John Catlin and Marcos descended into the Morlock tunnels, the air thick with tension. John stopped, turning to face Clarice with an intense glare.
"We need to talk," he said, his voice cold. "I'm sick of this. You turned on us."
Clarice opened her mouth to respond, but before she could speak, Marcos interrupted.
"And you, Erg," he said, shifting his gaze sharply. "When the inner circle killed evangeline you didn't even bother to help even tho she saved your ungratful ass."
Erg crossed his arms defensively. "I'm only trying to protect my people."
catlin scoffed. "Protect them? You told me to leave because im human while i was saving one of your own, and it's clear how much that really matters to you." john turned to Erg, accusing, "You're no better than Benedict Ryan or Reeva Payge. All three of you are just a bunch of racists who want to divide mutants and humans. You don't care if you tear families apart!"
Marcos stepped closer, passion fueling his words. "You'll force mutants who don't have visible mutations to mutilate themselves, or you'll cast them out."
Erg's expression hardened. "It's to show a mark of pride."
"More like a mark of your cult," Marcos retorted, scorn dripping from his voice.
John turned back to Clarice, frustration boiling over. "You gave Erg a list of mutants in the Underground with fighting powers, but what could he have done with it? You even tried to get my husband to join the Morlocks when he wasn't in control of his powers. You disgust me."
Silence hung in the air as John finished his tirade. "Until you both get your act together, we're done."
With those words hanging heavy, John and Marcos turned to leave

okay so why i wrote this
Clarice in Season 1 was okay, but in Season 2, she just became a bitch . She even tried to convince them to have Reed join the Morlocks when he was vulnerable, which I found disgusting. I absolutely hate her for that. When Evangeline saved his ass and was killed by the Inner Circle, she basically told the underground to fuck off; she wouldn't even help mutants who weren't her own people. Furthermore, he forced mutants who didn't have visible mutations to mutilate themselves.
Regarding the part about tearing families apart, I have no doubt that he forced the mutants who joined to cut all ties with their human friends and family because of her separatist ideology. hes no better than Benedict Ryan and Reeva Payge.
