A/N: YES, this is another short entry as part of the Terra One world building project I am working on. This ONE SHOT story will focus on the other side of the world building I'm creating. What happens when certain deities come to terms to the irrevocable damage they've caused, combined with what happens when power runs unchecked and causes irrevocable damage to the center of the universe. The reason why this is important will be made apparent in this short, and, will be the last entry before the actual story which I have already started making an outline of (I'm SO EXCITED!)
OH! And, FYI, this short story will bring to the forefront some of the original 'Celestials' that didn't split off into being a part of the Anunnaki. And, for those who haven't watched the series, Lucifer, or, don't pay attention to D.C. comics (I don't normally - I'm a Marvel girl through and through - but, I happen to LOVE the show Lucifer) this short story will feature some of the characters from that show, and, some of the show's canon events (with my own little twists, of course). Same goes for the show Supernatural. If you read the other parts of this series, then you already know that Supernatural has already been introduced in the prior stories, but, it is also an amazing series if you like 'master of the week' type stories! I will do my best to write this ONE SHOT in a way that if you haven't watched the other shows it won't matter, but, if you are craving new binge-worthy shows, take a gander at both Lucifer and Supernatural, they're pretty good! Well, the last season of both shows were not that great, but…I digress…
This is a LONG one shot, but, It is the last barrier before the story. ENJOY!
FEAR AND LOATHING IN L.A.
A ONE SHOT
SONG INSPIRATION: START A RIOT by BANNERS
Powerless to stop it, The Omnipotent One and His wife, The Divine Goddess, allowed her new universe to be swallowed up and had resolved themselves to the fact that their ions long existence was finally coming to an end. They'd already said goodbye to all of The Omnipotent One's universes, and were quite content to spending the rest of their days in The Divine Goddess's universe, but, apparently, that wasn't meant to be. When they ended up in Yggdrasil's Void and met with an exhausted Loki, they added their powers to his to help him continue his weaving and merging of the universes and TimeLines, which was light work for the deities. They briefly wondered how a God such as Loki - who didn't seem strong enough to accomplish pushing Time further out - had ended up as The Tree Of Life. It didn't take long for them to see that he'd had help. After blessing Loki with an abundance of pure energy to aid him along in his spinning, they made their way to The Rainbow Room and looked upon The Tree Of Life in awe. Both of them laid hands on the trunk of the magnificent timber and read the history of all that laid before it. They were impressed. Walking around the tree, then followed the path that lead to the moat that led to two large, wooden, gold, platinum and titanium hilted doors. Without so much as a waving of their arms, the doors opened wide to their entrance. As if expecting their arrival, Astrid greeted them.
"Omnipotent One, Divine Goddess!" he kneeled. "So good to finally see you again!"
"Astrid!" The Divine Goddess grinned brightly at her grandson, opening her arms wide.
Astrid hugged her, still a bit stunned that he was in the midst of such divine presences. "Um…"
"You can call me Grandmother!" The Divine Goddess gushed, still holding on the Astrid. "You look so much like your father!" She pulled back, wiping a tear from her cheek. "I miss him so!"
"He's here, if you'd like to see him!" Astrid beamed, turning towards the entrance to Heaven.
"Oh! I'd love that!" The Divine Goddess turned towards Her Husband. "We both would!"
"Indeed," He answered, taking His wife's hand and leading her towards Heaven. "I see Fitzgerald found our missing home. Love the changes!"
"Yes. Um…he combined all God Faith's versions of their 'Heaven's' within The Silver City."
"Not just the Heavens…" The Omnipotent One observed as they walked through The Silver City. "I sense the Hell's here as well."
"Yes," Astrid nodded, stepping in stride beside the Deities. "They've been combined as well and its entrance is through another door."
"I figured as much, though I was hoping that by now Samael would be done with his calling…"
"Don't start!" The Divine Goddess chastised her husband.
"I'm just saying…"
"No, you are not just saying! I know you! You were about to be critical of the fact that he has yet to convert damned souls over to Heaven! You and I both know that some souls aren't going to make it! Besides, some souls are needed in both realms in order to power the realms!"
"There wouldn't need to be souls in Hell to power it if Hell didn't exist!" Astrid noted.
"Yes, well, when giving fickle creatures the power of free will, it is expected that not all will make good choices!" The Divine Goddess snickered.
"Now who is being critical?" The Omnipotent One shot back. "How would you like it if you had no control of your own self actualization?"
The Divine Goddess stopped walking, her eyes turning into sparks of lightening. "Do I need to remind you of all the years I spent in Hell?"
"Oh, no…" Astrid gasped to himself, when the whole of Heaven started to darken.
"Do I need to remind you of why you were sent there?" The Omnipotent One let go of His wife's hand to look at Her with his own eyes sparking. "Was it not you who wanted to destroy the whole of Everything because I had the nerve to create it?"
Despite being terrified, Astrid smirked. Just like their creations, it was apparent that the first ever beings were just as capable of being petty and childish. "Need I remind you that we - as well as all of this," Astrid gestured around him. "Wouldn't be possible if it weren't for both of you. Terra One is the original universe, and this," he gestured again. "Is the original TimeLine, but, all the other universes and TimeLines were created by…"
"HIM!" The Divine Goddess sneered. "And he left me out of that process just like he did with this one! It's not lost on me that my universe had to be one of the ones destroyed!
"Yes," Astrid agreed. "But, he created the universes to make up for that fact, yes?"
"Well…" She shrugged.
"And, did He not create the very tool that was used to allow you to create your own universe?"
"Yes, but…"
"And, didn't He confine Himself to your universe, content to spend all of the rest of eternity with you there?"
"Yes," She gazed at her contrite Husband. "He did."
"Listen…Grandmother…at the risk of sounding impudent…could you not destroy the last of His creations?" Astrid grinned at Them.
"Of course!" She chuckled. "He just has this way of getting under my skin!"
"As with the ones we love the most, am I right?" Astrid continued walking, then stopped when he noticed they were being watched. "Come! Come! I know you want to meet her!"
From behind a row of shrubbery stepped out a tall, beautiful woman who was the mirror image of The Divine Goddess.
"Charlotte!" The Divine Goddess held her arms wide once again. "It is an honor to meet you!" She whispered into the stunned woman's ear as she wrapped her arms around her. "I want to thank you for allowing me to usurp your life during my time on Earth!"
"Oh, um…you're welcome!" Charlotte blushed. "Not that I had much of a choice…"
"I see that you overcame the failure of your life in order to rest eternal in Heaven!"
"Yes! Thanks to Lucifer and Amenadiel!"
"They are very special that way, aren't they?" The Divine Goddess beamed. "Speaking of Amenadiel - where is he? I want to meet my grandson, Charlie! I hear he is adorable!"
"He is, actually," a deep voice said.
The Divine Goddess looked behind Charlotte and her smile grew exponentially wider - despite the frown marring Her Husband's visage. "Dan! My favorite human!" She stepped towards him, then stopped when she noticed him step back from her. "Your not afraid of me, are you?"
"No," he answered honestly, taking his wife's hand and pulling her back towards him. Charlotte smiled and laid her head on his shoulder. "I actually want to thank you. If it hadn't been for you taking over Charlotte's body when she was murdered, then bringing her back to her body when you left it…I never would have found the love of my life!"
"You forgive me for duping you?"
"I do," he answered.
"I did…do love you, you know that, right?"
"Um…I'd rather not get into that. The last time I came against your Husband, he exploded my body, then put it back together, just to let me know that he could. Then threatened to send me to Hell for all of eternity for doing something I had no idea I was doing. Come on, Charlotte - we were in the middle of cooking waffles for brunch. I'm sure our friends are wondering where we've gone to…" Dan and Charlotte walked away, their souls evaporating.
"I didn't know Dan had friends…"
"Do you care?" The Omnipotent One was curious.
"Do you not remember his time on Earth? By friends…could it be that they are having brunch with…"
"You know what? How about we go see?" The Omnipotent One held his elbow out for His wife to take. She slid Her arm through his, and, in a poof, they disappeared, leaving Astrid standing in the open abyss by himself.
"Shit!" he bellowed, then disappeared as well.

"Mom! Dad!" Amenadiel rushed to his parents and swooped them both up into a bear hug. "I thought I'd never see you again!" He let them go and stepped back, shaking his head. "When Dan said that you two had arrived at the Pearly Gates, I didn't believe him, but, here you are! What are you doing here?"
"You didn't sense us Son?" The Omnipotent One was confused. "Aren't you Me now?"
"I am, well…kind of. When Yggdrasil merged the TimeLines, I didn't feel the need to usurp all that The Progeny were accomplishing with my Divine presence. Since the merging, Celestials - Anunnaki included - have put aside their petty differences and squabbles and reside in this realm peacefully! Well…the ones that have made their home here, that is."
"Then…why are We here?" The Divine Goddess questioned. She didn't at all feel as if everything or everyone was at peace. "I feel that something is amiss!" Closing her eyes, she reached out with her mind and could feel the fissure in space and time that was spreading. Reaching out further, she placed the exact point in Time that the crack started. "Did The Progeny not ban Time Travel?"
"They did!" Amenadiel responded. "What are you sensing?"
"I'm sensing…someone has traveled to the the year of 2021 - Earth 616. There is a crack that is leading to that particular time! And it's spreading! The fissure is causing a worm hole through several dimensions!"
"2021, you say?" Lucifer stood from his seat where he'd been quietly observing his parents and brother.
"Samael!" The Divine Goddess and The Omnipotent One rushed to him and gathered him in their arms.
