Minoru and Momo meet for the first time as their family businesses become entangled, with Sana the cat there as a witness it all.

Chapter 3 - Thunderstruck

Szan'Xarath was a creature of the Great Dark, a harbinger for her eminent mistress, and a servant of the Great Dragon, himself. Cloaked in immense power, she'd been entrusted with the most important responsibility of her people in the last millennium.

It was a responsibility that she took great pride in, and she did her absolute best to do right by her masters. It wasn't every decade that you were given a direct order by your god to handle something so important to her.

She'd had to put more work into it than she'd ever expected. The last ten years and some change hadn't been easy, and she'd been forced to face challenges she'd never thought she'd run into herself, career-focused as she'd been before this mission had been given to her.

But she'd persevered. She'd asked for help when things had gotten too difficult, and been fortunate enough to get support.

And her mission? To ensure that the heir to her mistress's legacy grew up happy, healthy, and accustomed to using his powers. All while helping him achieve his own dreams however she could, too.

It had been weird at first. She was a creature from beyond the veil. What did she know about raising human - or close enough - children? Her lady hadn't even been human for a century. How the Old God had managed to birth what looked to be an altogether normal human baby had boggled Szan'Xarath's mind, and that was saying something.

But little Minoru had grown on her. He was a rambunctious little thing in his early years, using that quirk of his in conjunction with the abilities granted by what he was to get around the house in the craziest of ways. Szan'Xarath was sure that if any of the locals had been sent to take care of her master, there'd have been no shortage of workplace horror stories.

And outright horror.

The boy particularly liked hanging from the ceiling by his head, swinging his legs back and forth like it didn't imply something altogether more terrifying to the humans that lived on this world.

But he was obedient, and usually listened to her once she explained why she needed him to not scare his classmates and the members of the company staff with teeth and half-liquid flesh, tentacles, talons, and eyes. Even if that could have been explained as a particularly active quirk, most people weren't ready for that sort of thing at all.

And even when he'd been receptive to her, he'd struggled with saying her true name when he was younger.

Which was why she'd been dubbed 'Sana-chan' in the years that had gone by. And while he could say her name properly now, the nickname had stuck, not that Szan'Xarath minded it. She was more than happy to be introduced to the rare visitors to their home as Sana the cat. She'd even started using it with the other people that worked for them. Her real name just raised too many damn questions.

You'd think people here would be used to funny names by now, but maybe it was just the people in this country.

And now, watching her master stare at the Yaoyorozu heiress like he'd been struck by lightning while she sat by his feet in her cat form, she decided that every bit of the trouble she'd been through was worth it.

Really, it already was, but she'd take this anyway.

Black eyes were wide as dinner plates, and she doubted her master could manage to get a word out as the introductions were made. Sana doubted he even absorbed anything that was said between the Yaoyorozu parents and President Motoaki.

And she was sure that the girl wasn't even seeing anything suspicious. She looked too focused on looking polite, even looking at Motoaki. Briefly, it even looked like she'd noticed Sana on the floor, so it wasn't very likely that Minoru was trying to draw the girl into his Den.

She could recognize the slight discomfort on the girl's face, though. A small crinkling of the eyes in a suppressed cringe. Poor thing was probably stared at a lot at school.

Thankfully, the master was knocked out of his little trance when the Yaoyorozu mother asked him to introduce himself.

"Mi-" The boy swallowed so hard Sana heard it. "Mineta Minoru. My quirk's called 'Pop Off.'"

One of the things that Sana had found good about being a cat was how it let her observe things without being a part of the conversation. People were a lot less guarded around her for that reason.

And Sana could see it paying dividends again, in the understanding smirk exchanged by the Yaoyorozu girl's parents, that they knew her boy was smitten. It was one of those exchanges where entire conversations were had at a glance. Sana was happy and relieved that no offense was taken. From the suppressed chuckle and the brightness in their eyes, it looked like the pair found it cute.

Honestly, Sana had to agree.

What followed was a quick discussion where Motoaki explained that Minoru's parents weren't really involved with the running of the company directly anymore, mostly just checking in on where they'd source the raw materials. Motoaki had been handling Mineta Industries on their behalf since they'd stepped back just before Minoru was born.

The Yaoyorozu owners asked if they could visit some of the sites, and arrangements would be made for that, though it was likely going to take time since they were already rather busy locally and most of Mineta Acquisition's harvesting sites were in other countries. Japan just didn't have the land, after all, and most of the mines they owned weren't here.

Snacks were served after that, a cart filled to the brim with tea, sandwiches, and some traditional Japanese desserts brought in by the staff, and some minutiae that Sana wasn't as interested in. Minoru was slated to take the company over from Motoaki when he'd come of age, of course - and provided he decided to stay here - but that was years away.

Though perhaps she could benefit from knowing more about how the company was run if she was going to be helping him do it when the time came.

And the girl, Momo, was in the same boat, Sana imagined. Wouldn't make sense for her parents to let her be here if she wasn't going to be heading the company eventually. Maybe she was an only child, too?

