Chapter 1
A young man with brown hair was sleeping peacefully inside his room during a quiet morning, until his wake up alarm made him open his eyes. Reaching it with his hand, he turned it off and yawned while opening his red eyes and checking the time.
'Nice, another funny day awaits me.', he thought, smiling amused. Getting up, he went to the bathroom to brush his teeth first and then back to his room to wear his uniform, which included a black blazer, a white shirt upon a red t-shirt and black trousers. After that, he went downstairs and found his parents in the kitchen.
"Good morning, Issei! I made your favorite breakfast today too.", told his a sweet brown haired lady with a yellow apron.
"Thank you as always, Mom. You're the best.", he told her, sitting at the table and digging in the food.
"You must eat healthily to grow well. Miki and I look forward to see our child become a fine adult in the future.", said a man with glasses while drinking a cup of green tea.
"Don't worry, Dad. The school I chose is not easy, but I'm doing well with my grades."
"I'm so glad to know it!", told him Miki, hugging and snuggling her face into his.
"Mom, I'm not a kid anymore.", said the boy, smiling and sweatdropping.
"You're still my dear son, so I won't stop caring for you.", she retorted, still clinging onto him.
The Hyoudou family was composed of Miki, her husband and their only son Issei in fact, and since he was born, the two adults did their best to take care of him. He was always a quiet kid that played often with others and had good grades at school, even if he never achieved the highest grades.
The high school he had chosen was one of the most difficult ones in their city, though, he managed to enter in it and was now a full first year student, which made his family happy for him. Still, Miki loved spoiling him and giving him affections too much, despite he was no longer a baby.
"Well, I must go now. So see you this evening.", said the boy, managing to free himself from her hug and waving his hand to her. His mother frowned because of that, but she smiled like her husband Gorou and greeted him enthusiastically.
Taking his bike, Issei rode it to reach Kuoh's academy, as he had the luck of living not too far away from it. He waved his hand to most of his neighbors, who did the same with a smile.
But it was when he arrived to school that he attracted a lot of attention, especially from the girls that blushed when they saw him. He noticed their gazes on him while parking the bike, so he waved to them and made them redder and giggle.
Though, they gasped when he approached them and touched the head of one of them with blue long hair. "You had a flower petal on your hair.", he said, caressing her.
"T-thank you.", she told him bashfully, touching the spot he patted. Her friends frowned in jealousy, but greeted him happily anyways when he waved to them again.
Almost all the maidens that saw him while he walked towards his class greeted him like that, blushing and giggling whenever they got his attention. It was like he was some sort of school idol that a lot of girls adored even if there was another person, a blonde boy named Kiba Yuuto, that attracted various maidens too.
Anyways, Issei walked through some corridors and reached his classroom, finding some female classmates looking at two guys with disgust. Those boys were known as the Perverted Duo, as they often spied girls in their changing rooms or thought always lewd stuff.
"Those two are reading a dirty magazine in class again.", said a brown haired girl with blue eyes.
"Why must we be in the same class as them?", complained another one with short pink hair instead.
"Hey, Katase, Murayama."
Issei's voice calling them made them blush, so they turned around and smiled at seeing him. "Issei-kun! Good morning!", said the pinkette, going towards him.
"Good morning, Issei."
"Hello. What's wrong? Something bad happened?"
"It's those guys over there. They keep reading those magazines in class!"
"So? We're free to read them where we want! Look here, Hyoudou! Isn't this hot?!", exclaimed one of them with glasses and black hair, showing the magazine to him.
"I'm not interested. I still wonder how you can still be perverted after getting beat up so many times for peeping on girls.", was his reply, pushing the magazine away from him.
"Because I prefer expressing my love for women openly! You should do the same.", said another guy with grey hair instead.
"Don't dare to taint him with your nonsense! Issei-kun will never-Ahn~!"
Katase stopped her sentence when Issei started to massage her shoulders, making her blush and moan in front of everybody. The duo gasped and Murayama and other maidens blushed too, feeling envious of her.
"There, there, Katase. You don't need to get angry for me, so relax. OK?"
"Y-yes, Issei-kun~.", she replied, calming down and still blushing. She smiled when he patted her head though, with Murayama doing the same when he caressed her as well.