"Please stop it! You're wrinkling my Gucci suit!" Lucifer shrugged out of their hold and straightened his jacket. "This is vintage and hard to come by now that the House of Gucci no longer exists!"
"What do you know about 2021 Earth 616, Son?"
"What ever I know, what makes you think I will tell you? You left us to deal with the fall out of…of…of everything, Dad!" Lucifer huffed, still hurt by his parents abandonment.
"Oh, Son! I thought you understood! I had to go with My Wife! She'd spent ions me and all My creations, it was time I spent time with Hers!"
"I understand! I just don't agree with it! A lot of bad happened after You disappeared!"
"And a lot of good!" Amenadiel added. "Come on, Luci! I thought you were past this!"
"I…" Lucifer took a deep breath. "I am. I just needed them to know what they put us through."
"We understand," The Divine Goddess said. "But…this fissure is growing. I can sense it. So please…tell us about…wait…" She walked over to the beautiful marble table where several others were sitting. "Are those my grandchildren?"
"Yes…this is my son with Dr. Linda Martin, Charlie," Amenadiel pointed at his replica. Charlie stood and nodded. "You remember Linda, right Dad?"
Linda stood and held her hand out to The Omnipotent One. "Nice to see you again…God!" she giggled nervously.
"Of course I do!" He hugged Linda, setting her nerves at ease.
"And…" Lucifer took his wife's hand. "I know you both remember Chloe…"
"We do! Nice to see you again, Chloe!" The Divine Goddess winked.
"You as well," Chloe waved. "Though I do have some words I'd like to say…"
"Not now, Chloe…remember what we talked about…I don't want you to be smited! Dad, I know you remember Trixie…"
"Your step daughter! Of course I remember her!" Trixie got up and ran into His arms.
"I see you took my advice and learned to properly communicate!" Trixie smiled, letting him go.
"I did! Thank you for the advice!"
"And, this is me and Chloe's daughter, Rory…"
"You had a child, just like Amenadiel! That's amazing Son!" The Omnipotent One eyed Rory as she walked over to him and hugged him. "You look just like your father!"
"I get that a lot!" Rory turned towards her grandmother. "I've heard so much about you!" she said, then hugged The Divine Goddess.
"You!" The Divine Goddess stepped out of Rory's embrace. "You are the cause of the crack!"
"What?" Rory was confused.
"You…you became so enraged at Lucifer that you traveled back in time to…to kill my Son!" The Divine Goddess's eyes began to crackle.
Seeing this, Lucifer pulled Rory behind him. "Mom…we are fine now! We resolved our issues and she went back to her own place in time! You see? Look at me! I'm fine!"
"Yes!" The Divine Goddess acknowledged. "But for how long?" She began to pace. "We visited Loki in Yggdrasil's Void. He was so weak that we had to amplify his power so he could continue! That won't last forever!" She closed her eyes. "As we speak, the crack is getting bigger! Eventually, it will distort the physical and the para-physical, eventually leading to the Void…that could be disastrous for all of us!"
"Why?" Charlotte queried. "I mean…what was the point of joining all the TimeLines and universes?"
"Because they were never meant to exist in the first place. That fact is the reason that so many TimeLines were doomed. The people, places and things within those TimeLines and universes were never meant to exist and were ripping themselves a part - amongst other things. People were being ripped from one TimeLine and sent to others, entire universes - and souls - were evaporating into nothingness…eventually, the nothing would have spread…the point is, there was a reason for the merging. That cannot be refuted…and, it started when Lucifer used The Flaming Sword to send The Divine Goddess to her own universe…"
"Of course! Blame me for the oncoming ending of existence!"
"I'm not blaming you, Son!" The Omnipotent One responded wearily. "But, the truth is the truth! It is why," with a quick flash, The Flaming Sword was in The Omnipotent One's hand. "I'm going to destroy this!" With another flash, The Flaming Sword went up in flames, soon turning into evaporating ash.
"Couldn't we have used that to fix the crack in space and time?" The Divine Goddess was mortified.
"No. It should have been destroyed ions ago."
"So…what now?" Dan asked.
The Divine Goddess stared at Rory. "How did you do it? Time travel? I mean, we are Divine, but, you are half human half celestial. You shouldn't have enough power to do that…"
"I'm the daughter of Lucifer, whose power is pulling desires out of mankind. I have a bit of his powers and I desired to kill him. I think…I manifested the power to travel to his last known days on Earth so that I could do that…but, then I got to know him, and discovered that I loved him despite the fact that he was missing for my entire life! He also saved my life from a man who'd kidnapped me…despite the fact that he barely knew me, he loved me! It was then that he discovered his true calling - to help damned souls by working through why they'd made the decisions in life that led them down the guilt ridden paths that led them to Hell. It was then that I was transported back to my life, just in time to see my mom," Rory took Chloe's hand. "Take her last breaths in the mortal realm. What I did, by traveling back in time, was not something that I meant to do, nor did I know how I did it. What I do know is that I never did it again…"
"Not for lack of trying, right?" The Divine Goddess already knew the answer.
"Right. I did try…"
"Every time you tried," The Omnipotent One interrupted. "It caused the crack to get larger."
"How do we fix it?"
"I don't know, Amenadiel! I wish I did!"
"How is that even possible, Dad? You are all powerful, all knowing!" Lucifer began pacing. "I just got used to being able to travel between the doors of Heaven and Hell, I've adjusted to my calling - I mean, the only ones left in Hell are the true evil souls that will probably never cross boundaries - and now you're telling me that everything will eventually blank out of existence!"
"I think I know how to answer that…" The Divine Goddess looked around the room. "We have to reset."
"No!" Lucifer stopped pacing. "I'm not starting my life over!"
"Well…" Amenadiel stared at his feet, not able to look his younger sibling in the eyes.
"What?" Lucifer narrowed his eyes at his brother. "What did you do?"
"I didn't do anything, but…I do know that Loki had children that Fatima and Thom…I mean, Storm and Thor, were not able to locate…"
"There are more Progeny?" Lucifer was stunned. "How is that possible? Yggdrasil has roots that represent each of his children! If there were more children, wouldn't there be more roots?"
"No," The Omnipotent One answered. "The mother's died before they were born…in fact," He closed his eyes, reaching out to see where their souls rested, and he couldn't find anything. "The souls don't exist."
"How is that possible?" Amenadiel was horrified. "Souls appear at conception!"
"Normally, yes, but…" The Omnipotent One glanced around the room. "In very rare cases, the reasons why these babies are never brought into fruition is because they were never supposed to exist." He leveled his gave at Lucifer, the Amenadiel.
"Why would you do that?" It was now Amenadiel's turn to pace. "You created soulless beings? They're abominations! Something you've always been against!"
"I didn't do it…I think Loki did it by accident."
"Ok?" Lucifer joined his brother in pacing. "I know what you are getting at, but, it's not like you can just shove us into brand new beings! I mean…wouldn't that cause the crack to get bigger?"
"Yes, but," She looked at her husband. "It's a little more complicated than that."

"Luci…"
"No!" Lucifer flapped his wings and landed in the Terra One version of Lux called 'Tux'. It was ran by a famous actor who fancied himself as part of a dark cult. Stepping over to the bar, he fixed himself a drink. "Do not lecture me!" He pointed an accusing finger at his eldest brother before taking a sip of the stiff drink, flinching at the disgusting taste.
"Do not talk to me that way!" Amenadiel roared. "It is not my fault that once again, your failure to control your emotions ejected you from Heaven!"
"Ugh! Who in the hell runs this place? Back on the other Earth, I kept Lux stocked with nothing but top shelf liquor!" Lucifer slammed the tumbler on the bar and walked around to the ornate shelving behind it, ignoring his brother while he searched for something better to drink. Finding an expensive bottle of whiskey, Lucifer poured himself a drink, then poured a drink for his brother. Handing his brother the tumbler, they both sat at the bar and drank solemnly. "I know, Brother. I need to do better in the future…if there is a future."
"Why did you pick this place, Luci?"
"I know this isn't my place…it's in another universe, after all, but, it still feels like home…I guess." Lucifer looked around at the people in their frozen states. "Looks like no matter what universe Lux is in, the people still flock to it, huh?"
"Yes, Luci," Amenadiel agreed. "Let's go back…we can finish discussing the plans there…"
"No!"
"What do you mean 'no'?"
"I mean just that! No! Do you not understand what is going on?" Lucifer finished his drink and sat his tumbler on the bar. "Taking that kind of risk could mean…it could mean that I will have to live a lifetime that doesn't include The Detective!"
"Chloe is your soulmate! Even if she isn't revived here, her soul will live on in Heaven! You know this!" Amenadiel finished his drink as well. "Along with our children!"
"That's just it, Brother…during the time she spent in Hell, helping me treat the souls worthy enough to cross over to Heaven…we both spent some time with Pierce…"
"I was wondering if you would treat Cane…"
"I am proud to admit that I handled myself very maturely - thank Dr. Linda for that! During his sessions, he repeated his sentiment about his love for Chloe, and that, if he ever made it to Heaven, with her would be where his soul would go. Chloe agreed…"
Taking a deep breath, Amenadiel put a hand on Luci's shoulder. "A soulmate doesn't have to be romantic! There are all types of soulmates!"
"You don't think I know that? But…this is different! She almost married him!"
"But she didn't because of the love she has for you!"
"Exactly! But…if we restart the TimeLine - the one true TimeLine that has been reduced to just one universe…what if…what if I never meet her? What if she meets that square jawed tapeworm first?"
"Oh, Luci!" Amenadiel stood and hugged his brother. "You should have more faith in the love that Chloe has for you!" Amenadiel let go of Lucifer and returned to his drink, only to have the loud rush of multiple flapping wings cause him to spill it down the front of his tunic. "What the…"
"What are you doing here?" a loud booming voice queried from above.
