Nightwing Pov:

"It was never my intention to bring my old past to Seabrook due to it not being for the faint of heart, including how I am the last Fruitpire to survive the hunt of humans. While it is true that not all humans are bad and can change, some have been given the bad hand of fate and are forced to become more than human. Screw-On head is one of them and represents when they are picked for more than being human, as well as how he met me during my travels across the world. Especially other creatures that defend humanity despite their views of them, which they recently began to visit Seabrook. I don't the zombies or anyone here is ready for the truth, more importantly, my reason for coming to Seabrook. One of the things my people were known for was being honorable to those who showed my mind hospitality and shelter whenever a crisis happened. To betray the trust, I made with everyone would change their perspective over me and newcomers that arrive in town, I'll have to wait for the right moment to tell them about my reason. Just have to handle this 'Space Robot Bear' situation that's happening."

Afternoon-Downtown

The search had started for the Robot Space Bear as most of the group had split up into three teams. One was Zed and Addison since they knew the surroundings of the town and the second team was Rev, Nightwing, and Screw-On Head were the experienced team facing unnatural monsters. Both groups were checking around the area tracking any signs of animal attacks or anything out of the ordinary, while the search continued to look for the mysterious bear creature. Revenant was having a conversation with Screw-On Head about his time serving his country as a mechanical human as well as his obscure adventures.

"Even though you went past possibly eight butlers, you still hired them even though you didn't tell them that the last one became your arch enemy?"

The zombie boy questioned Screw-On's butler history since his previous one had become an immortal monster dubbed 'Emperor Zombie' who had sworn domination over the world and turned his girlfriend into a vampire with the ability to control rats. The mechanical man sighed at the questions he received due to how it was true; he couldn't tell his butlers about his missions and had eventually either been taken away by an unknown entity or got caught in the line of duty.

"Most of the time they were too excited about learning about my job and wanted to participate. Sadly, it never ends well for them, but I always make amends to their families if they have any. Any man or woman must aid those who lost their own to the line of battle."

Offering him advice that whatever happens to someone they consider a friend or comrade in a fight, they'd support the people they loved if anything had happened to them. Remaining silent about the advice and continuing to look for any clues in locating the bear, Nightwing growls at the machine man as he pulled Screw-On Head to the side due to the history lesson he gave his friend.

"Just because you served under the Secret Service and helped Abraham Lincoln, does not mean you have authority over the zombie. You have no idea what he's experienced since I've started his training."

Stating how Screw-On had no right to make him think negative about what happens to his friends if they were injured or hurt. The two were old men who had seen youngsters who've taken the fight in their hands and dealt with problems in the past, but bringing up his onto Revenant could make the zombie see it differently.

"It wasn't the same when I did so with you Nightwing. I remember you stumbling upon one of the log cabins I was assigned in protecting, filled with anger for what humans did to your people. Secret Service was ready to end you but I intervene believing that there was a chance of change, it took years until you finally matured and became the man you are today. Continuing the same with the zombie and others right now."

Responded back with a memory that Nightwing had seemingly forgotten when he was just as rash and stubborn when he left London. Nightwing kept quiet from the statement as the three continued to look around until they noticed their surroundings changing, to which had numerous decorations and people going to stores purchasing costumes and candy. There was much commotion going on that left Revenant to slap his forehead at what was going on.

"I can't believe we forgot about Halloween. We've been busy with this bear chase and all this other stuff we haven't had time to celebrate. More importantly, anything can happen tonight."

He said with dread since the previous Halloween's that happened in Seabrook revolved around ghost's, undead musicians coming back and anything that enjoyed a good scare. The zombie boy took a moment to check if there was anything important happening tonight, while that was going on. Screw-On Head looked confused by the matter as he turned to Nightwing to see why he was concerned with the holiday then the cybernetic bear that could be from outer space. The Fruitpire sighs at the confusion on the machine's face since he always was on the job whenever an assignment was going on, here in Seabrook? They always to enjoy a good holiday whenever one comes into town.

"We may have to contact Sentinel. They're usually our backup when it comes to handle matters of non human matters, lately there have been talks about bringing in zombies and other creatures into the group."

Explaining the group that helped manage any hostile intent towards the town since everyone in town would be going off trick or treating while not knowing one of them was an out of control robot space bear. The two see Revenant coming towards them with an annoyed look since their chase for the creature has become complicated.

"Addison told me that the whole town is about to have its first monster celebration party. Zombies, werewolves, aliens, as well as the insectoids and Ceto will be attending. It'll happen at the center of town and of course, the mayor will be there hosting the event."

