A/N This is based on something I wanted to do, with a beginning bit based on a request from the last time I did something I chose that didn't fit a holiday-based request.

Autumn had a boring day one Saturday. Her friends, Sawyer included, were busy and the weather was bad for going outside. She thought back to the time when she was last sick. After she and Sawyer, who was sick already when her friend got the flu, were back to school, Sawyer stood up to the bullies again, as Autumn told Sawyer what happened, then Sawyer stood up to the bullies. The bullies were about to throw rocks at Sawyer and Autumn until the bus driver caught them and gave them punishment and told the principal, and the bullies got kicked out of the school bus and their parents punished them.

Autumn had lunch, then after a while, Sawyer called and said she was available. She invited Autumn to her birthday party, then hung up and came over.

Autumn and Sawyer went to Autumn's room and Sawyer said, "I need a trip to Sodor. I've been depressed this week.". She pulled out her handkerchief, had a sneezing fit and blew her nose. "I've got horrible allergies in spring and summer, so I sneeze and blow my nose all the time. I got allergy eyes and sinus congestion, too. We only moved here because Dad was transferred here, due to how bad Pennsylvania is for allergies."

Autumn said, "Just look at a Thomas toy and follow the dream to a land of make-believe."

The girls arrived on Sodor and found Bridget Hatt with her family at the station, along with Thomas taking on coal. They hugged Thomas and said "Hello."

Thomas said, "Hello, I shall take the Hatts to the seaside. My train's full already, but you can find another way there."

Autumn and Sawyer headed towards the seaside, with Sawyer leading because she was the older girl. though just by 6 months.

Dave, the school bully, saw Autumn, said horrible and mean words to her, then beat her up. Autumn ran and Dave chased her.

Autumn barely reached the seaside, unable to go on and hid. She burst into sobs, huge water droplets pouring from her brown eyes and pulled out her handkerchief, sobbing into it. Boo-hoo! She wiped her tears and runny nose, then had to blow her nose due to crying herself all stuffy.

The bully found Autumn and said, "Crybaby!"

Sawyer heard Autumn's uncontrollable sobbing and found her friend. She told the bully, "Leave my friend Autumn alone! I came with her to visit Sodor and you picked on her, you big bully!" Then, she put one arm around her friend and held her hanky with the other, crying with her friend. She cried into the hanky, dabbing her tears, wiping and then blowing her runny, stuffy nose.

Thomas, whose track was near enough to where the girls were, they could hear him, said, "Wipe your eyes, girls. If you feel the need to cry, don't hold back, but don't believe that bully."

After their sobs subsided, the girls dried their red, swollen eyes and red faces, then blew their noses, each finishing with a wipe to remove the moisture. Sawyer got out a second hanky, for her allergies.

Sawyer told Thomas, "I cried with Autumn, but I got allergies, too. I have a lot of sinus congestion, so I've got to blow my nose."

The girls played with Bridget Hatt for a time, then went on their rounds.

Autumn and Sawyer found Molly, but someone told the yellow engine, "All your siblings are scrapped."

Molly burst into sobs from her grief, unable to speak from the sorrow. Huge water droplets poured from her eyes to the point her face was wet with tears. She sniffled, long and loud.

Molly's driver went to comfort her. "There, there, Molly," he said, taking a cloth from his pocket to softly dry her tears. "You're in grief, because of being the last of your kind, so these tears are valid. Just cry as you feel the need to. I shall comfort you as long as you need me to. I accept your feelings, so just let it all out.". He gently rubbed her cheeks and wiped her eyes, listening attentively and trying to understand how she felt.

Molly sobbed some more, fresh tears filling her eyes. She sniffled again, hard, coughed as she choked on her sobs and hiccupped. She gasped and gulped, shaking as her tears flowed, not once stopping as her driver comforted her.

He said, as he continued to wipe her tears away, "You've got dreadful news to deal with, so I get your need to cry and am drying your eyes as an act of comfort. I'm here for you in your pain and will do what I can to help you.". He pressed the cloth to her eyes, letting her sob into it and wiped all her tears away as best he could, reassuring her without being overbearing, pushy or intrusive with his empathy and compassion, patiently listening and supporting his broken-hearted engine.

Autumn and Sawyer thought about how sad and broken-hearted Molly must feel and Sawyer was in tears again, wiping them from her eyes and blowing her nose.

Molly's tears and sobs were non-stop until she had no more tears left to shed. Her driver dried her last tears away, wiping her cheeks and eyes dry of tears, then went back to the cab with the sodden cloth. Her crew got a mobile water tank and gave her a drink.

Autumn and Sawyer finished their rounds, then went back after saying "Good-bye, Thomas". Autumn hugged her friend good-bye as well.

Sawyer went back to her home and Autumn went through the rest of her day, falling asleep with her cuddle Thomas at the day's end.

Sawyer's Thomas-themed birthday party came and Autumn invited Sawyer to sleep over at her place, in return for Sawyer's sleepover earlier.

At the sleepover, the girls talked about their favorite things.

Sawyer said, "When I was a baby, my brother went to the old flagship Toys R Us in New York for his birthday. He rode the indoor Ferris Wheel. I went to the Herald Square Toys R Us and also New Jersey ones. The last toys I got from the original Toys R US were the Thomas toys I got for my 4th birthday. I cried so much when the old Toys R Us closed, but at least there was the version with the in-store play area when they came back and now the toy department of Macy's version and the one at American Dream Mall, which I went to so much when I was living in New Jersey. I've also been to Chuck E Cheese, but sometimes, it's too much for me."

Autumn said, "I've been to Toys R Us and Chuck E Cheese as well. I shed a great many tears when my original Toys R Us closed. I got my Bachmann Thomas toys from there."

They talked more until they fell asleep, Autumn with her cuddle Thomas.

A/N Sawyer's somewhat basis, my FanFiction buddy's younger self, had a hard time at a similar age to Sawyer, who's 11 on her birthday. I read PA's a high pollen state. Toys R Us is a proven Bachmann toy seller. Sawyer had a viral sinus infection last chapter and will have another one in the next, as she's prone to illness, like her semi-basis.