Both the angelic brothers turned to see a flock of Anunnaki descend from the heavens and land elegantly in front of them in between the frozen people scattered around the bar. "Ah! My life is now complete! I finally get to meet the infamous Progeny!" Lucifer sneered sarcastically before moving around the bar to fix another drink. As soon as he wrapped his fingers around the expensive whiskey bottle, it shattered in his hand, the arrow that'd been shot through it reverberating in the wall behind him. Lucifer was nonplussed having been raised with unruly angels and being used to dodging all manner of killer weapons - he simply moved around the arrow and plucked another bottle from the bar. Once he'd managed to pour himself another drink, he returned to greeting the Anunnaki who were glaring at him with intimidation. "Would any of you like a drink?"
"Shouldn't you be in Hell, converting the wicked?" the voice asked. "For the last time: What are you doing here?"
"Rick, is it?" Amenadiel stepped toward the person closest to him. "I'm Amenadiel." He held his hand out to Rick, then rescinded it when he was only offered a squinty, piercing glare in return. "We are kin."
"You are trespassing! A feat that can't be good given the precarious circumstances!" Rick gestured around him at the frozen bodies. "Do you not recognize that these are not humans that you have frozen?"
Both Amenadiel and Lucifer took a closer look at the people they assumed had been frozen mid dance. "OH! They are ghastly!"
"Ya think?" Daryl loaded his crossbow with another arrow. "Did you do this?" he asked, aiming at Lucifer.
"Of course not! But, I would love to know how zombies got to Terra One! I thought they only existed on Earth 2149?"
"How do you know about Earth 2149?"
"Glenn, right?"
Glenn nodded.
"Well, Glenn, I'm a Celestial. My name is Lucifer - you've met Amenadiel. We know about all the Earths." As soon as the words left Lucifer's mouth, he instantly regretted it as he and Amenadiel found themselves at the pointed end of several high powered weapons. Knowing who The Progeny were, they knew that those weapons could take down any manner of living beings - including Angels.
"Why don't we all just relax!" Amenadiel held up his hand in a gesture of peace.
"Relax? Time is frozen!" Rick gestured around him. "Meanwhile, there is a large crack in the sky!" He pointed upwards, but all Lucifer and Amenadiel saw was the ceiling of Lux.
A few seconds later, The Progeny took flight, followed by Lucifer and Amenadiel. "We can't figure out how to close it!" Daryl growled. "Did you come through it?"
"No!" Amenadiel shook his head. "We came from Heaven, where we've been since our TimeLine on Earth 616 merged to this one! We found out about the crack from Mom and Dad…"
"Mom and Dad? You mean God? And His…wife?" Rick looked to the other Progeny. "God has a wife?"
"Seems that way."
"Fitz? Right?" Lucifer flew over to the surly looking angel. "I hear you are all powerful." Fitz didn't respond. "You can't close this?"
"No. I've tried. I can't do it. We've managed to get all our family within New Asgard, but…there are so many more people to rescue. Is that what you are here for?"
"No," Amenadiel answered. "Or, at least…that wasn't the initial reason we came here. What can we do to help?"
"Do you know why time is frozen?" Rick wanted to know.
"I froze it. I wasn't sure if this realm was familiar with beings that can fly, and it is our preferred way of traveling amongst them when we don our wings."
"Good to know," Stephen mumbled, snapping his fingers and undoing the time freeze. As soon as time restarted, the undead instantly lunged for the living breathing beings amongst them.
With ease and agility, Rick, Fitz, Carol, Daryl, Glenn, Huck, Stephen, Glenn, Jerry and Noah got busy ridding the surrounding area of the moaning, blood thirsty beings. Lucifer and Amenadiel weren't impressed as they put quite a few of them down themselves.
"We need to fix this!"
"It looks that way," Lucifer said with a nod to Amenadiel. "The Detective once told me that every soul, every life, is worth fighting for. This is my fault…if I hadn't left my wife to adhere to my calling…"
"It's not your fault, Luci! Rory made you promise to keep things the same way so that it wouldn't affect the future and so you could help those poor souls trapped in Hell! You did what you had to do!"
"Listen," Rick interrupted Amenadiel's pep talk. "No one cares whose fault it is! What's happened has happened! How do we fix it!"

"I don't think she realizes what she is suggesting…" The Omnipotent One sat down on the overstuffed chair in Dr. Linda's Heavenly office.
"I know exactly what I am suggesting!" The Divine Goddess huffed, turning a shoulder to her husband. "Doctor…he is being unreasonable!"
Dr. Linda narrowed her eyes at The Divine Goddess, remember what she'd done to her in her past life. "I don't know why you would think I would ever be on your side with the way that you treated me! You tried to kill me!"
"Doctor," The Divine Goddess sat forward in her seat. "That was so long ago! You eventually made it to Heaven…despite…all that you are…"
"What does that mean?"
"You know what it means!" Snickered the Goddess. "You're not exactly a good person, are you? I mean…your a bit on the promiscuous side, are you not?"
"I was, then, I realized that I was practicing dangerous behavior, because I evolved - something that you don't seem capable of!" Linda crossed her arms smugly.
"How dare you!"
"Now, now!" The Omnipotent One touched His Wife's shoulder. "You did burn her alive, and stab her, Dear!"
"I helped create her ilk! She should be grateful I didn't wipe her entire kind from existence!"
"Mom!" Both Amenadiel and Lucifer cried out in shock.
"Hello my sons! I'm surprised to see you here!"
"Of course you are!" Lucifer sneered, letting the door slam behind him once he and Amenadiel were inside Linda's office. "You were just threatening The Doctor once again!"
"I was."
"Mom!" Amenadiel repeated. "She's the mother of one of your grandchildren!"
"So?" She shrugged. "I have many grandchildren, and I love them all! She's just a peon!"
"Is this how you treated the beings in your universe?"
"No, Husband. I loved them!"
"Oh! So…what you're saying is, because humans are my creations, you have no tolerance towards them?"
"Exactly!"
"This is getting us nowhere! Mom, Dad, I think we have come to a solution!" Amenadiel rubbed Dr. Linda's shoulder. She nodded and stood, then excused herself from her office. Taking the seat The Doctor had vacated, Amenadiel told his Parents the plan with Lucifer backing him up.

With the help of The Progeny, Amenadiel, Lucifer, Rory, Charlie, Astrid, The Divine Goddess and The Omnipotent One gathered around the crack and used their powers to bring it to a close. When the task was done, everyone except The Progeny returned to Heaven.
Not only were The Progeny's family still on Earth, but, to them, it was their job to help put the planet back together now that the undead were running amok.
L.A. was ground zero for the attack of the Walking Dead, and that was where their journey would begin.
Feeling guilty for leaving The Progeny behind to clean up their mess, Lucifer and Amenadiel made their way back to L.A. to help however they could. After a few months of what seemed to be a futile mission, more Celestials came to offer their help so that The Progeny could get back to their families in New Asgard, while also receiving all the survivors and helping them get acclimated to the safe land.
MEANWHILE
"Their efforts seem to be futile!" The Divine Goddess opened her eyes and directed her gaze towards her husband. "I say let's be done with it!"
"No!" The Omnipotent one bellowed. "We made a deal!"
"And you aren't holding up your end! I'm tired! We've visited with all our children this time! We've told them all 'goodbye'! I'm ready! Why aren't you!"
"You know," The Omnipotent One sighed. "I remember the exact moment I became sentient." He took her hand and held it as they walked through Loki's Void. "At first, I was just floating in nothing but darkness, then…I had thoughts. Then I became…formed. I was lonely, as I floated through a vast nothingness, I started creating things. I started with creating a fleck the size of a grain of sand, and I carried on…"
"Yes, yes, yes…the 'Big Bang Theory'. I know!"
"No, you see…I have no idea how I came to be. That is how I know that we weren't the first…"
"We're the last?"
"As far as I can tell. I believe that when you and I met, we created the so called 'Big Bang'…When I met you," The Omnipotent One smiled wistfully. "I'd already begun creating universes. I'd already completed this one, as well as a few others…"
"I remember!"
"When I saw you, I thought you were the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. You were so powerful, we immediately began creating our likenesses."
"Arch Angels. The first of our babies!"
"Yes," He nodded. "I know they are your favorite! Especially our oldest, Amenadiel."
"Yours too!" She grinned, bumping his shoulder.
"We're not supposed to admit it…but, yes, our first born are my favorite - specifically Amenadiel. They were so curious!" He chuckled.
"So many questions!" She remembered.
"It was our love that created more children. I want you to remember that when we commit to our final act of life."
"Humans are not our children! They are your creations, and your alone!"
"That is where you are wrong! I created them out of the memory of us! The us that we were before you become so resentful of them! They are a product of our love, just like Celestials, even if I did create them alone…" He paused his stride, a thought occurring to him. "Is that why you sent plagues and all manor of ills to all the Earths?"
"Maybe. The buggers are very tenacious!"
"They are survivors! Something to be appreciated!"
"There is something special about them, I will admit," The Divine Goddess continued walking. "Matters not. They will be destroyed once we leave. I refuse to have regrets."
Continuing his stride beside his wife, he asked, "Did you cause the crack?"
"I didn't."
The Omnipotent One stopped walking once again. It wasn't like her to lie. So, he waited patiently for her to stop walking and face him.
"I may, or may not, have manipulated it so that the previous universes were opened back up, causing there to be a link between all the universes…"
"And?"