Another reason why he was so popular with girls wasn't just because he was pretty attractive for them, rather due to the massages that he gave them often. The kendo club, of which Murayama and Katase were part of, were the main people that received those massages and moaned often just like it happened to the pinkette.
Watching him get all that attention was frustrating for Motohama and Matsuda, as they were completely envious of him and wanted to make that effect on their female classmates as well. Though, their continuous lewd behavior brought them to be hated by them.
Issei noticed their frustrated expressions and smirked, finding them pretty amusing. But when the homeroom teacher arrived, he and the girls went to sit to their desks, which happened to be close to each other.
"Sorry for losing my temper."
"It's ok, Katase. I just like you better when you're happy.", he told her, making her heart beat faster.
"The same goes for you, Murayama.", he said to her instead, causing her to blush too. Those two smiled at hearing his words while he began to plan something for the perverted duo. Something of wicked.
The morning lessons were about some Japanese writers and other literature stuff that he took some notes about, getting helped by the girls too. Each time he massaged them in fact, he asked them to let him copy their homework by whispering in their ears, which worked great because they always agreed while squirming in pleasure.
Since he didn't like studying too much, he preferred corrupting girls like that, keeping to be a "kind guy" to their eyes. He wasn't a troublemaker like those two perverts, so the Student Council, known to be very strict about rules, never called him on that type of attitude.
Anyways, once the morning lessons ended, he decided to take his lunch box prepared by Miki and go in the courtyard to eat, getting accompanied by some female classmates. They walked until they found a spot near to an old part of the school building, which was his favorite one due to how quiet it was.
Unbeknownst to him, there was a person that observed him from a window of that old building, who happened to be a beautiful girl with red hair, blue eyes and big breasts. "Are you looking at him again, Rias?", asked her another girl with very long black hair tied in a ponytail and purple hair.
"Yes, I can sense something in him each time I watch him, even it's feeble."
"Fufu, maybe you find him handsome. Even I would like to spend time with him like those girls."
"N-no, it's not that, Akeno. I just feel something that lies dormant in him, of which he's not aware of in my opinion.", retorted the redhead, blushing but keeping her serious face.
"That's interesting to know. Maybe I can approach him one of these days to find out.", said the blackhaired woman, looking at him well but licking her lips.
Meanwhile, the young Hyoudou was still having lunch and chatting with his classmates, smiling and chuckling. At a certain point, he noticed that Motohama and Matsuda were walking towards the place where girls changed before swimming, so he smirked and said to his friends that he had to go somewhere.
'Just like I wanted.', he thought, grinning while following them without getting seen. He watched how they stopped next to the wall and used something like a hidden hole to look inside, so he hid himself behind a bush and sent a message to the swimming's club captain, as he had her number.
He didn't have to take too long to see the girls of that club getting out of the building and beating up those perverts, so he enjoyed the show with an evil grin. That was his real side in fact: a sadistic guy that liked manipulating girls in doing what he wanted and watching those that annoyed him in pain, all hidden under a kind guy's appearance.
Making people do what he wanted by manipulating their minds with his words and actions was fantastic for him, as it was like he had complete domination on them. Besides, seeing those perverts get beat down and with bruises like that was funny, so much that he had to cover his mouth to not laugh.
Once the girls stopped beating them, they left with disgust visible on their faces and he went away too, satisfied with the spectacle he watched. Still, on his way back, he saw a little girl with grey hair and yellow eyes eating sweets next to a tree.
"Eating sweets for lunch again, Koneko-chan?", he asked her, getting close to her.
"Hello, Issei-senpai. I simply like them more than other types of food.", she replied, keeping a calm face and eating another candy.
"Heh, sometimes I wonder if you're a kid rather than a high school girl. But you remain cute anyways.", he told her patting her head. Koneko blushed and smiled because of that gesture, as she liked how kind her senpai was with her.
She continued to smile even after he greeted her and left, changing her expression when she felt something of unpleasant far away from the school. It was the same thought of Rias, Akeno and even Yuuto while he was eating at the canteen, which got them all serious.
After going back to his classmates, Issei faked surprise when they told him about the beating of Motohama and Matsuda, agreeing with them that they deserved for peeping again. They didn't know that it was him who told the captain about the peeping, as he always made her keep it secret while seducing her like he did with countless girls.
