This Chapter will be longer and just be straight hands and insults no Earth POV right now and its only the start.

Frieza launched warning shots at Goku who swatted them away much to everyone's surprise.

"So you must have been a contributing factor in stopping me from getting my wish?" Frieza said annoyed at it all.

"If you never came to this planet the needless slaughter would have never happened," Goku replied.

"And if you fools never interfered it wouldn't be needless because I would be immortal!" Frieza retorted.

Goku and Frieza glared at each other before Goku sighed smacked a leg into the ground and pushed off with the extra momentum empowering the incoming blow as Frieza got into a battle stance and responded with his own fist sending a shockwave throughout the planet as the fazed out exchanging blows at high speeds each response and clash leveling mountains and the little wildlife left moving so fast they looked like two lines hitting each other.

Piccolo Clark and Barry noticed the brief flashes of Goku's Kaioken being turned on and off as he attacked before switching out of it again being the main reason how he kept up with the tyrant as they flew higher into the air out of their sight.

As they flew up Frieza attempted three consecutive tail swipes with Goku dodging each one before landing a kick on Frieza's face then he attempted to follow up with a punch but Frieza dodged spinning backward thanks to his agility in the air Goku realized his opponent had an advantage in the air and smacked him down with a hammer slam before following up with several punches each Frieza blocked relatively easily.

When the smoke cleared they could see a bright purple bruise on the tyrant's face which he rubbed acknowledging it.

"The first bit of damage I've sustained from blunt force all day congrats monkey you certainly set the bar for future fighters."

"Well I'm just getting started and if this fight goes how I want it you won't have any future opponents," Goku replied coldly.

"Getting cocky already? Please I've yet to show you nearly my full capabilities." Frieza then swiped at Goku which he dodged.

"Good reflexes monkey although I could end this now I intend to have some fun after all that you stole from me."

Frieza then jumped up and began firing rapid ki blasts causing Goku to fly up and the two exchanged blows again however Frieza knocked him back down behind a mountain before launching a casual ki blast from his hand leveling the countryside to dust as Goku quickly dodged by firing two beams from his hands taking a page from his brother's book.

'Damn lucky I'm not fighting this guy on Earth who knows what destruction he would cause? Goku thought as he used the dust for cover as he flew there then Frieza began shooting beams from his eyes each missing Goku by a decent bit.

'Surprised someone so strong can't sense ki perhaps I can utilize that advantage. Goku thought as Frieza then emerged from the now-clearing dust and continued firing with Goku dodging several more attacks before punching Frieza backward and charging to meet him however Frieza raised his hand and destroyed everything around them assuming the Saiyan for dead as the dust was left undisturbed.

"Shame and I was just starting to enjoy this little duet of ours." Frieza mused as he smiled to himself however Goku then fazed behind Frieza and stood there silently surprising Frieza as the dust settled and he soon realized he was standing on a giant pillar he created.

'Where did this guy come from and why didn't he appear beforehand in fact other than a faint resemblance to that monkey Bardock I've never seen him before. Frieza thought slightly confused before smashing the pillar to bits as he tried to smack Goku which the Saiyan dodged.

The two glared at each other though acknowledging the opponent's strength.

"So I noticed something monkey your fighting style isn't as primal and barbaric as your fellow tree huggers nor are you as brutal I assume you weren't raised on planet Vegeta?" Frieza said having observed him throughout the fight.

"Yes, I wasn't raised on planet Vegeta I was raised on another planet which I won't say in name as to not endanger anyone," Goku replied.

"Well you're a kind-hearted brute, aren't you? But being kind has never gotten someone anywhere a soft heart is a weak heart and a weak heart is one of the greatest weaknesses of all."

"Well if being kind is such a weakness how come am I the only Saiyan left?" Goku asked.

Frieza frowned at his logic "Well you're quite the philosophical monkey, aren't you? Well, enough small talk let's fight like real men or are you already all tuckered out?"

Goku charged at Frieza and he blocked as they clashed Goku smiled "I have more left in the tank than you'll know Frieza."

Frieza smirked as they continued the deadly duet across the sky Frieza utilized his agile and smaller body to be a tough opponent in the air with Goku using Kaioken in bursts to keep up but not enough for Frieza to notice as Frieza attempted to land an uppercut Goku dodged and began to perform a deadly combo with three punches a towards kick and a powerful ki blast to drill Frieza through a mountain as he crashed through it however that didn't keep him down for long as Frieza powered up letting his ki burst it all directions and blowing the mountain to bits.

Frieza then lifted his hands and a large mountain began to levitate off the floor as Frieza's eyes flashed purple signifying he was using his telekinesis.

"The weakness of all savage species giant falling rocks!" Frieza laughed as he threw the mountain at Goku attempting to bury him alive however Goku burst through the mountain swiftly and glared up a Frieza.

"Rocks huh? Come on surely you can do better than that?" Goku said mockingly.

"Oh if you wish I can do far worse than that," Frieza replied before smacking Goku away towards another mountain this time he launched death beams at Goku each missing seemingly on purpose putting him on edge.