"And…I may, or may not, have linked this universe to another filled with flesh eating monsters…as a test…and, as a punishment for destroying my universe! Don't look at me like that! I'm here to help fix it!"
"Were you the one that caused the crack to reopen after it was sealed?"
Suddenly finding her nails interesting, she studied them instead of answering.
"Is that why you are now so hellbent to get back to the stars?"
"I am no longer interested in seeing mankind, as well as our children and grandchildren suffer. I think they've suffered enough…I'm willing to concede. But…mostly I am tired. I'm tired of being resentful. I now know how hard creating a universe is…and losing the beings that you've created, that I've created…it's been hard. But, we've been living for an eternity. I'm ready to rest now. I want to join our true brethren! Remember them? The ones who sleep?"
"How can I forget where we come from? I created them before I met you! They communicate with me every time I look up at them!"
"What do they say?"
"They wait for us. They no longer want to fall. They are content to be stars and watch the universe from their lofty positions."
"Do they know that the part of us that holds up the universe is failing because we aren't there to hold them up? Do they understand that once we join with the rest of the Matter that that choice will be taken away from them?"
"What do you care? Once we join with The Dark Matter, Darkness will overcome us, snuffing out all life. We will revert to what we were meant to be…no life will survive! Don't stand there smugly as if you aren't the cause of all of this!"
The Divine Goddess shrugged her shoulders, then continued walking. "You sound as if you are not ready to go! You are being a bad parent! A good parent would be proud of the skills given to their children to survive! At some point, you have to let the baby birds leave the nest! Are you saying you don't think they will survive without you?"
"Not only are they not ready…but…I'm not ready!" The Omnipotent One's voice thundered through The Void.
Frustrated, The Divine Goddess stopped walking and faced her husband. Through they ions he'd spent in her universe, they'd come to terms with their past anger and resentments. She thought He was over missing His creations, but, apparently, an eternity in another universe couldn't sway the love of a parent to a child. If she was being honest with herself, she wasn't ready to leave them again either. But, they had a plan. It'd been millions of years since they'd started their journey within The Void. When they'd started, a war had been waged against the Undead, and she'd considered their fight futile. With a blink, she'd reopened the fissure, and was not surprised that He knew about it - felt it. At that point, she hadn't cared. Now, she was rethinking every aspect of her plan. She now realized why he wanted to take the long journey by foot, as opposed to just 'appearing' before Loki. He wanted the time to properly communicate how he was feeling. And, after millions of years, the truth finally came out. "I hear you. I am willing to make adjustments. But…this is it. After we expend our power and return it to the Dark Matter…maybe we can…leave our souls behind, in Heaven with the children we created together…"
"You would be ok with being just a soul? Once we repair and rebuild, we die. That's it. There will be no coming back…"
"I know. But, our Heaven can be anything that we choose it to be. We can spend time with our children, and, when we're tired, we can sleep. Souls are endless light and energy. We will always exist that way, even if it's not physical. We will still be."
"That's what I want."
"Alright."
"Alright," The Omnipotent One smiled. Once they reached Loki, their mood became somber. "You can rest now, Gerry." With a wave of his hand, The Omnipotent One released Loki from his weaving. Loki collapsed and looked upon the Deities.
"Am I done?"
"You are!" The Omnipotent One waved His hand, and Loki disappeared. He held the same hand out to His wife. She took it, and smiled. Together, They erased nearly everything that had been created. The Omnipotent One held what He believed was all that was left of the universe in the palm of His hand - a single grain of sand.
Of course, the grain of sand wasn't the only thing that was left over from Creation. The Divine Goddess had held on to Her own bit of memorabilia, but, She kept that to Herself.
Together, They turned back the sands of time to the beginning of their existence. After handing the lone grain of sand to The Divine Goddess. The Omnipotent One gathering all the stars of the last remaining universe in one hand, while gathering The Dark Matter in His other hand, wiping out everything else in existence, including The Void. They were now standing within the same moment that They'd met each other. The Divine Goddess didn't realize how impactful it would be for Her husband to tear everything He'd created down to the very last molecule of existence, but, there He was, holding out His hand for the grain, which, She handed to Him.
While She was in the throws of mourning, She watched Him with reverence as He began the process of bringing the universe back from scratch. Many ions passed as He brought light back to the darkness, and started building the world, the sky, the stars, and the many planets that would keep Their home base company. She'd forgotten how powerful He was - He made creation look so easy. She, herself, had had a difficult time with Her very own universe, but, Her universe was beautiful from its simplicity - though it wasn't sustainable. She knew that now. When He smiled at Her and held His hand out to Her - silently asking Her to join in - She took it, reenforcing Their partnership.
Together, They rebuilt every facet of His former Glory as His power flowed between them - pure energy and memory helped them remember the finer details, and She was immeasurably ecstatic that He'd chosen to include Her in every aspect of His thoughts. It was through His memories that She finally got to see the pain and heartbreak of hard decisions He'd had to make, and why He kept those memories close to His heart. She understood His reasoning - Her heartbreaking as well, knowing that He'd had to withstand the pain alone. The Divine Goddess now understood His 'mysterious ways', making it even easier to forgive Him for His slights. What She didn't realize was that while His very being was being shared with Her, Her's was also being shared with Him.
The Divine Goddess understood why He wanted to rebuild the last - and only - universe exactly the way that it was, that, there were some things that had to stay the same, in order for other things to fall in place. She absolutely wanted Her children to have the option to be born again, because if they weren't, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren - who she loved very much, no matter what anyone else thought - to be born. She stood with Him, hand in hand as they watched over the beings. It was a joy to watch them evolve from the barest of ashes to microorganisms, to tiny creatures, and so forth, and so on. Throughout their struggles, She grew to appreciate them. And, while the dinosaurs roamed free throughout the lands, she took the early stages of The Ice Age and decided to put the first of one of her many marks upon the land.
Although She loved New Asgard, She'd always wondered why it's location wasn't in a better place. Though she appreciate the sheer power Fitz displayed pulling it down to Earth from its lofty place in space, she thought it would be more efficient some where else. During Her time as Charlotte, She'd spent many hours online looking at the geological landscape of the area, and, She didn't like it. The Appalachian Mountains had been a gift from The Omnipotent One to The Anunnaki for stopping the Celestial wars, but, 'leave it to Him to make His Highly Favored a home in such an illogical location' was a thought constantly on Her mind. Instead of the mountains stretching from one side of North America and through the other, She took the nearly 7000 miles of mountains and plopped them in a semi oval shape that would, in the future, separate the countries of Canada, and, The United States. The Divine Goddess knew what the future would ultimately bring, and, New Asgard being surrounded by sturdy, ominous mountains, with plenty of fresh water sources, access to the oceans on three sides, and plenty of land to support millions of people with land left over to contribute to its beauty, would be the perfect bunker for what is to come. Because it'd been decided that their Heirs would go back with all their former lives of memories, She knew, that they knew that humans were not the only intelligent beings throughout the universe. They never were. After rebuilding every nook and cranny of New Asgard - including buildings, neighborhoods and homes - She made sure to keep it undiscoverable until it was the right time.
