Author's Note: Hello, everyone, and welcome to Charlie and the Chocolatey Adventure! To start off with the obvious question, this is not a rewrite of the currently published Charlie's Chocolatey Adventure. As some of you are aware, I once talked about a "beta version" of Charlie's Chocolatey Adventure, as well as published one chapter of it in Charlie's Chocolatey Adventure: An Early Look. Well, I finally found the entire text of that "Beta Draft," and decided to rewrite and expand on it for your enjoyment! Charlie will be a kid in this, and it takes place an unspecified amount of time after Charlie in the White House. Updates should be quick on this one since I have the entire thing near me as I'm writing the new version. I should also note that this story takes place in the book universe, and will also feature a Dahl pastiche in order to blend in with CatCF and CatGGE. Without further ado, enjoy!

The following characters are in this book:

Mr Willy Wonka, the world's most famous chocolate-maker, who recently passed down ownership of his chocolate factory

Charlie Bucket, the new owner of Mr. Wonka's famous chocolate factory

Grandpa Joe, Charlie's favorite grandparent and the one that went with him on the tour of the famous factory

Grandma Josephine, Grandpa George, and Grandma Georgina, Charlie's three other loving grandparents, all of whom live with Charlie to show him their love and support

Mr. and Mrs. Bucket, Charlie's parents- Mr. Bucket used to work in a toothpaste factory before he moved into Wonka's factory

Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde, and Mike Teavee, four children who won a Golden Ticket contest created by Mr. Wonka and got to tour his factory

Frederick Fickelgruber, Elmer Slugworth, and Percy "Prince" Prodnose, three rivals of Mr. Wonka who once succeeded in shutting down his factory temporarily

Mr. Turkentine, Charlie Bucket's teacher

The shopkeeper, owner of the shop where Charlie found his Golden Ticket

Sylvester Slylie, a mysterious new chocolate-maker who has a vengeance on Mr. Wonka

And last but not least…

Madeline Baker, a classmate of Charlie's whose friendship with him goes deeper than they realize at first glance
