming softly, an attractive sound that only hinted at her skill as a singer. Jaune had heard her voice in song only the one time and frankly, it'd blown him away. Even just the small show of her talent was more than enough, and she continued humming a jaunty tune as they approached the dining hall.
He probably shouldn't have said anything but he found himself speaking without thought, "I'd love to hear you sing sometime."
Her humming stopped abruptly and she peered at him with those wide, expressive eyes, head tilting slightly. "You would?"
Jaune nodded quickly. "That is, if you wouldn't mind."
Her face was radiant as her smile stretched even further. "I would not mind at all."
Jaune spotted Pyrrha's crimson hair first, spying his team on the other side of the room. Students were beginning to gather in numbers, dinner fast approaching and the mouth watering scent wafting from the kitchens caused his stomach to cramp up, roaring at him for food.
"Shall we?" Weiss gestured with a slender hand, and they both made their way through the building crowd.
Nora saw them first, perking up. Her hand shot into the air, waving back and forth. "Jaune~!"
Pyrrha turned her head, emerald eyes lighting up – before her face soured at the sight of Weiss, a subtle furrow of her brow. Jaune heard Weiss titter beside him.
"Pyrrha is so funny," Weiss said with amusement, though her face was deathly serious. "Such a magnificent creature, don't you agree?"
Uh – he wasn't sure if Pyrrha would appreciate being called a creature, but he supposed he agreed with the sentiment Weiss was expressing. Pyrrha was the best.
"Magnificent – and yet still so filled with envy," Weiss continued. "Green like her eyes. If she were as confident in life as she is on the battlefield, she could have everything she ever wanted. Though she isn't alone in that regard," Weiss sighed. "One must not hesitate. I feel that is a lesson we've both had to learn the hard way."
"Oh?"
What else could he say? He had no idea what she was talking about.
"Though perhaps there is still hope for us," she mused, eyes settling on Li – and then Nora. "They're quite magnificent themselves, in their way. Li was very kind to Blake."
Before he could ask her what she meant, she walked ahead, lengthening her stride. Pyrrha watched her warily, tail stiffening, bristling almost as the smaller, slender girl approached her.
"Good evening," Weiss executed a perfect curtsy.
"Good evening," Pyrrha returned slowly, grimacing as Weiss took the seat right next to her. "W-Wait, that chair is for—"
"Thank you for saving this spot," Weiss cut across her, appreciative. "That was very kind of you."
Their eyes met and as expected, sparks flew between them. Their ears pinned back, their features sharp as they stared one another down.
Nora laughed. "Aren't these two so silly?"
A little bit, yeah.
Jaune moved around the table and sat down next to Li who hadn't looked up from the table since he arrived. When he was level with her, he saw that her cheeks were flushed scarlet and her hands were fiddling in her lap, picking at the hem of her shirt. Nora met his eyes and her face softened, nodding once.
"Uh…" now that he was faced with her, he had no idea what to say. Jaune wavered, thinking of the perfect words. Nothing came. "Um, er – have you eaten yet?"
There was a beat of silence and then Nora snorted, covering her face as her shoulders shook. Jaune wished for the floor to open up and swallow him whole. Of course she hadn't eaten yet, no one had. It was times like these that his awkwardness was a real pain in the ass.
Weiss made a sound of amusement and even Pyrrha had to turn her head away politely so she didn't crack. Li slowly lifted her eyes, head tilting to look at him, and the expression on her face could be summed up by the word, 'Really?'.
Jaune cleared his throat. "Right. Uh – well, I guess the food isn't ready yet, huh? Are you hungry? Because let me tell you, I'm absolutely starving. I don't think I've ever been so hungry in my life. It must be – uh, nevermind. So…"
He really was on a roll, wasn't he?
He continued to ramble, just digging himself further and further into that socially awkward pit he often found himself in at the most inconvenient of times. He didn't notice at first but as he repeatedly put his foot in his mouth, a smile curved her lips, her eyes clearing of apprehension and instead glittering with amusement.
"Jaune," she finally said, and it was enough to stop him dead. She snickered quietly. "What are you even saying?"
"I – I don't know," he shrugged hopelessly. "I guess I'm nervous and I ramble when I'm nervous. Sorry."
Her hand settled on his, warm and soft, fingers curling around his own.
"Don't be nervous."
"Right, I know – I mean, I'll try."
She was really beautiful when she smiled.
"I'm sorry," she suddenly apologized, bowing her head slightly. "I know that things like this are different for you. That you're a human and it isn't quite the same. I tried to hold back."
"But you couldn't, right?"
She shook her head. "It wasn't that I couldn't. It was because I didn't want to."
Li pinned him with a look that went straight to his soul, her eyes overflowing with affection. Without a word, Jaune turned her way and opened his arms, and she fell into him instantly, burying her face in his chest. She inhaled deeply, snuggling into him and Jaune welcomed her warmth, embracing her.
Nora looked like she was on the verge of tears. "Awww – so cute~!"
"Shut up," Li muttered. Jaune laughed.
"...So it was okay?" Li asked quietly.
"Yeah," he replied just as softly. His hand stroked her hair, starting between her horns and moving down her back. "Are you feeling okay? I didn't mean to be so – er, rough."
"A little sore," she confessed shyly. "And I was rough with you first."
She was.
"I liked it," she whispered.
"What?"
She nuzzled him firmly, arms winding around Jaune's waist.
"Nothing."
"Hug time~!"
"What? Oh – wait, Nora," Jaune grunted as the cow faunus slammed into Li's back, almost pushing him over, chair and all. He had to hastily grab at the table to keep them all from tumbling to the floor. Li squawked as she was squashed between them. "Woah!"
"Nora!" Li growled, furious, trying to squirm free but Nora had her arms around Jaune and she wasn't budging. Though her horns came dangerously close to spearing her teammate in the neck.
"Ahahaha," she laughed, rocking back and forth, squashing Li even further between their chests. "Hug, hug, hug, hug~!"
"Heya guys," a boisterous voice called out, Yang approaching with the rest of Team RWBY. "That looks interesting. What's happening?"
Jaune met Yang's eyes and saw that she had a resigned expression on her face.
"Can Li breathe like that?" Blake asked, clearly entertained if her grin was anything to go by.
"Oh, that looks fun," Ruby chirped, rushing forward. "Group hug time!"
"Wait, no, Ruby," Jaune tried to dissuade her but it was too late. If she'd come around his back and hugged him from there, things would have been awkward but fine. But she came around Nora's back and leapt onto them, only adding to the lopsided weight distribution. Jaune tightened his hold on the table, muscles tensing but it all for nothing.
The legs of his chair slipped.
There was a moment of weightlessness, and then the world tumbled. The last thing Jaune saw were a pair of silver eyes widening in alarm before his back hit the ground hard, the weight of three girls piling on top of him, Ruby's hard forehead smacking him right in the face.
"Ow," Jaune grunted, holding his nose as his aura took damage.
"Mmmphrr," Li tried to speak, her face trapped against his chest.
Nora just giggled, sprawled out.
Ruby cradled her head, dazed.
"Sorry about my partner," Weiss deadpanned, though she was covering her mouth to hide her smile. "She's a little dumb."
