Prologue
A teen can be seen walking on a road on a stormy day. He has blonde hair, azure, blue eyes and whisker marks wearing an orange jumpsuit under a cloak. His name is Naruto Uzumaki of Konoha or formerly of Konoha. Formerly some would ask, why say formerly. Well, it all started 2 weeks ago in Konohagakure, one of the strongest villages in the Elementals.
Flashback 2 week ago
A wounded but slowly healing Naruto is trekking back to Konoha with the unconscious form of Sasuke Uchiha of the Uchiha clan. As he is walking, he soon collapses in front of Konoha's gates with Sasuke on his back. The eternal gate guards Kotetsu and Izumo are running up to Naruto and Sasuke's unconscious forms.
Timeskip 3 hours later.
Naruto is in a hospital bed. While he was unconscious several smart doctors had help treat injuries that the Kyuubi's chakra couldn't fix or repair. Naruto at the moment had been sleeping in his bed. He soon but slowly wakes up and finds himself in the hospital. Internally he is thankful for decent human beings found in the village.
Elsewhere in Konoha
Inside of the council chambers is the councils of the elders and civilians who are scheming against our resident blonde. "Have we the Daimyo's approval." asked the elder known to the world as the Shinobi of Darkness. "Yes we manage to get the Daimyo to overrule Tsunade's power over the matter. We can finally be rid of the demon and it's corruption." said a fat civilian merchant as the rest of the civilians' smirk in approval.
"Good" said Danzo as they all file out of the council room.
Back with Naruto
Naruto is being checked by Shizune who is thankful to the demon fox for Naruto's survival. As she finishes his check up an Anbu with a boar mask shunshins into the room. "Uzumaki Naruto your presence is requested by the council." said a Boar masked Anbu.
"That's not a good sign" said Shizune as a scowling Naruto gets his clothes on and heads to the Hokage tower.
30 minutes later.
Naruto is walking inside of the council chambers. "Pardon me can I ask what this meeting is about" asked Naruto as he looks at the councilors in question.
"Be silent demon you will speak when spoken-" the man never got to finish as Naruto scowls deeply at the man silencing him. "I wasn't speaking to you but to Lady Hokage you fool do you have any rank in our military. Neko sama do the civilian counselors have a military ranking in our chain of command" asked Naruto as Neko shakes her head in negative fashion.
"Thank you now can you please answer my question on why I had to be called when I am trying to recover from the retrieval of Sasuke Uchiha." asked Naruto patiently as he looks at Danzo in question as he seems like a serious and civilized person of the group of councilors aside from the Shinobi.
" We called you here to let you know that you have been banished from this village with you chakra sealed away" said Danzo as Naruto is surprised and asks" On who's authority" "On the Authority of the Daimyo who after some convincing has decided to have you exiled from Konoha and your Shinobi status stripped from you" said Danzo as he hands Naruto the letter who then reads it. "How much time I am given." asked Naruto as he looks at the bandaged old man in question. "You have two days to leave after that if you are still in Konoha a squad of hunter nins are tasked with hunting you down and terminating you" said Danzo as Naruto nods in understanding. "Well, this is upsetting. I was hoping that I would become Hokage I guess I wouldn't be able to. Well thank you for your information, have a nice day and I will see you two councils in hell with a trident in hand waiting to stab each one of you bitches. I will see to my matters before I leave." said Naruto as he walks towards the sadden Jiraiya who is forced to seal his chakra. He goes to hug Tsunade for all her help for him in the past and walks out of the room.
He walks out while giving each of the elder and civil council member the bird as he walks out.
As he is walking, he sees Hinata walking and walks up to her.
"Hinata" said Naruto as Hinata turns to see her crush. "N-Naruto kun" said Hinata as she looks at Naruto with shyness.
"Hinata, I have something to tell you. Walk with me please" asked Naruto as he looks at the indigo haired girl who follows.
"Hinata, I have been banished from the village" said Naruto as Hinata looks at him shocked.
"What do you want me to do" asked Hinata as she looks at her crush.
"I want you to forget your crush for me and move on" asked Naruto as Hinata blushes at being found out.
"Yes I've known about it for some time I was touched by it and how deeply you cared for me as a person and someone close. I was going to give you a chance with a date, but fate had other plans. What I ask for your sake and mine is to move on from me and find someone that will care for you better than I can due to my situation, someone who understands your gentle nature better and would appreciate it. I don't want you to be hurt because of it." said Naruto as he looks Hinata in her eyes with a concern gaze. Hinata feels the care from Naruto's words and how he doesn't want her to be obsessed with him instead he wants her to commit to her training as a Kunoichi and find someone who has similarities to herself in many ways.
