Sonic X (my version)
Hi, this mastershadow300 this is my version of sonic X, I don't own sonic.
my version involves more characters than the ones from the series, I hope you like it.

Emerl saga,

"A Wild Win".

The episode starts off with a recap of "Prize Fights".

"Last time on Sonic X, as part of a plan to capture Dr. Eggman, the president created a combat contest with a gem of a prize, a Chaos Emerald. As the battling began the commander-in-chief got clobbered by a knight and other competitors duped it out in a series of kooky clashes. The odds-on favorite was Sonic and his friends, But Snively butted into the battle. Who'll prevail and pick up the emerald? Find out next on Sonic X," the narrator said."

The Sonic X opening theme "Gotta Go Fast" or "Sonic X" plays.

(Scene: The tournament building)

Knuckles and Chris are now in the ring.

"Keep away from me!" Knuckles said."

Chris roars as he charges at Knuckles who leaps out of the way.

"Please, Chris! I don't wanna fight you!" Knuckles said."

Human Scarlet now sits in the announcer's booth, with the twins by her side.

"I don't understand, Tails. Why is Knuckles running away?" human Scarlet asked."

"Knuckles probably doesn't want to fight 'cause he's afraid that Chris is gonna get hurt," Isabelle replied."

"Understandable," Monica said."

Chris continues lunging repeatedly at Knuckles, who continues dodging.

"Let's go, Knuckles!" Chris said."

"No!" Knuckles said."

"Why won't Knuckles fight?" a crowd member asked."

"He just doesn't want to hurt his friend," Lara-le replied."

"Makes sense because he's never been through training like us," Kat said."

"It's a good thing, none of us entered," Marcos said as his sisters nod."

"You may not little anymore after your right of passage, but you're not ready to fight Knuckles," Lupe said."

"Quit running away!" Chris said."

"I won't! Cut it out!" Knuckles said."

"Come on and fight me!" Chris said."

"I'm not gonna fight you!" Knuckles said."

"Hey!" Chris said."

"That Chris Thorndyke certainly is brave," human Scarlet said."

"Especially when the other guy's running away," Monica said."

Chris finally pauses.

"Why don't you just forfeit so I can win?" Chris asked."

"Okay... but look who's in the next round!" Knuckles replied."

Chris looks at the tournament bracket.

(Worried)" I'd have to fight Morain or Fiona?!" chris asked." (To himself) Fiona would do anything to win that Chaos Emerald, and if Morain gets mad enough, she'll knock me out of the stadium! There's no way to win!"

Chris gulps, then suddenly feigns injury.

"My appendix! Get me a doctor!" Chris said."

Elmer raises Knuckles' hand in victory.

"Knuckles moves on!" Elmer said."

Chris and Chuck are standing together outside the ring.

"I think you made a very wise move, Chris," Chuck said."

(Nods)" Yeah," Chris said."

"I agree," Hope said."

"I see you have your mom's acting talent," Nelson said."

"I give your performance a 9 out of 10," Lindsey said." his crying act was more convincing."

Chris rubs behind his head. E-77 Lucky and Mr. Stewart are next in the ring. Scarlet approaches Mr. Stewart with a microphone.

"Mr. Stewart, how would you rate your opponent?... Ah! Franklin! What are you doing here?" Human Scarlet asked."

Mr. Stewart freaks out.

"I just look like me!" Stewart replied."

He runs out of the ring and past a security guard.

"Ooh, my cover's been blown!" Stewart replied."

Elmer lifts Lucky into the air by its arm in victory. Mr. Tanaka walks into the ring to face Emerl. He is wearing cultural clothing and is carrying a long wooden stick.

"Brace yourself, my little friend! I am going to stick it to you!" Tanaka said."

"Are Kendo sticks allowed?" Monica asked."

"Yes, since kendo sticks don't count as weapons," Human Scarlet replied."

Tanaka leaps into the air with his wooden sword, and attempts to slam it upon Emerl, but the robot copies his skill and catches the other end of the stick.

"Nice move, mind if I borrow it?" Emerl asked."

"Oh no...," Tanaka said."