Informing the two about a large gathering coming together what would have numerous civilians gathered into one place leaving everyone open to be mauled by the animal. With the three now thinking about how they could handle the situation, they heard whistling coming from the side as Rev looked over seeing Tiki-Z with a cart of items for the holiday and snacks half priced.

"Hey Rev! Glad I caught you here, there's some stuff I need help with checking out. Got to be sure I don't give anyone curse collectibles or snacks that might make them into a ghost."

The tiki headed vendor asking him for assistance as he couldn't see Nightwing and Screw-On Head as the zombie boy shook his head at it being a bad time to coming over and helping him out with the merchandise. Looking confused at Revenant, he moved to the side where he noticed Nightwing and Screw-On Head standing there at the same time. The smile on his face faded away as the metal man was able to recognize him which left Tiki to whistle nervously at the surprise of seeing him here.

"Tiki-Z. Last I heard from you, there was an incident involving the Caribbeans and you being involved with deals that included a squid gang. Their ink could dissolve any metals, I and several agents were sent to investigate it. All to find several wood shavings on the ground."

Screw-On Head bringing up an old case that had Tiki-Z involved with criminal activity which caught their attention since they thought he handled supernatural activities, not starting them. While it would be an interesting conversation to talk about, Rev's phone begun to buzz again as he answers it seeing how it was Wynter that was calling him. Walking over to the side where he started to speak with her, the others decided to talk about how dangerous the bear might be around people which Screw-On Head decided to inform them what to expect.

"While it may not be hostile towards people. It's rather aggressive, the best option to try and detain the creature is with several snacks. I believe Tiki might have something for this type of circumstances, correct?"

Questioning the vendor as the tiki zombie shrugs his shoulder as he pulled out from the side was a bag filled with candy corn that had several sprinkles around them to make it tasty. With a plan brewing together and seeing what they could do with the candy corn, the three saw Revenant walking over with an annoyed look on his face after the call he had gotten from Wynter.

"I was just told that the mayor wanted me along several of the others to do a performance for Seabrook since they enjoyed that show we did back on the beach. Before the Ceto woke up and almost scare half of the people."

Sounding upset that he had to be involved in a community event since he wasn't the type to be in the spotlight. Especially how when he participates in one, it eventually gets sidetracked by something happening and ruining it for everyone. However, he slowly smiled as he showed Nightwing a photo of his mascot counterpart Shrimpy who was making a 'special' appearance for the kids. Noticing the change of expression from the Fruitpire, Screw-On Head could tell this was an embarrassing side job he does for the town.

"Will regroup tonight then, keep your eyes out for anything. No funny business from the both of you."

Nightwing instructing Rev and Tiki since he could tell they might laugh with how he would have to change from his serious side to that of a silly one whenever he portrays himself as Shrimpy. Tiki-Z himself had to head back to his store to make sure that he does a second look into his inventory since there was a former agent going to be staying for the Halloween event happening tonight. This left Revenant and Screw-On Head to have a one-on-one conversation since the mechanical man could tell there was something that he wanted to ask from him.

"What exactly did you teach him?"

He asked Screw-On Head about what he taught Nightwing that help him become the creature that had helped in the past with countless fights and teaching of the creatures he had come to face. Puzzled at how he was able to listen to their conversation, Revenant pointed at his ears of him having heighten hearing which most people didn't remember since he doesn't bring it up around everyone.

"My friend. While you may know that there are people like us in the world fighting creatures for mankind, there are some things that must be said by those closest to you. However, know that I am on your side."

Giving his abrupt response to what he taught Nightwing and how they were on the same side in protecting humanity. Deciding to get himself proper attire for the event tonight, the zombie was left with questions that he needed answering if he could get past the fact that his 'teacher' was a student to someone who had been involved with things that been around before he was born. Deciding to hold it off until a proper moment, he had to check out with Wynter to see what exactly she had for his costume since tonight would be filled with hundreds of costume wearing people that would be partying with a space robot bear amongst them.

Night Time-Center of Seabrook

The full moon had reached the pick of town as numerous people began to gather around the center where the statue of Zed, Addison and Willa stood together to represent unity amongst humans and creatures in the world. Everyone was attending the event from humans to Ceto, amongst the crowd was Zed who was wearing a biker styled costume as he looked around the place seeing if he could find Addison or the others since he had informed them about the space robot bear that was stalking the area.

"I can't believe we almost forgot about Halloween. Not exactly easy with things happening here, it's still a surprise no one has taken the chance to move out."