'What's that schemer planning now? Goku thought just as lava erupted from the ground.

"Holy shit lava!" Goku yelled as it singed him a bit as he flew up to escape Frieza flew above and attempted to knock him which he seemingly did however Goku used the aura of Kaioken to shield himself and rise from the lava.

Goku then looked around realizing Frieza was nowhere to be seen before he was caught off guard by a flying kick sending him into a lake he attempted to swim back up but Frieza launched powerful attacks forcing him to stay under.

'Dammit, I can't get up without him spotting me perhaps though I can distract him. Goku thought as he charged two Kamehameha's in his hands.

Goku smiled to himself underwater as he charged the attacks and prepared to fire them.

"Alright come out now! I know it's new to you monkey but it's called a bath!" Frieza yelled annoyed before he looked down and saw a powerful blast almost hit him.

'The hell? Frieza thought as another came out which he barely dodged before Goku came from another direction and kicked him in the head in midair sending him crashing to the ground.

Frieza's eyes then glowed as he made a bunch of debris rise and began throwing it at Goku infused with his ki and high speeds they would hurt if they made contact however the Saiyan dodged with ease over 20 of the new projectiles were launched as Goku but he dodged them all before flying in catching Frieza off guard and sending him backward.

Frieza frowned as he attempted to smack Goku with his tail however the Saiyan caught it and began tugging.

"What are you doing?" Frieza asked slightly concerned.

Goku then began to swing Frieza around by his tail accelerating at higher speeds as he continued.

"Unhand me filthy ape!" Frieza yelled angrily as he was swung around before Goku released him sending him flying into a mountain as he crashed through it once again.

Frieza destroyed the surrounding area by raising his hand and sighed as he cracked his neck in annoyance.

"Ok, you want to make a joke out of me? Well, two can play that game!" Frieza then fazed above Goku and smiled as he lifted Goku up and trapped him in Ki.

"Uh oh!" Goku said realizing what would happen next he braced himself as Frieza smacked the ball with his tail and began versing himself in a tennis match with Goku as a living ball Goku was flung around as Frieza hit him, shaking him a bit as he was flung around before finally Frieza got bored of it and hammer slammed Goku into the ground.

Goku got up slightly dizzy from that set of attacks and frowned as Frieza landed a few meters away from him.

"Now monkey we're not done yet how about this for a game? I'll fight you without using either of my hands." Frieza then accelerated his ki to around 25% percent of his power to match the power Goku occasionally displayed when he attacked.

Goku then threw his weights off and powered up to times ten Kaioken eager to meet the challenge head-on as he charged at Frieza only slightly ahead despite the minor strain in his body Frieza dodged and parried with his tail and feet with astonishing ease as he revealed slightly more power to combat the unexpected increase in strength from his foe as Goku threw blows at Frieza which he dodged pretty handily before throwing a leg kick tripping Frieza a bit before he recovered as Goku nailed him with ki blasts Frieza accelerated his ki suddenly and smacked Goku in the back sending him flying as Frieza then drop kicked Goku midair sending him crashing to the ground.

Frieza then fazed out and stayed gone for longer than normal putting Goku on edge as he looked around.

"Dammit got to be prepared to counter the damn bastard when he appears again," Goku muttered in annoyance before Frieza fazed back in behind him and wrapped his tail around his neck.

'Crap baskets why didn't I think of that? Goku thought in annoyance and he grimaced as he felt Frieza squeeze his neck attempting to crush his windpipe.

"Look at you now at my mercy caught by the neck quite undignified don't you think? You were powerful the greatest opponent I've faced outside of my own family however you were certainly no Super Saiyan!" Frieza finished loudly as he squeezed tighter as Goku struggled to try and speak.

"I may not be a Super Saiyan but I'm more than enough to handle you!" Goku then opened his mouth and bit Frieza's tail.

"Ow! What the hell"! Frieza said in disgust as he punched Goku away holding his tail.

"You monkeys always thinking with your stomachs! You dare try to chow down on my tail!" Frieza seethed while clutching it in pain.

Goku gasped for air and smiled "You punched me guess I win huh?"

Frieza glared daggers at him "Oh believe me I'll reward you greatly for that one I'll present your mutilated corpse to your friends!"

The tyrant then charged at Goku hitting his raised arms he was pushed back by Frieza's aggressive blows and he smacked him back with a punch.

"You could have made a fine elite soldier the strongest of my army you could have ruled entire galaxies instead you defy me to save your pathetic friends!" Frieza yelled as he smacked Goku back again.

"You know Saiyan I've only been using a fraction of what I'm capable of thus far now you will know why I'm the most feared in all the universe!"

Goku then attacked Frieza again exchanging a few blows before Frieza jumped back and launched a powerful ki blast at the Saiyan.

"You are the filthiest evil that I've ever had the displeasure of facing." Goku panted as he glared at Frieza.

"If I'm as evil as you say then let god strike me down where I stand!" Frieza yelled as lightning struck him Frieza looked at the sky and chuckled "Try harder next time jackass!"