So he continued to have lunch with them until it was time for the afternoon lessons, going to their classroom together and smiling when he saw two desks empty. Following the math lessons with Katase's help was pretty easy, but the best part was seeing her blush whenever he thanked her: it was an expression he totally adored.
He was still a virgin because he didn't have a girlfriend yet, but no one knew that he had already kissed a young girl during his childhood, especially on the lips. Though, he was fine with not having sex yet because he was already having fun with how things at school went, so there was no need to hurry.
Anyways, after being done with his last lessons, the young man greeted all his classmates and went to take his bike to go home. While riding it, he decided to make a stop at a minimarket to eat some snack and drink a cold drink.
'Almost all the guys hate me for how I get along with women, but I don't give a shit. Having most of those girls under my control feels so good.', he thought, grinning after drinking another sip. The only one that didn't hate him or something was Kiba, so the blonde didn't get what he did to the perverted duo.
The two of them never spoke to each other, as he knew that Yuuto was popular with women too and a diligent student too. He didn't care about making friends with him, preferring to have just female friends to corrupt in every way he wished.
Finishing his drink and the snack, he proceeded to go home, until he noticed something strange in the sky: a sort of orange light appeared and went towards the ground inside a the woods of Kuoh, making his eyes widen.
'What the hell was that?', he thought, completely flabbergasted. That strange phenomenon caught his curiosity so much that he decided to ride towards the woods instead of going home, searching for the point that the light hit.
It didn't look like a thunder that hit the ground because there was any rain incoming, so he really wanted to know what it was. Riding between the trees was difficult and he had to be careful to not fall, but after some minutes, he managed to arrive to the point of impact.
What he saw there left him astonished: a giant green creature with wings, horns and claws was laying on the ground, keeping its eyes closed. It had also a big sword that pierced his bleeding back, which shined of a white light.
Issei couldn't believe his own eyes, but he was in front of a freaking real dragon. Something that existed only in fantasy stories. And his shock grew when the creature opened its eyes, revealing two big orange eyes with slit pupils that saw him and glared instantly.
"What are you doing here, human boy? Get lost.", said the dragon with a female voice.
"Holy shit! You're not just a dragon, but a female one that talks too?!", was the boy's reaction, looking amazed rather than scared.
"Huh? Are you not scared of me?", she asked him, sweatdropping.
"Well, I can't say that you're not intimidating, but it's the first time I see a real dragon. It's awesome."
The creature was now the one to be shocked, finding unbelievable that a human wasn't scared of it. It also made it kinda happy.
"Tell me, what's that sword inside your back?"
"This is a damn sword used by the Hero to hurt me. He was about to kill me, so I escaped with a magic portal and ended up in this world.", was her reply, scoffing in annoyance.
Such answer left him mouth agape, so he walked towards her with serious eyes. "Hey, w-what are you doing? Why are you climbing on my back?!"
"I will remove that sword of course.", he answered, getting next to the weapon.
"What?! Are you crazy?! It was blessed by God, so it's dangerous for a human!"
"God? Who gives a crap about him? I don't believe in anyone but myself.", he retorted, grabbing the sword with both his hands and removing it from her back. She was flabbergasted that his hands didn't get burn because of that reckless action, watching how he threw the weapon on the ground.
"And there. Well, do you feel better now?", he asked her, getting down and standing in front of her face.
"Y-you…How did you that? No mere human can't touch that sword but the Hero.", she asked him with widen eyes.
"I told you, I don't believe in any god or whatever. I'm Issei Hyoudou and Ido what I desire without taking orders from anyone.", he answered, grinning confidently.
That bold answer from him left her speechless, because it was the first time she saw a human with zero faith in gods or similar beings. Every human worshipped a deity in her world, but the young man was totally different.
While looking at him more, she also sensed something: there was a dormant power inside him, but what shocked her more, was the fact that it felt draconian like her own powers. That energy along his confident attitude made her feel some sort of attraction towards him, especially because he helped her.
"What's up? You're staring at me."
"Huh? S-sorry, I was in a daze. You said your name is Issei, right? My name's Tohru instead. I thank you for freeing me from that sword.", she told him, blushing a bit.
"You're welcome, Tohru. Say, what will you do now? I don't think you don't want to go back to your world."
"Fighting again that stupid hero and his party is something I don't want to happen, so you're right. I-If I don't ask too much, can I live with you?"
"Huh? Live with me?"