Emerl wrenches the sword out of Tanaka's grasp and leaps into the air.

"I think I'm on the wrong end of that stick...," Tanaka said."

The wooden sword stops right above Tanaka's cowering head.

"I give up," Tanaka said."

"Yay Emerl!" Cream said."

"Chao, chao!" Cheese said."

The next match is Morain vs Fiona

"Don't think this will be easy for you, especially what you did to my cousin and your sister," Morain said."

"Not my fault he can't get over me," Fiona said."

"You used his affection for you to take advantage of him while dating Sonic! Morain said."

"He was only useful for his gadgets," Fiona said." why would I date a pipsqueak?"

The Prowers gets mad.

"Beat her Morain! teach her a lesson!" Maisy said."

"Punish her!" Rosemary said."

Human Scarlet rings the starting bell. the two begin fighting trading blows exciting the crowd.

"I'd really be going to the hospital if I'd messed with one of them," Chris said."

Fiona and Morain go head-to-head again, and Morain outsmarts Fiona by sweeping her off her feet then uses a powerful punch sending her out of the ring.

"Oof! I can't believe this; how could I lose to someone not related to Tails?" Fiona asked."

"Even if we're not blood related, he still family," Morain replied." Maybe you should try that with your sister."

"We're down to the final four now. Emerl versus Lucky, and Knuckles against Morain," human Scarlet said."

Fiona screams in frustration as Morain meets up with Rouge, the Prowers, and Payback.

"Nice work, glad to see that move I taught you really helped," Rouge said."

"Yeah, you really put her in her place," Maisy said."

"Thanks, and I hope she takes my word seriously," Morain said."

"I get the feeling she will," Marrick said."

"I hope so," Payback said."

(Scene Change: The mountains)

Bocoe and Decoe are running from a group of tanks.

"I need a break!" Decoe said."

"Do not stop! They are gaining on us!" Bocoe said."

Snively joins them, followed by Sonic.

"You won't get away!" Sonic said."

"If you want to keep up with me, you'd better take flying lessons!" Snively said."

(Scene Change: The tournament building)

"The semifinals begin with a showdown between robotic rivals," Isabelle said."

Emerl does nothing as Lucky prances in front of him, waves, and then falls over.

"Uh-oh! It looks like Lucky's grandstanding has used up his power supply," Monica said."

"Emerl is the winner!" Elmer said."

"That means Emerl's made it to the final round!" Ben said."

She and Cheese cheer. Knuckles and Morain stare each other down for a while.

"I forfeit, I just entered to put that scale in her place," Morain said."

"Morain forfeits, making Knuckles wins!" Isabelle said."

"Knuckles is moving on to the final round!" Monica said."

The audience applauds.

(Scene Change: The mountains)

Sonic continues his pursuit of Snively.

"Go away! You're like a wad of bubblegum I sat on and no matter how hard I try to shake you off, you stick to my tail!" Snively said."

"I'm not gonna let you get away! I don't know what plan is brewin' in that messed-up mind of Eggman's, but I won't rest 'til I stop you three!" Sonic said."

"Oh yeah? Well, my uncle's latest and greatest scheme is so brilliantly planned in every detail that not even a loose cannon like you could blast it apart!" Snively said."

"Sure, that's what you, Eggette, and Eggman always say," Sonic said."

The Eggmobile stops.

Dr. Eggman: "You think you're funny, don't you? Well, this time, I'm gonna crack you up once and for all!" Snevely said."

Snively turns the Eggmobile around to face Sonic.

"Okay needle nose, it's game time!" Sonic said."

Sonic leaps into the air and destroys the Eggmobile, sending Snively flying.

"Aaaahhhh!" Snively screamed."

Sonic lands on the ground and crosses his arms.

"Well... looks like I hit a grand slam!" Sonic said."

He watches Snively sailing further and further away.

(Scene Change: The tournament building)

"And now, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the final match! The winner will take home a Chaos Emerald! In this corner, we have the world's toughest fist fighter, Knuckles! And in this corner, we have the master of computerized combat, Emerl!" Isabelle said."

"Go show everybody you're number one, Emerl!" Cream said."

