Chapter 4

Rias was spending time in the occult club's room during a quiet afternoon, looking outside of the window. The lessons went normally for both her and Akeno, but she had an unhappy expression. As if something missed. Or better, as if someone missed.

'I would like he came here.', thought the redhead, with the image of Issei's face appearing in her mind. She made acquaintance with him just some days ago, but she liked him already after that meeting; he called her by her name directly and was nice with her, which made her smile by just remembering it. And it pushed her also to ask Akeno to convince him to join their club.

Besides, after getting close to him, she could feel his latent power more easily. Still, she didn't reveal what she and her clubmates really were, fearing that Issei would be scared of them.

While she was watching outside, she heard the door opening, so she turned around and her eyes widened at seeing her kouhai. "Yo, Rias-san.", he told her, grinning.

"H-hello, Issei. What brings you here?", she asked him, blushing briefly before regaining her composure.

"I just wanted to say hello to my senpai. Akeno-san said that you and Koneko-chan want me to join this club, but I have to think about it.", he told her, walking towards her and scratching his hair in fake embarrassment.

"Oh, I see. Don't worry, take all the time you need. I'm sure you are pretty busy due to helping a lot of other students.", she told him, smiling to not make him feel guilty.

Still grinning, the wicked Dragon Emperor closed the distance between them, surprising the redhead by enveloping her into a hug. "I-Issei?"

"This is my thanks for being so thoughtful, Rias-san. I feel lucky to have you as my senpai.", he said, tightening his hold on her.

She blushed profusely because of those words combined with the gesture, but she couldn't negate that being in his arms felt really good and lovely. Little she knew that he was just hugging her to make her more affectionate to him, like he did with several other girls of Kuoh Academy.

'This guy is fantastic. He's making this devil girl fall for him too.', thought Ddraig, enjoying the show from inside the Boosted Gear. Manipulating a prey by acting nice was a tactic that he used too to get himself countless mates, so watching Issei doing the same thing was awesome.

"If something troubles you, you can talk about it with me. We're friends after all.", he whispered in her ear, making her squirm.

"Y-yes, thank you.", she mumbled, with a red face just like her haircolor.

But in that moment, the door opened and Akeno entered inside, widening her violet eyes. "Ara ara, you're so lucky, Rias.", she said, giggling.

"Yo, Akeno-san. How is it going?", asked her the sadistic boy, stopping to hug the redhead that pouted for losing the physical contact with him.

"I'm good. But it is not fair you don't hug me too, especially after you kissed me on the cheek~.", she said, clinging onto him and looking into his eyes.

"W-what?!", exclaimed Rias, totally flabbergasted.

"That was because you're too sweet with me that I wanted to reciprocate~.", he told her, hugging her waist and making the club president gasp.

She felt a great jealousy towards the black haired woman after hearing about the kiss, frowning in annoyance at seeing her be the one held in his arms at her place. Moreover, the way they looked into each other's eyes was too romantic in her opinion, disliking how they flirted with each other.

The Red Dragon Emperor knew that she was getting jealous by each second, chuckling darkly in his mind in front of their competition for his affections. He also thanked Ddraig for complimenting for how his planned was working perfectly, feeling happier to have him as his partner.

"Well, I think I will go home before it gets darker outside. It was a pleasure to see you today too, Akeno-san, Rias-san.", he said, giving a peck to the first in front of the other that gasped again.

While waving his hand, the violet eyes girl blushed and giggled smugly while Rias was completely jealous, wishing that he gave her a kiss too. Even if it would be enough to make her way redder than her own hair.

After leaving the occult research club, Issei walked through the corridors to reach the courtyard and take his bike, since he wanted to go home to go to train with Tohru again. His training to learn magic was going well, as he was able to shoot stronger fireballs and also some lightning rays. Of course, he was making his body stronger in order to sustain more boosts from his Sacred Gear.

Everything was going so well that he whistled in a good mood while walking, enjoying the blushes of the maidens whenever he waved his hand to them. At a certain point, he noticed that Momo was attaching some papers on a wall.

