Death is unpredictable. You never know what it will do next or who it will strike. It hits in ways no one expects, which from an objective viewpoint, some could be hilarious.

But now, it's time for the actual story...I really hope this brings in the money I need...
I was floating in a vast expanse of emptiness, my soul disconnected from my body. I was there for what seemed like centuries. I had long since given up to any chance of having a future...but then I saw something...a light. The first thing I had seen for ages other than darkness for ages.
So I did what any normal person would do. I swam like my life was on the line (though I didn't exactly have one at that point of time). When I was so close that if i had fingers, I could've stroked it, the light snuffed out.
And with that, the small flicker of hope that had began to build up within me.
But then...I heard it...voices, echoing around me. I was able to catch a few snippets of the hurried conversation. 'What!' 'Again?' and 'shit!' kept on flowing through my ears as I began to see ghostly figures swirling around me.
Then, all of a sudden, the figures disappeared and the voices were silenced.
'Hello Kaito Akira. We apologise for the slight delay in your reincarnation. We experienced a...problem and this resulted in you losing the gamer system intended for you-' boomed the unknown voice until I interrupted.
'WAIT JUST ONE DAMN MOMENT, ARE YOU ACTUALLY TELLING ME THAT I SPENT CENTURIES GOING INSANE, BECAUSE OF A FUCKING PROBLEM AND NOW, THE RIDICULOUSLY OP ABILIITY THAT I COULD'VE GOTTEN HAS BEEN TAKING AWAY FROM ME?!'
'Yes. Now, if you would let me continue, as compensation for you losing the intended system for you, we have made some changes to your spawn world to allow you to adapt easier,' finished the entity.
'Ok, that lightens the blow slightly, but do I get a clue as to what it is?'
'No. Have fun!' were the last words I heard as I was sent spiralling down a portal.
As i regained consciousness, the first things I could uear was chatter and 2 blurry people looking down at me. Everybody was giant! For half a moment I thought I was reborn into Attack of Titan. But then I heard a person talking above me
'Isn't our baby beautiful?' whispered the woman holding me.
My honest reaction: I screamed.