"Okay Naruto I will do as you want. I only wish for you to know that I love you" said Hinata as Naruto turns around and hugs her for her honesty.
"Thank you" said Naruto as he looks at her with a look of compassion and happiness.
Naruto moved through the village. He ran into a smug looking Sasuke Uchiha openly taunting Naruto about his banishment. Naruto knocks some of Sasuke's teeth out and walks away but not before saying "Your just a shadow of Itachi Uchiha at least he can fight his own battles"
Naruto meet with the Ino Shika Cho trio and told them of his situation Ino for her part is sadden by his banishment
He went to have one last ramen in Ichiraku's after telling them of his banishment and status. They had been angry about the blonde's treatment of failing a mission.
Naruto kicks Kakashi in his jewels when he came to scold him for his comrade's treatment.
After packing up he leaves that night traveling through the forest so no one would bother him
Flashback end
Naruto has been traveling many weeks since his banishment from Konoha, he had taken to traveling towards Tenchu Country bordering Cloud Country. As he is walking a sudden earthquake shakes the ground around him. Naruto being on a cliff side as it happens is knocked into a nearby large fissure. As the blonde is falling, he hits the walls of the fissure tearing muscle and cracking bone. Naruto falls and soon hits the bottom of said fissure. Naruto treats his injuries as best as he could.
'I got to thank Baachan for teaching me first aid. Maybe during a party with some Daimyos' thought Naruto as he moves limply to find a way out of the fissure lighting a torch to light his way through the cave system.
As he is moving through the cave system his injuries start to get dirty. 'Dam no nine tails to help me heal. Hopefully I can find a village to patch me up and get a job' thought Naruto as he is moving, he notices something metallic shining dead ahead.
Moving closer he sees a type of ship of unknown design. Looking around he sees something strange about the ship; it has markings and symbols of birds of prey such as falcons, hawks and eagles. Naruto examines the strange craft but soon inadvertently opens the door by mistake. Naruto cautiously walks inside of the ship to see various instruments that play some role in it's functions. Before he could do anything an image of a man in samurai like tribal armor is standing before him.
"Greetings explorer I am the Artificial Intelligence of the Hayabusa Tetsuwashi Gunjin designated Redstar" said Redstar as he looks at the blonde in question.
"What is this vessel and who is the Hayabusa Tetsuwashi Gunjin" asked Naruto as he looks at the hologram in question.
"This vessel is a spaceship belonging to the Hayabusa clan of the Tetsuwashi Gunjin, a race of humanoid nanite enhanced beings that have developed technology wise. Each group are war-like with the Hayabusa clan being more focused on advanced mystical and spiritual arts than just advanced technology. They are a nomadic people that have traveled space for many millennia " said Redstar as the ship begins to come to life.
"Follow me" said Redstar as he moves to Show Naruto around the ship.
"What happened to the Hayabusa clan of the Tetsuwashi Gunjin" asked Naruto as he looks at the wall to see armor of different warriors belonging to the Hayabusa clan.
"They had all died; this ship was originally supposed to preserve the next generation; however, infighting had caused the ship to cut off all life support for them. Soon it caused large-scale barbarism that led to the clan being wiped out. I and seven other A.I are what's left of the Hayabusa clan." answered Redstar as Naruto looks around at the bodies of the Hayabusa warriors each one well preserved despite the inflicted injuries that killed them. Naruto looks at their armors to see that the Tetsuwashi Gunjin have a society with elements similar to that of Samurai, Ninja and Sohei societies of his culture mixed into their culture as each warrior is carefully studied by Naruto.
"So how did the Hayabusa fight" asked Naruto as he looks at Redstar in question
"They had fought as both frontline fighters for direct action missions as shock troops, But they had a specialty in irregular warfare they are highly skilled in stealth, infiltration, sabotage, demolition, assassination, guerilla fighting and intelligence gathering. They also have extensive experience battling demons" said Redstar as he looks at Naruto.
"Well that's refreshing now Redstar what will you do now that you are active." asked Naruto curious of the A.I in front of him.
"Well that's where you come in. For me and my fellow A.I are only made to serve and preserve knowledge. With no old Hayabusa clan members living this will leave you as the new leader of the new Hayabusa clan" said Redstar as soon doors open up to a laboratory of sorts.
"In this room I and the A.I named Aquila will be the one who will turn you into our new leader. By giving you a Bio Nano Integration Processor" said Redstar as an image of a warrior monk appears.
"Greetings leader please take off your shirt and lay on the table so we may begin." said Aquila as Naruto does as he is told.
" So what is this Bio Nano Integration Processor Redstar" asked Naruto as he looks at Redstar and Aquila.