"Hello, Momo-san."

"I-Issei-kun?! You surprised me.", she exclaimed, blushing before smiling.

"Haha, sorry. The new elections for the members of the council are close, huh? But I doubt that Kaichou will be substitued.", he said, reading the sheet she just attached.

"Yeah, she's very strict about rules, but also very kind. I'm sure she will continue to be the council president until our graduation. A-also, the others and I would like that you joined us."

"Sorry, but I'm busy with other things on each day. That doesn't mean I hate you girls' company, especially yours~.", he told her, caressing her head. By saying that, he made her flushed instantly and smile, enjoying the headpat in bliss.

She was the first of the council to befriend him when he started his first year at Kuoh Academy, so she was sure to be the closest one to him between her colleagues. She released a "Kyaa~!" when he got closer to her ear though.

"I wouldn't mind hanging out just the two of us one day~.", he whispered, making her redder. After doing that, he greeted her and made his way to take his bike, with her looking at him with greater affection than before. As if she was under a powerful love spell.

Once he reached the courtyard, the red eyes boy took his bike and rode it owards a kombini, wanting to drink some fresh soda before going home. Since he didn't want to attract the attention of other people, Ddraig talked with him telepathically, praising him for how he was able to make all those devil girls fall more for him.

Thanking him, Issei explained that he believed that real domination requires great affection and devotion, so what he was doing was focused on making all those maidens fall hopelessly for him. Just like he did with Tohru.

"Speaking of her, she surely knew me because I fought with other beings, humans included, throughout other dimensions before getting sealed. So I must have ended up in her world and became a legend there.", said the heavenly dragon.

"Wow, you're truly amazing then. But trust me that we're going to show everybody how much stronger we are in the future.", told him the boy, grinning and making him chuckle.

During their conversation, Issei perceived some devil aura near to him, so he followed the direction where it came from and found Koneko eating a chocolate bar. "Finding my little kouhai here is surely a surprise.", he said, smiling.

"Hello, Issei-senpai. How did you find me?", she asked him instead.

"I smelled the chocolate and followed the scent.", he replied, lying of course.

"I like sweets too much, so I can't help it. By the way, don't you want to join my club?"

Her sad eyes looking at him didn't shock him, as he felt that she was going to ask him that. Lowering himself to look into her yellow eyes, he smiled and said, "I haven't decided yet, but don't make that sad face. My kouhai is cuter when she smiles."

That sentence combined with a headpat made her cheeks red, changing her frown into a blissful smile. Despite she knew that he was generally kind with all the girls, she really liked that personality of his. Or to say it better, she really liked him.

'Making you fall at my feet is so easy~', he thought maliciously on the other hand. Just like every other girl of Kuoh Academy, Koneko believed that he was a good person that cared deeply for her. What each one of them believed in was merely an illusion he created time ago, and such illusion was working well every day.

Once he saw her smile, he waved his hand to her and finished his soda to go home then. The kombini wasn't too distant from his house, so he arrived quickly there and entered inside by saying, "I'm back!"

In a blitz, his dear dragon maid came out of the kitchen, squealing in happiness and running to hug him. "Welcome home, Issei!", she exclaimed, snuggling into his chest with hearts around her head.

She smelled some girls' perfume on his body, so she asked him, "Why do you have so many girls' smell on your clothes?"

"You know I get along easily with women, but don't worry. You're my Tohru~.", he replied, tweaking her chin and stealing her a kiss.

She instantly moaned because of that move, feeling very good and reciprocating him at her best. He expected her to be jealous, still she had to be reminded of one thing: he did and he dominated whatever woman he wanted. No one could give him orders.

During the kiss, he put some tongue into it to play with hers, adoring how she squirmed more as consequence. They made out like that for some minutes before reluctantly detaching their lips with a tray of saliva between them.

"Don't doubt my feelings for you. You're too precious for me~.", he told her, smiling confidently.