"Oh, I think that my appearance won't fit in a house. Wait a second.", she said, shining of a white light. The boy's eyes widened at seeing her body get smaller and take the form of a humanoid being, revealing a beautiful girl with long orange hair and with just a piece of cloth on.
"Tohru, you can turn into a human? That's incredible."
"I usually don't like using this spell, but now I think I can come live with you. If you let me do that, I can help you with the draconian power you possess.", she told him, blushing and smiling.
"Huh? My what?", he asked, more flabbergasted than before.
"While looking at you, I perceived a feeble energy similar to mine. It's still dormant inside you, but I can help you to discover what it is.", she replied, taking his hands in hers and making a pleading face.
That face surprised him and also triggered his wicked side a bit, but he wondered if she was telling the truth or a lie. "Are you really sure I possess something like that?"
"I am, we dragons can recognize energy similar to ours. I'm not lying to you, Issei."
He looked into her pupils deeply and could understand that she was telling the truth. "Alright, you convinced me. Let's go to my house.", he told her, smiling.
"Eh? Really?! Oh, thank you so much, Issei!", she exclaimed, not hesitating to envelope him in a hug. Her prosperous chest pressed on his body like that, which was a nice sensation for him.
So he gave her his blazer to wear and told her to sit behind him on his bike and they proceeded to leave the woods to reach his house. "Are you ok with trusting me? I'm a human like those in your world."
"No, you helped me without being asked and you possess that energy. So you're totally different from those bastards.", she replied, hugging his back tighter and smiling. That response made him smile too, especially because he thought that he got himself a hot dragon girl.
'I wonder if she will follow whatever I say.', he thought, grinning in an evil way. But that grin was more due to finding out about that power she mentioned, even if he found it weird since both him and his parents were normal human beings.
Once they arrived to his home, Tohru took his hand and admired how the building was different in comparison to those in her original world. She followed her savior through the little courtyard and they entered through the door.
"Welcome back, Is-Ehhh?!", exclaimed Miki, opening her eyes and seeing her beloved son with a girl.
"What happened-Huh?!", was his father's reaction instead, remaining mouth agape too.
"Issei, who is she?! And why she's wearing just your blazer and another piece of cloth?!", asked him his mother, going towards him with a worried expression.
"Calm down, Mom, Dad. I will explain to you everything.", he told her, sweatdropping. Tohru giggled in front of the scene, understanding quickly that his parents loved him very much.
His words managed to ease up Miki, so the four of them went to the living room and they sat down on two couches. The young sadist told his parents about how he found Tohru in the woods, saying that he found her alone and in bad conditions which pushed him to help her. He didn't say anything about her dragon form and he winked at her, causing her to blush and confirm everything he said.
"Since she's alone and she doesn't have a family, she asked me if she can live with us.", he said at the end, shocking Miki and Gorou even more.
There was silence for some minutes before Miki's eyes started to tear, not hesitating to hug Issei again. "I'm so happy to have a son like you. Of course she can live with us if she doesn't have a home."
"That's right, you will be part of our family, Tohru-chan.", said her husband instead, smiling happily at her.
The dragon maiden's eyes shined at hearing those words, so she looked at the boy that smiled and nodded to her, making her smile blissfully as result. "I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Living with Issei and you is the best thing that could happen to me."
"You're welcome. I think you want to take a bath, so feel free to use our bathroom."
The orange head nodded and went to the bathroom indicated by Gorou while he along his son and Miki dressed the table to have dinner together. Inside the bathroom, Tohru took off the clothes she had on, but while grabbing his blazer, she blushed profusely and smelled it.
'Aww, it has his scent~. I don't know if he's just a human or a dragon like me but I already love him so much~.', she thought, still smelling it pervertedly. She started to imagine him pin her on a bed and do naughty things to her body, which made her moan while she washed herself.
And after finishing her bath and wearing some clothes provided by Miki, she clung onto him during dinner, making them both blush while his parents were surprised. "Hehe, you're so smitten with him."
"That's because I'm so thankful to him, Mother. So I want to do my best to take care of him from now on.", replied the happy dragon, taking a spoon of soup and offering it to him.
"Wow, you two look like lovers already. You got yourself a future wife, son!", said Gorou, smiling like his wife.