"Chao, chao!" Cheese said."

"With fighters this closely matched, I'd say we're in for the most grueling bout of the tournament," Monica said."

Knuckles and Emerl charge at each other. Emerl avoids several punches, jabs, and kicks from Knuckles. The robot then attempts to use a Screw Kick on Knuckles, who dodges and pins his arms.

"Come on, Emerl!" Ben said."

"He's really improved a lot," Shade said."

"I bet we'll be able to reprogram the other Gizoids," Alucion said."

Emerl then executes Sonic's spin dash, taking Knuckles with him.

"Hey! Knock it off!" Knuckles said."

"Emerl copied that from Sonic!" Chris said."

Emerl then spins into the air with Knuckles before driving him into the ground. The robot then impacts Knuckles' head before landing several hits on the echidna.

"That had to hurt," Kat said."

"Yup," Mace said."

"Makes me glad I didn't enter," Tangle said."

"Knuckles is totally outmatched, Grandpa!" Chris said."

"Well, from what Shade said, Emerl is the ultimate Gizoid," Tikal said."

Knuckles continues to take a beating.

"Poor Knuckles is hurt. He could use a hankie," Cream said."

"Chao...," Cheese said."

"Here!" Cream said."

She pulls out a handkerchief and tosses it into the ring.

"That's it! Knuckles gives up! Our winner is Emerl!" Elmer said."

"No! He thought my hankie was a white flag!" Cream said."

She races towards the ring.

"Please wait, sir! There's been a mistake! I was trying to help Knuckles! He didn't quit the match, honest!" Cream said."

She and Cheese approach Knuckles.

"But I did quit," Knuckles said."

The towel lands on Cheese, who tries to get it off.

"I feel a lot better now because I know you didn't lose the match because of me," Cream said."

"Sorry that I didn't win," Knuckles said."

"It's fine Knuckles," Mace said."

"Yeah, it's like you said, you can't fight a match that you can't win," Kat said."

Knuckles stands up and offers his hand to Emerl for a shake.

"Not bad, Emerl. We'll have to have another match when I'm not feeling so beat," Knuckles said."

"I like that," Emerl said."

Emerl accepts the handshake. The crowd erupts in cheers. It is now sunset, and Scarlet, the President, and Christina are now in the ring.

"Now it's time to present the grand prize to our champion," human Scarlet said."

Cream, Cheese, Vanilla, Dash, and Emerl are just off the stage.

"That's you, Emerl. Go up and get your Chaos Emerald! Bet everybody will cheer for you and you can take a bow!" Cream said."

"Yeah, just don't let the fame go to your head," Dash said."

"Why would I do that?" Emerl asked."

Emerl walks onto the stage while Hope, Junior, Belle, Shade, and Maria looked worried.

"Let's hear it for Emerl!" human Scarlet said."

The President extends his hand to Emerl.

"Congratulations, Emerl. That was great," the president said."

Emerl accepts the handshake.

"Thanks," Emerl said."

(To Christina)" Bring the award," the president said."

Christina picks up the Chaos Emerald.

"The Chaos Emerald that the President is presenting to our winner is the most valuable prize ever awarded in a sporting competition," Monica said."

The President now holds the Emerald.

"Emerl, as we build a fighting force to combat Dr. Eggman, your victory is an inspiration to all our fighting robots," the president said."

He extends the Emerald to Emerl. Emerl accepts the Emerald.

"I'm glad I can inspire them to fight against Eggman," Emerl said."

(Scene Change: Eggman's base)

(To Decoe and Bocoe) I could've snatched that Chaos Emerald if it wasn't for you two leadheads!" Eggman said."

"Why is it our fault?" Bocoe asked." Bokkun and Lucky were there too."

"Yes, but you two specifically were pursued by the police and G.U.N.

"Why do we always end up losing the blame game?" Decoe asked."

"Speaking of games...," Sleet said." Look at this."

Eggman turns on the TV, and is shocked to see that Emerl won.

(Scene Change: The tournament building)

Spotlights shine on Emerl.

"On behalf of the whole nation, I congratulate Emerl!" the president said."

Emerl absorbs the Chaos Emerald, causing his eyes to change to red.