Eventually, talks started to get more serious again, discussing timelines and Sana was starting to see both of the kids' eyes glaze over when the girl's mother caught on.

"Mo-chan," the dark-haired woman said with a grin, "Why don't you and Minoru-kun head to the lounge and get some fresh air. I've been told that he's also applying for UA for next year."

Onyx eyes widened as they looked at Sana's boy with some renewed interest. If anyone in the room had been paying attention to her, Sana was sure that they'd have seen her smirking.

~TtT~

Momo had gotten used to being stared at. She didn't really like it, but it had come with territory.

That, and she wanted to be a hero. If she succeeded, she was going to be stared at no matter what she did. She was supposed to inspire them. How could she do that if they weren't looking at her?

She'd known that. Had heard it at her grand-uncle's lap as a little girl, and even heard something similar from All Might in one of his many interviews. But she didn't know what it was like to be looked at, really scrutinized. Sure, her parents paid her attention, but she'd never felt weirded out by it before. She'd been very happy to have their attention, really, especially with how busy they were.

That changed when she got to middle school.

"You're applying to UA, Mineta-san?"

His stare had been a little different. Momo couldn't describe it, but it wasn't the exact same look she got from her boy classmates. It was more… surprise? The boy looked like he'd been blindsided, and Momo didn't feel like she was food on a plate with the way he looked. It honestly looked kind of amusing. Cute.

The look her mom sent her told her the woman thought the same.

And now he was doing his level best to look out the window even though she could see him meeting her eyes every now and then as he tried to stammer out an answer.

But she wanted to know. Finally, finally there was someone else that wanted to get into UA. Someone that understood. If not what it meant to be a hero, then what it was going to take.

"Y-yeah." Even the smile he had on his lips looked awkward, but there was a familiar nervousness there. That uncertainty about getting in. "I'm the only one in my school applying for the hero course, but I'll be joining this year if I pass."

And he was joining the hero course, too!

Momo's smile was so wide her cheeks were starting to hurt, and she could feel a weight lift from her chest she hadn't known had been there.

Dark eyes turned to her, looking at Momo with a side-eye that almost made her laugh. Then Minoru's cheeks flushed.

"Y-you?"

"Yes!"

He was crushing on her. Momo was familiar enough with what that looked like to be able to tell, but she felt excited instead of uncomfortable. Warm. She felt warm. Her cheeks felt warm.

"I was the only person to apply to the hero program from my school, too! A lot of my classmates used to say they wanted to be heroes when we grew up, so I was surprised when my teachers told me I was the only one." She said as the two walked through the doors to the lounge balcony. The wind howled all the way up here, and she could feel her hair swaying from the force of it. "You mentioned your quirk was named Pop-off? Can I see it?"

The boy's mouth opened, half a grin on his face before it suddenly froze.

Momo couldn't say she'd seen the change coming. Minoru's dark eyes looked down and he stilled as they reached the railing that let them get the full view of Nagoya. Momo could see Nagoya castle in the edge of her vision, but she instead focused on the boy she just met.

"Sure." He shrugged, before presenting his hand in front of her the same way some of the braver boys in her class had done when asking for her own hand. It looked a little comical since he was a lot shorter than her, standing at just below her shoulders even though Momo was pretty sure the both of them were around the same age.

Her eyebrows rose at the forwardness of it, but before she could say or do anything, a clear pop came from the top of Minoru's head as his… hair came off!?

The purple ball looked like hair, but was so perfectly round that Momo would have thought it some sort of children's toy when it landed directly in Minoru's hand.

"It's sticky." He said, voice higher than it was earlier. Nervous. A different kind of nervous from when he saw her or when he talked to her in a way that Momo didn't think she was smart enough to know, but definitely nervous. Minoru waved his hand around and Momo looked at how the ball stuck to his hand even as he waved it past the railing where it should have been caught by the wind. "It'll stick for as long as I want it to."

And when he put it on the railing proper, made of stainless steel that should have been about as sheer as they come, it stuck. Even more surprising was when he lifted his hand from it and it remained on the railing.

"W-what about yours? Y-Yaoyorozu-san?"

Momo blinked. That was… odd. "That's a pretty useful quirk, Mineta-san." Looking back to the ball, she looked at how it… sort of swayed in the wind. Without thinking, she found herself reaching out to it. "Should be really good with rescues, right? It can keep people from calling off collapsing buildings?"

He shrugged with one shoulder, "Good at keeping bad guys in place, too."

She nodded, "You've thought a lot about this, huh? Figures." raising her hand in much the same way he had when he'd shown his quirk, she showed him her own.

Minoru's dark eyes widened as the light of Creation cast his face in bright white, and looked even more amazed when Momo brought her hand closer to reveal the rubber ball she'd made.

Puffing out her chest in pride, she tossed the thing up and down to show it had weight. She'd made it of seamless rubber and kept some air inside. Smirking, she looked down at the shorter boy as he chuckled.

The girl had even mirrored the color. Dark purple.

"Color's a bit off though." She said, returning the shrug he'd sent her with her own.

"You'll get it. You can show me next time!"

