Stretching Body: After absorbing Flexarium, an experimental chemical, Jake gained the ability to stretch his body to incredible lengths.
Enhanced Resistance: For his stretching, his body has a high resistance to contundent damage like falls and hits
Enhanced Strength: This also helps him lift heavy objects, but not quite to the same extent as Omni-Mass.

Musical Skill: He can play violin and cello.
Parkour: He practiced this before of the accident with the Flexarium.
Leadership Skills: Is a natural leader, taking the initiative on the missions giving order to the rest of the team.

Alias:Omni mass
Ricardo is confident and have a too cool for school attitude. He's smart but he don't put in the effort with school work,he loyal to his friends but did initially had trouble opening up to them due to moving a lot due to his parents work but over time he does open up. While he does get distracted with handing the flex fighters social media but in the end he gets the job done especially with his powers:
Flexarium Body: After being exposed to Flexarium, Ricardo gained the ability to change the size and mass of his body parts.
Enhanced Strength: Allowing him to lift and throw heavy objects.
Self-Propulsion: Quick expanding one part of his body.
Other Abilities
Parkour: Before the accident, he can maintain the step of Jake and Nathan despite not know what it was before that day.
Debate: When he attended Warburton High, he was a very accomplished member of the debate team and even took the team to championship. He became disillusioned once he was forced to move to Charter City.

Nathan is shy is class and have a lot of siblings but in the field he's more confidence and prone to mocks his enemies. I mean why wouldn't he especially with his powers:
Superpowers
Flexarium Body: Nathan was exposed to an experimental chemical called Flexarium. This fused with him, giving him the power to grow and retract glider-like wings. He uses these to fly, direct water, catch objects and use his wings to slow down cars, buses and other vehicles if they are out of control.
Mantaray Diving: His power permits him to dive at high speeds like a manta ray and move freely underwater, giving him the advantage in aquatic combat, seen when he was in combat with Stretch Monster underwater.

Parkour: Before the accident, he practiced parkour with Jake.

Flexarium Suit: a suit made of Flexarium having great durability and stretching powers allowing him to Glide.
The flex fighters are great heroes and definitely have potential to be even greater and hopefully with the avengers of the multiverse that potential can be brought out.