"Y-yes, my dear Issei~. I won't do it ever again~."

"Good girl. Let's go to our secret place to train, shall we?"

"Sure thing!"

After that happy response, he went to change his school uniform with some jogging clothes and got on his bike with her to go towards the woods where they met. To not make his parents worried, he left a note that said that he and Tohru went out for another lovely date.

Arriving to the woods didn't take too much as usual, so once there, they parked the bike far away to avoid to destroy by mistake. In fact, due to punching trees and using various spells, he got rid of some trees during the training. Since anyone didn't visit their secret area, no one found about it.

Anyways, the young man equipped his Boosted Gear and began to power up, with Ddraig repeating "Boost!" various times. But instead of preparing a fist, he pointed his open hand towards the sky, surprising the orange haired maid.

While powering up, a small sphere of scarlet energy formed in his hand, getting bigger at each boost. Once it got big enough, he shot it high up into the sky, where it disappeared though the atmosphere.

"What was that move? It was incredible!"

"It's a new technique I invented thanks to Ddraig. I concentrate all the power of my boosts into a blast."

"That sphere was strong enough to destroy a giant pillar of rock.", said the legendary dragon instead.

"That's fantastic! In that case, I will teach you how to combine different elements today!"

After saying that, she created a ball of fire in her right hand and an electric one in left one, merging them together then. His crimson eyes widened in front of that, finding it pretty awesome.

She launched that big sphere against a tree, which got quickly vaporized in nothing but cinders and dust. When he applauded for her, she blushed and giggled in pure happiness; being praised by her beloved was always beautiful.

He tried to do the same thing then, generating an electric ball and a fire one and trying to combine them together. Though, both balls nullified each other, making him sweatdrop.

"Don't worry, I'm sure if you keep trying, you can do it! After all, the sword that hurt me was nothing for you.", she told him, cheering him with a big smile. Those encouraging words made him grin again, so he quickly retried the combination.

He guessed that he needed to focus to do it, so he closed his eyes after the third failed attempt. Without looking, he brought the two balls together which combined just like in Tohru's case, whose orange eyes widened at the sight.

She got shocked when that ball grew in size, with him opening his eyes again and firing it into the sky like he did with his crimson blast. "You did it! You could even make it more powerful than mine!", she exclaimed, enveloping him in another hug.

"Focusing on it paid off. I destroyed enough trees in the past days, so I will refrain from doing it again."

"That's a good idea. Otherwise we will attract the attention of those devils in your school.", told him Ddraig in agreement.

"I won't forgive them if they hurt you!"

"Don't worry, no one of them has ill intentions towards me. Show me some more spells, beautiful~.", he whispered in her ear, licking it and making her moan.

"E-everything you ask~.", she said, looking at him with heart pupils and a blissful smile. Even if he didn't know mind control magic, it was like she was under his love spell. Just like it happened to countless girls of Kuoh Academy and to the daughter of the Phenex family.

The young sadist was really satisfied of how much loyal she was to him and he knew that she would never disobey him. She was his lover and his personal maid, and counting how she was ready to protect him from those that wanted to harm him, he couldn't help but chuckle in his mind.

The couple continued to train for some hours, practicing other combination spells and doing some physical exercises for him to get stronger. Since he had already a nice body build, he was sure that it would be much more muscular after one year of training.

Almost all his female friends had the hots for him already, but if he became sexier, they would probably nosebleed. Still, he preferred hearing them squirm whenever he massaged them, adoring how they were always at his mercy while doing that.

'Rias and Akeno got much more affectionate to me, but I want them to fall hopelessly for me~. Having them under my control sounds too exciting.', he thought, doing some push ups with some rocks as weights on the back.

Tohru couldn't avoid to blush and cheer for him during that, loving how his developing muscles moved. Since he was her big love, she always found him too handsome in every occasion. Moreover, she looked forward so much to the day he would take her virginity.

