Welcome back to Elemental Crisis Book III. Last time, everybody finally got set up and caught up on the situation in National City and revealed the Element that brought them to the West Coast in the first place, the Element of Earth. But then came the big surprise. Earth isn't the only Element out in National City. There's not one, not two, but three total Elements scattered about National City. So the various heroes involved decided to split up and handle each one of them, hopefully before the Dark Knights get involved. How's that going to go? Read on to discover...

(Our scene picks up in a ruined warehouse just outside National City, where Myriad, General Luthor, and Malefic J'onnz are working on... something. General Luthor is checking weapons while Myriad works at some sort of holographic screen)

Malefic J'onnz: Anything yet? I'm already not liking this place.

Myriad: Patience, Malefic. The tracking software is still calibrating.

General Luthor: It shouldn't be taking that long. It's LexCorp tech.

Myriad: You forget, LexCorp doesn't exist here. It's LuthorCorp, and their technology is not the same.

General Luthor: Far inferior I would assume.

Myriad: I will not specify.

(Beneath his helmet, General Luthor is scowling right now, but just as he's about to make a sarcastic remark, the program activates, revealing the three Elements detected earlier.)

Myriad: Interesting. For once I am surprised.

Malefic J'onnz: How?

Myriad: There are three Elements active in this city. And I have readings of our respective counterparts heading towards one each.

General Luthor: Superman is mine then.

Myriad: I was not planning on getting in the way of your rivalry with the Kryptonian male. Your efforts are best directed against him anyways. You will need to go to these coordinates. (Sends a set of coordinates to General Luthor's armor)

General Luthor: Got it.

Malefic J'onnz: Where's my brother then?

Myriad: Take a look for yourself.

Malefic J'onnz: (Looks at the holographic screen) Should be able to find that.

Myriad: Excellent. Then I shall handle Kara Zor-El. Let us be off, swiftly.

(While the Dark Knights mobilize, we re-enter National City to see Supergirl and Spyro in the skies flying towards one of the skyscrapers, meeting Sentinel and Toyman on the ground level.)

Sentinel: Are you sure this is the place?

Supergirl: Positive. J'onn's tech hasn't failed us yet.

Toyman: Not sure how Cat is going to react to something like this being in her building.

Supergirl: Leave Cat to me, Winn. Let's just get in there before before Malefor's forces show up.

Toyman: (Caught off guard) Wait, this is Malefor's doing?

Spyro: It's a long story. I'll get you caught up once we get done here.

Sentinel: Before we enter, I'd better check up on the rest. (Gets on her comm system) Nia, J'onn, how're things on your end?

(As Sentinel sends that signal, we immediately transition to the location of Dreamer, who is teamed with Superman, Guardian, and Cynder, who appear to be at National City University.)

Dreamer: Just got to the coordinates. Whatever force we're dealing with here tore a path of destruction through National city University. Will respond with an update if there's any further news.

Sentinel: (Via the comm system) Copy that.

(With that, another transition brings us to the team of Martian Manhunter, Lena Luthor, and Flash, who appear to be in an R&D faciilty with a familiar L logo everywhere)

Martian Manhunter: We're right on course. Good thing Lena decided to join us.

Lena Luthor: Whatever this is, I don't know how it ended up in LuthorCorp R&D. But you better hope this doesn't do much damage.

(Now that everybody has called in, we transition back to CatCo Headquarters, where Sentinel finishes responding)

Sentinel: The D.E.O. should handle it if it is. Call back with any updates. (Switches off the comm system) Everybody's in place.

Spyro: Excellent. Shall we enter?

Supergirl: Let's.

(With that, Supergirl takes out a keycard an unlocks the door, leaving Spyro slightly confused)

Supergirl: What? I work here. And Cat knows who I am.

Toyman: Since when?!

Sentinel: Is that really something we need to worry about right now?

Toyman: Touche.

Spyro: Let's get moving. If the Dark Knights are able to catch up to us, I shudder to think about it.

Supergirl: I'll lead the way.

(And with that, the quartet enter CatCo Worldwide Media in search of the Element hidden within as our tale ends for today)

And that looks like a good spot to wrap up for today. Everybody's gotten to their destination and are searching for one of the three Elements that drew them out, though it looks like the Dark Knights aren't too far behind them. So, the chase is on. But who will get to the Elements first? Tune in next time to start finding out! Same time... same channel!