Telling himself how with the alien arrival and merfolk return, there was enough time for people in Seabrook to host there usual events that could bring anyone together. Especially the insectoids who had lately begun to be a part of the community, such as right now with how he saw Queen guiding several of the children from her hive away from the lights to protect them from getting burned.

"Zed!"

A voice calling out his name as it came from Eliza who dressed up as a mad scientist with Wyatt dressed up as her creation. They were hanging out with Willa and A-Spen as the two were dressed up in opposite garments, Willa was styled to appear as an alien while A-Spen was dressed up like a werewolf. Coming over to the four, he could tell there was confusion on their faces about what Addison had told them about the bear in town.

"You kept the good things from us Zed, a robot solider that worked for the president chasing after a space robot bear and you don't tell us?"

Eliza asking him about what was going on since she was an expert in robotics and would have been fond of meeting Screw-On Head since his technology could make her Tombstone equipment more durable since the metal that he had lasted for centuries. It seemed that most of them were wanting to meet the new stranger and see what they could do when the bear creature came, it left Zed speechless as he noticed they were wanting excitement.

"More or less of the accusation that this creature is from outer space since there haven't been any alien life forms that resemble a robot bear. Though that does not mean it's not from space, but all in all exciting to meet."

A-Spen sharing their knowledge of not encountering it during the travel in space with Addison which had him curious about where his girlfriend was since she had explained the situation with them. Before he could ask his friends about her whereabout as well the others, they noticed the crowd walking towards the podium where they saw the mayor along Shrimpy as well what seemed to be pumpkin headed mascot which had to be Screw-On Head to help blend in with the crowd.

"Welcome to our first united species event where we have not one, not two. But five groups of different races together in one town to celebrate Halloween together!"

Mallory announcing to everyone which had everyone applauded since the town had changed over the years since it was now being open to multiple monster species together and living amongst one another. With that being said, she looked over to Shrimpy as Nightwing was mumbling at how his old teacher was seeing him in this position. Handing her a note which was important for the announcement, Mallory smiled at what she had to tell everyone.

"And now for one of many performances tonight, I would like to present one of Seabrook's unsung citizens that prefers to remain in the shadow. Who should present himself for all to see, may I present the town's lone protector. Sheriff Revenant!"

Informing the audience as they applauded the zombie boy who had kept out of the spotlight as he let his friends take the attention whenever they were caught in odd situations. Coming up on stage was Revenant, who was wearing a cowboy outfit with Wynter by his side wearing a matching outfit as the two received an applause since the two had the personalities of gunslingers charging into danger. Noticing the microphone and Mallory insisting on him talking, the zombie boy took a moment to think of something smart to say.

"It's really surprising to see many people attending the event. With how things have been I thought everyone would be heading out of town."

He tried his best telling them a joke which most of the crowd didn't laugh as he didn't seem to be into the joke as Rev could see he was losing the people. Wynter, noticing her boyfriend under pressure decided to give them a jump scare to help liven things up.

"But that's because of how good we are at getting things started, such as lighting up the crowd."

Telling everyone as Wynter rushed over to two packs filled with candy and hurled them into the air which scared the crowd at how the bags were about to land on them. Fortunate enough the toy guns he received had harmless bullets but had enough firepower go through anything, leaving Revenant to fire two shots at the bags which blew up in a colorful manner. The candy began to rain down upon everyone as they cheered for what might have been an opening act, leaving Rev to look at his girlfriend with a questionable look for what she did. Back in the crowd was Zed and the others applauding display as he noticed through the people was Addison, who was wearing a sixties style get up with a poodle skirt along it colored black in white who was making her way through the crowd to get to her friends.

"Sorry for being late, but I found our bear with the candy corn that Tiki-Z offered me. And that it has a real sweet tooth for candy."

She warned them how she was able to track down the bear which made the group worried as they heard what sounded like a digital roar that startled the people. Looking over near concession stand, the people saw the robotic bear as it stood over them and lets out a roar which made the lights act up around them. Screw-On Head witnessed the display of its abilities and rushed over to stop it before anyone got hurt.

"Alright you cybernetic horror, I've been tracking you down for months in stopping your reign of terror. Now it's come down to."

Continuing with his monologue, the Robot Space Bear whacks his head off which fell right out of the pumpkin head and near Bucky's feet who witnessed the graphic sight. Screw-On Head looked up to him seeing if he could help him up, only to scream in fear as the crowd started running from the bear as it began to rampage across the stands eating candy.

