I mentioned anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts or outlooks to a situation, ideas of being better to go to sleep and wake up tomorrow, etc.
This is mentioned throughout the book so read at your own discretion. I put the first mention of suicide as a TW but I won't after that.
Remember- anxiety and depression at times is said to be normal, but I deal with it daily. Therapy, prayer, God, music, and of course twilight reads are wonderful coping skills. Cope in a healthy way or contact help anytime- stay alive frens you are NEVER alone.
Suicide hotline- call or text 988 or google/visit their website for help at . I promise it will get better. I've been there many times, but there is light every time! God is also there.