(Sinister voice)" my quest is complete," Emerl said."

He then spins into the air and starts destroying the battle stage, causing the people to flee.

"Emerl, is there something that made you angry? Why are you attacking everybody?" Cream asked."

The dust clears, and Emerl stands there, facing down Rouge, Knuckles, Sally, and Sonic as they approach him.

"Wait!" Shade said."

He copies all three of their abilities at once, then Home Attacks Sonic and Rouge, and Screw Kicks Knuckles. Emerl's rampage continues.

"Show me your power or I shall not obey. I represent all things and shall become Gizoid conqueror of all!" Emerl said."

"Stop before it's too late!" Cream said."

But Emerl does not listen and spins towards Vanilla.

"Mom!" Dash yelled."

"Shadow guard!" Shadow said."

Shadow makes a spherical shield blocking the attack. Terios scoops Vanilla out of the way just in time.

Thanks guys," Dash said."

"Emerl, that's it. I can't be your friend," Cream said."

"Emerl, your fights with us!" Umbra said."

"Careful you three," Nails said."

"Don't worry, we used to spar with him back on the ARK," Terios said."

Meanwhile, the Chaotix, Silver's parents, Scilly, Silver, Blaze, Frost, Vennie, Gold, Belle, Hope, Junior, Glitch and the bots, Kat, Mace, Lara-le, Wyn, Tikal, Payback, Lupe and the wolfpack, and Maria are getting the humans to safety.

"This way everyone. don't worry, you'll be safe," Maria said."

Emerl leaps out of the stadium.

"He's going into the city!" Hazard said."

"That's not good!" Junior said."

(Scene Change: Station Square)

Emerl has caused much havoc throughout the city. Chris, Chuck, and some of the Mobians watch from the roof of one of the buildings.

"Why is he acting this way?" Cream asked."

"My guess is that the Chaos Emerald suddenly caused Emerl's memory to reprogram itself, but I don't have any idea how or why it happened," Chuck replied."

"That's right, his original program returned after he got the chaos emerald making him destroy everything in his path," Shade said."

"Can't we just fix Emerl and change him back to the way he was before?" Chris asked."

"Sorry to say but that is his normal self," Shade replied." He was created for combat like the other Gizoids. his ability to harness the power of the emeralds was the only thing that separates him from the others. I was ordered to train him in combat, but I secretly taught him to be gentle. he followed my plan to seal my clan and the legion, poorly conceived as it was."

Eggman, Eggette, Snively, Decoe, and Bocoe enter in the Eggmobiles.

"Wow, it looks like Emerl was a big hit in this neighborhood!" Decoe said."

"He is a real blockbuster," Bocoe said."

"Emerl was designed to destroy. He was built a long time ago as a combat robot and founded by my grandfather 50 years ago, and when he got that Chaos Emerald, its tremendous energy activated his original programming and changed him from a nice docile robot into a mean machine," Eggman said."

"And here I thought grandfather created him," Eggette said."

"Nope, turns out he was studying it," Snively said."

Shard (in his Robian form) faces Emerl.

"Alright, Emerl. I can't let you keep this up!" Shard said."

"Show me your power," Emerl said."

Shard fight against Emerl.

"Cyber end!" Shard said."

He embraces the attack and catches Shard.

"Commendable effort," Emerl said."

He tosses Shard.

"Whoa! (collapsing to the ground) I may not have a sense of touch in this form, but that could be damaging," Shard said."

Eggman chuckles. Sonic and Sally watches as Emerl approaches them before he stops. Sonic rubs under his nose as Knuckles lands nearby.

"I'm ready to fight you again. Only this time I'm adding a little twist!" Knuckles said."

Knuckles runs towards Emerl and turns into a living drill. Emerl does the same, and they clash, doing nothing. Several clashes later bring no fruitful results.

"Emerl's copying ability gives him a huge advantage. Knuckles' fighting skills don't matter. Emerl can match him blow for blow. When Knuckles attacks with all his might, he gets attacked with the same force. It's almost like he's fighting against himself!" Chuck said."

"He can't win," Sonic said."