While She had one part of her rebuilding New Asgard, She decided that She wanted facets from Her universe in this universe as well. She too had beings that were close to Her heart, and, She owed it to them to allow them a chance to carry on - it wasn't their fault that their world got swallowed up in the merging of Yggdrasil. After reinforcing the glaciers and ice-lands on cooler ends of the planet, she added more, and more and more ice, taking up quite a bit of the oceans. Because Terra One was five times the size of Earth 616, she had a lot of water and underground area to work with. She rebuilt Atlas, but this time, instead of them living within water, she built an intricate country within the impenetrable ice and caverns its grounds, in both the North and South Poles. The Atlantean's would be able to survive in and outside of water, above and under ground, and in all kinds of weather. Though they looked similar to humans, their coloring was a uniform pale version of forest green, an advanced evolving aided by The Divine Goddess herself to help them blend into their environment when underwater. When She was done with Atlantis North and Atlantis South, She breathed life into The Atlantean people - starting their TimeLine where they left off as opposed to the beginning of time, as well as their remembrance, for which they were very thankful. By then, Her Husband had processed through the animals and beings of the seas and New Asgard was a shining 'beacon' to the world, though the world didn't know it yet. Upon regarding their work, The Divine Goddess was pleasantly surprised to see that Her Husband had made it so that Pangea could not be separated through the ages. He'd placed glaciers, mountains and deserts in key places to prevent the super continent from splitting apart, while also allowing lands to be separated by sounds, sea abuts, gulfs, vast areas of swamp lands, desserts, and inland islands surrounded by rivers, lakes, streams and creeks. It was magnificent to see. To add more of Her touch, She structured a few more land structures so that New Pangea, and the North and South Poles wouldn't be the only land masses on New Terra. From His shared memories, she restructured Australia, and made sure to watch over Time to ensure that when the indigenous made their way there, that they remained there, uncolonized by outside forces. Though she knew that certain things had to occur in order for certain other things to occur, there were somethings that They both felt needed to be changed. The part of New Pangea that held Africa (the original center of the old Pangea and new the center of New Pangea) was watched over carefully. Instead of millions of people captured and brought back to countries to be enslaved, the number was greatly reduced to a few hundred thousand. A faction of these people fled to The Appalachian Mountains - just like in TimeLines and universes before - to become the lineage of the indigenous humans of the mountains. This had to occur in order for The Progeny to be born, as well as other notable evolved humans and descendants of The Anunnaki. Though this did not make The Deities happy, they went forward, making sure that they surrounded all of the enslaved, as well as their offspring and so on, to ensure that they all made it within The Gates Of Heaven and that their captors were righteously punished within Hell. These people had lived several lifetimes and all failed to change their ways, ensuring that would never be released from their bounds within Hell - just like all the other predatory, malevolent souls. This rule included, but wasn't limited to prolific murderers, serial abusers of all types, rapists, and those who harmed children. Some evil doers would be judged on a one on one basis, but, they would spend their turn in Hell until they were pardoned by Lucifer, whenever he decided to take on the role. But, being pardoned was not an absolute, and, Lucifer would make sure of that, of that his Parents were sure. He had a very keep outlook on Good vs. Bad, and because he would eventually retain all his memories while living a somewhat human life, he could/would use all the skills he learned during his therapeutic healing with the commendable Dr. Linda Martin. Lucifer's knowledge would be needed, because, no matter how much of the universe The Deities changed, humans were always going to…human…
In some point in Time, The Deities made a special visit to the new New Asgard (near the beginning of Time while Dinosaurs still roamed the lands) during the Time of Odin. Odin - who was originally a Fallen Star - and bestowed Remembrance upon him. When the time came, they gifted him with the wives that would produce his powerful and legendary offspring. Hela - a warrior that traveled throughout the universe with the help of Odin's mechanism (The Bifröst, a gift from The Deities) who also had not been gifted remembrance (for obvious reasons) - together, they brought peace (through violence) throughout the Nine Realms of the universe. When Odin saw (and remembered) the error of his ways, he stopped warring with the other Realms - of course this 'reckoning' came after he already had them under his control, he did vow to be more diplomatic when dealing with them, much to Hela's ire. She went about living her life in the ruthless, highly curated way she'd always had - to the point that Odin had to put a stop with it. Because he'd trained her to be highly powerful (and she was the first born of a star) and, because he loved her dearly despite her evil ways, he was unable to kill her. Instead, he bound her and her powers and tossed her into the deepest pits of Hell. Though this did not satisfy The Deities, they had no choice but to leave her fate in the hands of Fate. Baldr was next in line to be born. His temperament was the complete opposite of his elder sister's - he was passive, sometimes annoyingly so, but peaceful. He'd been burdened with hope, a personality trait that his father appreciated, though he didn't understand, but, because of this, Odin gifted him a staff, made from The Tree Of Life - another gift from The Deities that had been the old habitat of Loki/Yggdrasil, and still had the roots that represented his children, though that wouldn't be known for ions to come. Baldr used his staff very sparingly, and only in dire situations. He preferred to spend his time within the hollows and hills of The Appalachian Mountains, so much so, that when there was an uprising in one of The Nine Realms, he refused to leave his haven to help his father fight. This angered Odin, who felt that his son was a coward to refuse to fight. He was ok with Baldr living a peaceful life, but, when it came to war, Odin expected him to fight. When Baldr refused, Odin sent him hurdling through Time until he landed within the womb of a slave girl in Northumbria who worked within Bamburg Castle in the late 800's. Odin spent many years with other New Asgardians fighting, after which he met Freya and wed her. Their union produced Thor. When Freya was pregnant with Thor, Odin and New Asgard were at war again, this time with the Realm of Jotunheim. Laufey used the power of the Tesseract to transport him and his soldiers to Terra One, in hopes of being able to take the flourishing planet over and use the newly evolved people as slaves to mine minerals to take back to Jotunheim. Odin stole the Tesseract from Laufey's encampment and stored it away in his Trophy Room, an underground vault that held all of Odin's prized possessions - such as his 'spoils of war'. With Laufey and his warriors weakened without the Tesseract, Odin and his warriors were able to defeat Laufey and send them back to Jotunheim, using the Bifröst, and imprisoned them on their own planet, making it so they can never leave it again. While on Jotunheim, Odin found a newborn babe, and took him back to New Asgard. The babe was blue, like his people, so together, Odin and Freya used their powers to transform the babe to look like New Asgardians. Freya, who'd just given birth to Thor, was happy that their son would have a 'brother' and playmate. Both Odin and Freya fretted over the boys lovingly, and watched proudly as they grew into very fine men - or so they thought. When the time came for Odin to retire from the throne, he didn't bat an eye when he decided that Thor would be his successor. And, like in TimeLines prior, Loki did not appreciate being passed over. When Loki aided a coup that allowed the Frost Giants of Jotunheim to cross realms using the Bifröst, the eventual fallout from it caused Odin to fall into his rejuvenating 'Sleep'. Thor had been banished for deciding to attack Jotunheim, and Loki had made a play for the throne of New Asgard. Despite Odin having prior knowledge that this would probably happen - again - it didn't stop the depression from taking over. Because Asgard was no longer sitting atop The Floating Sea in the middle of the Milky Way, and now sat as 'New Asgard' on Terra One's Earth, Thor's banishment sent him outside of New Appalachia, but still within the bounds of New Asgard. Loki did not like this, but still took advantage of Odin's Sleep. Freya stayed by her husband's side, allowing no limit to Loki's rule. But once Thor got his bearings, he was able to defeat Loki, causing Loki to spread his wings and leave Terra One all together. He'd learned that not only was he not Odin's biological son, but that he'd been stolen from Jotunheim as a 'spoil of war'. With the brotherly bond and trust between them broken, Loki vowed revenge, and summoned the powers that be from the other realms to reign havoc on Terra One. At this time, Terra One's Earth was not highly populated - humans had barely left their caves and their death rate was high. Thor knew he had to protect them, so he took the war to space. Though he defeated Loki and his cohorts, he ended up being thrust to the outer ends of space to an unknown planet called Sakaar. After overthrowing Sakaar's ruler - The GrandMaster - Thor made his way back to Terra One, only to discover that, once again, Loki was playing tricks. He'd managed to trap Odin's mind with a powerful spell after Freya died from an attack on New Asgard by the Dark Elves, and while Odin slept with memories of his past replaying in his mind, Loki cosplayed as his 'adoptive' father and ruled New Asgard in Thor's absence. Upon returning to New Asgard, Thor saw thru Loki's ploy immediately, but, before he could bind Loki's powers, Odin died - causing his bind on his daughter Hela to lapse. Hela immediately sprung into action, wreaking havoc across New Asgard, with hopes of conquering all of Terra One. Forced to work together, Thor and Loki defeated their sister, but even in the win, all was not well. As she lay dying, she used the last bit of her powers to blast Thor and Loki into space.
The Deities - who were still crafting parts of the universe - felt the force of Hela's blast and pulled Thor and Loki's bodies into The Void. Hela killing both Thor and Loki had never occurred in any of the other TimeLines. Heartbroken at the loss of both Thor and Loki, The Deities prevented their souls from going to Heaven, and held them in a state of 'healing' within The Void. Loki accepted his time to heal, whereas Thor did not - his sadness at his loss prevented it. In one fell swoop he'd lost his father, mother, and, his best friend - Heimdall - and, to make matters worse, he'd lost his brother as well. The betrayal he felt at Loki's duplicitous actions was not something that could be easily healed. So, The Deities lowered Thor's body to the now, completely unpopulated, New Asgard.
Those who didn't die during the battle with Hela had made their way into Heaven and to Alfheim. Because they were pure Celestials/Anunnaki/Stars, they were able to live within Alfheim peacefully.
While The Deities finished their work, they made sure that Thor rested peacefully in a chamber made specifically for him. While 'sleeping' he regained his Remembrance, and, as the ions passed, he was able to mourn and work through everything he'd been through. He awoke from his sleep during the time of slavery in America. He knew that The Deities were watching and controlling everything that was happening - he knew that his time to meet his One was coming. While he waited, he made repairs to New Asgard, and called upon his people to help. There weren't many that wanted to risk their peace to come to his aid, but, the few that did, he held in high regard. Thor also knew that The Time Of The Omnipotent One and The Divine Goddess would soon be coming to an end. He didn't know how he knew it - he could just feel it. He just hoped they didn't retire before The Progeny were born. He knew that once they did, magic and power would most likely leave the universe, so, he made it his mission to learn the science behind how things worked. But, first thing first…he had to help as many of the American enslaved people as possible. He remembered the travesties that were bestowed on his wife's people - travesties that spread across multiple TimeLines, universes and worlds. This time, he would take pleasure in killing as many enslavers as he could.

"Are you ready?" The Omnipotent One asked, once again. He'd been asking the same question every few centuries, and, would receive the same reply, 'Not, yet. There is so much more to do.' And every time, he would smile at her thinly veiled acknowledgement that he'd been right about how hard it was to Create, and watch over the Creations. As much as she claimed that she was un-empathetic to the plight of humanity, he could tell that she'd started to care. Regardless, the bulk of what was left to do was hefty, and he needed her help.
"I am."
The Omnipotent One did a double take. "I wasn't expecting that answer…"
"I know, but…we just rescued Thor and Loki…"
"Speaking of Loki…when are we sending him back?"
"When it is time for him to be born. We have quite awhile before that is to happen."
"Do you want to stay until then?"
"No," The Divine Goddess answered. "We are powerful enough to make his birth happen without physically being here to ensure that it does."
"Agree," He said, taking Her hand and kissing it. "We can watch over our creations for a few more centuries if you want…"
The Divine Goddess smiled, then plucked Baldr - now known as Uhtred - and his family - both biological and not - from the 900's and placed them within The Void. "Maybe we could pop over to Alfheim for a bit? Reconnect with our children…grandchildren…before we go?"
"Mourn Odin?"
"I'd like that, yes."
"We could visit him…in Valhalla…as well as the others that perished as well. Fitzgerald did a terrific job settling all the rooms of Eternal Life within Heaven's Gates. I hear they are all quite magnificent."
