After doing everything the right way in the first timeline, Frisk was compelled to do the genocide route for what they felt were "good" reasons. In doing so, they have broken utterly and become something new. Something absolutely devoted to Sans, and not remotely sane. Now they are striving to fix everything and find their path forward. What the hell is Sans supposed to do now?

47. Book 2 being hosted on AO3!

I have decided that, because of the difficulties of dealing with FFnet, I will be posting all subsequent chapters to Archive Of Our Own. I can't add links, but you can just Google The Last Timeline EllaWhyteTales and it's right there.

I have really enjoyed the reviews and things on FFnet! If it weren't for how remarkably difficult FFnet's system is to work with, by comparison to either Royal Road or AO3, I would keep posting here - you guys are cool.

However, the tech differences are less cool. I didn't even update all the chapters here after my editing pass - it took over an hour each for Royal Road and Archive of Our Own, where FFnet looked like it was going to take more than double that time. It's just not worth it, so I'm going down to the single site.

It is currently October 1, 2024, with a planned twice-monthly update schedule.