Rouge and Nails lands next to him.

"Give it up and give us a shot, Knuckles!" Rouge said."

Emerl repeatedly pummels Knuckles.

"I still have a chance!" Knuckles said."

"Yeah, a chance at winding up at the hospital," Sonic said."

"We can beat him if all four of us fight him," Sally said."

"Better than nothing," Nails said."

They fight Emerl bravely only for him to outmatch them.

"Emerl's copied their techniques and is now overcharged. he has a great advantage as his true self," Shade said."

"Isn't there a fail safe?" Alucion asked."

Shadow overhears this.

(Internally) True self. something about that sounds familiar. (with a look of inspiration) That's it! the professor installed an AI in him should his true self awake. its locked by a series of keywords. if only I could remember those.

Amy comes in.

"I'll stop that robot!" Amy said."

Amy tries to hit Emerl, but Emerl spins right past Amy.

"Amy!" Nicky yelled as he, Jhonny, and Shortfuse come in."

He picks up Amy and carries her out of harm's way.

"You saved me again, Nicky!" Amy said."

Emerl buzzes the Mobians.

(To himself) 'That robot must have some weakness...,' Sonic thought.'

"Show me your power," Emerl said."

"I'm gonna take Emerl apart!" Tails said."

"Let me have a crack at him first, Tails!" Jhonny said."

They accidentally collide with each other as Emerl leaps out of the way, They are sprawled on the ground.

"Sorry...," Tails said."

"That's okay...," Jhonny said."

"Here's my power!" Shortfuse said."

He flies towards Emerl only for him to duck and uses Sonic's spin dash.

(Groans)" I guess I know how Eggman's bots feel getting the spin dash," Shortfuse said."

Rouge attempts a Screw Kick, but Emerl's own Screw Kick overpowers hers. The robot also clashed with Knuckles, Sonic, Nails, and Sally, leaving the four Mobians panting.

"Well, now what?" Sonic asked."

"We have to follow him," Sally replied."

"Maybe if all five of us fight it at once...," Knuckles said."

"It's our only chance," Rouge said."

"I agree," Nails said."

They begin to pursue Emerl.

"I'll cut him off!" Sonic said."

"Then we strike," Nails said."

"Right!" Knuckles said."

"I'm scared, Mama...," Cream said."

"Chao...," Cheese said."

"I know they'll stop Emerl," Ben said." Once they do, we'll find a way to change him back."

"Shadow, Terios, Umbra, please save Emerl from hurting others and himself. remember the words I gave you three at the end of my old life. bring hope to humanity," Maria said."

(Internally)"That's it! I remember now!" Shadow said." Shade, everyone else follow me!"

Shadow, Terios, and Umbra rushes off after Emerl with Shade, Amy, Tails, Marrick, Cream, Ben, Manic, Tiara, Maisy, Tania, Sonia, Cyrus, Cheese, Rotor, Renee, Skeeter, Julie-su, Kat, Mace, Lupe and her Family, Hope, Belle, Junior, Hazard, Glitch, BB, Aberration, Bunnie, Antonie, Dash, Carrotia, Falke, Bearenger, Techno, Tangle, and Sticks following.

Up ahead is the ocean. Sonic, Knuckles, Sally, Nails, and Rouge chase Emerl across the beach, but the robot spin dashes to throw them aside.

(Tired out)"Sorry boys, I can't keep up with ya," Rouge said."

(Tired out)"And tell Topaz to lose weight," Nails said."

"Uh-oh!" Sonic said."

He sees the waves crashing as he, Sally and Knuckles continue their fight against Emerl. Chris, Chuck, and the Mobians run in.

"Gizoid!" Shadow yelled."

Emerl stops fighting and turns to Shadow and his siblings.

"Shadow, Terios, Umbra?" Sonic said."

"Gizoid, remember this code, bring hope to humanity!" Terios said."

Emerl's eyes revert to their regular blue shade, and he looks upon the others, remembering his time with them.

(No longer in a sinister voice)" Guys...?" what's happening?" Emerl asked."

"What?" Shade asked."