Instead of being flustered, the young man accepted her food offer and thanked her, causing her to giggle more. Having a powerful dragon wife and most of the Kuoh Academy's girls at his mercy? Without counting that he could have some incredibile draconian powers too? If he told somebody that he wasn't absolutely glad for the situation, he would lie.
While he was enjoying the dinner with them, some people were in the same place he found Tohru earlier. Rias, Akeno, Kiba and also Koneko were looking around the place by checking the grass or the trees.
"Did you find something?", asked the redhead to the others.
"Nothing, Buchou.", replied Yuuto, getting up.
"I found nothing either.", replied Koneko, getting down from a tree she climbed on.
"That unpleasant feeling of today was the same thing that I sensed from that light in the sky, but I didn't find anything.", said Akeno instead, shaking her head.
"That's strange…How can such a big supernatural energy appear in this territory and disappear immediately like that? That's impossible."
"Whatever it was, it didn't look menacing like that of those beings."
"I know, but not finding even a clue is so annoying. Oh well, go home everybody and see you tomorrow.", said Rias, sighing and looking at the others.
Nodding to her and wishing her a good night, the 3 of them had bat wings come out from their bodies and they literally flew away. The redhead remained in that place instead, still frowning for how bad the research went.
Kuoh was a territory that she had to control in order to avoid attacks from other supernatural beings, so having a mysterious one enter in it and disappear like that was really frustrating. The only thing that managed to make her smile a little was thinking back about Issei, as his smile made her blush.
'Maybe I can try to talk with him one day. I kinda want to make friends with him.', she thought, changing expression into a smile. She didn't know his true personality like the rest of the students, as sign that his manipulating plan was working perfectly.
And now that he had a dragon girl in love with him and found out about his powers, such plan would come closer to success and go even beyond that. That was what made the young man grin specifically while still having dinner with his parents and Tohru, adoring how she blushed and smiled when he suggested of sleeping in his own bed for the night.
"I-Issei?!", was his mother's reaction at hearing that while Gorou spat his glass of water.
"Don't worry, Mom. We will just cuddle with each other.", said the boy, with the maiden nodding in agreement.
"Thank goodness. I don't want to become a grandpa so soon."
"Who knows? Maybe that can happen after a year."
Gorou and Miki gasped at those words, causing him to laugh and say that he was just joking. So after finishing to have dinner with them, he and Tohru greeted them before going to his bedroom.
Once there, they sat down on the bed, keeping zero distance between them and with her leaning her head on his shoulder. "Tohru, you're in love with me, aren't you?"
"Yes, I am. You saved me from that sword and you accepted me inside your family. I want to stay by your side, Issei.", she replied in bliss.
"Heh, I must be lucky then. I look forward to find out what kind of powers I possess, but meanwhile, let's have some fun~."
Without any warning, he took her lips into a kiss, making her moan instantly and blush deeper. She wasn't expecting to be kissed so fiercely, but the joy in her heart was immense and reciprocated happily.
'Oh my, he's so aggressive and his tongue is dominating mine~! I'm glad to have fallen for you, Issei~.', she thought, squirming more. Hearing those sounds made him chuckle wickedly in his mind, adoring how she was already under his control.
Of course he liked her too because of her personality and her body, but having her ready to serve him and be loyal to him was the best thing. Now that he discovered the existence of supernatural things, he wondered what awaited him in the future. Just the mere thought of it was enough to make grin more maliciously.

Oya? What happened? Did I start a crossover between DxD and Dragon Maid? Oh yeah that I did! As I told you in the past, I want to delve inot new archives and write for more anime of my liking, so this time I went for this crossover idea!
As you can read, the Issei in this story is a cunning guy that likes manipulating people in doing what he wants, which will be the main theme of this story. He's perverted of course, but only in private and prefers teasing girls in public too like he did with Katase haha. This first chapter is placed a year before of the canon dxd beginning, as I want to make him discover about his Boosted Gear and develop his powers first.
The story is a harem one like you can see on the tags, but I already decided who will be his girlfriends. I will reveal them little by little through the story. The title refers to his future goal of becoming the strongest Red Dragon Emperor and having control on his lovers and other things that interest him.
He doesn't give a crap about divine beings as you saw, and now that he has Tohru by his side, who loves him and wants to serve him, his original goal will evolve into something more haha. How will he develop his powers? What's going to happen then? Give me your opinion and stay tuned for more.