"Yes…" She took His hand, and together, the left the timeless Void at the End Of Time, allowing it to disappear behind them as they walk, the need for it no longer necessary.
When they'd made it to The Rainbow Room, They stopped by The Tree Of Life, both touching the wide trunk and watching as eight brand new, thick branches - all of pure gold - sprouted towards the sky, representing the Eight Realms, with one particular dead branch of pure silver that represented the one realm that would be no more. When they were done updating Yggdrasil, they walked across the moat and through Heaven's Doors to find their children.

"Mom! Dad!" Amenadiel ran to his parents and grabbed them both up into a hug. "What took you so long?"
"Well," The Divine Goddess grinned. "Creation is hard work!"
"Does this mean that you are done?" Lucifer wanted to know. He was sitting upon His Father's throne in The Silver City - of course when he'd decided to sit in it to 'try it on for size' his parents would show up.
"There is more to do, but, the bulk of it is done," The Omnipotent One answered. "We traveled back and forth along the TimeLine - but not too much forward, we didn't want to undo all that we had done - and made sure that certain things were implemented…but, for now, we are done."
"So…that is why you are back here at the beginning of Time. You'd been gone for quite awhile, missed out on a lot…"
"Don't listen to Luci! You didn't miss out on much…a few of our siblings feel like it is not fair that our other siblings - The Anunnaki - get to live life on Earth unchecked. But, when we realized that their feelings stemmed from jealousy, we were able to convince them that all are welcome on Earth…but that it might be better if they were born of Earth, you know…better for them to adapt to humans."
"Interesting that you would come to that conclusion, because…" The Omnipotent One motioned for Lucifer to move off his throne. With a pout, Lucifer lifted himself from the seat and stood beside Amenadiel, completely aware that his parents were about to tell them something important. After The Omnipotent One made a throne equal to size and opulence as His, and The Divine Goddess took Her seat, He sat down. He summoned other Arch Angels because it was important that they all heard His message. Lucifer's 'twin', Michael appeared, followed by Shubael, Raziel, Cassiel, Zadkiel, Camaal, Uriel, Haniel, Raphael, Jophiel, Gabriel, Metatron, and Azrael. Once they were gathered around, The Omnipotent One held his finger up - hushing the whispers in the room - as he was waiting on one more ArchAngel - the last one to be 'born', as well as the only angel to be 'born' on Earth, Immanuel. "Hello, Young One," The Omnipotent One greeted. "Were you busy…are we keeping you from something?"
"Please, don't start with your mysterious ways!" Immanuel snickered. "Hello Mother…lovely to see you again." Bussing The Divine Goddess's cheek, he stood back into the lineup of ArchAngels. "You know damn well I was 'busy'! I'm doing the job you assigned me to! Watching over humans in preparation for when you 'give His only begotten Son' to die for their sins!"
"So…you still want the job? Even though you've lived that life many times through many TimeLines and universes? You're still willing to go through that all over again?"
"Yes," Immanuel nodded. "Because I am enlightened enough to know that certain things have to happen in order for certain things to happen! I know the importance of 'work ethic'! Although you never give your children any praise - going so much as to make it known to The Prophets that 'angels are not to be worshipped'…whatever that means…your children are loyal and know how to do our jobs!"
"I agree," The Omnipotent One replied.
The Divine Goddess nodded her agreement. "So do I! We are very proud of you! Of all our children!" With a wave of her hand, the rest of their children showed up. These angels were the ones born closer to the time of humanity and had been tasked with guarding Heaven and making sure that the incoming souls would get the 'eternal bliss' that they'd earned. Through the power of their minds, The Deities let their younger 'children' know that they had a choice: they could return to space and Dark Matter - but instead of turning into planets, they could become stars and watch over their own line of planets that had already been created using immense power - or, they could remain in Heaven as souls, or, they could be reborn again as humans. The Deities let their younger children know that they would be granted Remembrance at the right time in their lives, should they decide to be reborn. When The Deities were asked by the younger angels why they couldn't remain angels within Alfheim, They told their children that Alfheim would cease to exist because They felt that the angels used it as a way to keep themselves separate from human souls - which wasn't it's original purpose. Their explanation meant naught because most of the angels had already made up their minds internally. They wanted to become stars and watch over their own planets as to them, it meant that they would have their own kingdoms - even if the planets didn't evolve lifeforms. To them, being placed within the Dark Matter where they could see all and if they wanted, they could check on their siblings and communicate with them through the Dark Matter - it was win win in their eyes. It did not surprise The Deities when all the younger angels decided to become apart of the stars that twinkle in the sky. They lifted the children up and sent them to their new places, happy and whole, and excited to know that they'd would one day be connected with them again.
With that task finished, The Deities turned to the ArchAngels, motioning for Lucifer and Amenadiel to stand in front. The choices They gave the older children was similar to the younger angels, but not the same. They too could become stars, or souls, but, the option to become human was not given - with three exceptions.
The ArchAngels were livid. Instead of being joyous at having their own place in the universe where they'd eventually be joined with their parents, and where they could be free to be what they really were - a family, they lamented for centuries about how they felt they were being punished. They were pissed that their own version of Heaven - Alfheim - was being eviserated. They were pissed that instead of remaining in their pure, physical form, their only choices to remain in existence was to become a soul, or, become a sun. The ArchAngels knew that the Dark Matter had been growing weaker for trillions of years because parts of it - The Omnipotent One and The Divine Goddess - had become sentient and separated from the mass. Of course The Deities had known for quite awhile that the Dark Matter was weakening. The Omnipotent One had built The Multiverse and TimeLines to create enough energy to quell the weakening, but, when The Anunnaki separated from the rest of the Celestials, it caused a power vacuum that, over time, created wormholes within the Dark Matter, speeding up the weakening exponentially. The Omnipotent One couldn't blame The Anunnaki for questioning the wastefulness of using living, breathing beings to power planets, then destroying all life - including the planets - because they wanted to create more angels that they could rule over, as well as help them rule over their Father's creations. The Omnipotent One was very proud that The Anunnaki - a word for angel in the ancient Sumerian language - questioned the ceteris paribus, and instead, wanted answers - 'why?' being a constant question because the answers received always led to a litany of more questions. A trait that, at one time all of the Celestials had, but, when the first of Celestial - Lucifer, aka, The Light Bringer, aka, The Morning Star, aka Samael, - to rebel against The Omnipotent One was 'punished' by being thrown from Heaven to lord over Hell, it quelled any and all curiousness within the Celestials. Odin - an ancient star - had watched over all of this, and thus, he too had questions. Having watched over the Celestials since he'd been formed and placed within The Dark Matter, he felt Lucifer had been treated unfairly, and, with Lucifer's light no longer in Heaven, the lack of his brilliance was very noticeable. Even the Celestials could feel the loss of his presence. Even The Omnipotent One. He was also angry. It was popular belief that He'd been the one to eject Lucifer from Heaven. It had not. That deed had been done by none other than The Divine Goddess. She knew that if Lucifer stayed in Heaven, it would be considered a sign of weakness in The Omnipotent One, and would be the lynchpin that would create more chaos within The Silver City. She knew Her husband well, thus She knew that eventually, He would have no choice but to quell Lucifer's blinding, shining light - an influence over other beings - so She sent him somewhere where he could rule with only a few rules to abide by. The hope was that he would come into his true calling while lording over souls deemed useless to the 'bigger picture'. Of course The Omnipotent One knew that Lucifer would, indeed, find his true calling - which he did after spending time on Earth with humans. Something that the majority of Celestials felt they were above doing.
There were a few, however, that felt guilty and remorseful for allowing their blinding loyalty to their Father to allow them to draw arms against their loved ones, to which their Parents reminded them that, their regret didn't stop them from going against their siblings again during the Celestial wars. That particular storm had been brewing for awhile, and, when Odin got wind of this, he self actualized into a living breathing being - his absence in his hung place within The Dark Matter causing fluctuation through out it, which cause The Floating Sea to form from tiny particles that gathered until it was a beautiful floating mass within the universe. Flexing his powers, Odin then built Asgard atop the sea. It was magnificent, and both The Omnipotent One and The Divine Goddess were very proud of Odin - one of the very first of all of The Omnipotent One's creations - and all that he'd accomplished. After he'd self actualized into a being, he'd influenced other stars to join him on New Asgard. And, when The Anunnaki separated from The Celestials, they joined Odin on New Asgard as well. This joining produced many Asgardians - same as it had in the other TimeLines, except this time, instead of the assurance happening in space, it happened on Terra One.
The ArchAngels watched New Asgard from Heaven - their jealousy at all that was being accomplished kept them further steeped in resentment, something that hadn't gone unnoticed by The Deities. They'd had eons - across multiple TimeLines and universes - to become become better, to evolve, but, they hadn't. Using the powers of foresight, The Deities knew that they never would, just like all the other times. And, just like all the other times, instead of deciding between the choices laid before them, they decided to combine their energies and become One. As much as they always judged Lucifer for rebelling, in the end, the would always make the same choice, but, this time would be the last time.