"Don't suppose it's interested in talking does it?"

Eliza suggesting as it seemed with how it reacted towards Screw-On Head's approach it was hostile and was about to rampage. Seeing this happen left Revenant and Wynter to jump off stage along with Nightwing as the Fruitpire had to handle getting his old friend's head back on his wandering body as it was scaring the people. The Z-Gang had the task of handling the Space Robot Bear as they had it cornered.

"We're ready to throw down, we're sure that it's a showdown. Zombie strength! Claws out!"

Zed and Willa singing at the same time as they displayed their abilities towards the bear which left it to roar at them aggressively. Biting the pumpkin head that Screw-On Head wore, he hurled it towards the two as they ducked from the projectile object as it went through one of the stands. Rev was surprised at its incredible strength as he tried to put it in a headlock.

"Bet it's out to get us, we'll make it regret us. Ain't no time to back down."

Revenant and Wynter singing as the two were going try and trap it with several decorations as they had a chance in restrain him. This led the bear to vibrates its entire body due to its technology and shake the two off quickly, looking at the group. The bear's attention turned to the scattered on the floor as it wandered over to eat it. Addison saw how the animal was reacting the food and could see how it was acting like an animal and sought out food.

"We don't know the truth why not call a truce? Why start a war when we can use words?"

Addison suggesting since the animal was only reacting if it was attacked. Soon enough the bear looked at the group with its eyes targeting them, preparing to rush towards them. Eliza and Wyatt came in with a cauldron filled with candy and dumped it to the side giving them time to come up with a plan as the robot space bear rushed towards the candy and began devouring it.

"Try to coexist, everybody wins and nobody has to get hurt."

Eliza insisting that it could be intelligent if it had technology and could interact with them if they could settle it down. This led to an argument amongst the group seeing how there was a way to end this peacefully, meanwhile. Nightwing was chasing after Screw-On's headless body as it was filled with candy after stumbling into several stands, carrying his head. The pair noticed the bear smelling the wandering body and rushed towards it with its stomach growling from how it noticed the candy coming out of its pockets.

"We say fight! We say talk! Or maybe you could all get your heads ripped off?"

A-Spen suggesting to the group as they pointed towards the bear who had Screw-On Head's body in its mouth and began hitting it across the sides. The group avoided the animal using the body like a weapon as it was hurling it left to right hitting everything in its sight as it tried to eat the candy within the body.

"What do we do right now? What we gonna do right now? What do we do right now? What we gonna do right, do right?"

Everyone singing since it seemed impossible to calm the bear down due to the sugar rampage it was going on. It also wasn't good on how the bear's jaws was strong enough to shake off its limbs which flew across in the air.

"Oh! Got a choice to make, yeah! Oh, can't make no mistakes, so. What do we do right now? What we gonna do right, do right?"

Questioning how to handle the problem as they took a moment to settle as they were out of breath from avoiding the flying metal limbs the bear had torn off. Much to their surprise, the bear found the fragment piece that Screw-On Head used to locate the town. Just as the animal found it, the bear's collar quickly placed the piece into it which caused the antenna on its head respond to the rock's signature and make the bear stand on two legs and glaring at the group.

"So glad to meet ya! Can't wait to eat ya! Bet you taste great with some ranch on a thin crust pizza!"

Surprising them with his singing and how he bared his claws at them which resulted the young adults to fall on the ground scared at how fast he was able to speak English. Noticing how they were afraid of him; the bear moved back to try and settle them down since there was a misunderstanding.

"Kidding! I've been tracking down this meteorite for ages after I landed here years ago. It's a long story, maybe I can explain it over several cups of gelato?"

Asking them if they would be interested in learning about how he came to be and possibly help repair the damages he caused during the Halloween festival. Agreeing to the request, the group decided to help with the repairs and learn about the Robot Space Bear's background. Meanwhile on the side was Nightwing still holding Screw-On Head's dismembered head who was surprised at how things turned out.

"My word. These youngsters can handle themselves quite well then, maybe it is time to tell them truth my friend. They may be able to handle the reason why you came here."

Complimenting how the group managed to stop the bear without causing causalities and not damaging that much property. Though he was surprised by the bear's rampaging was all in the efforts of retrieving a piece of the meteorite that was here in Seabrook. Meaning that it was the moment for Nightwing to explain why he came to Seabrook and trained Revenant, the only thing that Nightwing could hope for was how he could accept and the others since they would have much to say to him after things had settled down and helping out with the robot space bear.