"A Bio Nano Integration Processor is what allows Tetsuwashi to perform superhuman feats of athleticism. The Bio Nano Integration Processor appears as a bio-organic patch of sorts that is implanted inside of the hypodermis of the subject. It then will pump nanobots inside of your body. However, with you being the leader you will be getting the Alpha type Thunderbird class of this piece of technology due to your status as Leader." Explained Aquila as a golden skin like patch revealed in a container next to the table.
"Well there be any side effects on being" asked Naruto curious of the piece of highly advanced technology.
"None the patch cannot be taken from you or destroyed. The only way for you to lose it is if you die." answered Aquila as the A.I gives Naruto a sedative that will help with the process.
Inside of Konoha.
Tsunade had shown just how pissed she was when Naruto had been banished; she had whipped up a storm of vengeance. When Kakashi wanted Sakura trained by her she declined, reasoning that she has no real combat ability on the field. After that reason she also called into suspicion Kakashi's teaching ability by calling in the past teams he failed and with all of them revealing that they had understood the test.
Kakashi tried to play it off as they had reason no real instinct until Tsunade threw the book at him by demoting him to chunin and having his record marked for his behavior for favoritism. Days after that she had a meeting with the civilian council where they demanded Sasuke Uchiha be pardoned of his crimes and blames Naruto for said crimes as well as crimes he didn't do.
Tsunade had took out the belt with two actions. The first action was to have Sasuke publicly whipped in front of the whole populus to show that even their golden boy isn't above the law. Next, she had said Uchiha have a seal in an area that will make it so Sasuke couldn't leave the village without seal keys that she had made specifically for perverts who like the dominate side of sex.
The Senju Princess also made a law that the civilian council can no longer have any say in Shinobi matters.
However, everything wasn't the fires of vengeance as Hinata had found a special person that shares her kindhearted attitude that being Choji. During the weeks of Naruto's banishment, she had overcome her timid nature and proved the elders wrong about her as she stopped holding back against her sister during spars. She then criticized said elders for using such a barbaric system of practice to control the branch house comparing them to slave owners.
Hinata had also scolded her father for such a practice to go for so long. Hiashi in away deep within himself remembers Hinata's mother. Knowing deeply what he has to do declares the seal to be forbidden from use which the elders of the clan tried to argue but Hiashi put them in their place by brutalizing their weakest in front of them to show his dominance and authority.
Right now Hinata is on a date with Choji at a nice Akimichi owned restaurant.
"Wow that was a nice dinner Choji kun, your clan surely are masters of cooking" said Hinata as she feels full from the nice shrimp and alfredo dish she ate.
"Thanks, I'm glad that I talked you out of getting the gumbo meal" said Choji as he chuckles.
"Well, Hinata hime let me take you home we have missions to get to" said Choji as he walks Hinata home.
"So Hinata hime I was meaning to ask how are you holding up with Naruto being gone" asked Choji concerned about his girlfriend's mental state.
"Well, I am doing fine Naruto had told me that he loved me to. While he wasn't here, he knows I would be happy with someone who is like me in a way" said Hinata as she hugs Choji's arm as they walk in the beautiful night.
Back with Naruto
Naruto days after the process has been put through the ringer by the Lonestar and Thundra who have knowledge and data on the Hayabusa clan in the areas of warcraft, martial arts, spirituality, history, mathematics and the sciences of said clan. Naruto thanks to his newly enhanced brain had absorbed much from them.
Naruto had also a boom in his chakra control when he discovered that the Kyuubi had been placed inside of an Hayabusa Sentinel, a highly sophisticated battle android warrior.
Naruto at the moment is sparring with Kurama as he has come to learn about the Kyuubi. Naruto fights on even ground with the Bijuu possessed android.
"Alright that's enough you two. Both of you have taken in a great deal of the Hayabusa clan's knowledge and training now it's time to for you Naruto to show the world your power and the strength of the Hayabusa clan" said Lonestar as Naruto nods and leaves the training area.
"You think the boy is ready machine?" asked Kurama, doubtful of the boy in question.
"Sure he is afterall the greatest teacher of all time is experience afterall" said Lonestar.
"Well now Kurama you have the important task of getting resources to help dig out the craft so we may move it elsewhere so we can build a the new Hayabusa Tetsuwashi clan." said Thundra as she appears next to the bijuu processed android.
"How will I do that exactly" asked Kurama curious of the A.I.
"Simply put Kurama we need you to advertise Naruto as our clan's leader. By advertising his services to people who would pay in things other than money. Thankfully the sentinel androids have shapeshifting abilities similar to that of actual kitsunes" said Thundra as Kurama proceeds to Shapeshift into a man with black eye patch in worn down clothing.
"How do I look" asked Kurama as Thundra looks at him and says. "Hmm go for a slightly cleaner rogue's look and you'll be good" said Thundra as Kurama shrugs as he does as suggest.