Just like all the other times, it took nothing for The Deities to bat the ball of energy away from their bewildered children, sending it across time, to land within Katherine Georgiou's womb to be absorbed by Fitzgerald Thomas Grant, the Third. However, unlike all the other times, The Omnipotent One decided to not permanently end their fate - like that of their sibling Arishem. This time, He made an executive decision to let the now powerless ArchAngels have one last choice: Stay in Heaven as pure souls, or join their other siblings and become stars. This choice hadn't been offered in previous times - He had His own evolution of massive growth over the years, thanks to Lucifer and Amenadiel rightfully calling him out on the pain they'd felt with Him being an absentee Father. After all the time He'd spent in The Divine Goddess's universe, He'd had time to contemplate over the words they'd said to Him and realized that maybe, just maybe, he wasn't as infallible as He'd always thought He was. Both He, and His wife, had made it a point to sit down and talk to each and everyone of their remaining - living - children, and told them that They loved them, while also making an effort to practice active listening (a therapy lessen The Omnipotent One had learned from Dr. Linda Martin when Lucifer drug Him to her office during a particular argument between the two). But, it was apparent that those words and actions were not enough to over come the eons of parental neglect. In an effort to correct the pain He'd caused, The Omnipotent One vowed to respect whatever decision they made.
Unsurprising to The Divine Goddess, the ArchAngels - the exceptions being the three not included in the decision process - decided to become Stars like their younger siblings. The only ones who seemed hesitant were Michael an Metatron. The Omnipotent One let them know that he had no need for an Avenger of Justice, or, a Mouth Piece - those jobs were already spoken for. Both Michael and Metatron felt duped and a bit heartbroken, until The Divine Goddess let them know that they'd done an excellent job of carrying out their Father's wishes, but, because He'd given humans the free will, they deserved to actually have that freedom - it was time. She also reiterated the fact that they wouldn't be alone within The Dark Matter, that, eventually, She, and their Father, would be right there with them. This made Michael and Metatron feel infinitely better, and, instead of their Parents aiding them to their places in the 'sky', they lifted off on their own, followed by their Star siblings. With a squint of an eye, The Deities guided their children to their pre picked places in space, and grinned when they saw the Stars twinkling in the sky. They were already taking to being brilliant suns, but, something The Deities didn't think would happen - or didn't realize their ArchAngel children were capable of - the self actualized into free will beings and divided themselves - the living part of them burned eternally as suns within The Dark Matter, and, once they let go of the physical part of themselves, their souls returned to Heaven to walk amongst the shining lights of the souls of humans.
For a long time, The Deities walked through Heaven, visiting with their family, those they'd met as humans, and those that were just grateful for being able to spend eternity within The Pearly Gates. When it was their time to leave Heaven, Their 'goodbyes' weren't nearly as traumatic as They thought they'd be and left knowing that everything would be alright.
They even visited Hell, making sure that everything was in place - and capable. Upon leaving Hell, They stood in The Rainbow Room and waited for the three that They knew would come.
"Leaving so soon?" Lucifer grinned ruefully. "My, my, my, time sure does fly, does it not?"
"Lucifer," The Divine Goddess grinned, touching her son's cheek. "You and I both know that time is both linear and non linear at the same time!"
"But…" Amenadiel scratched his chin. "Not for long, right Mom? Dad?"
"Right, Son," The Omnipotent One nodded. "Won't be long now…"
"What are your plans for us?" Immanuel wanted to know. "Are we to become Suns as well?"
"No…I have different plans for you, should you accept."
Amenadiel and Lucifer exchanged knowing glances. "So," Amenadiel clasped his hands together in front of him. "You've accepted our plan?"
"We have," The Divine Goddess nodded. "As it was always meant to be."
Amenadiel smiled. "Of course. I'm actually excited to see what living as an actual human will be like…"
"Wait," Immanuel interrupted. "What? Is that why we were held aside from our siblings? I don't…" he shook his head vehemently. "Been there, done that, over and over and over again!" He began to pace. "What is the other side of this choice that you are about to give us? Or, do we," he gestured between him and his brothers. "have one?"
"Of course you have one!" The Omnipotent One looked upon His children with sorrow that once again they were seeing the worst in Him. "It was even your choice to die on the cross! You know that!"
"No, in fact, I don't!"
"You should." The Omnipotent One moved closer to The Divine Goddess and took Her hand when She reached Her hand out to Him. "But, since you don't, I will spell out your choices for you." Together, The Deities gave their son, Immanuel the full scope of his Remembrance. They knew the moment he started piecing things together. "You see, you weren't just 'born' to die as a savior. You've had other lives as well. We didn't make that choice for you. You made it yourself! Somehow, you realized that a baby linked to the Anunnaki - Loki, to be specific - was about to be delivered stillborn, because it was missing a soul. Somehow, you self actualized a part of your being into that body and became a savior all over again, but this time, not as a part of The Holy Trinity. You have a choice to correct that now."
Amenadiel gasped at his Father's words. "Was this your plan all along? To have us be The Holy Trinity?"
"No," The Divine Goddess answered for Her husband. "The three of you have always been The Holy Trinity." With a wave of Her hand, Amenadiel and Lucifer were also given the full scope of their Remembrance. As they stood grappling with everything that they'd just learned, She continued speaking. "When your Father and I 'conceived' you, you two were born with so much…light! After Immanuel was born with light and a particular purpose, we knew that he'd need all the help he could get to succeed in his task. We came to the two of you, and asked if you would help guide Immanuel through his difficult job…Lucifer was not very receptive at first, but, eventually, he came to agree after he'd had a talk with Immanuel and realized that it would give him yet another opportunity to walk amongst humans - a 'vacation from Hell' so to speak. You two became a part of the Apostles who walked with him through his plight. Over and over again you allowed your light and power to be a part of Immanuel's healing so that he had the strength to save the souls of the world, despite going against His word due to freedom of will. Though you are just now remembering it, you two," She pointed at Amenadiel and Lucifer. "Joined your brother each and every time, he was reborn to perform his duties."
"We had the ability to split our consciousness? That's amazing!" Lucifer said. "Why didn't we remember it until now?"
"It was imperative that you joined him fresh of mind - particularly you, Lucifer, because you thought that your anger at your father might prevent you from becoming The Holy Trinity at some point."
"I took my own memories away? That doesn't sound like me!"
"Doesn't it?" Amenadiel chuckled. "What about me? I mean…I have the power to slow, even pause time, amongst other things…why would I make the choice to 'forget' being a part of one of the greatest stories of all time?"
"Well…let us not forget that that 'story' came from truth, no matter how much frivolity Man has added - or subtracted. But, to answer your question… it was because of what you knew would eventually come. You didn't want that knowledge to flaw the task that you had to do!" The Omnipotent One answered.
"Right…to eventually take The Throne…but…," Amenadiel grinned. "Now I know - or, remember - why I got my name…and…" Amenadiel smiled wider with his newfound epiphany. "Now I remember why everyone says 'Amen' at the end of prayer! I think…I think a part of me did remember my purpose. I mean…not everything, but, something stuck!"
"Yes, yes, yes!" Lucifer raised his hands in mock frustration. "We know! Amen translates to 'so be it' while El translates to God! 'Truly from God' or 'So be it says God,' according to Google…"
"Or, 'True God'," The Divine Goddess corrected. "All of your names had a purpose."
"When The Holy Trinity finishes the last of Immanuel's journey, that part of his purpose will be complete, thereby making that journey of The Holy Trinity's purpose complete…"
"So," Lucifer interrupted his Father. "What you are saying is that Time will no longer be both linear and non linear at the same time? You are going to permanently fix The Sacred TimeLine now that you've had Loki merge all the universes and TimeLine's? But, in order to do that, would require an immense source of power!"
"You've decided against eternal life. You're going to fix everything, then basically commit suicide! That goes against everything you taught us!"
"No, son!" The Omnipotent One refuted. "We're not dying! Merely depleting our sources of power to heal The Dark Matter forever! In My - and your Mother's - overcorrecting of mistakes that we'd made, and the event of creation itself, we weakened The Dark Matter. Of course, other things added to it, but, it is up to us to fix it! Our power is not our own! I think…somehow, some way, we gathered enough power from The Dark Matter in order to become, I think that may have been the beginning of the weakening. Actually…I know," He admitted, bowing His head. "But, through my determination, through my diligence while 'creating'…"
"Through Your selfishness…our selfishness," The Divine Goddess interjected.
"Yes," He nodded. "Through our selfishness, we realized that our creations had a purpose as well. You see, deep in the very DNA of humans is a piece of Us. I made it that way subconsciously when I designed their evolution. And that DNA was procreated down through the ancestral line of all humans. One of my favorite things about humans is their innovation of art, music, specifically. There's this song by Erykah Badu called On & On, and in it are the lyrics, 'If we were made in His image, then call us by our name. Most intellects do not believe in God, but, they fear us just the same…'. Her words are true. I did make them in my image, and I did leave a piece of me to carry on throughout eternity within the very beings who brought the very ideas of 'souls' about!"
"Souls are pure God Given powers…" Immanuel said. "Energy, if you will. That's why souls aren't physical!"
"Yes!" The Omnipotent One nodded. "I created the very thing that my wife and I will return to, and will remain in, Heaven."
"So you will still be with us!" Amenadiel gushed. "You're not leaving to hang out in space with all your other children! A part of you will be there, and a small part of you - enough to remain in Heaven - will be here, with us!"
"Yes!" The Divine Goddess smiled brightly. "Even if we wanted to - which we don't - we would never be able to 'die'. But, we will be the same type of souls as humans. We will no longer be imbued with our God powers."
Once Gerry was squared away, they released the other souls in stasis as well.

"Are you ready?"
"I am, Husband."
