Ch 5
At Mount Olympus, Kalypso used her power to force Freddy to tell them the champion's names. Freddy only told them Billy's name when Billy sent a bird letter to Hespera to have a truce.
Freddy and the Wizard were thrown into the Pit and the dragon named Ladon was about to eat them when Anthea used her powers to help them escape.
The next day, Billy and Hespera talked in a cheesesteak place. "Okay, so a bunch of Wizards stole your powers and sealed off your home which sucks balls but I kinda think that you're taking this way to personally and I don't even know you, lady." Billy said.
"If thieves came to your home in the middle of the night and stole all your money, you would naturally give chase, would you not?" Hespera asked. "And say that the thieves who stole your money, gave it to your neighbor who then kept it. Now, imagine that it is not money but the lifeblood of your father, the dying breath of your mother. The magic of the entire realm was stolen and now this magic courses through you, and you have the gall to believe that you deserve it?! This is very personal, Billy."
Awkward silence.
"You are very menacing." Billy said finally. "Like, I see the prescence that you have and that goes a long way. But today, I really wanted to talk about compromise."
"There is no compromise." they both said in unison.
"I knew you were gonna say that." Billy replied. "Wisdom of Saruman, don't mess with me. We'll give you our powers, then you give back Freddy, take down this sphery dome thing and then we won't have to annihilate you into the ground."
Hespera scoffed at that.
"It's a good offer, I'm serious."
"You play the part of a man, but you do not play it well. you are a lost boy, who likes to make-believe that he's a warrior."
"Look, I might not have as much experience as you because I'm not super old like you, but I do have some experiences that you don't have. Like, I've seen all the Fast and Furious movies, lady. And it's all about family!"
Nothing happened.
"Family! Come on, that was the signal, we practiced this like, twelve times!"
Finally, the rest of the Shazam Family flew down.
"Thank you. Forgot all about my family, didn't you, goddess?"
"No, human. You forgot about mine."
Then a blue beam from Kalypso depowered Pedro.
Billy rammed Hespera down into an underground vault, then Super Darla and Mary Marvel lifted up Hespera, slamming her to the ground.
Finally, Billy lifted up Hespera and slammed her to the ground one last time.
"She sure didn't see that coming, because she didn't go to the eye doctor." Super Darla quipped.
Suddenly, a lot of cables flew out and wrapped up Super Darla along with Mary Marvel.
Hespera was still very much conscious and she grabbed Billy by the head.
"We've taken the power from two in your family already, and now two more must die and for what?" Hespera said. "So you can keep playing soldier?!"
Then she slammed Billy into the walls six times and threw him aside.
"My father was Atlas." Hespera ranted as she telekinetically made a metal ball. "Titan God of Stamina and Strength! His magic and power may course through you, but you will never be a true God!"
"Oh yeah, did your dad have super speed?" Billy taunted.
Hespera threw her ball but Billy dodged, then grabbed it and threw it back at her, finally knocking her out.
"Nope!" Billy said.
One down, two left.