"Think around here will be busy so lets make sure everything in the ship is stable no need to have the ships nuclear reactor explode and cover have the underground tunnels under the earth again" said Lonestar as Kurama turns back unto his Sentinel form and goes to check on the reactors.
'Things are getting interesting after all' thought Kurama as he looks at the reactors to see them larger than his head in bijuu form
Timeskip 4 years later
A small group of mercenaries can be seen running through a swamp in fear of a stalker of an unknown kind as one is picked off by glaive like shurikens hitting him in the back. One is dragged up and killed with a rope dart while the last one is grabbed by his neck by a figure who decloaks to reveal armor akin to that of a futuristic armor with ninja and samurai qualities of armor and utility. The figure for his is sporting a build that rivals many legendary samurai.
"Talk worm while you still can" said the figure as he looks at him dead in his eyes with the figure's helmet sporting hazel lenses.
"The merchandise is in the camp up ahead, but you'll never get past them thanks to the sensor." said the merc as the figure takes out a sword handle with no sword to it.
"You leave that to me" said the figure as light goes across the merc's neck causing said merc's head to slide off his body decapitated. The figure holding a plasma like sword thinks.
'Time to take care of business' as he goes towards the camp after deactivating his plasma sword. The figure takes out a blow pipe and dart using it to silence the 5 sentries. Moving inside of the camp he silently stalks and eliminates several patrolling guards using his stealth skills and lethal weapons.
The figure hears a cry of. "Get the fuck off me shit head. I'm not your whore" shouted a feminine but tomboyish voice as the figure thinks 'You got to be kidding me' thought the figure as he sees one Tayuya of sound or rather formerly of sound about to be bent over and used sexually by a man in his 40s. "Hold still bitch, and you'll enjoy being one" said the man in crazed sexually fueled frenzy.
Before the man could take advantage of Tayuya. The figure stabs the man from behind muffling the scream as he drags the knife upward opening his back.
"Hey red are you alright" asked the figure as he looks the woman in question.
"Who the hell are you" asked Tayuya as she turns to the figure in question.
"A ghost from the past but you can call me Iron Eagle" said Iron Eagle as he unties Tayuya who kicks the dead guy. Iron Eagle stopping her says.
"Go help my sentinel partner out he needs help to free any prisoners in the camp" said Iron Eagle as he searches the man's tent for any valuable information. Iron Eagle finds what he was after and goes to finish eliminating the camp's slavers and guards.
"Iron Eagle dono the camp is clear of all prisoners." said the sentinel as Iron Eagle after killing the last of the slavers and guards sets the camp ablaze. With a strange explosive as he walks towards the hill to find women and children in front of them.
"Kurama, let's get these women and children some supplies and get them some proper help." said Iron Eagle as he takes Tayuya a distance away so no one could hear them. As Kurama commands the other androids to help him.
In the distance Iron Eagle after Tayuya demand on who he is. Soon reveals his face to be one Naruto Uzumaki Hayabusa leader of the Hayabusa clan and the first nanotech ninja in the world.
"So what now, hot stuff what will you do with me?" asked Tayuya, fearful yet hopeful about the super blonde in front of her.
"That depends on you do you want to journey with me and Kurama or do you want to leave a normal life" asked a curious Naruto as Tayuya thinks hard on the subject of her life she could become a ninja for a village but then she would have a target on her back and her chakra coils are just about destroyed and pools flooded. She looks at the blonde who was able to slaughter a whole camp of slavers without any chakra. Tayuya makes a choice of her life.
"I might as well join you hot stuff besides I want to see how you we're able to get back on your feet after what those fuckers in the leaf did" said Tayuya as she looks at the blonde with interest in his new abilities.
"Sure but first we need to take care of business and help these women and children get to the nearest village safely and find work so I can help rebuild my newly discovered clan" said Naruto as he places his helmet back on his head.
"Let's go after all you'll want to hear what you need to know about this clan I'm rebuilding" said Naruto as he looks at Tayuya as she looks interested at the prospect of the new clan she will be apart of rebuilding.
They leave the area to help Kurama and the other androids with the prisoners.
Things are getting interesting than what Tayuya will find out.
Prologue end
I have seen many what if surround what if Naruto had nanotechnology, so I wanted to try my hand at the idea in a unique way. I had gotten several ideas from the Marathon and Crysis game series and wanted to incorporate something in honor of the two.
Author's note:
Naruto is going to operate as an independent mercenary and operative that is tasked with fighting more than just ninjas but demons as well.
Tayuya will also have the same abilities as Naruto but on a lesser scale. She would have something to remodel her whole skillset.
Naruto isn't dumb in this and the Kyuubi/Kurama isn't going to be stupid in this story for reasons.