The Deities had been watching the TimeLine - all Times at once - and saw the moment that 'The Resurrection' occurred and then used that moment to stay Immanuel's soul from entering Heaven. When Lucifer and Amenadiel died in their roles as disciples, they stayed their souls as well. Then, at the right point in the TimeLine, they released their souls into the empty, soulless shells of children, who never before - on any other TimeLine - been born. Although Immanuel was raised separately from Lucifer and Amenadiel, The Deities knew that he'd be reunited with them, and the rest of The Progeny, as well. Then, they released Loki's soul, thereby releasing him to the life of Fitzgerald Thomas 'Big Gerry' Grant, the Second. Because Thor already had his full memories, They knew that Gerry's life would be altered from his lives on the other TimeLines, but They also knew no matter what, he would take the path that would lead him to the conception of The Progeny. And, when he died, he wasn't bitter, or angry. Loki had fulfilled his purpose, and as a reward, his soul was escorted personally by The Deities to Heaven, where he was reunited with his True Love - Katherine Georgiou. Now that she'd been in Heaven for awhile, she'd become well aware of Gerry/Loki/Yggdrasil/The Tree Of Life's purpose was, and therefore she was forgive him for what she'd perceived as his transgressions. The Deities watched as Gerry walked off to his version of Heaven - any place Katherine wanted to be.
As they strolled through Heaven - on their way to their final task - they were stopped by none other than Astrid. "Astrid!" The Deities greeted in sync. "We haven't seen you since…"
"Since you entered Heaven on your final quest. Yes, I know! I've been trying to catch up to you ever since!"
"Oh?" The Divine Goddess frowned slightly. "Why is that?"
"From the moment I met her, I knew that there was something about her that felt like…family, but, because there was so much more stuff going on throughout all the universes and TimeLines, I wasn't able to focus my eye in why she felt so familiar to me. But then, everything merged into one, and I was able to see that my long, long lineage of descendants were still alive! To be honest, I felt so guilty that my purpose had kept me from saving them from the horrors of slavery, that, I put the entire saga out of my mind…but when their statues appeared outside the entrance to New Asgard on the very outskirts of The Appalachian Mountains, I just so happened to look up and saw the projections of their parents. Her mother, Olivia, is a dead ringer for my wife. I hid before they could see me - I think they came to the statues in their dreams - so I left and retrieved my wife, so she could see Olivia as well. That's when I knew that my bloodline would go on…"
"You know," The Omnipotent One interrupted. "When your father, Heimdall, decided to follow Odin to Asgard, I knew that he would accomplish many great things. I decided to gift not just Odin, but all the fallen Stars with spouses. When I crafted them, I did so with free will - just as I had with humans. All the spouses choose to go to Asgard to find their soulmates…all but one - your mother. She wanted to flex her wings both figuratively and literally. It took a long time for her to find her way to your father, and, from the moment they met they have been together. I tell you this to say, that, even in Valhalla, they remain at each others side, where they wait for you to join them."
"How did you know…never mind, you know everything!" Astrid shook his head. "My wife is ready to join our children in Valhalla. If she's ready, then I'm ready. I just wanted to thank you for the life I was afforded to live. And…I want to share my knowledge with Stella and her twin, Myah. Being an Eye is a very strenuous job, and can be very lonely. I am grateful that I found an equally as powerful partner that could share the burden with me. No Aesir should face their tasks alone. Baldr…I mean, Uhtred, is a Aesir as well, so Stella will have someone to share her purpose, and, the same goes for Myah's wife as well. With the powerful talents of the four of them…"
"Astrid…there is no longer need for Eyes," The Divine Goddess informed him. "Once we release, and leave humanity on a singular, linear TimeLine, in the only universe, We will no longer need our Hands…well, at least not all seeing Eyes. When you are ready to go, your powers will be joined with ours - as you are the last of your ilk - and sent to be absorbed within The Dark Matter. You should know, that it was your power as a Seer that we modeled to have the ability to make it possible for the chosen ones to receive their Remembrance at the right time without the guidance of Us. Your service has been of excellence, and, it was an honor to get to know you, Astrid." The Divine Goddess waved at Astrid's disappearing figure, and smiled when She saw him meet his wife at Heaven's doors. When She looked up into Her husband's face and saw His misty eyes, She squeezed the hand She was still holding and beckoned Him to continue their journey.
Their path led them all around and through New Asgard, through the highs and lows of the massive lands and Realms that they'd built together. They made their way through Time and walked through many villages, and throngs of people as the world filled up with more and more people. And as the villages turned into towns and then cities, and as the paths turned into sidewalks and roads, The Deities continued walking, the rest of the world oblivious. Then, on January 15, 1975, they stopped walking.
Lifting their joined hands into the air, they released their God powers to the sky while standing on the tallest peak of The Appalachian Mountains, the light so magnificent it lit up the sky - the time was close to midnight.
Once the energy was expended, and The Dark Matter was healed, The Deities meandered weakly through the brush and wooded mountain range, through the entrance of Asgard and looked out upon the planes outside of New Asgard.
"Oh look!" The Divine Goddess pointed at a beautiful butterfly. For a moment, she felt that she'd recognized it, but, was so enthralled by its beauty that she let the fleeting thought that she wanted to capture it because it had deep meaning, and eventual impact, float through her mind. But, when her husband interrupted her thoughts, she forgot all about the gorgeous, winged creature.
"Come sit beside me," he motioned, pointing at the two thrones that had previously been occupied by Stella and Uhtred.
"I'm tired," she informed her husband.
"Me too," he responded as they both sat their physical bodies on the thrones. As they took their last breaths, leaving their carcasses to transform into stone, they gazed at each other one last time within the Midgard Realm. Their souls detached from their physical beings as the rays of the Sun came through the foliage of the start of a new day.

BIONA LABORATORIES
"So, what you're saying is, my son will stay in this…what was the word? Stasis? Indefinitely?"
"That's exactly what I am saying." Dr. Fatima Joi Grant sat down the clip board with the patients information on it. "Listen, John…have you recently been struck with memories?"
While John took a deep breath, his estranged wife, Samantha, answered on his behalf. "He has. We both have. We thought it was a dream, at first, but…"
"But what?" Fatima looked at Samantha, her eyes squinting, waiting on the woman's answer.
"We came to realize that the dreams weren't dreams. They were memories of our past lives. So, you see," John finally got the courage to face reality. "We know about everything. Well…almost everything. This 'Odin's Sleep' that you are referring to…I've never heard of it before. It's because we," he gestured between him and his wife. "Are human. Right? Meaning our oldest son…is not."
"You are what The Deities referred to as God's Hands. Humans weren't the only 'Hands' per se, but, as far as Earthly matters, there were special Humans who were given the ability to see and hear Evil, and put it to a stop. As you probably already know - due to having Remembrance - you two, and your sons have lived many lifetimes. This, is the final lifetime. For all of us." Fatima opened the top drawer of her desk and pulled out a file with the couple's son's name on it and handed it to John. "This file contains everything you need to know about who your son is. Unfortunately, you cannot leave this office with that file, so, you can read it hear while I finish some paperwork."

"I'm sorry, John! When we met, we fell in love instantly, and I honestly didn't know that he wasn't yours! Me and Gerry were never serious! Just a hookup every once in a while! You can't punish me for something I did before we met, and not knowing that our child wasn't biologically yours! Does that change the love you have for him? Or…is this the reason you always treated him like he was a soldier instead of your son?"
John sat down on the sofa in Fatima's waiting lounge and put his head in his hands. After taking several deep breaths, he sat up and looked his wife directly in her eyes. "If you've suspected that I was questioning our son's parentage all these years, why wouldn't you say something sooner?"
"Why would you punish a child for a mistake their mother made? Every lifetime I've had, I died when our children were so young that I didn't even recognize them when I was resurrected! I trusted you to take care of them! THEN, I find out that were a HORRIBLE father to them! Abandoning them, getting them involved in the Hunter's life! Something I never thought you would do!"
John stood so suddenly that it caused Samantha to take a step back. With his deep voice barely over a whisper, he growled his defense, leaving Samantha shaken. "Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to find your wife pinned by an invisible force to the ceiling, burning alive? Then learning that a damned soul had escaped it's Hell loop in Hell because it was determined to get back at your parents for sending it there! I was traumatized! And on top of finding out that Heaven and Hell actually exist, I find out that Lucifer isn't the devil! He's an angel sent to Hell to be a punisher! My life was upended and I still had to be a caregiver for two children - one of which had discovered his mom's body being burned alive on the ceiling! I'm not perfect, but our sons grew up to be fine men, and you weren't here for any of that! Don't you ever condemn me for the way I raised our sons!"
"Ahem!" Fatima made her presence know at the perfect time. "Did you make your decision?"
"Do we have a choice?" John queried.
"Not really," Fatima regarded the parents with thinly veiled patience. "I was being polite," she answered the silent question floating between the two.
"How did he even get here?" Samantha wanted to know. "I mean, the last we heard, he was an Admiral in the Navy working out of Fort Kitsap…"
"Yes, he is…was…an Admiral. He became friends with one of my grandsons who happens to be…was…a Commander at Fort Kitsap. Here with him to celebrate their birthdays with the rest of The Progeny…"
"Wait…" Samantha's eyes narrowed. "All of their birthdays are on the same day?"
"Yes," Fatima nodded. "It was very hard locating all of The Progeny…Now that I know that you were preordained as God's Hands, I understand why…would you like for me to keep you apprised of the status of his Sleep?"
"Yes!" Samantha answered immediately, before something caught her eye. She turned to see what it was, then smiled brightly.
"We're not staying here in New Asgard?" John asked.
"That wouldn't be wise." Fatima handed John and Samantha their sons Navy Uniform - hanging neatly from a wooden hanger - to have to remember their son by. "Take car of Sam. I know Dean would would want that."
"How did you, get in here?" Samantha gasped wispily, not paying attention to the doctor, or her husband. Holding up her hand to the light, she stared at the beautiful wings of a butterfly, then frowned slightly when it lifted from her fingers and flew away.