Frieza's power began to skyrocket as he said this and he turned to Goku "As I stated I have been using less than 50% of what I'm truly capable of now its been fun while it lasted but it's game over now Saiyan!"

Frieza then charged at Goku and smacked him backward as the Saiyan struggled to defend himself from his relentless attacks Goku dodged behind Frieza however he was already gone Frieza was moving faster than he could see he struggled to block blows with most slipping through his fatigued defense as Frieza began to dominate the fight once again.

'He wasn't bluffing I was fighting an uphill battle this whole time and I never realized it. Goku thought as Frieza pummeled him repeatedly before he smacked Goku upside the head and into another lake as Goku fell through he tried swimming back up but as his head broke the surface Frieza grabbed his head with a foot and began to drown him with Goku's struggles being helpless against his overwhelming might as his vision faded into black.

Goku's vision cleared as he watched with seemingly nobody as he looked around Namek and saw the dead and broken bodies of Krillin Clark Barry and Piccolo lying face down and covered with their blood limbs snapped in unnatural positions clearly tortured before their deaths Goku screamed in anguish at the saw this then his vision faded and resurfaced seemingly at Earth seeing people screaming and dying and the sounds of fighting as his friends and family died around him he saw all their smiling faces every hero and even villains face's flashing before his eyes as he heard Frieza's maniacal laughing in the background each laugh more crippling than his strongest blows as he knew that this was the fate of Earth if he died here now if HE failed.

"Kakarot, Kakarot Kakarot! Goku blinked in surprise as he turned to see Vegeta in his vision.

"Vegeta what is it?" Goku asked halfheartedly.

"You're failing you race your friends everyone you love Kakarot would you let this madman get the last laugh?" Vegeta asked.

"No, but he's too powerful Vegeta and no matter what you said I'm certainly not a Super Saiyan."

"Kakarot that's your problem You're too soft you're trying not to kill him! If you let your bloodlust your battle spirit take over you can defeat him! You were raised soft but as all your foes came to know you're a warrior Kakarot now act like it! Feeling sorry for yourself isn't going to save your friends!"

Goku nodded determined "Your right Vegeta I shouldn't be holding back anymore!"

"He finally sees sense!" Vegeta muttered to himself then he looked back at him "Alright Kakarot give that tyrant a beating he won't forget!"

Goku nodded "I will you can be sure of that."

Goku's eyes flew open and he scowled as he began to power up to Frieza's surprise as he burst through.

"Kaioken!" Goku then charged at Frieza with his newfound rage and increased power with Kaioken times 20 giving Frieza a beating as he smacked him around a slight power difference in Goku's favor now however Frieza began to accelerate his power as Goku prepared his attack.

"Kamehameha!" Goku shouted as the beam collided with Frieza the explosion destroying all the islands surrounding the warriors as a cloud of dust and ash covered the field however when the dust finally settled Goku's power and energy faded away due to the overexertion Frieza emerged from the smoke with burns covering his body but otherwise no real damage was dealt.

"What how?" Goku stuttered as he looked at the tyrant with shock.

"Well that was certainly an unexpected turn of events," Frieza said as he let his power drop back to 50% from the 65% he used to stop serious damage from being done from that attack.

"What's wrong monkey your nerves fried?" Frieza taunted as he looked at his shocked face as he descended from the sky.

Frieza then raised a hand and slashed the ground right up to Goku causing the Saiyan to flinch and fall backwards.

Goku got up and looked terrified at the now-revealed core of the planet.

"If I aimed slightly downwards the planet would be toast if I aimed slightly closer to you you would be a mere blood stain in a similar shape to this mark right here." Frieza gestured to the slash in Namek Goku shivered realizing he could have been killed in a single slash this whole fight it also occurred to him that Frieza was making a fool out of him this entire time as Goku gritted his teeth and raised his hands in the air much to Frieza's interest.

"Is that some sought of prayer? A final cry for help to your monkey god? Because the only god here is me." Frieza said coldly as he watched Goku slightly interested as he gathered energy for his final gamble.

"What's he doing?" Clark asked as he watched the battle as much as he wanted to help without Kaioken he was toast 'Should have asked him to teach me. Superman thought as he watched in anticipation.

"I have no idea never seen this before," Piccolo replied.

Barry nodded stumped for ideas as well.

Gohan however faintly recognized the position before they looked up and saw a massive attack high in sky getting bigger by the minute.

"It's the spirit bomb!" Krillin said shocked.

Barry frowned "Spirit bomb?"

"Its the ultimate attack but takes energy from living things around them if the give it at the moment it seems Goku's reaching all the nearby planets look you can see the energy coming from the sky!" He pointed and everyone else noticed it.

"How long will Frieza stand there though?" Piccolo frowned.

"Well in that case let's lend him our energy!" Gohan said everyone else nodded and they raised their hands to the sky fueling the power for the spirit bomb to hopefully put Frieza down for good.

The next chapter will be about the spirit bomb in case you're wondering the reason why they are willing to help Goku kill is because of how much of a threat Frieza is at this point no one can hurt him and if you see a serious Superman you know he's not going to be so against killing especially considering that they're weaker than him at the moment.