Following some hours of training, he was satisfied and called it a day, telling her to hop on his bike to go home. She nodded eagerly and hugged his back, leaning her happy face on it during the ride.

"Hehe, you are really a casanova. But you love Tohru-chan, right?", asked him Miki.

"Sure I do.", he said, caressing the dragon girl's head and kissing her forehead. She smiled instantly because of that, getting surrounded by flying hearts another time. Every move he did on her was enough to increase the intensity of her feelings for him, which was his main objective.

'She's already very loyal to me, but it won't hurt to make such loyalty bigger. What will hurt her is what I'm going to do to her once I take her innocence~.', he thought maliciously while reciprocating her hug. He already understood that she loved being under his control the time he pinned her on his bed, so he was going to do more than that. Way more.

In the following morning, his alarm clock rang and awakened him, bringing him to turn it off with his right hand. He could feel a pretty soft sensation on his left arm, so he saw a smiling Tohru cuddling with him, wearing a short sleeved pink pajamas.

She was even happier when he ate the breakfast she made eagerly, asking for a second portion of rice too. The dragon girl absolutely adored having such nice times with the Hyoudou family, of which she was now a full member. All of that was thanks to the hot boy that played with her body earlier and that she couldn't stop loving.

Her feelings for him skyrocketed more when he greeted her with a kiss on the cheek before leaving for school. In fact, she watched him go with a smile and a big blush while her heart continued to beat faster for him.

Using his bike as usual, he took just some minutes to get to school, attracting the attention of countless maidens that giggled when he greeted them back. Despite there were other boys in Kuoh Academy, he and Kiba were the only most popular ones, which made some other guys hate him.

Of course, he didn't give a shit about what they thought of him because everything was fine as long as they didn't bother him like the perverted duo. Otherwise, he would make sure to ruin their reputation as well and enjoy that with an evil smile.

But after parking his bike, his right arm got hugged by a giggling Akeno. "Good morning, Issei-kun~."

"Good morning. Are you more affectionate than usual?", he asked her with a smile.

"Fufu, I just want to walk inside the school together with my cute kouhai~. Don't you want to~?"

"I don't mind at all.", he told her, making her giggle more.

Various maidens gasped when they saw the two of them walk towards the building together, with Katase and Murayama remaining mouth agape instead. Usually he got in class with them, but seeing him with Akeno was enough to make them very jealous.

'So I made you like me more after yesterday? Wonderful~.', he thought, still grinning while walking with her. Making both her and Rias more affectionate to him was working too well and he enjoyed the softness of her chest against his arm; she was very endowed.

"Would you have lunch with me later? I'd like to spend some time alone with you~.", she asked him, blushing.

"I don't see why I should refuse. After all, I like spending time with you~.", he replied, making her giggle more. That flirtatious interaction between them caused several other girls to pout, even Momo that happened to walk in the same corridor.

Once they arrived to his class, the amethyst eyes beauty sent him a flying kiss, which made him chuckle before stepping in the classroom. "What was that, Hyoudou?! Why are you so chummy with Himejima-senpai?!", asked Motohama in pure envy.

"I just get along with her like I do with other people.", he replied, smiling and shrugging his shoulders.

"You two, stop bothering him every time!"

"What he does is not your business!" said Shiori, hugging his arm despite her blush.

"Stupid perverts!", said Murayama and the others, making the duo gasp so much that depression auras appeared above their heads. The young sadist and his partner chuckled wickedly in front of that, as the sight of the corrupted girls scolding those idiots was truly amusing.

The discussion ended when the homeroom teacher arrived, so each girl calmed down and sat down to the desks. Issei received help with his noted from Murayama and Katase as usual, praising them for how kind they were and making them giggle happily. Of course, he had other girls to give him help sometimes, as they would never say no to him. Which was clearly of how they were helplessly under his control.

The way he could manipulate them without using mind control was astonishing for Ddraig, who was proud of him because he considered mind control magic to be pathetic. Moreover, the progress he was obtaining during their training was incredible and he was sure that his wielder would ameliorate even more at that rhythm.