"Professor robotnik installed an AI in that Gizoid should his true nature awake. now, all his memories from before his true self awoke are intact," Umbra replied."

"Why didn't I think of that?" Shade asked."

"I... I must've acted horribly before... and caused a lot of damage... didn't I?" Emerl asked."

"Don't worry Emerl, we're here to help you. (Emerl suddenly crackles with electricity while screaming in agony before C0fluid leaks from him) what's happening now?" Cream asked."

"His body wasn't built to contain that much energy for extended periods of time! with his solar corona reaction still drawing power from the chaos drives and one chaos emeralds, Emerl will...," Shade replied."

"Emerl will die!" Rotor said."

(Gasping)" No! he can't die!" Cream said."

In a sudden burst of energy, Emerl's jetpack launches him into the sky against his will.

"Please... help...," Emerl said."

"We got to do something!" Ben said."

"I know what to do," Cream said."

Cream and Cheese fly through the air.

"Now, let's go!" Cream said."

Cheese clings to Cream, and they barrel towards Emerl.

(To herself) "Emerl... I wish I didn't have to do this...," Cream said."

She has a flashback of when she first met Emerl. The flashbacks continue. Emerl, Cream and the others waiting for Chris near the school.

(Flashback)" Hi, Chris!" flashback Cream said."

Chris, Cream, Cheese, and Emerl racing for Mr. Stewart's car. Emerl walking with Helen. Cream and Cheese laughing in Mr. Stewart's car. Still Cream continues her flight, even with the flashbacks still coming. As the flashbacks end, Cream prepares to give Emerl the ultimate kick. the kick was hard enough to break his chest plate open and releasing the red chaos emerald. Emerl's solar crona reactor closes as he falls onto the dock with his organic heart exposed. Cream and Cheese land near Emerl.

"Emerl, are you ok?" Cream asked."

(Weakly)"It's no use Cream, the excess energy has already taken its toll on my organs, they're about to shut down," Emerl replied."

Cream, shocked by the news, has tears forming in her eyes.

(Voice breaking) It's not fair!" Cream said."

"Cream, listen to me. I'm so glad to have met you... and everyone else, too! I don't know what the Nocturnus clan was thinking when they made me, but I'm glad that they did because I got to meet all of you! when I first met you all, I was like a little baby who couldn't even talk! I was weak, but you all protected me and played with me. I'm sure there were times when I was a burden or I was in the way, but in my time with you, I never felt "in danger" or "worried" as Gerald programed me to. all I ever felt was "fun" and "excitement, and "happiness," too...," Emerl said."

Cream listened to Emerl's words. they were hard to hear, but she knew she had to understand. she still had tears in her eyes, but she tried her best to wipe them away as Emerl's organs dissolved into nothing, leaving only the lifeless mechanical components of his body. Cream gave once last embrace Emerl's body.

(Sniffling)" Goodbye Emerl. I'll miss you...," Cream said."

After Emerl's body goes limp, his head falls off and Shade retrieves it.

"You were a great friend, Emerl. (she then opens a panel on the back of Emerl's head and gasps) Inconceivable!" Shade said."

"What is it?" Tails asked."

"His memory chip is still intact!" Shade replied."

"You mean, he can come back with a new body like Gamma?" Cream asked."

"Well yes, but it wouldn't be possible for him to be techno-organic like he was before. his organs were artificially made and I lack the knowledge on how to reproduce them," Shade replied."

"Oh," Cream said."

"Is it possible to make a full mechanical body for him," Tails asked."

(Pondering)" it just might! (Cream and Cheese perked up at this bit a-of news) and we can use the mechanical parts of his old body for material!" Shade replied."

"That's wonderful!" Cream said."

"Us tech geniuses will personally oversee Emerl's rebirth. but aren't Gizoids born or built?" Tails asked."

"To be honest, I'm not sure. though for them, I'm not sure if there's a difference considering he's getting a fully mechanical body, I think reformat is a better term," Shade replied."

"Oh, anyway, it's going to be a lot of work, but it'll be worth it," Tails said."

"Yeah, and once he's back, he'll be a great help fighting Eggman," Cream said."

The episode ends with a little spark coming from Emerl's head.