A sudden and surprisingly loud cry caught both of their attention. The pair jumped apart at the source of the noise that was at both of their legs.

Had… Had the ball jumped just like they had?

Momo's eyebrows rose at the idea, but she didn't think she'd imagined it. But the pawing cat at her feet was insistent enough that she just had to look down.

She vaguely remembered being introduced to the cat earlier. The thing hadn't looked too interested in what was happening, though. It had been perfectly happy to just stay wrapped around Minoru's legs while they all talked around it.

As for the name… She was called…

"Sana-chan?" Momo asked, gaze darting to Minoru to see the boy smiling at her. A smile she was more than happy to return. "It's Sana-chan, right?"

The girl was properly introduced to Minoru's cat as they waited for the adults to finish ironing out this new deal of theirs. As far as she was concerned, Momo had made a new friend, and she hoped they'd see each other again.

~TtT~

He was back in bed. They'd taken a helicopter back to Yokohama. Mineta Industries had an office there that President Motoaki did his work from, and they'd taken the car the rest of the way home to Yamate.

Minoru was surprised at how tired he was, but he supposed he shouldn't have been. He'd taken the day off of school to go to Nagoya, and while the day had been both pleasant and fun, it had taken more out of him than he'd expected.

And that was considering he didn't really have any responsibilities today besides being there and doing his best to pay attention to what was happening. To use the opportunity to learn what he could from how the family business was run because he might be taking over one day.

He wasn't sure how he was supposed to manage doing that while being a pro hero, but he guessed that was probably why his parents still had President Motoaki in the first place. He'd handle running the place normally, and they'd just step in whenever something big was happening or if they were needed specifically.

"You look like you enjoyed yourself."

Which brought him back here, laid out in his bed again with Sana sidled up against him, olive skin catching the low light from the moon coming in through the window as her blonde hair seemed to glow.

Orange-gold eyes smirked at him, the woman wrapped his smaller body like she would if she'd been in her cat form and he'd been one of her kittens.

"Yeah." He answered with a sigh, his body relaxing as the warmth of her own kept the cold of the night away in the most pleasant way possible. "I didn't think today was gonna be so long, but it sure feels like it now, you know, Sana-chan?"

"Oh I can imagine, master Minoru," Sana purred, saying the final two words in perfect English as she breathed them against his ear, sending tingles down his spine as her hand danced over his bare thigh. "And I'm sure Yaoyorozu Momo-chan was a big part of that."

Minoru hummed without thinking, mind drifting to dinner where they'd gone to a nearby hotel buffet and had gotten an open-air table by the rooftop pool so they could all enjoy the evening air while enjoying the view. Momo had been set against the setting sun, and he was pretty sure that he'd been caught staring again.

He didn't know what had gotten over him. Maybe it was puberty? But what he'd felt when he'd first seen Momo was nothing like what he felt when he'd seen Ryuko, seen Midnight, or Mount Lady, or Mirko. It had been nothing like anything he'd felt when he'd seen the girls in his magazines or online.

And it wasn't that he was inexperienced.

"Hmmm…" Dark eyes shut as he let the sweet feeling of his balls being caressed flow through him. It lit a familiar fire in his belly and he could already feel the muscles around his crotch tighten in growing anticipation. "Sana-chan…"

"No better way to de-stress, yes master?"

Even her voice sent jolts through him. Chilled limbs shivering in contrast to the pleasant warmth he felt in his torso. Her hand moved slowly, cradled him and squeezed gently as her curves were pushed against him. Minoru could feel the fire just beneath her skin, writhing flesh alight with arousal as she begged him the way she knew he liked best:

Stimulation.

"Do you want her?" Her voice was breathy, husky, and Minoru felt the blood in his veins boil just as he felt it all go south. "You looked thunderstruck, master. That girl hit you different."

And Sana's giggle… First Fire.

His hips shot up, the woman's hand not missing a beat as she kept his balls surrounded in her warm and gentle grip and doing her level best to encourage them to churn out cum for him to shoot out. And fire, was it working. His length was turgid now, throbbing, almost.

"Do you want me, Minoru-kun?"

It was her voice. Momo's. Lips he hadn't even imagined pressed against his ear as another hand closed around his length.

Cold. Unfamiliar.

"No…" And it was back to Sana. "You stiffened there, master Minoru." The hand was warm again, familiar. "You even softened a bit." Her tongue clicked several times as she tutted, fake disappointment thick in her voice. "So not Momo. Not yet."

And just as suddenly as the change had come and gone, it had happened again. Firm muscles replacing Sana's soft curves as the voice changed again. Younger, feistier.

"Maybe the Rabbit-girl Mirko can keep the master entertained tonight?"

Eyes orange-gold and wide with hunger, Minoru looked to his side to be met with the crimson of Rumi Usagiyama. The wide grin and the lick of her lips a stark contrast to the gentle way she jerked his length and drew a moan out of him.

"Then maybe once we're done, we can play with our new pet dragon-girl later?"

And even though it was Mirko's voice in his ear and her face in his eyes, that hunger was all Sana.