Anyways, when the morning lessons ended, the young man walked towards the courtyard and met with Akeno that waited for near a bush. "Ara ara, you arrived."

"You invited me to have lunch together and I accepted. It would be mean if I didn't show up.", he said, sitting next to her.

"You're really a gentleman. I made more food than usual, so would you like to taste it?", she asked him, showing a bento rich of delicious food.

That sight made him smile, so he opened his mouth and she fed him sweetly, shocking the other students outside. "You cook really well. That piece of chicken was very tasty."

"Thank you very much. Since I live by myself, I always prepared my lunch boxes. I see you have one you too."

"I have my mother to do that. She cares too much for me.

"I see, I'm glad for you then.", she said, feeling a bit sad but not showing it.

"Though, I feel lucky I can enjoy lunch time with my beautiful senpai. Thank you for inviting me, Akeno-san.", he told her, catching her off guard with a headpat.

Just like the first time he visited the occult research club, that gesture was enough to color her face in red but also to make her smile in bliss. Since she liked her dear kouhai, receiving those caresses from him was pretty nice. She also felt like she gained an advantage against Rias for his affections.

'You and that redhead competing for me is too much fun.', he thought instead. Making the two beauties of Kuoh Academy fall more for him like that was hilarious just like their attempts to closer to him.

To enjoy more of Akeno's blushes, he got closer to her ear and whispered, "If you were to ask me out, I wouldn't say no~. After all, I like spending time with you~."

That move made her moan and blush more instantly, looking at him with a flustered look. "Teasing you is too funny, Akeno-san. You are adorable when you get redder."

Those words coupled with his confident grin made her heart beat faster. So she smiled in bliss and leaned her head on his shoulder with her eyes closed.

"I love spending time with you, Issei-kun. If you don't mind then, I want to go on a date with you~."

"I can't wait for it~.", he said instead, still smiling. Since they didn't talk too loud, no one heard what they said, which meant that any of his fan girls would find out that he had a date with her.

Maybe the only one to find it out was going to be Rias, as the violet eyes maiden wouldn't hesitate to tell her about it smugly. Even if the redhead wanted that Issei became part of her club, she wanted his affection the most and was in competition with Akeno for that.

They didn't know that he was manipulating them as he liked like he did with the rest of maidens inside the school, and Ddraig couldn't stop such plan. His previous wielders weren't so wicked like him and they let consume themselves by the power he granted them.

Issei was different and he was sure that he could master all the abilities of the Boosted Gear, since he was determined to become the strongest Sekiryuutei. And of course, the legendary dragon was ready to help him to achieve his objectives.

When lunch time was about to end, the boy greeted Akeno that waved her hand happily to him, giggling and looking forward to her date with him on Saturday. She just wanted to get closer to him, but winning a date with him was even better.

Meanwhile, he got back to his class and got hugged again by some girls, with the perverted duo getting frustrated again in front of his popularity. They even frowned angrily when he smirked at them, as if he mocked them.

The afternoon lessons were easy to follow thanks to his female classmates helping him again, as they never refused to show him their notes. Basically, there wasn't any woman that said no to his requests, as almost of them fell for him due to his massages or hugs.

Even if Kiba was very popular, the young sadist had more fangirls and totally surpassed him at that point, as he had lots of girls that liked him between his kouhais too. Though, he planned to control other women of the supernatural world in the future. And just thinking about it was enough to make him laugh darkly in his mind.

And here's chapter 4, everybody! It looks like Issei's progressing well in his training to get stronger, but also in making Rias and Akeno fall more for him haha. He even accepted to go out with the second after making her so flustered, and she looks forward to that.

It's just a matter of time before he takes Tohru's virginity all for himself, and the dragon girl can't stop loving him more every day while helping him to get stronger. Ddraig continues to enjoy the way his partner manipulates his victims, like he did with Ravel. How will his date with Akeno go? Stay tuned to find out.
